The Crazy Puffs are a great idea and when cooked to order the puffs should not be burnt nor dry. I waited 10 minutes for two(2) orders and when i got them the cheese on top was burnt and they were dry. $3.99 great price point but workers shoukd be more cincerned with quality than quanity. Disappointed very disappointed.....

Very disappointed that I just wasted my lunch break and was unable to get food because the Manager couldn’t comprehend that I wanted Italian cheese bread add pepperoni’s, not the pepperoni bread you already offer! Then he couldn’t process my refund at all. Shameful that I have to return when the Manger Allen is NOT present to get my order correct.

Ordered one crazy bread two pretzel crust with pizza sauce and cheese and one classic cheese pizza and they gave me three classic cheese pizzas and when I called them to let them know that you hung up on me and now they're ignoring their phone because they know they messed up do not go to this place they're ignorant horrible staff members in there and rude when you're in there

I placed an order, but my pizza was put in the wrong portal. The counter lady had me standing there for about 20 minutes while she kept coming back and forth. I called her several times, but she didn’t respond or acknowledge me. After making me wait for her mistake, she didn’t even apologize. If I hadn’t already paid for the pizza, I would have left the store.

My deep dish pizza, had no cheese on it and tasted like cardboard. My Italian cheese sticks had no cheese on them either and was disgustingI. I don’t know if it’s the location that is serving such terrible food or is it the company policy now to give cheap and nasty pizza. This location has turned me off from going to any other of Little Caesars. Everything that’s cheap is not good, trust and believe that.

Wish I could rate this place 0 stars. Get your system together. Very unorganized, portal always broken, sodas always warm, nothing ever hot and ready. Been waiting over 40 minutes for a pizza I had to order twice. General manager extremely rude, unprofessional and holds no accountability for THEIR errors. Harlem road in cheektowaga ny location.

Went in last night at 9:25 to pick up pizzas to help a family in need and ordered 4 meat trio pizzas. I was told after 9pm you can only get traditional. I said ok I'd like 4 cheese and pepperoni please. The lady taking my order yelled back the order and the guys in back were upset I was ordering. The young lady said there's 3 in the box. I said I'll just take the 3 in the box. Apparently it was more important to the people in back to go outside. I said I will just take the 3 in the box. She was apologetic and accommodating. I yelled in the back that it was absolutely horrible customer service. Why do people think they should get paid for not doing their job?

I went here twice recently and both times there was an issue with the food being cold. First time I got crazy puffs and Italian bread and asked for them to be made fresh and as soon I got into my car and opened them I knew they were not fresh. They looked dry and when I bit into them they were barely warm. I was late to an appt so I didn’t have time to go in and get new ones. Today I went in and got a classic pizza and crazy puffs. I asked for a fresh ones and again got into the car and opened the box and it definitely was not fresh. Again just barely warm. Had to go home and put it into the oven. I’m new to the area and this was the closest Little Caesar’s to me and since there were other people in there I didn’t want to have to wait for one to be made again.

The pizza for lunch special had no bottom and was super dry with little sauce and seemed to me old and prepped incorrectly. I also waited up front to order for 5 minutes although employee saw me and did not acknowledge me. She seemed out of it and no customer service.

You're lucky when they remember to cut your pizza. I've come home numerous times with pizza not what I ordered or cut. They never have the hot n ready full. They'll hand out pizzas to customers who come well after you simply because they're ordering less. My daughter in law went in after work a few days ago and ordered 3 pretzel pizzas. She was handed the wrong thing 6 times and finally got her order after waiting almost an hour after asking for a refund.
