2025 Saturday October 25th around 1:30 pm Everything was fantastic pizza was great breadsticks were super good if you guys can keep up this consistency I could see you bringing back the good name of Pizza Hut like back in the days of old.. establishment was nice and clean inside pearing back into the kitchen it looked clean. All the employees looked clean and well groomed. Was really really happy it's been a while since we've hit a good Pizza Hut so I was surprised when I came to leave a review and only seen 3.6 stars... keep up this consistency like what I had and make everybody's else's experience thebsame and hopefully you'll get back up to 4 plus stars..

So far, everything we have ordered has been tasty and consistent. They show us our food before we walk out. The cheese pizza is soooooo good, and I actually want to eat the crust. The garlic cheese bread sticks are awesome. I used to have pizza hut growing up, and I'm so glad they are back. Keep it up!

Our personal supremes were delicious! Spoke to the kind man working this location. Told him we were out that way and wanted pizza hut, there isn't one where we live so it was a special short detour. He informed us that they will be building one near us soon and it's already in the works.

Unfortunately I placed an order that I didn't want & I already paid for in advance. Once I arrived to the Sheridan & Harlem rd location the employee told me he couldn't fix my order after I clearly told him that it was a mistake on my end that I didn't want the "stuffed crust supreme pizza" so instead of remaking it to the original pan supreme he sent me out the restaurant door with a bad taste in my mouth. He could've just remade it for me & I would have been a pleased customer. Very bad customer service. I truly miss the awesome service I use to receive in the past when Pizza Hut was at every corner "Sit down Locations ". The employees at this location "DO NOT" wear gloves to make these pizzas.

Always up to the Pizza Hut standard so far. Good consistent pizza. The only snag has been with delivery, because they use Door Dash and their system seems to struggle with some Amherst Addresses for some reason. It once sent our driver to Tonawanda, but the driver had the clarity to call and confirm, avoiding any problem.

I would put it on par with Dominos and better than say Little Caesars or Pappa Johns, but not as good as a local place like Franco's. So that is why it gets 4 stars.

The pizza was ok. The traditional honey BBQ wings were not good. The wings were very fatty and the sauce was not very good. It had a strange taste.

Ordered a few of the pizza deals with up to 10 toppings free. At 6 toppings it gave a warning alert that you shouldn't add more toppings. There was an additional charge for extra cheese on another pizza that only had 4 toppings on it. There were little to no toppings on both pizzas. However, food was ready quickly and was hot. Had to pay cash at pickup for 2 sauce packets (I don't mind paying extra but $1 each was excessive). Definitely not worth it. Overpriced, and I would not recommend eating here.

To make things worse, I noticed the employee preparing pizzas wasn’t wearing gloves, which is completely unacceptable for handling food. I expected much better from a well known chain like Pizza Hut. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon.

Would not recommend ordering from them. Horrible customer service and scammy activity. I called at 10:30 to place a delivery order over the phone. Told the employee my name, order request, and credit card number. Was then placed on hold for almost 20 minutes only to be hung up on. I called back immediately and got the same individual. Asked about the status of my order - which he then claimed they didn’t take. I was also told that they don’t take card payments over the phone, yet they were quick to take my card number during my original phone call. So now I have to go through the hassle of having my card reissued so the skeezy people can’t scam me. Would never recommend. Not only was the thing unprofessional but also extremely concerning.

The customer service here is beyond awful!! The girl behind the register was so rude. I asked to speak to a manager and she just kept talking and being rude. She never got a manager and still screwed up my order. My order wasn't how i asked for it and part of it was missing. My daughter was so upset because the part that was missing was the part she wanted. I wasn't waiting longer for it to come out on top of dealing with a rude worker. I had enough. I walked out and will never go there again. I will find another location.

Order the large pizza. Cheese pepperoni mushrooms olives onions There was almost no ingredients on the pie. I thought I ordered breadsticks by the way it looked. The whole large pie didn't even weigh a half a pound. Never again.

They messed up my order. Put the wrong toppings on the pizza. Pizza and wings that were delivered came cold. The "pay in person" option that they have for delivery doesn't accept card. Only cash. They deliver through doordash. Makes no sense why they force you to do a minimum of $15 when they charge all those ridiculous fees. After fees and everything for a 18 dollar purchase it came up to $30 PRE TIP. This is ridiculous as its just cheaper to just order directly through doordash. Will never order delivery from here again. If you want pizza delivery just go to Jet's pizza its 1000x better than here. Cheaper, food comes hot and the pizza is better there. They accept card as well for delivery purchases. Avoid this place.

Using the app was seamless and works just fine. Pizza Hut was once a favorite of mine and now I will probably never visit this location. Living in Buffalo there is no short of great pizza but every once in awhile you get a craving for something a little different and Pizza was great for that. I used to visit the location in Blasdell every time that craving hit. Buffalo needs to have a Pizza Hut "restaurant" back and not these satellite ovens. The pizza was tasteless and was even more terrible as a leftover for next day. The breadsticks are not the breadsticks that were once the best in the business. The marinara sauce seemed a little different, almost seemed like it was a substitute for the original sauce. I keep giving this place a shot and every time I go there, I immediately regret it. It seems that corporately, Pizza Hut has cut every corner and no longer focuses on quality and all the focus on how cheaply they can put a product out. I have had pizza from gas stations better than this. Little Caesar's is light years ahead of you with this style of fast food. I deleted the Pizza Hut app right after my 1st bite and I will never go back unless Pizza Hut reverts back to quality and a sit in restaurant here in Buffalo.

Why can't they cook the pizza the way Pizza Hut used to, IN A PAN IN A HOT OVEN!? When you call to order, none of them understand you, and you can't understand them. Not the nicest peopke when you puck up your order. When I picked up the pizza's, they place was filthy & disgusting. You can't sit down, take out only. Bring back Pizza Hut, the way it used to be!
