Primarily take out but has a few indoor tables you can sit at. Extremely fresh ingredients, knowledgeable and accommodating staff. Will but this on my regulars list.

I got the chicken and beef souvlaki one of the best I've ever had wish I would have known about this restaurant in a long time ago I didn't go in had it door dash 👍👍 but I will be visiting soon thank you for the great food

Tom's is a well known place that has been here as long as I can remember. My wife and I stop in from time to time for a delicious and satisfying breakfast. Friendly staff that make you feel at home! I usually only get the breakfast but have had great souvlaki and gyros as well! Had a very filling and tasty Spiniach and Feta omelet earlier today, check this place out! Be sure to look at there hours as I believe they are closed certain days or hours, but I dont recall.

Today I tried Tom’s for the first time. First the place is beautiful inside. I ordered the Chicken Souvlaki salad and it was absolutely delicious 😋 The lady at the counter was so nice. Very friendly establishment. Will definitely go back and encourage my friends and family to try it.

We were a bit surprised when we were told that the menu is all focused on the souvlaki. Tom's is not a typical "Greek Diner" -- with pages of breakfast options, sandwiches, dinner entrees, dozens of pies and other desserts. Tom's has souvlakis, gyros, spanakopita, salads, sides, and a few desserts. Don't go there for the breadth of the selections, go there for the quality. We were told the chicken souvlaki and gyros pita would melt in our mouths. They did. The chicken was as well cooked as any I can remember (including at Michelin star restaurants). The vegetables in the salad were unremarkable. The feta and tzatziki, were sublime. They want to do a few things very well and they do those few things very, very well. The one thing we would have liked for atmosphere would be real plates, cutlery, glasses (not bottles of water) and cups for the tea (that was excellent). But the service more than made up for that.

I decided to stop at Tom's get it to get a cheeseburger haven't been there in a long time. Well there's no cheeseburgers there. Dora is literally the best host/server we have ever met in our life. We saw this place as very highly rated on Google while we were driving around the area looking for a place to eat and was absolutely amazed by the incredible service and most delicious food. Dora welcomed us very warmly and then took the time to beautifully explain all the dish options we had that by the end of it all, we wanted to get everything because she made everything sound so very good. Like another reviewer here said, Dora can easily "sell a refrigerator to an eskimo" cause her service was just that wonderful. In the end, we got the Chicken Souvlaki and the Beef Souvlaki Dinners and both were positively superb. Service and Hospitality with Dora is a 5/5 and the Food itself another 5/5 for a grand total experience of 10/10 that we will most definitely come and visit again.

Tom's catered a family birthday party and it was spectacular! Delicious, easy to order/coordinate, and reasonably priced. The Souvlaki was so fresh, the chicken very tender, and we could not stop eating the Feta Fries! We thank you so much, Tom's is our new go to for get togethers!

My husband and I have been going to Tom’s for years, and it’s always a pleasant experience. We always go for breakfast, the food is really really good, and the atmosphere is relaxing. The owner is always there (every time we’ve visited) and is always friendly, helpful and makes sure your experience was no less than excellent. Only one time we had a waitress that was not very customer-friendly, and messed up our food. We mentioned it to the owner, who took care of our issue immediately, and since then we haven’t seen that mean waitress there. Tom’s is our place to go for breakfast.

We've been going to Tom's for years, but this was our first time since they remodeled. It's very relaxing and clean, fresh and updated. The food was good. Everything is served as take out with disposable utensils and bottled drinks. Not sure if this is temporary until they get up and running in full swing or if this is going to stay. Would prefer to have regular dine-in plates and utensils. Overall, huge improvement and we'll be going back.

This is such a clean establishment either a limited, but extremely tasty menu. Service is always top notch as well. It seems most of their clientele is takeout and delivery customers, so dining in is never crowded or a wait. I highly recommend the lemon meringue pie.

I ordered the Open Souvlaki Value Box with regular fries and it did not disappoint! I travel to Buffalo once a month for work, and I can honestly say I cannot wait to come back here again. What really stood out to me was the experience. I placed my order about 20 minutes before closing (something I usually avoid for obvious reasons), but the food came out hot, fresh, and delicious. On top of that, the woman at the counter was so kind and welcoming—she took the time to greet me properly and even shared a bit of the restaurant’s history. Learning that it’s been family-owned for several generations made the meal feel even more special. Great customer service paired with great food is always a win-win. Highly recommend this spot!

