This is the worst Mcdonalds I have ever been to. Higher prices than other local McDonalds as well as employees that just don’t have any urgency. I have sat at the speaker before for 20 minutes waiting for them to take my order with only one car in front of me. Anyone who has worked in fast food knows to get all of the orders in ASAP as it accelerates the process of making the actual food. Would give 0 stars if I could. Save your time and money and head to the McDonald’s on Sheridan or Kensington instead.

Please be careful going to this McDonald's especially if you're openly gay I've never had a problem in public bathrooms before today I walk in and go to the bathroom before I pick up my order as I'm walking back to the bathroom this table bust out laughing and then three of the gentleman follow me into the bathroom saying things like we don't like boys like I'm just trying to go potty and besides I'm pretty sure they were all kids just be careful guys

They pick random times in the early morning to pretend they are closed. Usually between 2 AM and 5 AM, but never the same time. They accept mobile orders during those times, and they don’t turn off the order screen, or let cars know when they show up that they should cancel a mobile order. They just let people sit outside for 10-15 minutes, having already paid, before telling them they can’t have their food.

The tall black lady shouted at my “MR” in an arrogant manner to collect the food from the counter. There were no customers at that time. I was doubting like am I at Mcdonalds or some cheap places which doesn’t value there customer. These kinds of staffs does not know manners and it affects the reputation of the organisation. I got my burger and I was waiting for my shake. And this lady asked me what else do you want mr in a rude manner. I was asking for something I paid for and I think she was thinking I was asking about her dad’s properties. Stay away from this place

I ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel meal. It took over 10 minutes to get my order. I get to work and open my sandwich and there is no egg on it. This isn't the first time they have screwed up my order. The last time, I got this I got work opened my sandwich to find the bottom bun of my sandwich was a hamburger bun. How the hell do you half a hamburger bun and mistake it for a bagel is beyond me. This location is terrible.

I think this is the first Google review I’ve ever done before.I would not recommend going to this McDonald’s, find a different one. They’ve given me the wrong order while in the drive-through twice now. They are bad at making their coffee drinks and frappes. The first frappe I got was completely melted and tasted awful, the second one I got tasted like it had some sort of bleach or cleaning products in it, it literally burned my throat. I work near by and all of my co workers avoid this McDonald’s

I normally don’t write bad reviews, but this experience really stood out. I went into this McDonald’s to pick up a DoorDash order and waited patiently at the counter. When I finally reached the girl working there (two braids down her sides), she greeted me with an attitude and snapped, “What you want?” I told her I was there for a DoorDash, and she responded in a nasty tone, saying something like, “DoorDashes are over in the corner,” as if I didn’t know what I was doing. I’m a Platinum Dasher—I do this all the time. Turns out, there were no DoorDashes in the corner, and the order I needed was actually sitting behind the counter. When she realized that, instead of apologizing, she doubled down with even more attitude and asked, “Who’s your DoorDash?” in a belligerent tone. I calmly told her, “Dorian,” and let her know she needed to stop talking to me like that. She was also flirting with another employee while customers were waiting and gave attitude to someone else in line before me. Zero professionalism, zero respect for customers. This kind of behavior doesn’t belong behind a counter—definitely not the image McDonald’s should want representing their brand.

The worst... They gave me a half opened sauce that they taped closed. I asked for my drinks without ice, they put ice in them anyway and didn't bother to fill my cup.
