I just got off from Rachel’s Elmwood Avenue. I ordered $10 wrap and there was one old lady who prepared my food. I think she doesn’t know English well and I’m not blaming her because she wouldn’t work front. I’m saying something in English for example that’s enough. Thank you. She can’t understand and end of the my order they charged me $17. And I didn’t take the food and I told them you should put someone who knows the prices. Who knows how to prepare orders.

Strike 2, and I am not waiting for a third. The past two times I ordered brown rice bowl with veggies ($12) it has come with barely any vegetables on it. Certainly not what you would expect for a $12 bowl of rice. This time, they even threw in a produce sticker on the "roasted" red peppers. I'm done ordering from here for lunch. It's over-priced and they put out a poorly thrown together product. I can get better food for a better deal elsewhere.

Those ppl are the worse when it comes to serving food. One time i sat in the dining area and a Roach crawled in my food. I told them and all they did was laugh and ever since that happened they all look at me sideways and serve my food with rudeness. People dont believe me because they dont treat them the same way! Theyre nasty people

It seems like no matter which location I’m at the workers are incredibly rude and incredibly slow. Every time I order online, my order is either wrong or not even started when I arrive at the restaurant. I keep giving them a try because I like quick, healthy food during the day but at this point I’m ready to give up on Rachel’s. Oh and the one on Delaware, makes up business hours as they please 😂

If I could give 0 stars I would. The service was incredibly slow. The food had an off taste. They got our order wrong even after we repeated it several times. It was done for us after my husband bit into something hard that we couldn't decipher what it was. We ended up tossing everything in the trash. Never again.

I was at this restaurant for the first time last night. I have a gluten intolerance, and multiple members of the staff assured me that the Rachel's Rice was gluten free. This information was quite inaccurate. Only after eating a good part of the meal, I realized that the rice had some kind of noodle in it. When I looked on the website, I learned that this is a wheat noodle. I am now quite ill from this food, and am severely disappointed in the training of the staff. For a 15 dollar rice bowl, the staff should absolutely know what ingredients are in the products they are serving, so that they do not make the customers sick. Please do better, as this is beyond unacceptable. The experience above was not only bad enough, but the customer service link on their website was broken, and the "We’d love to hear from you!" would not submit this information. The lamb was also overcooked and greasy, and the food was very salty.

The point of ordering here is it’s healthy fast food. I ordered a chicken shawarma wrap… it was SOAKED in grease with GREASY OLD FRIES IN IT. If they put greasy fries in their wraps God only knows what else goes on behind the scenes here.

Incomplete order- a chicken souvlaki order was placed, and requested feta and other toppings (such as garlic sauce, etc). Nothing but some lettuce and chicken in a bowl, plus a rock hard, petrified pita that literally would have broken a tooth had I attempted to eat it. No other vegetables, no feta, no sauce. Not even close to being worth $15.

Rude staff, no help with ordering. Asked what usually goes on an item and he just said I don't know. Pita rock hard. Tabouli wasn't very flavorful. Reading the reviews after I'm not alone - but their rating is somehow really high?.?.?. Their other spots have been much better and may be carrying the downtown location. Tons of employees standing around
