I've eaten here a hundred times. Everything is very good and it's a safe play you know what you're going to get. The pizza isn't my favorite but the wings are okay. The blue cheese isn't even close they really need to change that doesn't qualify them to be in Western New York. However they do a strip steak sandwich that is incredible. Their portions are always very big. They always have new waitresses a lot of turnover. I really like the place my biggest peeve is that they give you a little bag of carrots with your wings which is a joke and not a Buffalo thing at all, I wish they would stop that it's embarrassing.

One of my favorite places to dine in Williamsville, especially during the summer when you can sit outside on the patio. I staff is friendly, the service is good , the meals are very reasonably priced, it's just a nice place to go and hang out with friends

I called yesterday and I placed 2 jumbo chicken parms with executive Head Chef Brady, he knows everything on the catering menu, it was delicious and he was so helpful on the phone. He definitely best making chicken parms. Call now and order chicken parm with executive Head Chef Brady

Always excellent every time I go there. Love getting the unlimited spaghetti but it always gets me because I am only able to eat my first plate! Love it!

Went to Sorrentino's for lunch. Food and service were both top notch. We ate on the patio and the traffic and noise were a bit of an issue. Kind of expected because it is Main st. In Williamsville.

Not sure how they got there. But someone brought 2 pizzas in from this place. Hands down one of the best pizzas I've ever had. A must try if you love pizza.

K

This place has always been really good and consistent and have been going a good part of my life. This time the wings were beyond dried out and could not eat a good part of them. We were all disappointed in the food. It was not good. It was sad. Try it and maybe you will have better luck.

This place has the most amazing steak subs, they are piled high with meat, cheese and any toppings you want. The price is below average for a sub of this size. If you want a great sub and are not looking to spend a bunch this is the place for you. They also have live music every Thursday during the summer hours. Great place amazing people. Definitely a must if your in the Williamsville area

Great service and the atmosphere was very comfortable for myself and two friends. 💜 I enjoyed the Ravioli Dinner with Italian Wedding Soup. Mmm My friends had Rigatoni & 🥗 Salad. Everything was fantastic. More garlic bread would have made our dinners exceptional. 💜

We had a welcome home party for my daughter and the food we ordered was very good. The service we received was top notch and we will return for their food again. The price for our party was very reasonable for the amount of people we had. Keep you posted the great work

Excellent service. We called ahead and the restaurant was very accommodating of our needs. We have a baby and didn't want to disturb other diners. The employees got our food to go quickly for us.

Come here once a week for lunch, usually get the chicken parm. :)

I think the negative reviews are trolls, a few mentioned drink refills, why would a bar /Restaurant offer this, if you want this go to Old Country Buffet or a Chinese restaurant. One mentioned he wouldn't drive 20 minutes to come here, I consistently come to sorrentinos and drive that far. I have never had a bad meal here, the portions are great and the service as well. Some people you just can't please.

This restaurant is a Williamsville institution. The pizza is delicious. The menu is extensive. There is an all you can eat spaghetti dinner on certain days. The servers are friendly and efficient. There are a large number of regulars so you know the food and atmosphere are good. There is a bar that is completely separated from the dining area. Televisions are spaced throughout.

Awesome Italian pasta in Buffalo. Maditory stop on our visits home. The sauce freezes and travels great also :)

All around great place, not so sure how “Spaghetti” houses usually rate, but food is usually awesome and prices aren’t crazy, plus they house a full band and live bar scene too!

I’m really surprised by some of these reviews. We had great food and service. Grace was our server, food was timed perfectly, we had a lot of modifications and she didn’t skip a beat. Plates were bussed fast and the portions were generous. We enjoyed the music on the patio. We will be back.

Its almost time for my favorite time of year! Pretty soon I'll be on Sorrentinos patio enjoying a delicious chicken parm while hearing some dam good music! Head Chef Brady knows how to cook up his chicken parms just right. Wouldnt get it any other way. Chef Brady will also be out on the patio this summer with his band "Brady and the Hangovers" between his awsome music and exceptional cooking, head chef brady is a gem of comfort in these times. Stop on in ask for Chef Brady. He'll take care of all your needs.

