Would be as you would expect. Just not used to my name being called out in public via the speakers. ahah. Would come again if craving. Chicken was tender, fries werent anything special but the TOAST was a wow factor for me. great rich buttery flavor.

Drive through worked well. It took me less than 7 minutes. The box combo is good. Even though it's fast food, it's a good value. Attached are the pictures of the menu. Good place for unhealthy lunch:)

I frequent Raising Cane's often and this was my first time to this location on Preston. Overall it was a good experience. Hot, fresh food. Good size portions. I waited about 10 minutes for food after I ordered was only bad thing I have to say. Other than that good experience.

I can tell that the food quality has gone down slightly over the last 1-2 years which is a shame. I love Canes and hope that they can improve their chicken quality in the future. Overall, the food is good and consistent, and the sauce is a must-have. I do recommend, but if the quality dips more, I don't think I'll be coming back.

We just ordered kids combo meal just now and I could smell the burnt chicken from the bag as soon as my daughter took a bite she said it's burned. I think the oil they used was too hot.

Love love love canes, but every time my family and I come to this location, it’s usually through drive-thru.. and the service is always the same. We’ll be ordering our food and we constantly get cut off with “is that it ? Is that it ? Is that it?” It sounds rude and makes us rush our order every time. Don’t know if that’s how they were trained but it’s super rude.

Great food as always as well as service. But when I tried to tip the person who brought the food out to the hot crowded lot he said that he couldn’t accept cash tips per store policy. That is awful. Be better Canes.

Went through the drive thru toady for a box combo. Food was good as always, the low stars are from the clowns at the drive thru window not having the sense to make sure the lid was secure on the drink, needless to say I had a lap full of lemonade. That was bad enough until the girl who handed it to me started laughing. the meal container was left open also. Big disappointment today.

Oh my god there were like 5 pieces of hair in my food under all the tenders AFTER I ATE IT. Not even my hair color I’m a blonde, this is BLACK. Mind u they gave me the worst tenders they don’t even look like canes tenders…pls don’t come here

Would come here quite often due to being fast and near by for work, after today I will not. This is because of how I ordered my food in the window I could see over 3 individuals making fun of how I ordered since I requested an extra finger on my order. The person whom took my order made an error resulting in it being more time wasted in the drive through. Loved coming here but if you’re going to judge someone for how they order food they’re paying for I’ll go somewhere else.

This is like the worst canes by a long shot. The chicken isn’t even the same as the other ones at night. They give you some flat , rubber like chicken that’s impossible to pull apart. Go to any other canes. This one is terrible

Hi. I order alot from this location usually late at night after work from delivering pizzas all day. I always order the box combo. The food is usually really good and fresh. The staff/kids are also very attentive and friendly. However the last two times I came in I brought in a stack of leftover delivery pizzas for the staff both visits nobody even bothered to ask me if I wanted to place an order. The first time the manager came out and said the kids would eat the pizzas and didn't thank me or even ask to my order. Tonight I came in and again asked if anyone wanted pizzas and they gladly took them and thanked me. I stood there for a minute to see if someone wanted to take my order and nothing. I'm not saying they owed me anything special for bringing them leftover pizza. I just think it's weird that they thought that was the only reason I was there. I wanted to get some chicken to eat because I was hungry. Not sure I'll be spending any more time or money here.
