I can’t quite pinpoint what makes this one of the best breakfast burritos I’ve had, but whatever it is, it keeps me coming back more often than I probably should and I’ll gladly continue. Not to mention the green salsa, which has just the right kick and pairs perfectly. This place knows exactly what they’re doing, and I truly hope nothing ever changes!

I love Larry's Chili Dog. I started eating there when I was a small child. I started taking my kids there early on. It's a family favorite.

Larry's Chili Dog is one of Burbank's finest establishments! This place is my go to for a breakfast burrito every single Friday! Order it with Chili & Tots and your life will be forever changed! Thank you for being so kind every single time I am there! Take a look at the photos on the wall while you're eating, you never know who you may see.

Breakfast burritos are the best but if you really want to treat yourself to a great burrito for a little more in price, try the steak breakfast burrito. And if you come for lunch, try one of their combos, I recommend the cheeseburger and my favorite the chili dog with onions and cheese. The whole family here runs facility top-notch for many decades.

Been going here for years for their breakfast burritos and chili dogs. Both are consistently great. Recently placed a group order for pick up for breakfast burritos and they did not disappoint. Always a locals favorite.

Great quality and taste. The hot dogs snap when eating and the chili is on the thicker side. The one problem I had is the estimated time of pickup changed. I had to wait a bit longer than the first text message. Unfortunately this happened last time too.

I have been eating at Larry’s Chili Dog for for literally 50 years starting at the original location just a few blocks from where they are now. Their chili cheese dogs were something I looked forward to as a kid and anytime I am back in Burbank or near it I have to find a way to come and get the best chili cheese dog I have ever had and relive those childhood memories. Thank you Larry’s Chili Dog for giving me the best memories and the best food

First, you will wait a long time here. Especially at peak hours. But it's worth it. All the staples of their menu are top tier. I'd stay away from the onion rings, but that's not what you're here for. The titular chili dog is probably the best in LA. The burger (don't forget the chili) is also strong. Perhaps the best item on their menu is the breakfast burrito. Perfect ratios inside of potato to meat to egg. However, I will say it's not enormous. It is bigger than Corner Cottage, so you will leave with a full stomach if you order a breakfast burrito, but it's not as big as Pablito's or Lucky Boy. It smashes Pablito's quality, but I still give the nod to Lucky Boy because their bacon and sauce are both better than Larry's, not to mention that I can get two meals out of one for the same price. Nevertheless, Larry's is the best in the area. Lucky Boy will set you back almost an hour in the round trip to pick it up, so Larry's is a perfect local substitute for the Glendale and Burbank folks. Let me specifically recommend the chili cheese tater tots. Those wonderful little crispy morsels dripping in chili and melted cheese are one of the best things you can crush an appetite with in all of Glendale, Burbank, and Pasadena.

A 100% recommend place to anyone! I have personally been coming to this place for many years, and they have never let me down. Their breakfast burrito is on another level. I would recommend adding chili to the breakfast burrito as well. Their dogs are never a letdown either. Each different style dog is better than the next

Man! Larry’s is always consistently delicious. Love everything about this classic Burbank/Valley local. The Chili Cheeseburger combo is my usual go to. Big juicy burger, fluffy bun, just the right amount of savory chili, along with some tangy pickles to top off the flavor mix. Not complicated, just delicious. To seal the deal, Larry’s has the absolute best French fries around. Thicker cut but crispy, I don’t know anyone else that pulls this combo off so well. Great every time! It doesn’t hurt that Larry’s has that old school classic vibe and great ownership as well. I should have posted some pics but the truth is I couldn’t wait to eat it. Highly recommended!

Larry’s is the best!!! My wife and I found Larry’s a while back by just driving by and decided to stop in and try something off the impressively large menu. John greeted us and mentioned to give the breakfast burrito a try. One bite and we were head over heels eating one of the best BB’s I’ve ever had! Seriously! The bacon sausage hash brown combo is rare at such a great price. They had the green salsa on the side and I have to admit, I’m addicted. We’ve made it a weekly staple to stop in and grab the burrito with the occasional curve ball by ordering their tasty bacon or sausage breakfast sandwich or their mouth watering burger and fries. John and his staff are great people who go the extra mile for us. We love them and already look forward to going back next week for some more burritos and green salsa😅. Go to Larry’s, you’ll be glad you did!