Stopped here for a late lunch with my mom while we were out shopping. The restaurant and facilities were spotlessly clean. It was quiet, we were dining in. Service was fast and food was delicious. I had the open chicken souvlaki salad, huge portion, very generous amount of chicken and feta cheese on the salad. My substitutions were honoured (no tomato or olives). It is a takeout model so food is served in a to go box, plastic fork etc. Drinks are only by the bottle (ie no tap water). So glad we stopped here!

Very clean and modern. Food was served in plastic take out containers with plastic utensils. We had chicken souvlakis. Tasty. We had water with the meal. It was bottled water. It appears they are wanting to cater more for take. No credit cards, only cash.

Good place for brunch on a Saturday. Server was friendly and helpful. This place wasn’t crowded when we went around 1:30PM, however they closed at 3PM. I ordered the chicken souvlaki omelette with rye toast. Chicken was a little salty but the whole dish has a great overall. The Tzatziki sauce was great along with the hash browns.

You won't find anything absolutely amazing here, but if you're in the mood for some hearty diner food at any hour, head to Tom's. I've had great homemade pastitsio there, but everything else is pretty normal. They do have sweet potato fries and the service is always excellent.

My children and friends patronized Tom's 3 times in the last five months. We were pleased with the service and food. Unfortunately, when my daughter, son, and I went there for lunch 2 weeks ago, we found an ant at the bottom of my sons' meal. When I brought it to the attention of our waitress she immediately responded by saying, "Yeah, it's an ant from the window. Customers bring ants in with them. He (my non-verbal, special needs son) might have brought it in with him. I clean the windows personally myself (use of the reflexives is a hoot) every morning. We keep a clean restaurant here." She was very defensive and insulting to my children and me. She did not offer any apology or compensation whatsoever. / Needless to say, my family will no longer patronize Tom's. I will not recommend Tom's to anyone. By the way...this is my first written negative review of any business. I am a very tolerant person and work with difficult people every day. However, when a restaurant implies that customers puts ants in their windows after staff work so hard to "wipe the window sills" each morning, I am compelled to write a negative review. P.S. - I still tipped 15%.

Went to order soup and was told there was no soup on Sunday's. Seriously, this is Buffalo and a cold day. If it was their policy, fine however as we sat down they need to mention this, Also, I ordered hot chocolate and as a woman with coffee came buy she re-filled it with coffee! They refused to cook my eggs to my liking (scrambled flat like an omelet) telling me that they only scramble them. There's buttons for "limp" and "crispy". The home fries are not fresh, they're the free cut frozen kind. The portions are large, and the service is quick, friendly waitstaff.

No breakfast items anymore, and the menu is much smaller. I stopped in after a doctor appointment for a late breakfast, expecting to get my favorite gyros & feta omelette, but 'tis no more. I moved away for a while and came back, and the place really changed. It's more cafe than diner now. Very clean and nicely remodeled, but just didn't have my favorite dish. 🙁

Some places are expensive, but great tasting. Others are cheap, but bland or uninspired with poor quality ingredients. Somehow, this restaurant has managed to be both expensive AND poor quality. At least the staff is friendly and the food comes out fast--just don't expect it to taste that great.

This place used to be stellar, maybe it was by luck, maybe it was by chance. I used to go weekly, religiously. Then the food started going down hill. The potatoes started being perpetually under cooked. On my next visit I asked for the potatoes well done and crispy to avoid this. I received under cooked potatoes again and was told "They come how they come". The cook is so set in his ways that he can't even accommodate requests or substitutions. I haven't been back in over a year.

The servers were very nice, friendly and willing to help.. my meal was very good... the rest was not a good experience.. My wife wanted her hash browns extra crispy and the manager treated it like we were requesting a burger made of unicorn meat..we were in the far back corner of the restaurant and could hear the cook having a hissy fit about having to make crispy hash browns .. in addition the manager (maybe owner) was being very condescending in a loud voice to make sure everybody around us knew how unreasonable we were being for wanting the food we were paying for to be cooked to our liking... Even the logic that the manager had for not being able to get crispy hash browns was terrible... She said that they had 30 people in the restaurant before us that all ordered hash browns!! Somehow or another that was supposed to make the fact that ours weren't done properly okay... isn't it rather routine, desired or even expected for a restaurant to have a busy Saturday morning??.. I would think it would consistently be one of the busiest times of the week... the best part was when we were cashing out the condescending manager said she'll remember us for next time...NEXT TIME!!! haha that's funny stuff...oh yes..I almost forgot...$3 for some of the worst coffee I've ever tasted... if I ever go back I think I will order the Sasquatch steak...ha ha that's a joke.. everyone knows there's no such thing as Sasquatch... Or crispy potatoes

