What a great place. I am not a coffee drinker but I found myself in this coffee shop this morning. I was amazed at how much seating they have, and how luscious the bake goods appear.

The staff members named AWOKE, is awesome!! The other staff members can use a some customer services skills, not that friendly or helpful. Always room to grow. Go spot

I adore this place. The coffee is amazing. Always. The food is really good. Today was a different experience. I ordered pickup through Uber Eats. I ordered about 20 minutes before my arrival. The coffee wasn’t ready. I don’t mind. Hot coffee is delicious. The lovely lady handed me my coffee and said have a good day. I still had an omelette waiting. So I told her I was still waiting on a omelette. She checked the receipt. Then her digital device for orders and said it was still being prepared. It wasn’t. It was sitting on the table waiting to be handed out. I stood there for another 5 to 7 minutes watching my food as she continued fixing others. Finally she walked over to the counter, read the ticket, and handed me my food. No apology. No oops. No request to at the very least heat it. Just here yah go. Mistakes happen. No big deal. For reference she seen the box and still ignored it. Guess she didn’t want to read the ticket. Not sure. Just sad. My omelette is cold now. lol still managed to be good. Even cold. Haha.

Did some computer work and enjoyed a hot chocolate at this cafe. The place is spacious and has good wifi so it is great for working. I came near closing time on a weekday and it was not crowded. I enjoyed my drink and got some productive working time in. Would recommend this cafe as a place away from the home or office to work.

Lots of space inside, a wide variety on the menu, pastries and plenty of drinks and syrup flavor options! The staff tried to charge $9.50 for my large americano, so there is some error to their system. That was a little frustrating, but we worked it out.

I ordered an egg, cheese & bacon breakfast sandwich & the egg had 0 seasoning not even salt to taste. Overall, kudos to the guy at the cashier! People like that deserve a raise for their customer service. Can’t same for the others there today.

This place could be a gem and I feel like it has been dying slowly for years. The service isn’t great. Seems like there’s an absence of management presence. Atmosphere is always freezing inside. Use to be cozy and a little more put together. With a little care for the interior and service, this place could be absolute gold because of the location and potential atmosphere. Coffee is still solid though.

I've tried enough with them, being that they're close to my office but the unprofessional service just isn't worth it. There have been some kind people, but I consistently have rude encounters that are just awkward to deal with, especially with the woman at the register and kitchen today. There seems to be a lack of communication within the team that somehow falls on the customer.

I have been going to this Spot on and off for decades and this is the first bad experience I have had. The staff was wonderful but I got home, excited to eat my sandwich only to find they had given me someone else's order. Given I have celiac disease I couldn't even eat what they gave me instead so it is going to waste. I tried to call but the mailbox was full so I guess I am out however much it was and without my sandwich.

Shame on the managers of this place for under staffing on a Saturday morning and leaving two people to run the entire shop during what im sure is one of their busiest times of the week. Going to Spot was not a fantastic experience. Their shop was dirty and discombobulated. My wife and I didnt get all of our food and she had to wait in line again to get the rest of our order. I got an iced coffee and it was mostly water. Came out distinctly the color of iced tea with the taste of a cup of water that someone whispered “coffee” into. The cup was also dripping with iced coffee when they gave it to me. My wife got a hot chai latte that was basically a cup of steamed milk. Our food was ordered as sit in and they gave us to go containers while everyone else had plates. I definitely would not go back here and in fact I’m sad we went here in the first place. Maybe they’re understaffed, which is a sign of poor management, but that wasn’t the only issue here. By the way, the entire time I’ve been writing this, my wife has been at the front counter waiting to get our muffin, which was the missed part of the order. 20 minutes and counting, literally just standing at the register. Our food was pretty good and I love a good coffee shop, but this isn’t it. Edit: the muffins are fantastic, which is why I gave it two stars.

Recommend staying clear of this spot. One of the worst lattes I've had in recent years paired with unfriendly service from top to bottom. Don't waste your time or money.

Do not come here for food. waited 45 min for food on Sunday morning. When inquired about the delay no body cared. Finally got my money refunded.($70 with 15% tip).

They told my daughter to leave just because she was waiting for me to meet her there in a short amount of time, because she “wasn’t a paying customer”. Even though I was about to meet her there and, voila, be a paying customer for TWO orders. Guess they know how to turn away customers both young and old. Looking at the previous reviews, it looks like this is a trend. Hopefully the other Spot branches are better, I have loved them for 15 years and “waited” for other people to join me in those years. Also, this location has soggy wraps and stale muffins.

Went to get a mocha shake on break on 11/11/25 because I work next door at the dental office. Ordered while my boyfriend smoked outside. When he came in we were looking at the casing of bakery goods while waiting for my shake to be made. The girl at the register who initially took my order came over to us and asked my boyfriend if he was ordering something. He said no we’re just waiting for her order. She got nasty with him and said “well that’s not the waiting area that’s the ordering area.” No one was even in line and we weren’t in anyone’s way. My boyfriend told her well it’s taking forever for her drink, so… to which she replied well if you consider 4 minutes forever in a rude condescending tone. Then she proceeded to say “well this place is for people that ordered something.” Like hello? I ordered something and my boyfriend was waiting with me like that’s a problem? Very rude and unprofessional barista. Nasty attitude and she should really check herself.

The food was great, but the service was terrible. The lady working register was very nasty, unprofessional (used profanity), and on some power trip. All because I paid for mine and my groups food, she tried to stop people with me from using the restroom stating they need to make a purchase after I just bought their food. Ran around the counter and got in front of them, until an older employee stepped in (assuming the manager/owner) and let us use the restroom. We were then walking by the stores entrance moments later and the same lady opened the door and stuck her middle finger up at us. This was the Halloween event that happened on Sat. Oct 25.2025. Very disappointed with her actions. But the bagels were delicious.
