This restaurant is always a JOY to go to! The staff are always so very sweet and polite and attentive. The food is always hot and delicious and always comes out much faster than you typically expect it to! So it's always a nice surprise! This is my new favorite Thai place to go to, in Burbank! 🥰 ...the curries are phenomenal, and their little rice heart is always so cute!

This is the place for a quick, delicious bite! We arrived on a Thursday at 12:20pm and were finished eating by 1:00pm. The server was super friendly and didn't make any mistakes. They had many good lunch specials options for $12.

Ordered takeout couple of nights ago, as it was my first time trying this place out, and everything I ordered was amazing! The taste of pad Thai and pad see ew noodles tasted delicious! Will definitely come back and try out more food!

I had the Red Curry. Friend got teriyaki. Delicious! The heart shaped rice was a nice unique touch ❤️

We went for Father’s Day and the staff were so friendly and accommodating! They took a family picture for us and the food was delicious!

I loved the vibe of the place. Friendly staff and the food was on point. My little one tends to be picky but I was surprised I saw no leftovers on the plate. I’m coming back soon.

This is my new favorite place to go for Thai food in Burbank. The staff are always very kind and attentive, and the food is always extremely delicious. It may be because I have been going during quieter times, but the food always comes out much faster than I would expect it to and it always is fresh, hot and delicious.

We go here a lot. Great Thai food. No frills. Husband is celiac. They can make a lot of dishes gluten-free. Been coming here for years and hasn’t gotten sick yet. Everything is delicious!

This is a very delicious Thai restaurant. I had their yellow curry chicken, and it was so delicious. Very creamy and had the right kick for the spice. I wish I had taken a photo to show how good it looks. The servers were very nice and accommodating. It’s a very cozy restaurant so you’ll definitely relax there while eating. If you come across this restaurant, I highly recommend eating there.

This place hands down is just FANTASTIC for Thai salads. I basically only get their beef salad or their seafood salad. Ugh!!! So freaking delicious!!! The service of course is always top tier and have never had an issue with anything. My go-to for a quick protein packed lunch!

The food here at Exotic Thai Cuisine Burbank was great. Dishes such as the wings, wonton soup, the whole fried fish, etc. we ordered just to taste and try out ended up as favorites and amazing in their own way. The other items were very well made too. Ambiance and decor is quite unique, on point, and inviting. The service was friendly and attentive. If we are ever in the area again, will stop by for certain. Would recommend.

This place was awesome! I've been in LA on vacation all week and this is one of the best places we went, especially great for a delicious quick meal at a great price. I ordered the lunch special yellow curry with chicken and white rice, (the curry was stellar!) and had Thai iced coffee (was very good) The Pad See Ew and Tom Kha my friend had (and I tasted) were also really good! The seats were comfortable, pretty decor and the waitress was very friendly and fast. Highly recommend!

The wife had the spicy eggplant with beef and I ordered the spicy Penang curry with chicken. Got to say the flavor was amazing, can't say enough good things about how delicious it was. I was surprised it was so good and I can't wait to come back and try more dishes. Not a lot of people enjoying this fabulous restaurant so our service was immediate. We ordered from the lunch special menu. Lunch special prices are $10 a plate. It comes with salad and egg roll white or brown rice. The rice is shaped like a heart which was a cute touch. They have a happy hour from 4:00 to 7:00 with $3 beers. Designated parking in front street parking around the side.

The restaurant was good I really enjoyed it it was amazing. There were a lot of people at first when we got there but then people just went home. The meals are vegetarian friendly my wife really enjoyed them and the children oh my God they are still talking about how the fried rice taste so good on their tongues. It's right next to a massage facial place which is kind of awkward but the old 1980s picture of fish that says exotic Thai food kind of pushed it over the limit. The food seemed kind of greasy but the grease was so good. This is MSG friendly free. They have these casino signs open and they also cook pho and boba. The bathrooms were exceptionally clean you could almost lick the mirror.

Great service amazing food, the staff is very polite and the customer service is exceptional. The atmosphere is very chill and relaxing. Some of the best fried wontons and Yellow Curry. Recommended ✅ Great location, great value and wonderful service and food!!!

This restaurant is incredible, has a welcoming atmosphere and capable staff. Food is outstanding, flavorful, succulent and innovative. They really go the extra mile to make it a memorable experience. Located in a safe neighborhood in Burbank, Exotic Thai has become a favorite of many locals. We highly recommend you try it here. Also, seasonal decor is awesome, check out decorations for every major holiday, so festive!

Good quality pad thai with tofu and vegetable clear soup. I felt the portion size is little less compared to price.

We ordered their pho due to a $3 dollars off deal. It was a good deal for decent pho. The chicken was sliced differently than I'm used to and the raw onions were cut way too thick. That's probably on me for ordering Vietnamese at a Thai joint. Over all, and especially for the price, Exotic Thai is a win.