We always loved going to Tom's for breakfast, lunch, and dinner...but especially enjoyed their breakfasts. The place was friendly and always crowded. Food items were extensive and service was the best. Plus, the price was right. We were a group of 4 and went there one afternoon recently. We were looking to have good old fashioned comfort food, while we did some long-awaited catching up. When we walked in we saw that the entire restaurant had been renovated. It was bright, new, and clean. It was nice, but surprisingly with only a few tables scattered throughout. Nothing like the Tom's we knew and loved. It was totally empty, and felt kind of "Twilight-zonish". There was only one employee/server. She was very pleasant. We assumed she probably did everything from taking orders to prep/delivery, to cashing-out. This is fine I guess if Tom's is cutting back on expenses, but not so great for customers used to a particular mode of dining. We were handed a little paper menu with next to nothing on it. Those full breakfasts of the past were not to be found. What a disappointment. Unfortunately we decided to stay, due to a dining companion's mobility. We ordered coffee. It came in a paper cup. Really? There was no silverware but rather plastic flatware. There were no glasses, cups, plates, or bowls. Our Souvlaki salads looked pre-made and came also in plastic containers. Basically, what we had was a limited selection of take-out fare. It was nothing like the Tom's of the past. And definitely not worth the prices charged. Side note to owner "DK": We are very well aware of what the pandemic has done to everyone, especially businesses. What has happend to many is sad. Stores and restaurants have made some changes, but are happily coming back. Our most recent visit to Tom's however, was not at all what we expected. It was a shock. In reading some of your reviews, particularly those that were not positive, let me say this. As a business owner myself, I am appalled at the way you respond to customers. Never do you speak to a consumer the way you spoke to those who gave their honest opinions. That is after all what reviews are supposed to be. I don't know who trained you in customer service, but you definitely do not exhibit any. You always want to send people away with a sense of satisfaction and a "good taste" in their mouth. A ticked off customer will write a bad review and word of mouth travels faster than a speeding locomotive. You commented that Tom is your father. I doubt he would ever behave the way you have. What a disgrace your sarcasm and offensive behavior are to his fine reputation. BTW, the 4 of us frequenting your establishment are all business owners. We are discussing the way you conduct yourself with others also in the profession. You may want to think twice about what you say and to whom. You never know who might be listening.

Went there for Breakfast and was seated across from open view to cooks. The one cook was swearing and treating the servers with no respect. Yelling and complaining. I wanted to move but a party of 25 came in and no place to go. I told our server I did not know how she was able to work there. Will never go back. Eggs were also overcooked.

We have been customers for over 20 years. I don't know what happened other than the "owner" in the kitchen must be very intimidating to his staff. Dora, who for years we thought was one of the owners, got involved with the issue we were having over under cooked chicken souvlaki. The original waitress was trying to mitigate the problem and it was obvious that she was apprehensive to ask the cook/owner to make the order right. They had words that could be heard by customers. When Dora got involved, it was clear that the friendly, smiling face, we had come to know over the years, was very troubled. She was clearly being instructed that she would not be able to help us with this very simple request. After all these years, we will not be coming back! Judging from some of the other bad reviews, whatever has changed will be the demise of this once friendly restaurant. It is unfortunate since we had gotten to know the wait staff very well. Several years ago while we were having our kitchen remodeled, we practically lived at Toms. Now, we wouldn't go back on a dare! Sad! I would have gave it half a star if I could. The food is mediocre, prices are high and the owner is a complete jerk. The waitresses are decent however the owner will discipline the waitress for talking with customers. I showed up there for a Texas hot and watched the owner microwave he hot dog before put on the char broiler for a minute to give it some lines. This place used to be great until the original owner Tom handed the place over to his daughter and husband.

SUCKS!!! Waitress was horrible, got entire order wrong. Quality of food there has gone down significantly. Definitely disapointed with both service and food. Also is extremely overpriced....i got 2 pancakes there for $6, seriously i could get a huge stack for half that price elsewhere! NEVER going back...no wonder why they have cut their hours, I'm sure it'll close down soon.

Haven’t been here since the pandemic. Called to see if they where open to dine in, they said they were till 3pm so we decided to go. We got there and the whole place was changed there were no more booths and it was all open they have no table service. They make you order at the counter then bring your food to the table they have no breakfast menu. Use to go here all the time it was the place to go late at night after drinking or getting some good chicken fingers. They use to be 24hrs. But since the daughters took over this place is ruined I feel bad for the father who worked so hard to make this place and now it’s a horrible place will never go back. They should just closed the doors and sell the place.
