I am gluten free and the lady behind the counter substituted corn tortillas for flower tortillas with the soft chicken tacos. For years, I stopped eating these, and now I can. They were great! Thank you!

Very fast service dining in or using drive-thru. This location is very good when it comes to getting out your food. The food is pretty standard and what you would expect from any Del Taco, however if you are in a hurry and do not have much time, this is an excellent choice.

This del taco has a nice view to it, also out of all the times I've been there, they seem to really know how to handle a rush and take care of their customers.

I was planning to eat at Denny's, but the waiter took too long. I wouldn't have made my flight. Del Taco turned out to be an acceptable substitute. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The food is good and was prepared quickly. I even had time for a great desert: donut holes and a milkshake. 🙂

The employees here are genuinely nice. I was served by a younger, tall black man and an older Hispanic man. They took great care of my order as well.

This is by far the best Del Taco. Never messes up my order and just tastes better than the others. Double Del. No onions, no burger sauce, add secret sauce. You're welcome!

Good place to pick up some quick affordable food. I like their variety of items including shrimp and fish tacos. You can get a lot of food for a little money. Love their 8 layer veggie burrito especially since Taco Bell no longer offers their 7 layer. Big mistake Taco Bell.

I've always loved DelTaco. This DelTaco does charge 1-2 $ more per item because it's next to the airport, but it's still tasty, and the cashier who helped us was super nice

Love this Del Taco! The food is always tasty and satisfying. They get bonus points for keeping the sauce packets separate when you do a drive-thru mobile order pickup. It's a small detail, but makes a big difference if you're reheating your meal later.

Julio at the drive thru window and Ray on the line provided me with excellent customer service and some great snack tacos. I'm visiting from Las Vegas NV. I sought out the best rated del taco, and this 1 was an 8 mile drive beyond 7 or 8 other stores with lower ratings. It took me about 20 minutes to get there, but it was worth my drive. Thanks guys. First time trying Del Taco & I have to say it was quite good. Very filling for the $12 I spent on my meal. Not far from the airport or the Marriott hotel convention center if looking for a fast and affordable food option. Staff there was very friendly and nice.

Update: 7/20/24 These are the unsung heroes at the Del Taco. Jose is on the left and Ray is on the right. They work night shift and always get my order correct. These guys have always welcomed me with a big smile and a How are you. Jose is taking orders, getting orders ready and doing the cash drawer. Ray is getting order and order ready to go without hesitation. I wanted to say Thank you for always being nice human beings. I don’t know how they are able to multi task to get the order out. Jose and Ray: Great job! Update: 11/19/2022 Jaime is the man. If you have been going to the Del Taco on Hollywood Way in Burbank. I am sure you have seen him. He is always saying hello, training new staff and getting the orders out. I can’t believe his ability to multi task. Update: 10/23/20 This is the hardest working crew of all Del Tacos. They get orders in and out quickly. The drive thru moves fast and the orders are correct. went here after gym sesh extra hungry and got carne asada fries, hash sticks, strawberry minute maid and a bacon epic scambler without the sauce they put. Glad i found this del taco because they made the asada fries better than the other 2 locations i frequent so ill pick this location from now on. it can be a little confusing to enter the drive thru (you may end up in the airport) but it was worth it. Polite cashier patient with me as i attempted to order the entire menu 🤣 and a lil hesitation. Del breakfast items really hit different. Pretty solid for late night food. Employees are friendly. They have real brewed ice tea. Lots of menu items. Usually clean by fast food standards. Plenty of parking. Better than Taco Bell(?).

It is a standard fast food restaurant, food is good, but don't expect gournet cuisine. This location, next to Burbank airport, is clean and efficient. Unlike some other locations (Eagle Rock, for example), my order was taken promptly, and the food prepared quickly.

