Pinball pizza was a fun throwback experience to the good old 80s pizza arcade places we used to go to. I went the week before we had dinner, and I was waiting for a relative to finish an activity. I asked the employee how much the sodas were, because that's all I wanted at the time, and she said it was $1.50, which I thought was very reasonable considering it was a restaurant. I gave her two dollars and asked her how much the pinball arcade machines were. She said about $.75 or $.50. Then she did a very unusual and miraculous thing, she gave me an extra quarter so that I can play the $.75 pinball machine! I mean who does that? So I played the pinball machine, had fun, had my soda, and her kindness left a sweet memory in my mind. I came back home and told my wife we gotta go there next weekend because the people are really nice. So we went back next weekend, and had a feast. I mean we ordered everything we could think of that was low-carb at the time. All except for the fries I mean. 😁 Next time we'll have some pizza after we are done with the Christmas weight. ☺️🙃 the broasted chicken 🍗 was positively amazing, tender and warm, lots and lots of protein, and it was fun to pick out and eat on the spot. My wife had the chicken tenders, which looked so good, I decided to order those the next time. The pinball large salad was fantastic, with healthy fresh Romaine, carrots, nothing fancy or odd, definitely not drenched in some weird sauce or dressing. The dressing was on the side which was perfect! We asked for the black olives and the cheese on the side, and they gave us one container of each! It was so nice to have a buffet like that. There was no one else there at the time, because it seemed like most people ordered takeout. We literally had the restaurant to ourselves. it took about 20 minutes for the food (because it was getting cooked fresh, not just getting warmed up out of the freezer!) to come out, so we went for a walk around the neighborhood, built up an appetite and worked up our metabolism. We sat down and feasted for about an hour, and it was a very nice time. We had also a nice conversation with the owner and the employees, who are wonderful people. After that, we took about 20 or 30 minutes to play all the pinball machines and take pictures with them. Everything was working except for the Rush pinball machine, but that was cool, because the other ones were a lot of fun too. I liked the vintage change machine as well, and it's so satisfying to hear those quarters drop! 🤩 we spent so much time there, we decided that eventually it was time to go and come back another time. It was easily one of the nicest experiences we've had in a long time, especially for the money. Definitely recommend. Also, the owner is very approachable and will tell you the history of the place if you ask. As usual, we tipped well, even though there was no table service needed, but it's always nice to take a little extra care of the employees who worked really hard to make lovely food and a wonderful ambience.
I have driven by this place a bunch of times but since Robert took it over, it's been cleaned up and actually has cool vintage pinball machines! I got the pepperoni pizza and it was super tasty. Crispy dough, yummy cheese and I loved it- the sauce was perfect . I'll be back.
Pinball and pizza what more could you want from an LA night Nice spot and the food is on point. Tried the haiwaian with cherries, and chicken both did not disappoint The cut of ham they used with the cherries and pinapple tastes like Christmas dinner. The chicken broasted style too, good flavor and super moist. Do yourself a favor and stop by today

I’ve been ordering from this place for years and love their pizza, but under new ownership they’ve taken an extra level of customer service to what they do. The other night I ordered some sides of ranch and the driver accidentally forgot it, realized it, and took a whole extra trip to bring it to me. I’m still thinking about it a day later. I also use them for my business and always get so many compliments. Highly recommend. Pizza is so good. Support a local business!

My friend ordered Lemon Pepper Wings! I decided to give it a try, turned out amazing! Highly recommended! Wil definitely be coming back for more.

The pizza is honestly super Fresh made to order by the wonderful owners themselves, which they provide top-tier service with care. I’ve been coming here since I was kid. Recently came back again and it still doesn’t disappoint! The prices are phenomenal, which usually means you’re getting a subpar product, but that isn’t the case here. The pizza is still amazing! Highly recommend you swing by and pick one up!!!!

New owners (Robert & Suzy) are amazing, new chef (ken…also amazing) i eat here at least once a week, hands down best pizza in burbank! Also love they are offering pizza by the slice now!
Been eating from here since I was like 6 years old and I’m 25 now and still eating their pizza, with the same employees my entire life haha I Love the pizza here, hot wings are great as well. It’s safe to say that Pinball is definitely a Burbank staple! There’s always specials too, to save some $$
You have to keep up with the times. Ordered tonight for the first time since the revamp. Wings are still big and meaty, toppings are generous, prices are the same. Seems like the XL pizza shrunk to an L size though. That’s about my only item to point out. Place looks lively, delivery guy had a cap with some lights on that spelled Pinball Pizza. While it was strange not to see the previous owners, I’m happy to see they’re trying to keep the same good things that the people want while making some updates. Hope it keeps up. 🙏💪
I love pinball pizza and my families been getting pizza there for 15+ years. We are loyal customers. However it’s recently been under new management I think? And while the pizza is still good it’s losing the essence it once had. The sauce used to be sweeter and now the pizza sauce is saltier. And the cheese was more goey. But now it seems slippery. I would love for pinball to go back to its original recipe and original box. Don’t fix something that isn’t broken. Thank you 🙏

Ordered delivery on a Friday night. Big mistake! Estimate was 80 minute delivery time… it took 95 minutes. Pizza is very good but be advised that weekend nights may be a longer wait than told for delivery.

Customer service is not good, price is good and quality also pretty good. Person answering phones is hard to understand and has no customer service, i had never been here so i asked for a large pizza and wings for dine in and he said ok ready in 20 min. So i arrive and realized that they have no room for dine in, i asked him why he didn't tell me and he just laughed and said you should of know that. ( Im from out of town) if you want a quick bite for a good price this is a good place to come only giving 3 stars because of the customer service food is good though

No pinpall. What a miss leading name. It's also decorated with Chinese Buddhist statues... in a Pizzeria??? What? On the counter they have a display for the Church of Scientology.... this place is weird as hell. No place to eat your pizza. They have some chairs to wait in that look like they come from a church basement in the 1970s. I don't get it.

I wish I could give this zero or negative stars. Pizza took over 2.5 hours to arrive. First, their webpage showed the driver right around the corner. 20 min later, we called - were told that this was a glitch, pizza was currently 10 min away. 20 minutes later, called to cancel (past hour no 2 at this point) told that it was on the way. Finally arrived more than 2.5 hours later. Wings were not cooked all the way through. And then the pizza...so apparently the new owner INSISTS that they are using the same ingredients, recipes, process, etc...this is nonsense. The only resemblance to the pizza under the old ownership was that it was round. It ended there. Smaller pizza, absolutely different - and inferior - crust, sauce tasted different and the presentation was off - there was a 3" strip across one side with zero cheese. These new owners have taken what was once an excellent and affordable dinner and driven it right into the toilet. I should have gone to Costco for a better and less expensive pizza. I used to really like this place, and now I will never, ever be back.

Would not recommend due to bad service and bad smelling chicken. Quality and Service has declined significantly the passed years.
I honestly think this place is a front. Rude disinterested staff who seem annoyed to be dealing with a customer. Pizza tasted like they made it with ketchup. Wings were cold and had no flavor. Weird decor and unwelcoming atmosphere.