It’s a really small takeout only type of place, and the only downside I saw was that it closes early at 3PM because I saw multiple people walk up after closing and then had to do the slow, sad walk back to the car without their food. They have all the diner classics on the menu, but are most known for their chili dogs. We were able to find a parking spot a few feet away and decided that we had to try the chili cheese dogs and also the patty melt. Both were absolutely fantastic. The chili is very mild, but extremely flavorful, and the patty melt was perfectly crispy, and the addition of avocado really made it. The food came out extremely fast and the portion sizes and prices are very agreeable. I definitely would recommend and definitely will be back in the near future.

The crispy fries were golden-brown and addictively tasty, complementing the hot dog perfectly. And let's talk about that cheeseburger! Juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. I can't wait to go back and try their other food! Highly recommended!

just a simple walk up counter serving simple hot dogs and burgers. prices being what they are in 2023, I still find value in going to small local places like this. no frills and a simple menu is all one needs most of the time. not sure if this is always how they've operated or if it's a post-covid decision but all their toppings need to be ordered at the time you pay, and they put it on for you. Some people may like this, I personally would have preferred to put it on myself as I think that's a quintessential aspect of eating a hot dog. Bonus points for being open early in the morning.

Best chili dogs in Burbank. Also best cheeseburger! Growing up in the Valley, the Wiener Factory in Sherman Oaks was the best chili dog ever. But Larry's is now the go to when I get in the mood.

After 20 years living in Burbank, I finally tried Larry's. My wife loves there breakfast burritos. Today I went simple, ordering 2 mustard/relish dogs. They were awesome! The hot dogs had that satisfying snap when you bit into the casing. The bun was just right, not too much bread. This is now my go to hot dog place. I also will be back to try the sandwiches.

I stopped by Larry’s Chili Dog right before they were closing at 3pm, and even though they were wrapping up for the day, they still took care of me without hesitation. That alone says a lot about a business. The cashier made genuine conversation and made me feel like a valued customer, not like I was inconveniencing them right before closing. She made sure I got exactly what I wanted and was patient and welcoming. As a first-time customer, that kind of service makes a big impression. Now let’s talk about the food. The chili dog was cooked to order. The bun was warm, light, and fluffy. The chili had great flavor with the perfect balance of seasoning. The hot dog itself was snappy and juicy exactly how a good chili dog should be. The food smelled so good I had to dig in before any pictures were taken. I’ll be honest. I rate this higher than Tommy's Burgers. That says something. This was my first time here, but it definitely will not be my last. I’m already looking forward to coming back.

Long time customer Here . they use authentic chili ( a real family recipe . They do not use canned chili !!they also use real shredded cheese . don't make me laugh with the fake reviews sent out by local competition.it doesn't get fresher than this . .

One of the best breakfast burritos we’ve ever had! We wanted a quick breakfast before heading to Universal and Larry’s was perfect. Service was quick and the burritos were delicious and filling. Wish we could have gone back for chili dogs!

Great collection of fun topping hot dogs. In particularly the Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon. Deliciously spicy and filling.

I was so in the mood for a Chicago Dog while in town for work.. Unfortunately this is far from hitting the spot, wrong dog, wrong pepper, mock bun and on and on . Fries are on point, but the dog should NOT be called a Chicago dog, very disappointed :(

(Don’t waste money on the extra sauce it’s watered down ranch and not tzatziki - the gyro itself still good) Even the photo on the website, to me looks like it has beans in it but apparently there’s no beans in house. Idk get anything but the chili not sure how it’s a namesake of this place and the worst thing they make.

Pictures on here show chilli cheese fries with real shredded cheese. Went and all I got was gross nacho cheese. Didn't even eat it.

So I ordered my food almost 15 minutes in advance like it says at the place and when I get there the woman tells me it will be ready in about a minute or so and i ended up waiting over 25 minutes for the order I placed ahead of time while 3 people ordered ahead as well and got there's in time and no problem. I am thinking why wasn't mine ready to go by the time I got there like everyone else??? definitely not worth ordering ahead of time because I waited a long time and the sign they have there is definitely FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. food is great and would like to continue to go there to try out the food but if they can't or won't fix this problem then business will go out and I for one did not have a great experience and if anything it was the WORST experience of my life. I expect more from this place if there is a future for them. hope this was helpful to people and to watch out

My boyfriend was turned away 15 minutes before they close (I was parking). I called to ask for clarification on their hours (my bf didn’t ask) and was hung up on twice. Guess I won’t be trying Larry’s.