The is pretty good and fast. The strawberry 🍓 shakes are the best! Especially with their French fries. I wish they weren't but they are and that makes it harder to stay away 🤭

Tripas Tacos are my favorite, I've tasted other meats and they are okay, but tripas are really good. Only reason why I don't give a 5 star is because it takes too long to serve. The service is pretty slow, so you need to be very patient.

Convenient location for Del Taco just outside the Burbank airport for a quick bite before your flight or upon your return flight. Fresh ingredients and generous portions, much like Taco Bell used to be 20+ years ago. I will always choose Del Taco because of the freshness and self-prepared ingredients.

Fast food, really fast. Their Mexican dishes are not bad for a fast food chain. Their hamburgers are nothing out this world. But their French fries are pretty good. Now they offer plate combos, and for the price you can not go wrong. They are open 24 hrs.

The service is always great. The food, well not Mexican street tacos, but Americanized fast food. Still, it's not bad and not expensive. Good for feeding a lot of people, for office meetings, etc.

I went to the bathroom here after I dropped off a rental car. Bathroom was unsurprisingly mediocre. But it fulfilled it's need.

The service is good and the drive thru speaker is clear. Ease of giving and hearing your order is appreciated. I usually have food from this location late at night and I will say DO NOT ORDER CHURROS! They are delicious, but the times I have, the wait times have exceeded 7 minutes. Freshness, I get it... But I'll be sure not to order them again if going late. Amazing dollar menu, hits that spot.

First time at Del Taco. Had the jumbo shrimp tacos. Can't say they were amazing and flavorful, but it was definitely fresh. Price was good for the food so I'll definitely be back!

Clean inside and nice and cold in the summer. This place is an oasis in the valley heat. Good quick food when the mood hits.

Love the food here, it's fast food, and that's the standard I apply to this review. They also have great vegetarian options like the 8 layer burrito and beyond taco. Unfortunately, they are prone to making mistakes 1/5 visits or so. Normally when this happens the order was read back to me correctly, and the receipt says the right items. They could also be less stingy with the sauce.

Drive thru young man polite and friendly here at this Del Taco NoHo. He even cared to say drive safely......keep up the good work Del Taco! Food was good as always and had enough napkins in the bag! Asked if wanted salsa packets..not all of them ask and you leave bummed out 😡! Very busy area, lot of foot traffic as you drive out. It's a small parking lot but have never gone inside.

It’s your basic Del Taco. Close to the airport. My cousin loves Del Taco and doesn’t have a Del Taco near her (please open one in Santa Rosa!) so I was able to get her inside one immediately after landing at the Burbank Airport.

Despite being close to the airport and hotels it is only drive thru accessible most of the time. Inside and online order pick up through the front is only from 7a to 9 something because they consistently lock the door before 10p. A few times workers are nice enough to talk to you at the door.

I ordered online around 4:00 am for pick up but no one was there. I knocked on the drive thru window and also the front glass. The following few hrs I called them and told them what happened and they made my food and gave me a free fountain drink for their troubles.

The drive thru is always slow no matter how many cars are there. Once I was the second car in line to the window and they let the guy in front of me order from the window. It took 5 minutes to get the order and instead of making him park and wait they just let him sit at the window for 20 minutes. I wanted to leave but was stuck.

It could use a little bit better cleaning in the bathroom and dining area. The staff is OK, nothing amazing but just average. I much rater go in the drive thru when coming to this location also I like the Tuesday specials on tacos. The drive thru does move pretty fast and I never had any issue with it even during busy hours.

This place isn't great. Had to wait a while in line before anyone said hello. The food was sub par although the crispy fish taco was actually crispy. 2 crunchy tacos (worse than Taco Bell) and a crispy fish taco was $6.00!!!!!!

It's fast food. Exterior could be a bit cleaner, experience driving thru the drive-thru was good, employee that took my order was friendly and the food was done in a timely manner. Food itself was good. You want some fast shell tacos/burrito and you're close by this is a good option fast and convenient.