I ordered the cucumber salad and was pleasantly surprised to discover the fresh slices of cucumber were in a slightly sweet vinegar sauce. Delicious! I also got the Pad Woon Sen, which came out relatively quickly within 10 minutes. Chicken was well cooked, not dry at all, as well as the vegetables, which were cooked, yet crisp, and not soggy. The glass noodles were perfectly tender and I enjoyed the slightly sweet and fragrant brown sauce. However, the tomatoes were under ripe and rather mealy. The mushrooms seemed to be from a can, so not much flavor, yet the texture wasn't as slimy as to be expected. The white onions weren't all cooked evenly, so a few bites were spicy in the nose. I love that they served everything on reusable dishware. The red dominant decorations give the place a cute small business feel in the best way, with traditional Thai outfits on display, Thailand tourism posters on the wall and colorful flowers and lanterns hanging from the ceiling. I'd recommend checking this place out for an easy night with family and friends that reasonably priced. ~$20 a person with tax and tip.

Surprisingly good! And I’m picky. Only got 1 dish, the Spicy Basil chicken. LOVE that they offer a free side of steamed veg instead of rice. I’ve never seen that in 30 years. More veg and skip the carbs! The flavor was intelligent..notes of authentic Thai nuances, maybe even cinnamon or like..? They quickly offered low soy sauce for me since I’m GF. I inhaled the whole thing in my car vs my usual leftovers it was so good. And priced well bs mad inflated. For those reasons, it’s in my Favorites! PS, for strip mall Thai I’d give it 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️..but including posh Thai places it’s a 4 ;)

This was the first place Thai place we’ve eaten at since we’ve arrived in LA 6 weeks ago that I left HUNGRY! The food was REALLY good, but it was a small portion. As an avid Thai food person, it was the smallest Thai portion I’ve gotten in a long time. While the food was good, I won’t go back. I had the cashew chicken. Service 5 ⭐️’s

The service was bad, we were waiting for our servant more than 15 minutes, food was ok. At the end I decided not to leave any tips but the servant put a $6 tip for herself. I’m shocked honestly, cause I have lived in this country for many years and it happened to me for the first time. Don’t recommend this place to anyone!

Food was nothing to be amazed about, and met a decent standard for thai food. Ordered orange chicken and an entire piece had raw batter through the middle. I believe its better to make a customer wait than to serve a faulty dish. Nonetheless, the staff were kind enough to have it remade and we were able to enjoy the rest of our food with no problem. Mens restroom was a bit dirty but thats just us.

We’ve been ordering weekly for the past few years. A few months back, the recipes or the staff must have changed. The fried rice is no longer consistent or good. The curry is watery and bland. Everything is thrown out of wack. I’d rather they charge more if this is a cost cutting measure, as their food is still very affordable. This only started a few months ago. It’s a bummer, because it’s in our neighborhood. Until they can fix their issues, we’ll be ordering from Summer Buffalo.

Not sure if they have new cooks but the yellow curry I was served (takeout) had hard carrots & potatoes and was completely watered down. This place used to be my absolute go to for all things Thai food.

Asked for utensils specifically on delivery app for order to my hotel room. Food arrived but no utensils. Food was good but missed utensils was a big miss when you don’t have any for soup

HORRIBLE customer service. A few months ago, I placed an order online for delivery. The food didn't arrive so I call to check the status of the order. The woman said the order was sitting there waiting on me to pick it up. I said no, it was delivery. Anyway, I live around the corner so no big deal, I went to pick it up. Today, again I placed an online order for DELIVERY and again the food doesn't arrive. I call and like last time I'm told the food is waiting to be picked up. Ok now I'm over it. I said no I placed an order for delivery!! I even added a tip for delivery! This rude lady says I don't care about that and hung up on me. WOW! I call again because I want my money back. The woman says we don't do deliveries. I said ok so why is it on your website then?! She said, I don't know I'm not the owner. SMH. Get it together Exotic Thai.

This was my first time attempting to order food from this restaurant directly through their website, as I usually use delivery services. The order form on the website clearly specified "delivery," which I double-checked, and I was even charged a delivery fee. I added a tip anyway, believing it would go to the restaurant based on the information provided. However, when my food never arrived, I checked my phone and saw they had called to inform me the order was ready for pickup. When I explained that I had requested delivery, I checked my order history and saw the order had been changed from delivery to pickup by the restaurant. When I called, the person explained that they had no one available to deliver, but I was certain I ordered a delivery. I offered to drive over, but they said they would refund me instead, as they were closing soon. I even offered to send an Uber if they could wait just five more minutes, but they declined, opting for a refund. This was disappointing, as the restaurant could have waited a few minutes to resolve the issue and avoid a negative experience. Additionally, I now see three separate pending charges on my card, which is confusing and feels inappropriate. I would advise caution when using their online ordering system. I wanted to support a small business, but the experience was frustrating. While they do have good reviews, and I might try them again in the future, I’m disappointed they didn’t wait those few extra minutes to ensure customer satisfaction. This serves as a reminder to business owners to fix issues when they arise, as a single negative experience can lose you a loyal customer.

When I asked for more you would have thought I asked for lobster on a half shell! They are arrogant and disrespectful towards their customers.