Loved it! Great casual low cost option in williamsville. Our server was great. She knows the flat wings are "superior" and she delivered some great wings!

M

Very nice Casual place. Good food, but too much pepper in the spaghetti sauce. It had a spicy kick, and I don't like that. Prices are very reasonable. Pizza or dinner specials are great as well. We would definitely go back there and try other options.

I love this place ! Locally owned for 50 yrs.....it's the best ! The white pizza is to die for along with so many other favorites. Cute inside.....my favorite outdoor patio. Oh, the spaghetti is delish !

I was traveling through with my family on Monday and stopped here. My picky eating daughter devoured her spaghetti and especially loved the sauce! I had the Chicken Parm lunch, it was the best I EVER had! The significant other had a traditional pepperoni pizza which came out looking perfect and he said was perfect! If I ever travel near there again, I will be coming back! This is a must try! You will not be disappointed!

This restaurant is amazing, the owner Mike is a great guy who interacts with the customers while bartending, the cooks in the back work overtime making sure the food that's put out is prepared perfectly, the food tastes phenomenal and the portions are just right, the atmosphere is cozy and the waitresses do an excellent job of taking care of everyone and making sure they have what they need....overall I would highly recommend this family owned restaurant to anyone and everyone.

We used to eat here years ago before moving out of town. Now we're back and have taken advantage of the carry-out weekly pizza special. We like the pepperoni or meatball toppings. They are not skimpy! It's as good or better than I remember, always perfect and hot when we arrive, and customer service can't be beat. They are also super careful about following COVID19 restrictions.

All the years (42) it's been open and I never made it here. Nothing over the top but food was good and service attentive. Spaghetti and 1 meatball $8 & change. ALL you can eat! Eggplant Parmesan with spaghetti was good 8.95/11.95 lunch/dinner. I was there for lunch but past 1pm so, It wasn't crowded I hope to return it seems like a good place for pizza.

J
John Ridlespurg

Had a fish fry that was very good. Also has some soup that was very good. Nice place to eat outside, had a nice bar as well. Overall ejoyed my food. Would have given last star but service was a little slow. It seemed pretty busy to be fair so I didn't care that much.

T
Tim McNamara

It's a bare bones local-heavy place. You feel like you're sitting at a wedding reception in a fire hall in the dining area. So, if decor is a big deal to you, this isn't your place. The food is great and they have a dog-friendly patio. Great service with a neighborhood staple vibe. Nothing out of this world, though.

A
Alex Bergel

Had to repeat my order to the kid on the phone 4 times and it still didn't come out right, but the actual pizza was really REALLY good. The sauce was perfect! Just a little touch of heat, but not spicy by any means. The dough was great and made for an awesome crust. TRUMP2020!

B
Brian Roberts

Nice little spot for wings and pasta. Had the pizza and that’s not their strong suit. Wings were excellent and service was quite good. Restaurant seemed a bit old and in need of some updates.

G
GoldenandGuy

The experience was good but I was pretty sad to learn you stop serving pasta dishes an hour before close. I mean. I pulled off the road cause it said “Spaghetti” I just imagined myself bathing in pasta sauce and slurping noodles with an audible sound. You should really serve pasta until you close. Figure it out. Yuengling on draft was fire

S

Great evening to dine on the patio. A little busy but our server was attentive. Food was delicious and the atmosphere was enjoyable.

G

Cheap and decent quality food-not gourmet but it gets the job done. If you are on a budget I recommend this place.

J
John Gariboldi

Pretty good pizza. Would recommend if you're looking for something good. Don't go late. The server will NOT be happy, and part of the menu will not be available. Honestly, when the hours state closed at 10, what's with the attitude if you show up at 9? A lot of restaurants are like that. Here we are, from out of town, celebrating our kids basketball championship, and we treated like the relatives you wish didn't come to Thanksgiving dinner lol

T
Terry Sutton

Good food and friendly service. Outdoor seating a plus on a warm summer night! Local go to for pizza and subs!

