Service is really great here and very informative. The food is fresh and healthy. The decor is very simplistic and appealing to the eye. The drinks are also very refreshing. I had the chicken Shawarma bowl. Super yummy will be back.

Me and my mother came here for lunch and were both greeted immediately by the employee and who I believe is the owner. Friendlyband informative they told us of the options and we both got bowls. You can mix and match with a rice, couscous, chickpea, or fresh greens base (I got them all). I got crazy feta, traditional hummus, and we got falafel (which the worker made fresh for us) and the chicken schwarma. There are so many fresh toppings (definitely try the crunchy chickpeas) and I got the ginger turmeric lemonade. I took half mine to go there was so much food. I definitely reccomend, you get fresh quality food for a great price and fast. There is a parking structure that is free for 2 hours a short walk away and it's around a cute outdoor shopping area.

1st time going there tonight. Used to live in the Middle East and now live in Hawaii. Been craving authentic Middle Eastern food for a while, and found it here, in Burbank, on a visit. Amazing food. Falafel is freshly made. We had a great experience, and for sure going back when we visit again.

Hummus Republic is a new spot on the San Fernando Strip in Burbank, Ca. I stumbled upon it in my way to a different restaurant. Their sign on the sidewalk was enticing, so I figured I'd check it out. I'm so happy I did!! Hummus Republic is very fresh! The atmosphere is light and a little trendy. Its bright, fun, and clean. I was greeted by whom I assume is the owner. He was so welcoming and immediately went into his spiel about what they offer. There are seemingly endless choices. I got the bowl, which is apparently the most popular option. The bowl comes with a base, your choice of three types of hummus, a green option, and a slew of other sides....then, you pick a protein. They have veggie, vegan, and meat options. This bow is large enough to share, but sensible enough to finish on your own. And its reasonably priced! I love this place and definitely recommend it. I will be eating here again.

Healthy food that tastes sooo good! I'm pretty sure the man that took my order was the owner. He was very nice & took the time to explain the menu and how to order. 😊 It is a lot of food and will definitely fill you up and have leftovers. They also have healthy juices, like turmeric ginger lemonade! I thoroughly enjoyed my food & will definitely be back next time I'm in the area.

Best casual dining restaurant in LA. Do you like Tex mex? Yeah, well, I did, but now I’m over it after having this. There’s a new player in town and I’m putting my mouth where my money is (or where it goes to say the least). Hummus Republic. Andy provides exceptional upbeat service with a superior healthy vegan product. He is very accommodating and hospitable. I get the falafel bowl, with a warm grilled pita bread on the side, with a mix of couscous, garbanzo beans, three kinds of hummus spreads, toasted chick peas, a grilled jalapeño, grilled eggplant, freshly prepared 6 falafels balls, topped with an array of salads and veggies, chile sauce and vegan dressings. Mmmm. I’m making myself hungry again just writing this. And I just finished a bowl! I highly recommend this place. and let the experience speak for itself. This place is incredible! Generous portions ( somebody get me a stretcher), and very delicious foods. I never walk out hungry. There are plenty of vegan options. I will definitely be back! ( And I have definitely been back! ) This is an amendment to my original post. (And yes, my enthusiasm authentically matches the taste and experience of enjoying this food. )

We stumbled upon this place for lunch while walking in Burbank . We decided to get the bowls and were definitely pleased with not only the portions, but the taste. My mom loves cooking and can be very picky when eating out, however she did not have any complaints. From the choices for the base being greens or grains , different types of hummus, sauces, and extensive toppings . Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a place to eat! Also the staff were extremely friendly and patient while we took our time to decide on what to get. He even helped us take our bowls to the table outside. Great service!

This place is amazing. Food is delicious. Lots of different flavor flavors. They take time to settle things and explain how it all works. If you’d like lots of Mediterranean food, you’re definitely going to love them.

My hummus bowl was so satisfying and exactly as I wanted. Triple hummus - different kinds, roasted crunchy chickpea, mushroom shawarma, olives, salad, beets, raw veggies, and of course delicious falafel, all drizzled by tahini. It was so rich and flavorful. The staff was very kind and positive.

The vegan options are AMAZING !! and so inclusive I can really tell the owner took many people into consideration when creating this delicious menu. The owner was so kind and welcoming and really hooked the food up!! Hats off to the gentleman who greeted me and made me feel welcomed as a first timer. I assume he owns the place but EXCEPTIONAL customer service from the time I walked in all the way to me leaving. They have tons of vegan options and truly phenomenal serving portions. Their falafel is made fresh to each order and it was hands down THE BEST falafel I’ve ever had and I have had a ton of falafel. I highly recommend if you’re in the Burbank area!

Very friendly staff, this is my 1st time at the location and the staff guide me step by step, describe each and every item of the menu, finally I got a chicken bowl, my food was fresh and a good amount but I think it’s a bit of pricey! I got a protein bowl almost $19 which is basically a salad bowl with hummus spread.

Went here and the food looked like it was sitting out for hours or days. Rice was hard and mushrooms were inedible. The rest was okay but overall not a great experience. I only ate about a third of my bowl before throwing it out and going across the street to get something else to eat. Maybe it was an off day for them but I likely wouldn’t t try it again.