Shrinkflation has hit the Del! Skimping on the beans in my bean and cheese burrito and filling my drink with ice to the rim for minimal soda. For the drive through customers, always ask for light ice! Otherwise you’ll just have a cup of ice wondering what happened to your soda. Stick to the simple items. Burritos, Del taco, chicken soft tacos, fries. Everything else is garbage. I tried the torta, it was gross and expensive for trash. I learned my lesson trying new things there

I think they are suffering from a cheese shortage at this particular Del Taco 🤷🏻 Paid for extra cheese on bean burrito, but did not receive any extra cheese. Quesadilla had one job a little larger than a 50 cent please in the middle of the tortilla. Called the del Taco to let the manager know that his employees needed remediation on how to make the food did not receive any response 🤦

Such a shame that these fast food chains can't get their act together and start turning out a decent reasonably priced project again. You would think I had committed a crime if I asked for a little more lettuce on their crumby tacos.

I normally love Del Taco and really like this one but the last few times I've been there have been pretty bad. The last two or three times that I've visited this one there have been lots of flies in the seating area and by the soda machine. I usually like this place so it makes me upset to see this. I hope something gets done.

Used to be my favorite location being they were 24 hrs and served breakfast all day. Not anymore, more than 50% of the time I've gone to get breakfast they're not even open with cones blocking the drive thru in the morning😔

First time back after not coming for a month and they screwed up my order again. All I wanted was one chicken taco with guacamole and I opened up my taco and there is zero guacamole, but I still got charged for it. Thanks a lot🤬

What I’ve learned ordering here for months is now you always gotta check your bag as soon as they hand you the food especially ordering late night because they always forget something now. they’ve forgotten my shakes once they almost did it twice. What’s funny is once I ordered a half pound cheese green burrito and added sour cream rice and onions in the burrito and a order of carne asada fries and they added those extra toppings I got on that burrito on my carne Asada fries(I never seen anything so nasty lol). they always forget add ons that usually cost you extra only to figure out once you get home they didn’t add it in the food. The employees sometimes make something simple sound so confusing and try to talk to you like you’re stupid when they are the ones making everything so difficult, which is funny because I used to work at a del taco. The del taco in my city and the same one I used to work at has almost 5 stars because they don’t forget everything they put generous portions and they make sure everything is hot and they are never rude to the customers .They need better management! Get it right ! It’s not hard to make sure a order is complete!

Inside smelled of poo, so we ate outside no big deal there. Food has gotten way smaller, and didn't taste very good.

I ordered a grilled chicken fiesta pack, various fries, and two small drinks. The three crunchy tacos in my fiesta pack were filled with refried beans instead of grilled chicken. When I tried to call the restaurant the phone rang a few times and then disconnected.

The guy who took my order charged me someone else’s order for 2 burgers and pastor fries for $17.08 and when I told him he said he got mistaken and he just gave me my original order which was the cheeseburger and 2 fish taco…. But I payed the $17.08 when it should of been around $10-$11????

Placed an order through uber eats, and was I disappointed. My crunchy tacos were all cracked, not to mention thrown together with hardly anything in them, the same with the two crunchtadas I got. Also, asked for a lot of sauce, considering I was ordering for four people, and got hardly any. All in all, it seemed that everything was just thrown together, and thrown in paper bags. Very disappointing!!

This location needs to invest in customer service skills. I never heard the cashier call out my number. I was in plain view. When I asked about my order. I was spoken to very rudely. I asked for my money back. Why should I say a cold meal?. The cashier then called for the manager. Cashier then tried to speak to the manager in spanish. I asked him to please don't disrespect me by trying to speak in a foreign language. Please speak English. The ironic part. I am full blooded Mexican and proud of my heritage. But I am an American first. I was raised to respect others. The manager was kind enough to give me a refund.

Changing my review. Del Taco has removed all the vegan Beyond Meat items, which is unbelievable. And then thru the years, going to this location, I can’t even count how many times they closed up early. Very sketchy location that you can never count on. F this place!