M
Mark Dascomb

Really good food and drinks. Expect to pay for dining on Main St in the village. What I can not compliment enough are the servers. We were visiting for Music on Main, the place was mobbed, but the waitresses were the real rock stars. Great poise and attitudes, and you weren't waiting too long to be served. Hoping the other guests took good care of them too

Lunch stop. Super delicious steak sandwich! Subpar fries but I didn't eat them anyway! My friend had steak pizza and that was awesome too! No frills place, decent prices.

Sorrentino's used to be a favorite place for our family, however lately it seems they have fallen into a bland routine. To begin with our table appeared to not have been "scrubbed clean" in a very long time as it was sticky to the touch but you couldn't see any spills on it. The wait staff acted like it was a chore to take your order and put your dish down in front of you and wisk away. Our salad was iceberg lettuce with a few pieces of onion, a wedge of tomato and a few garbanzo beans then covered with pizza cheese. The food itself was really very good and I must say their sauce, pizza and pasta dishes remain the same over the years. Good food, but needs a thorough cleaning!

T
Tom Griffin

I have only been to Sorrentino's one time, and the food was good and reasonably priced. The menu also has a decent variety of foods to order. However, the restaurant didn't seem to be very clean, and the service was very slow. Again, I have only been here once, so it may have just been an off day for the wait staff. I would raise my rating to 4 stars if the service is more timely, as the food was good for an average joe kind of restaurant.

T
Tarek Qazzaz

We are used to good food in Buffalo.. and our favorite place is Williamsville.. then we go in to the highly rated Sorrentino and what a turn off. A grump server (probably over worked), the food was mediocre at best, and the place felt very old.. and not good old.. just plane unmaintained old

J
Jennifer Hubert

We witnessed an employee berate an elderly gentleman who was having difficulty transferring his food to a takeout container. She at first told him she wasn't allowed to assist him, then roughly grabbed it from him, throwing the food in aggressively as she loudly told him to plan on doing it himself next time. Both sad and awkward for everyone witnessing this. Conversely, our server was gracious and professional.

T
Tyler Ljungberg

Place seems to have gone downhill. The spaghetti we got had clearly sat under a heat lamp until the sauce was dry and the noodles were brown. The place is pretty badly in need of renovation towards the back, but the pizza is usually pretty good.

R
Ray Reynolds Jr

Don't come here after 9 pm, you cant get a dinner. I specifically came here to try their spaghetti, very disappointed. Side salad for dinner, so stoked.....not..... In an attempt to be fair, my kids and I returned here the following day, much earlier. We were able to order the Spaghetti this time. The portions were generous, the food tasted fine, not exceptional. I am not sure if it's thin spaghetti or angel hair pasta, but I personally would have enjoyed regular spaghetti noodles better. So, after a better experience, I will up my review from a 1 star to a 3. Middle of the road food. I've had worse, but I've also had much better.

A
AnDy c

It's an okay place. It's close to our home so once in a while we will go. I like the sauce they use. Although it's never enough sauce. Always enjoy the salad. Every time we go my wife and I always say man there's just something off every time. It's affordable tho and not bad by any means. But maybe it was trying to eat pasta with plastic wear. I couldn't even eat my meal. Just took the rest home and ate it the following day. A chicken parm comes with two pieces of chicken which is cool and makes the price seem good. I got through the second half of my piece of chicken and it was hard, not like dry but hard and inedible. Had to toss it. But like I said it's cheap affordable food so every so often we will still get it. Takes a lot for me to diss a place. If a place treats people bad then that's another story but the girls working were nice.

M
Manuel Coye

Perhaps it was the fact that they just started back up to people but the burgers were a little plain, not awful but could have used a bit more seasoning on the party, the place was rather busy but the waitress was very attentive and friendly and came around asking if we needed anything. Overall I would have given them 4 stars but like I mentioned the burgers just needed a little more flavor to them

k
kelizabeth716

Quite and divey. No frills, mostly neighborhood locals. The pizza is decent, and the fingers are pretty big, nothing more, nothing less about the place. Went after 9 so it was dark and nearly empty, only a handful of bars eats, which surprised me a bit. I thought it would have been more bar oriented.

