I go because the service here in Burbank, across from the thrift stores, is top-notch! I always order the same thang....Personal pan sausage pizza with a side of mild buffalo wings. Now this meal will cost you $294847573829 dollars, but it's goodt and them wangz do what needs to be done! I normally wait for my order, and the young man with curly hair brings my food out to the car. Hits the spot when you are craving it and better than nearly every pizza spot out chea'.

It is a Pizza Hut. If you had one, you had all. The pizza is fine. I have never had an issue with this place and it has always been quick to be delivered without issue. Bear in mind, this location uses DoorDash to deliver your pizza if you choose delivery.

We had a garlicky craving, so we ordered some knots . They said 15 minutes we got there in 10 and they were ready to go , nice and piping hot. Customer service was great. You cant go wrong with them. Yes, when you order a lot there can be mistakes. But when I look at the overall - Good pizza.

The food was good, I specifically asked that whoever delivers our order to not give it to one of my workers on my property, and the delivery person did in fact, give all of the food to the workers, and the workers ate the large pizza that was meant for me and my family for dinner that night. I also called on the phone and asked to have some paper plates sent with the food, gentleman on the phone said we don’t have paper plates, but I will send something that you can use, they sent about, 6 inches worth of napkins!

The pizza was well below any standard. It was too expensive for what I received. A medium special pizza that starts at $14.99, add a small diet Pepsi and you're up to almost $20.00. There's no seating for waiting or for eating, they won't let you use the restroom and the short guy lied to me when he said even they used the restroom at DIY's. I could have had a nice Mexican sit-down meal for less than what that pizza and Pepsi cost me. It served as a reminder why I stopped going to Pizza Hut. Never again!

Pizza Hut follows in the tradition of many other established businesses that put profit over service. Their quality has consistently gone downhill, and their prices keep going up. I see now why they got rid of the dining areas. If your pizza is bad, nobody has to look at you, and there's no manager to complain to. I give them 2 years before they go out of business.

Just a not great experience or impression. Talking on your personal phone, ignoring a customer and then accusing me of not paying. Not great.

After the second time in a year, an order was placed for the big box deal. For the second time...disappointment was imminent. Not only did the pizza arrive cold...not only did the toppings slide off of the pizza...the "buffalo sauce" drenched the entirety of the pizza and pooled along the side of the box. It was, in a word, tragic.

Delivery driver can’t keep his hand to himself! He actually got arrested for hitting someone on the public sidewalk!! If you value good people and want to be able to be safe when your delivery driver comes then order from somewhere else!!

Pathetic is the only word I can come up with. Not the food, but their employees behavior. Violence can't be tolerated, but it appears that management will try to cover for their employees actions. Both the owner and delivery dude appear to be related. Use their delivery driver at your own risk because he's likely going to punch you out. In any case I understand delivery dude is currently spending the eve of Thanksgiving 2023 behind bars tonight because Burbank P.D. took him away in cuffs. The store had to shut down because I think delivery dude is more than he appears. It's my belief they are in reality co-owners.

Dont order from this location, there is a complete psychopath working here. Psycho delivery driver likes to punch people in the face for no reason. There is a video of the attack and arrest on youtube. Also, the pizza here is way overpriced and disgusting.

I order 2 personal pizzas and 6 wings and got charged $35 dollars. A personal pizza is a tinny pizza that is perfect for a 4 year old child. I will never again order pizza hut!!! I have order 1 large pizza and 10 wings plus a garden salad from Dominos and I pay $30 dollars with delivery. I will never order from this place!

The service here is terrible. I was in the area attending a protest and ordered some pizzas. When I picked them up the owner was at the front the bald guy with glasses and he was rude AF. Basically blew me off when I mentioned the cold pizza. He must of been in some type of bad mood so I don’t recommend coming here. Especially because the owner seems like a douche.