This is usually.my go to spot 5:30 am because in the way to work .The morning guy is awesome foods always perfect.But today my meat in my quesadilla was hard and cold and old .Not cool when I pay for a regular size cheese n chips I expect the container to be full not half a cup so not a good day🤨🤔

The male manager in the morning ask what kinda sauce i want, i say orange pack. One second later proceeds to hand me bag of food with no sauce or napkins. Restaurant smell weird employees are rude

Worst food experiences of my life. I’ve been served fish tacos with no fish twice! Just the sticky batter. Old, stale rice one time I got sick and threw up. I’m never going back to any del taco.

538am and all the workers hide in the back. Sat at the microphone for a while and went to the front window. U can see them scurry to the back.

They hold back on portions for each item. Chicken burrito was filled like a kids meal. Strawberry lemonade had no strawberry syrup and when brought to managers attention, he dropped ONE strawberry in my cup...WTH!!NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION!

Came in, one other person in line. They got his order and I had to wait 7 minutes just for the cashier to see me. She was then short with me as I asked questions since I don't eat here often. Safety concern, watched the cooks touching their masks, wearing their mask under their nose. Will not be coming back here.

Not very organized. Very slow customer service. There’s no since of urgency with any of the orders. Waited over 10 minutes for an online order they claimed was ready. They also don’t wear mask or gloves when prepping the food which is very disgusting and not sanitary.

Cheap, eatable food, which would have earned them 3 stars BUT when I received the chocolate shake I ordered it was pure white so I figured they just made a mistake and gave me vanilla. I told the guy (who I think was the manager) that I had ordered chocolate he pointed to a little smear of chocolate and said 'that is chocolate '. I took a few sips and there wasn't as much as a hint of chocolate flavor I threw the shake in the trash and left dissatisfied.

Very bad location. Who ever is the manager during the afternoon shift needs to get fired or demoted for his slow work ethics and pretty much not caring about trying to get order out on time. Doing uber eats and I've waited for 30 or more minutes for order thats should of been done fast.

I went to the drive thru and was trying to clarify something nicely. The lady was being passive aggressive and trying to answer without proper explaination while raising her voice a couple of times. I’m paying her to solve questions by myself? Why do they assign rude person in the drive thru taking orders? I kept my cool, paid the bill and got my food. I will never go back to this location ever again.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. Staff was very unfriendly and had zero customer care skills. Came in to grab dinner right at 10 pm and was yelled at that they were closed. Doors were unlocked, and customers were in the dining room. Even the other customers were shocked and made comments about how rude the staff was.

Ordered “Pick Up” at 10:15pm dinning room was closed. No one was at the door. Got my food at 11pm. Feel bad they don’t have enough staffing, but Online Orders should be easy guys. 1st Online Orders then line. Not making Online Orders wait in the drive through lane. Take off “Pick Up” or ordering ahead option for this location. One good thing was the order was correct.

Just ordered from the drive thru, 2 soft tacos with small fries and I kept getting asked if I wanted a Del Taco or a Supreme Taco. Why? I just want 2 Soft Tacos... Regular soft tacos. Shouldnt have to clarify... When I got home I opened my bag and it was 1 hard shell taco and small fries. An AI drive thru wouldnt have made this mistake...

My experience at Del Taco in Burbank ca, was so s***** I went there to order some breakfast and the cash register let me strand At the counter not even took my order and goen inside Left me with no service. I don't recommend it. take your friends to a corner where they sell good tacos and burritos and then we'll give you a good service There are more humble people.

Terrible experience. We were the only customers in the store and we ordered two basic tacos, nothing major. This took 12 minutes to come out and when it does, the two tacos were very cold. The staff were rude and didn't even want to give us hot sauce or napkins. The cold food was subpar and honestly even worse quality than taco bell (which is quite impressive). The beef taco was more lettuce than meat. Skip it and go somewhere else.