S
S Levine

Web page and menu say eggplant is peeled and then fried. It was not. Lasagna was supposed to be five layers. It was Maybe three. Everything drenched in a plain tomato sauce.

I have been going to sorrentino's for the last 30 years since I've lived in Williamsville and have been very satisfied and always enjoyed going there and taking my grandchildren. However, the last two times I went there I ordered my favorite sub the Royal and it was assembled upside down. The meat and cheese should go on the bottom of the roll and lettuce tomatoes onions Etc on the top of that. The top of the Roll is curved to hold in in all of the ingredients on top of the meat and cheese. However, the way it's assembled now the toppings slide out of the sub onto the table. In addition I ordered a pizza for my grandchildren, a cheese pizza, which had way too much cheese on top and was not cooked all the way through. I guess they must have a new Chef in the back because the food has definitely changed. Unfortunately I've eaten my last sub there both times the ingredients squirted out onto the plate while I was eating my sub. The waitress told me that's how they've always made their subs but I don't think so, like I said, I've been eating there for 30 years and they were always made correctly. Very sad because I have many many wonderful memories of eating there with my grandchildren.

My husband and I used to love their chicken finger dinner. It’s been a few months since we got it. We picked one up yesterday and we were very disappointed. The amount of fries with the dinner was such a small portion. And they were so grease it’s almost as if the greased filled the fries. They forgot our bbq sauce. It’s not a big deal but with the price of everything you expect things to be correct and good. Sadly we will find somewhere else for our chicken finger dinners from now on.

S
Steven Ortolano

Every plate my family ordered lacked garlic including the garlic bread. The red sauce was pretty good but also could have been better with well, a little more garlic and I prefer my sauce to be sweeter. Prices and portions were good. It was a nice establishment and no qualms with the service. I'd actually give it a 3.5 star rating or even 3.75 had those been options.

M
Marcia M

ayce spaghetti was decent price, 11.50 for salad, bread, spaghetti with 1 meatball. You only get 1 meatball with the first plate, and the refills are only noodles and sauce. They use thin spaghetti, and sauce is on the sweet side. We ordered off the menu board and didn't check menus, so when offered a choice of dressing, we picked blue cheese. Had we known they charge 75 cents ea for blue cheese, we'd have gotten one of the other 11 salad dressings. When I asked the server about it, she said, "It says it on the menu," So make sure you read the menu for extra charges, as they won't tell you about upcharges when you just order off the specials board. I asked for more sauce as my pasta was dry, and she brought a large serving of sauce, no charge. The bread and 1 meatball were the best parts of the meal. The meal was good for the price, I'd not have paid more as don't feel taste was worth more.

Ordered wings and pizzas to go. Wings were absolutely over cooked. Will not order again. Cheese pizza was good nothing special. Steak pizza was so so. Steak was pretty dry. Will not order again.

Had very poor service. Server forgot our drinks and stated she “spaced out” and that’s why she forgot. After she said she would go get them, she only brought back 2 of the drinks and walked away. So we didn’t end up getting our third drink. Also we just got 2 pitchers of water with plastic cups that we each had to pour ourselves which I thought was odd. We weren’t sitting outside or anything. We also asked for celery and carrots because she forgot to bring it out and the server got Extremely irritated by this question and stated all rudely “ just so you know, “ we don’t have celery, we only have carrots” Wings were dry. Glad we had ordered extra sauce in the side. Pizza was good though. Restaurant needs improvement overall. Will not be back.

Danno C

Normally I would give a place like this 3 stars because the food is ok and the portions are generous. However, when you order a soda (pop in Buffalo) you get a full glass of ice and just a little coke. I didn't mind because I just ordered a few refills. I was shocked when I got my bill and it included 4 charges for soda! If a restaurant is not going to offer free refills, please let me know, and at least don't sell me a glass almost entirely filled with ice. Service is a little slow. The place could be a little cleaner.

t
tammy kamman

Definitely not impressed. First time here and probably the last. The service was extremely slow, our waitress was all over the place and had much more than she could handle. We we're there 2 hours and all we got was a chef salad and pizza. The food was good but entirely to long to wait for pizza!

