Juicy and thick chicken. I ordered the chicken breast kebabs and they did not disappoint. To the person claiming the chicken was undercooked, this is not true. First, you pick your base which can be fries, salad, or rice. Next, comes the sides. You get to pick two. I decided on jalapeno hummus and tabbouleh. They also give you pita bread and are very generous with the sides. The total price came out to $19.30 which is not bad at all for all the food you get. Most places only give you rice and kebab, the sides are sold separately. Would come back! I basically devoured the plate 🤭😅

A great place to go eat with friends. A hidden little gem here in Burbank off of San Fernado Blvd. Simply Tasty and delicious Mediterranean food served fresh and with nice proportions. There's something here for every taste. Def worth trying.Now I'm hungry!!

when i went there my first impression for the atmosphere was not so great but after some time i started feeling thats ok and when it comes to food then i must tell you food was extra ordinary yummy i ordered bar b que and it was fully cooked then in desserts cake was also fresh and of good quality. i will visit this place again..

The juiciest chicken shish kabob. The sides, including the rice were also amazing! The lady at the bar was also welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend!

Really good Armenian food. Portions are very large. Had a combo plate and dark Czech beer. Meal included the pork skewer and beef lule, both were perfectly cooked, tender, juicy and full of flavor. Came with a salad with a great vinaigrette, olives, cheese, tomatoes and Armenian cucumbers. It also came with to pitas and 2 sides. I chose the humus which was smooth and tasty. Also got the roasted eggplant "Ikra" and wow! Smokey, peppery, just the right mix of tomatoes ground with love. I will do double Ikra next time! It appears the restaurant has turned more take out style (COVID change??). Order at counter and food delivered to table in to go containers. Place was extremely clean and staff were wonderful. My only recommendation to the owners is to invest in better plastic ware, made eating challenging... 5 stars!!

We stay at the Ramada when we go to universal studios, and decided to check out the local food. I am so glad we did, this place has the most delicious food ever! & huge portions I was surprised how cost effective this was. Super impressed , can’t say it enough, and the staff was super nice. We are going to eat there before we leave to go home (: so much we even took left overs back to our hotel for a yummy late night snack. I loved the stuffed vegetarian grape leaves (Sarma)! & the grilled tomato. I just liked it all. If you want some great Armenian food try this place! Again, lots of food for a great price.

I didn't love the hummus as it felt processed and not thick enough for my liking, but overall this is an incredible hidden gem in Burbank and I would recommend it to everybody.

We decided to stop in on our way to Burbank airport and grab lunch before our flight. The food was so delicious. The family who runs this restaurant are so friendly and helpful. What a great spot. We couldn't help but come back after our trip and stop back for another meal. It's definitely going to be a regular spot for us. We may even plan our flights around the opening times!