I stop by here once in a while. But few days ago I had worst experience ever. I was told I was round, only because I tried to explain evening manager that I specifically asked the cashier how I like my food made. In truth, Del Taco corporate office should consider hiring people that speak some English.

I went to Del Taco to get my guys, who've been working hard for me, some food. Normally, when I get everything else like fish tacos, quesadillas, and other stuff, it's always good. But probably the worst possible experience was getting their burritos. The guacamole was rotten and old, tasted like feet, and the burritos were just like a giant wet diaper filled with vegetables and barely any meat. When I questioned what was going on, they told me, "Well, I saw the guy make it, he did put chicken in there." Then I asked them for a pastor one, and they did add extra meat, but the meat tasted very weird and bad. Also, the drinks—guess I should have checked, but who normally does—tasted like a bad mix. The Sprite was all syrup with not enough seltzer. I ordered a Coke but got a Dr. Pepper, and it was the same thing—just syrup and not enough of the seltzer mix. Really horrible. Normally, it's pretty good, but this time it was really bad. At all costs, avoid the burritos—the giant ones that are nothing but a mishmash of wet vegetables, rice, and beans, with very little meat because they want to save money by not giving their customers any real amount of meat in the food. If you're vegetarian, it might be okay.

Ordered 5 chicken soft tacos and 1 “epic” combo burrito. It came out to $20 for 6 basic items and there was barely any food inside each item. The chicken soft tacos had 2 bites of chicken and barely any lettuce or cheese. Pretty much just a small amount of chicken and a tortilla. The “epic” combo burrito was an absolute joke. There was one bite of ground beef and the rest was lettuce, sour cream, tomato and a little bit of beans. Avoid this place if you’re hungry and want actual food.

Review edit: I'm lowering my rating to 1/5 stars because they've gotten my order wrong too many times. I cannot have cheese and it usually ends up in the food. I order from the drive-thru and the receipt usually says the right thing, so whoever is making the food really needs to pay more attention. I only go here when I'm on my way to work and don't notice the issue until I'm at work and cannot go back for the correct food. I tried calling today because it has happened too many times at this point. There was no answer and no way to leave a message. Now I have food I paid for but can't eat. I'm not going to bother going back at this point. I've learned my lesson. Old review: The food is usually pretty good but they can't get the order right half the time. I'm lactose intolerant and just ordered a breakfast burrito with no cheese... now I have a burrito I can't eat. The hash browns were also cold and greasy. Ugh, sucks to pay money for something you can't eat.

not even one star because of this experience, was going here late night tonight around 4am and chose this over carl’s jr due to this location usually being reliable and not letting me down…. i saw two cars in the drive thru both get food when i was at the light, it being 24 hours you’d expect some response even if it takes a sec however when i pull up to the menu & mic i get no greeting so i wait a minute or two and still nothing so i say hello. nothing for a few more minutes, again i say hello. nothing, i pull to the window and no one is there. giving grace thinking maybe they went to bathroom, then i saw a guy in there. tried again, no response. i decided to order from dennys instead and as i place my order i see another car pull up… i went thru AGAIN. and still nothing , i backed out of the drive thru. this other guy got his order though. another car was behind this car and she got ignored as well and drove off. this is ridiculous, worse experience i’ve ever had. i waited for my food for dennys and i see him walking around i move my car near the restaurant and he disappeared again. i couldn’t even snap a picture, had to wait 20 mins for my food at dennys and all i wanted was a few snack quesadillas after a long shift. ridiculous. i even tried calling, ignored too. what’s crazier is i told myself to go here because it’s reliable ! nope , seems like this guy was playing games with guests. i dont EVER leave reviews, this was the most annoying experience ive dealt with lately coming out of a graveyard shift.

Day in drive through so long I just lost my appetite. By the time I got to the window I was ignored and it still was taking so long. I looked in and it could be because they were short staffed. I didn't want bad food so I drive out without my order because of bad experiences in the past. There was another time it smelled like porta potties. Another time I got sick from eating there. Won't be going back.