Sorrentino's was my go to place for my "Thick crust personal pizza with anchovies" ordered on a regular basis. Ordered today 9/7/2020, what I recieved was hardly a thick crust all condiments ie, pepperoni and anchovies in the middle and very scimpy! Called was told - "They don't make thick Crust personal pizza". I've only been ordering for the last 5 years because it "Was" * good quality. Very disappointing to say the least along with the quality of customer service! I felt the need to put this out there, These days businesses are struggling for business especially from its loyal customers... We can take our business elsewhere.

I’ve had good meals here , but when they get busy , they evidently make pizzas ahead in anticipation of orders. After receiving a takeout pie that was over-baked, cold and hard as a cracker with raw uncooked mushrooms on top. I called to let them know it was nearly inedible. The person who answered said they had been slammed with pizza orders, apologized and said he would personally re-make one fresh for me. When I picked up the replacement pie , I knew just from the smell that it was much better. And it was. Light bubbled , gooey cheese, crispy crust, the topping were cooked perfectly, not cooked out. And not raw mushrooms. Excellent pie !! Since then I ordered the same pie twice. I was disappointed that the next pie (although not as bad as the first) was still obviously baked for a very long time. So tonight I called ahead, explained my experiences and asked to please make me a fresh pie. Unfortunately that’s not what we got . Again as the first time , over baked hard thin crust, crunchy cheese on top, and not hot. As I said we have had good meals here before, subs, pasta, etc. And they can make great pizza. But apparently they prefer to serve quantity over quality. No Sorrentino’s more pizzas for me.

I used to come here in 2000-2001. I came in tonight, visiting from out of state for the first time in decades. No conversation, no welcoming feeling. I was so uncomfortable, I left my order of fries and half my beverage behind. What a disappointment. Used to be a very welcoming place. I'm sad.

T
Thomas Rowley

Disappointed. We'd heard raving reviews and we're excited to knock it off our Buffalo bucket list. We ordered and waited a half an hour for our food to come out. When it did, it was cold. The waitress was friendly but not attentive. She never checked in to tell us our food was on the way or apologize for the wait. She didn't offer to refill our drinks. Our seat was right next to the cash register and one waitress sprayed cleaner right next to our food. The sauce was watery and not that appetizing. We will not return.

M
Michael Sanfilippo

Food was good but the servers/host were not cleaning tables in-between guests! Floor was also pretty dirty. With plenty of employees standing around it was definitely a lack of management/training.

B
Bunson Honeydew

Disappointing. Subs are pretty thin. Fish fry not as great as some of the others in the village. Waitress service is terrible. Fight to get their attention, bad attitude is on the house. I have really been trying to like this place. Many of my friends go there frequently. Just went there last night. Had to place our order directly with Bob at the bar (owner) because his waitresses refused to come over to the table. Sad.

If you're considering ordering the veggie pizza here, be aware that it comes with unconventional toppings like broccoli and carrots. If that suits your taste, great! However, if you prefer more traditional vegetable toppings such as bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, and olives, be sure to specify your preferences clearly when ordering. I learned this the hard way when I called to inquire about the pizza. The associate I spoke with agreed that these toppings were unexpected for a veggie pizza but had to transfer me to the manager. Upon speaking with him, he immediately took a confrontational tone, questioning my expectations and implying I should have been more specific. Despite my explanation that I hadn't seen broccoli and carrots listed on the website menu, he insisted that those were indeed the listed toppings. He even condescendingly remarked, "I wrote the menu, I should know." When I visited the restaurant with the menu from their website, he begrudgingly acknowledged the discrepancy and prepared a new pizza with the toppings I requested. However, his initial aggression and refusal to accept feedback left me feeling unsettled. It's concerning that a restaurant manager would react so defensively to a customer's reasonable request for clarification on menu items. In any business, but particularly in the hospitality industry, it's essential to prioritize respectful and constructive communication with customers.

