My fave poke place. Simply great poke that's fresh and served with awesome sides that are tasty and healthy. Don't forget to ask for avocado with it!

My go-to lunch spot! I've been many times over the last few years and every time I go, the staff is always very kind and they have a great attitude. Love the atmosphere, plus the food is great. I always get to-go, there's no indoor seating, which I hope they bring back soon.

My go to poke spot! The staff is always so friendly and quick. Ingredients taste and look fresh. Very large portions so it’s a great value.

Whenever I go there, I'm greeted with a smile. They always make it just how I want it, which is fabulous! I love stopping by AAP when I'm craving a bowl of poke.

This is my favorite poke spot! I also love the rewards program, buy ten bowls and get a small one free. I'm here so often that I've gotten plenty of use out of it. The fish and veggies are always fresh and the employees are so nice!!

I come here for lunch at least once a week! Everything is always fresh and good! The staff is always kind and i appreciate that they still wear masks. Covid aside i don’t want people breathing on my food!

I haven't tried poke bowls until a couple of months ago. First time was in a place in Los Angeles and it was good. Then I found this one near my work place and I love it. It's always fresh and delicious and the ladies there are very nice. I've been at other places and not all of them put masago on it, but one of the places that I've been to, if I ask them to put some more masago (because I love it), the employees roll their eyes and add an extra tiny bit of it, like 1/3 of a teaspoon, but in here, I always ask them to put some more and they smile and put a lot more. I wouldn't mind paying more but their attitude is one of the things that make this place my favorite.

The food was delicious and fresh, the staff was very sweet, and parking wasn't too bad. I can't complain about my experience, but one thing I noticed was the lack of seating. I got my food to go, so it didn't bother me too much, but ut may bother others.

The healthiest : fastest : most affordable food in burbank. This is not a sit down restaurant but there is standing tables. This is my go to spot post workout for something fresh and easy.

I like this poke place, mainly for the variety of ingredients they offer, for me I like the salmon and tuna flavors so get the 3 protein scoops with brown rice, the atmosphere is OK, service is good you can get in and out in less than 5 minutes if you know what you want, didnt have issues parking nor finding the place, the staff was heplful and kind, for the price this is an excellent choice, will be coming back.

Easily my favorite poke spot! I've been going to the other location on Ventura for years but I'm starting to go to this location more instead and the employees here are all awesome and friendly. The customer service is top-notch and the food is excellent.

In a time when Poke is opening up left and right, these guys are doing it right! With a yelp check-in you can get free avocado or mango. In my eyes, that's winning! And they have a loyalty card! (Always appreciate being rewarded for my patronage!)

Poke was fresh and tasted good, however it is a but pricey once you start to add some of the premuim toppings like avacado. There is also no seating inside and only counters where you can stand and eat. Overall, food was great but just a bit pricey for what it is.

Really good toppings selection and it always tastes delicious. The wait can be a bit longer than expected at times but as long as you plan for that this is one of the better poke places I have found in the area.

I also recommend having everything mixed together, including your base and sides.

It's ok. Something different for the area but the food and how the food is served is a bit hectic. Small bowl packed so full it can't even close and then all the toppings are stuck to the lid.

We had an order of 3 poké bowls and 2 ice cream macarons. The woman who helped us seemed very confused. They split up our order with someone else’s and didn’t know who’s was who’s. When we went to check out and chose our ice cream macarons she didn’t even know a flavor i was asking for (which i knew was coffee and told her it was coffee). She decided the best course of action was to put her face centimeters from it and smell it with no mask or anything's. Which was just jaw dropping how disgusting that was and then to pack it up for a customer.

We always go here after working out for the last 3 months we have been eating their almost everyday and there is always and employee that gives us a hard time and pit low portions and food and are disrespectful. They don't except cats they said to us so don't take cahs here.

It seems to thatThis particular store has a problem with me. I go into the store Twice or three times a month I have been in this store and the young man has been quite rude to me regarding my mask that was perhaps a little crooked my face however, it's not what you say but how you say it too a person.I am a paying customer and with should be treated with the utmost respect. This evening the young lady at the counter had Same a nasty tone in regaurds to my face shield which covers Every aspect ofMy face. Everyone should be trained on how to deal and greet customers properly.. You just lost the customer

Horrible customer service. I walked in to pick up and order from online and the staff kept trying to tell me how to cover my face and obstruct my breathing. It was the weirdest thing. They said unless my nose was fully covered that they could not hand me the food. Makes no sense. I will never go there again.

Food was inedible. I called back to nicely inform them that their tuna went bad and got hung up on. Quiet disappointed. The attitude there was something else. The person ordering before me even got yelled at. Staff was rude.

wow so disappointed in this place. came recently (2024) and they don’t give the same portions as they used to. the quality of ingredients aren’t as fresh. tried it again the next week bc I thought they were just having an off day, and got the same thing. they use to give really generous portions but seems they maybe got new owners or something bc i barely got anything for my $20+ spent there. very sad to see this place go down. go to Poke Salad and you’ll see a difference night and day

If I can give this place a 0 star I would for the service! My 15 year old daughter was ordering 2 bowls. I let her place the order so she can learn and be a independent person. The server [hispanic lady] was very rude while my daughter was giving her the order and told the server to mix it up ...the server became very abnociois and was rushing her and said next time tell me in advance if you want that. I told her relax, she's a kid and trying to learn how to place an order. Don't be rude and provide poor customer service! The server needs to learn how to provide customer service and be polite, patient and respectful.

I’ve been coming to all about poke for over 6 years now and it’s honestly been one of my go-to spots for poke. The food has always been good and it’s a place i’ve recommended to friends many times. This most recent visit was a little disappointing though. I came in about 45 minutes before closing, and the female employee working seemed extremely bothered the moment i walked in. She let out a big sigh, asked if i was picking up, and when i said no it felt like she was even more frustrated. throughout the ordering process she seemed unhappy to be helping, which made the whole interaction pretty uncomfortable. The food itself was still fine, but the portions felt smaller than usual. I ordered a large bowl and there was still a lot of empty space, and when i asked for a little more toppings it seemed like she didn’t want to add much. I completely understand that it was close to closing and everyone gets tired at the end of a shift, but the attitude made the experience feel very unwelcoming. I really like this place but after my last experience, I don't think I will be coming back because it was very upsetting.