UPDATE: The district manager called me, 3 weeks later and said he was there at the restaurant and that there was no foul smell, and that someone called the health department, and that they were looking for a new location. I wish that someone were me, had it crossed my mind I would have called in a heartbeat. He also asked me to return to see the manager to receive my money back. I did return and the place did appear to smell a lot better, but it still has a faint smell of sewer. They did seek to improve it. I wish you well on the journey of finding a new location and for the sake of your employees who've had to smell this soulless for months, every single day. I visited yesterday for the 2nd time. The restaurant's sewer system is disgusting, and the place smells HORRIBLE. I had to breathe through my mouth just to be able to be in there long enough to place and get my order. The owner needs to CLOSE DOWN UNTIL THEY FIX THE SEWER PROBLEM. It makes no sense at all. The chicken tastes the way that the place smells and the nachos were SOGGY!!! How in the world do you serve soggy chips? They were limp. It was a COLLOSAL WASTE OF MY TIME, MONEY, AND MY HEALTH. I NEEDED to get something else to eat, and I SHOULD'VE TAKEN THAT CRAP BACK AND REQUESTED MY $7.73 BACK. It was a WASTE of my hard-earned money. I will never go back there again. I feel bad for the employees' health having to breathe that TOXIC air for months. The owner should be ASHAMED for being so GREEDY and taking advantage of us. --STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I’m traveling out of state with my girlfriend, first time coming to Los Angeles on our own. Since we are vacationing, we decided to commute via metro and simple walking. After a long day of exploring a new state sometimes you get hungry and you just want a fast good meal, so I ordered from this location off of Uber eats. The metro did have some delays so we could only manage to come late at night to pick our food up… that was until we ran into the two most rude, misunderstanding, uncooperative staff members I have ever met. I understood that the dining area was closed because it was very late, but as I did not have a vehicle the only logical way to retrieve my order was through at least having one of the staff hand it to me from the dining area door. The main individual I interacted with proceeded to ignore me, yell at me that I needed to go through the drive through line to get my order. And that’s exactly what I did…I went through the line without a car. Customers being subject to unsafe measures to be able to even attempt to retrieve their order is now part of their training it seems. The staff member proceeded to retain my food until he threatened me with police for wanting my order? Not to mention their phone number is disconnected so there was absolutely no way to get in contact with them. In conclusion, we will NEVER come back here again. Thank you Del Taco Burbank for an unforgettable experience!!!

I come here since it's the closest del taco and no matter how clear I talk or whatever. THEY NEVER GET MY ORDER CORRECTLY! I order food sometimes without meat because my partner is vegetarian and they sometimes give me meat. I order Carne asada fries and sometimes they give me the wrong fries or just normal fries. I order chicken soft tacos and the give me the wrong meat. I don't know why I keep coming back since they never get my food correctly. Don't waste your time.

I’m really upset with the service. The guy that helped us was stoned out of his mind. He then forgot our LARGE fries and when I told him he forgot our LARGE fries, he gave us attitude. Then he gave us our large fries and He barely filled it up. What the hell? Do better deal taco.

THE DIRTIEST DEL TACO I've been to & the staff here don't take pride in their work. I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT recommend this location even if you're drunk or just got out of work. They skimped on the meat on a burrito that my son's mom had ordered. I did the survey on from my receipt & hope Del Taco can whip this location into shape, considering I'm a Chef in the culinary field.

At 6am today 6/1/2021 I was look for a place to eat and saw that this Del Taco drive through was 24 hours, so I drove 5 miles over over there to find it was closed with some of those yellow wet floor signs. Looked at hour on window and say a business hours sign that showed 24 hours drive through. So I called the number and no answer, waited for a bit about 15-20 mins to see if it was going to open and then gave up. So you might want to call before going.

obviously not actually open 24 hours despite what the sign says. came here at 1 am and drive through was closed. past reviewers have noted the same. if you're trying get some food late, you can't count on this place. 😔