Received a seemingly malicious present in my soup. I have never had a good experience at this place. However, when I recently dined at Sorentino's, I had the worst experience. They served me their house soup with a plastic spoon already in the soup. Which struck me as odd because it defeats the purpose of decreasing the spread of germs. On this spoon was two distinct hairs, curly hairs. (See picture). This display looked like someone pulled a couple beard hairs and put it on the spoon as some kind of sick prank. This is completely unacceptable.

Ordered fettuccine , asked for parmesan and waited 15 minutes for it ! Had to ask for our blue cheese for fingers twice , and forget it if you expect your drink to be refilled. After dining here several times this was definitely the last time .... on the bright side the waitress had friends come in and they seemed to have her undivided attention !

One of our girls soda glass had a crack in it, when asked for replacement the soda was flat and waitress said she wouldn’t charge for it. We were done with our pizza and fish frys before our wings even made it out to our table, told her to make them to go. Eat here about once a month and the service is definitely going south.

Found this place just passing by after visiting Glen falls. New to the area, and figured I would give it a try. The food was inedible. Spaghetti was over cooked, watery, and completely tasteless. The Sauce was akin to bland tomato paste. The Lasagna was an absolutely foul and flavorless mush. Chicken parm was mediocre at best. Service was painfully slow, and to top it all off, they even charge for refills. With that said, the nearly flat coke I was served was the best thing I ordered. If you have taste buds, I’d recommend finding a different establishment.

First, if I could have given a negative review I’d be happier. The food was inedible. My wife had pasta and could not eat it. The pasta was tasteless and overcooked. To make matters worse, the sauce was watery, lacked salt and tasted as though someone just dumped tomatoes in a pot and heated them. There was no garlic, olive oil, basil or other spices to enhance the sauce. I had eggplant parmigiana. The eggplant was sliced too thick and the bread coating was overwhelming. The proportions were too large. It was almost insulting to get portions that large of such inferior food. Second, we had to wait for the food to be served (maybe God was telling us something). Everything from drinks, salad and meal were presented at a snail’s pace. Finally, because the portions are so large, the plate presentation was off putting. Sauce dripped off the side on both plates. We will never go back. If you are thinking of trying this eatery: STOP! There are better low cost options — Romeo and Juliet for one.

Today was my first and last time visiting Sorrentino's. I called and made a reservation for 6:45. The gentleman on the phone was the only positive experience I had here. When my party of 5 showed up, we were greeted by a foul sewage smell and an unpleasant waitress. When we were seated, it took 15 for drinks that our waitress ended up dropping all over the floor and charged us for the refills. Our appetizers were grossly underwhelming. I could've gone to Tops and made them myself. The soup of the day claimed to be Buffalo Chicken Wing, but in all reality it was lukewarm cheese sauce with some cut up tomatoes. All of our salads were not fresh and had 4 croutons, but that was probably the best thing that was served to us. All of our undercooked pasta was drowning in a sweet tomato sauce. My one companion didn't even touch her tortellini which was delivered to the table 10 minutes after everyone else's food, and they still made her pay for it. Our receipts were also messed up, but we didn't complain because we were trying to get out of there as fast as we could.

Been wanting to try this place for awhile because I work in the area. Dark atmosphere. Soup was like dish water, fish was probably one of the worst I've had. Pasta was nothing special. Left all my food untouched. They don't seem to care at all. Sad

