Utter deliciousness! My Watermelon MoJo was GREAT! Just a hint of mint and it was not sugary - simply CHILL AND REFRESHING and SO MUCH BETTER THAN ICE CREAM!!! Music was not overly loud as I’d read in reviews - and I’m very sensitive due to hearing! Bathroom was clean and the store space itself had no viewable dirt - someone cares for this business!
Extremely fast service. Blueberry Bliss, Jetty punch, and Paradise Point was my order today. The food is also good, I recommend trying the new flavors (mango monsoon and tropical dragon passion).

I went to Tropical smoothie and the 2 beautiful ladies that assisted me they were so nice. One of their names was Belinda very welcoming. I'll always go to the Delaware location

The staff here are always so nice and they work INCREDIBLY hard. The food has always been great whenever I come here and parking is super easy. Y'all are rock stars!
I’m not sure if this is the correct one but it’s supposed to be for the one on Delaware in between Chipotle and Jersey mikes(still pending) I just wanna say that the girl with the two braids like Pippi long stocking is amazing. I watched her this morning handle that line that was just never ending by herself. She didn’t get frustrated or overwhelmed. She greeted every customer politely even tho she was doing the job of 3/4 people. She stayed calm and got every order out as fast as she could. Even when the door dashers were bugging her about their orders she remained polite and professional! Good job girlie you did that!

I'm not a fan of the atmosphere, specifically the music. It gets really crowded and your breathing on one another. But smoothies are good here hands down and the employees are cool. They get a lot of business, they deserve a larger building. Hey OWNER, Give those employees and us customers some room to breath!! Honey, That Detox Island Green smoothie is the truth! The manager is extremely rude, the disrespect for her employees in front of patrons is disgusting and shouldn't be accepted in the work place
Placed an online order, took 30 mins to fill, entire restaurant cleared out between arrival and getting the order, including people that came to the counter well after me. Asked twice for the order and was told they were working on it. Product is good but this isn’t my first experience here with the turnaround being so poor. I’d recommend placing any order minimum 20 mins ahead of arrival, though it risks a melted drink or cold food.

Placed an online order, took 30 mins to fill, entire restaurant cleared out between arrival and getting the order, including people that came to the counter well after me. Every time I come to this place in person, I have a negative experience. The first time I came to pick up, I waited an HOUR after the app said it was ready and they still didn't hand the order to me, I had to ask again. The second time, same thing, ordered a smoothie at the register and waited patiently about 20-25 minutes again. They cleared out the whole store and left me sitting at the counter by myself while they had placed my smoothie aside in their staging area. I don't know what's up with them but the service needs to be addressed.
You never get your order at the promised time here. I went in today 5 mins after it was supossed to be ready. Food was ready but smoothie had not been started. The girl made my smoothie then placed it behind the register despite the fact that I was literally within arms length of her. Customer service is an afterthought and the music is way too loud!!!!
I regularly order from this chain at a separate location for lunch. Tonight I tried to order the same food I get nearly every day and while I'm not sure what it was I was served it didn't look anything like the chicken in any other location I have been to. Tropical smoothie cafés app also has no refund and the order complaints are buried in multiple menus. Overall a very disappointing experience in what should have been something to look forward to.
Walked in @ 9:40. Watch as employees walked back and forth for 5min. I was told they could not place anymore orders. Additionally the mobile app was not working @9:30. Change your hours on the app and the internet. May help with reviews….

Placed an online order for an island green detox smoothie on the app. Picked it up and took it home, Nothing was coming through the straw because there was so much chunk in my smoothie. I had to take the top off and eat it with the spoon because there was chunks of ginger, kale, spinach and ice. Nothing was blended consistently. I spoke to someone who sound like a child on the phone and claimed to be the manager, told me to come in and get a free smoothie and let them know that "a manager" said that it was okay But refused to leave his name. I receive no apologies and he hung up on me before I can't even finish talking. I more than likely will be making my own smoothies at home from now on, I don't even care about being a rewards member at this point because I got treated like crap today and I would rather spend my money elsewhere.

The atmosphere here is intense I will be reporting this store to corporate everyone is always in a bad mood including the manager you cannot even call in an order from the store learn how to speak correctly to customers I ordered a Jerk wrap her employees told me that the wrap was not spicy when I bit into the wrap it almost burned my mouth up and I quote she told me the Manager ‘ your Caribbean you should no that all Caribbean food is spicy’’ that was the most racial slander and most degrading comment I have ever experienced in my entire life or ever heard I will be reporting this to corporate and will be in contact with my several Attorneys about this matter!!!!!!!!

Update: the one woman who's always working in the morning is always miserable and always makes customers wait, ignoring them and rude. First time thought she was just having a bad day. Next visit she had plenty of support staff but was just as miserable. Definitely want to avoid this place weekday mornings with her working.
The customer service is terrible and my food looking like it was left overs from the bench of other food. Don’t bother calling because the workers are allowed to hang up the phone. Don’t waste your money! If the night crew doesn’t want to work at night change your hours beyond aggravated and I wrote a email to corporate. After reading the review I also had to deal with the guy who didn’t want to leave his name! He should be fired or put back into training. His attitude was unacceptable and for multiple people to have this interaction is disturbing.
Staff were hostile in the store and on the phone. I was picking up an order and noticed that I was missing one item. When they were contacted on the phone, whoever picked up was very rude and when she was asked if we could just pick up the missing item she insolently said to just get a refund online because they were busy and hung up the phone. This is unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. The smoothies however, are good.
I keep coming back and I don’t know why. The service is so bad. I work in the restaurant industry and you don’t ignore your customer. The 2 employees working tuesday afternoon were so focused on doordash and the line just kept getting longer. Not once did they say “i’ll be right with you”. Rude and now i really won’t be returning. Learn how to train your employees on customer service and schedule accordingly.
Ordered for delivery through the app. Got a pb banana flatbread. The put it in a stale/old tortilla instead of the flatbread and gave me like 1/3 of the normal amount of filling. I thinks it’s because I used my points for the flatbread and maybe they didn’t care. Idk

Very frustrated. Placed an order on the app today. Did not receive my whole order. There is no way to report this on the app efficiently. If you submit an issue, there is no way to complete the ticket. Then, it was impossible to get a hold of someone at the store. When I finally got someone to answer the phone, the employee hung up on me. So now I’m out $30, with no way to actually get a hold of anyone.
