If you have never had the delightful experience of trying bubble tea, THIS is the place to go. Delicious food, AMAZING tea and a very friendly atmosphere. I had NEVER tried bubble tea and WOW.....it's delicious!!! The food at this establishment is unique and a DEF "must try". When in the area or out for a drive, stop by and partake in some mouth watering, party in your mouth deliciousness! YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!!! Also.......I would like to point out, prior to writing this review, I noticed a couple 1 star reviews but, would like to say, do NOT take them seriously. In my opinion and also of those who accompanied me to this fabulous business, they are TOTALLY wrong and appears they MUST work for a competitor!! To all who took the time to read my review, have a very BLESSED day and do not hesitate to try out this local business.

The popcorn chicken is AMAZING! The sauces that come with it are unlike any I’ve tried before. Very unique and tasty. Not only was the food great, the tea was incredible. I tried the Korean Coffee and it was fantastic. I can’t wait to make this a part of my daily routine.

I've been to a lot of bubble tea places and this little hidden gem is my favorite of all. Had a great experience, the service was great and the Hong Kong waffle is my new treat! The menu is pretty large offering a variety of teas and hot snacks like popcorn chicken etc. Everything was kept clean and the employees are super friendly.

My daughter and son love bubble tea so I stopped in and grabbed some for them and ME on my way home. What amazing choices and great waffles. The place smells incredible when you walk in. If you weren't hungry... you are when you smell that. The employees were super helpful with choices and the owner offered his favorite as a choice. LOVED it... the honeydew is perfect. Kids said best bubble tea they have had. Don't miss a chance to try the best in Buffalo! Love this place... and have stopped back at least three times since and I live in the southtowns!

The location is pretty small with not much room to sit. The prices are a bit on the high side. The brown sugar milk tea is pretty good, although extremely sweet. Your stomach will start to hurt half way through. Guaranteed.

Cute little spot! Just tried Lucky Koi for the first time today but will definitely go back to try more flavors! I ordered one of the house specials, it was the white tea blueberry pear bubble tea. Super delicious! Also ordered a bubble waffle which I’ve never had before and those are also really tasty. You can tell the place is new but as soon as the warmer weather starts I bet it’ll be an even bigger hit. Great tea spot close to north buffalo.

Pros: Super nice worker, nice grass detail in store. Cons: claims to be made with real tea but it tastes like water with syrup, no tea flavor at all. Ube waffles taste like cheap frozen waffles. $16 for this isn’t worth it

Complete and utter garbage. Do not order from here. The bubble tea has no bubbles. And it took an hour for them to prepare the order. The spicy nuggets were inedible. 21.57 for complete garbage and an hour an a half of my time and money. Avoid.

Ordered from them on uber eats. I’ve never tried this place before and i was excited to see how it was. I seen the reviews saying that this place was great so i had high expectations. The food got here and the Popcorn chicken was NASTY it tasted dry and old like it was made hours and hours ago and just left sitting on a counter. This places milk tea does not compare to anywhere else i have had it it is much worse than any other i have tried. If you want real bubble tea go to taichi bubble tea they never disappoint. i spend $34 to be disappointed