Drove all the way up from the Southtowns after this place was highly recommended to us to celebrate a birthday. As one of us had to work until 9:30, we were limited in our options for a non-chain restaurant for Italian cuisine. We got there about 20 minutes after 10 on a Saturday night and were seated shortly afterwards. Our server came over quickly and took our drink orders. Sadly, it was all downhill after that. Google had said the place was open until 11:30, but the menus stated 11. We quickly looked over the menu and were in the middle of placing our orders when we were informed that the pasta dinners were no longer available, as they stopped serving them at 10. But they were still doing fried foods and pizza until the kitchen closed. This course, blew our minds. Nowhere on either the website or the menu is this notated anywhere. And what kind of restaurant advertises that the they are a Spaghetti House but stops serving Spaghetti an hour before they close their kitchen? That is what one would expect of a bar, not a restaurant. That's like Dunkin' Donuts stopping the sale of donuts an hour before they close. Kind of stunned, we put in a few appetizers to give us some time to figure out what to do. The server told us to take our time and left us to go put them in. 10 minutes later she came back to see if there was anything else we wanted, as she'd just been told the kitchen would be closing. It was now about quarter to 11. Apparently taking our time meant now or never. So we ordered a whole white pizza, and a cheeseburger sub. We requested the sub with ketchup, mustard, onion and pickle, only to be told that the ketchup and mustard would be in packets on the side. The appetizers arrived and they were okay. I'd ordered hot wings that were more medium with the amount of butter in the sauce, but the taste was decent. The rest of the food came out shortly after, but we found it to be sorely lacking. The sub had a single dill sphere on the side and there were no ketchup or mustard packets to be had. There was little cheese and little onion to boot. The pizza was extremely dry, the crust was tough, and had few toppings. It was obvious that the dough was old, probably made Friday to service the weekend. I was told later by the person celebrating his birthday that this was probably the worst pizza he'd ever had. The server dropped off the food and then disappeared to go back to mopping the floor and then chatting in the side room with another server until it became obvious we were waiting for the check. We really never touched our food beyond the appetizers, but that didn't seem to be of any concern. From the other reviews and the recommendations, we expected much better. Instead, we got mediocre food that felt like it had been just thrown together from kitchen leftovers and "just okay" service. We will not be back.

I couldn’t help but noticed that they kept trying to put people of color in this one area in the corner.

PIZZA was Boring, no flavor, sauce taste like tomatoes paste. BUT their dinners are excellent and spaghetti sauce is delicious.

Went with my wife. Wanted pizza and had very few options. Pizza was on par with Crosbys of other quick places. My wife ordered eggplant parm sub and all I can say was it was WET. No one wants a wet sub that's bland that could've been made at home for $7 not 15

Had high hopes for this place. Passed it many times the atmosphere looks inviting but the food needs major improvement. $60 for a large cheese and pepperoni pizza, 1 order of pizza logs 1 order of mozzarella sticks and fries I thought it would be edible unfortunately the cheese on the pizza was solidified, the mozzarella sticks sauce was inside the container on its side and melted from the heat so all the sauce ran out they were in a bath of sauce. And the fries and pizza logs were so soggy with grease. I can understand 1 or 2 bad things but entire order is very disappointing. Drive past go to LA NOVA instead!

Went there on Thursday for music on main. Bartender refused to come over and serve us after waiting there for over 10 minutes. Finally the other bartender noticed and came over but at that point it was too late. I’m not begging you to take my money.

I gave this restaurant another chance. However, it was just as bad as before. This is without a doubt my absolute least favorite restaurant in all of Buffalo. I tried to get tortellini because every other time, I ordered eggplant parmesan it was way too oily and not cooked through. Sadly, it was as though they did not drain the water from the pasta, and everything was watery. They put shredded lettuce on the chicken sandwich, which just kept falling off. The mozzerella cheese was only on one half of the sandwich. The wait was super long, although there was only one other table, so my mother was late getting back to work. No free refills on fountain drinks. Fine. But say that in advance. The waitress asked if I wanted a second diet coke, so I assumed it was included. The second one she brought did not taste like diet coke, but like perfume was sprayed in the glass. I did not drink it, but we were charged anyways. Same for my mother's drink that it had the same perfume taste. Experience from 2023: Horrible food. Horrible waitress. Weak drinks. It took 40 minutes to get our cheesy garlic bread appetizer, which came out overcooked (see pic). I asked for a vodka cranberry, which was literally just cranberry juice (see pic). I asked the waitress how thick the eggplant slices are. She said, "I never used a ruler to measure it." in a nasty tone. When I said I never asked her to, she replied with, "It was sarcasm." Two of us got the Carol's Creation, which supposedly was an award winner, but it was tasteless and inedible. (The award was from 2001- why advertise that you haven't managed to make good food since then?) My cheese tortellini was equal to something you could make from tortellini and sauce from the dollar store. The dinner salads had literally one piece of tomato and one slice of cucumber each. I have given this place multiple second chances, but after today's experience, I would not recommend this place nor go back.
