Food was above par, thanks to the team making these masterpieces. Kept it simple this time, just to see if we could get past that. Be back for specials on the board.

The service was wonderful and the food was delicious. We enjoyed our lunch on the patio. We really enjoyed the 90’s country playlist! This may be my last meal if my brother finds out I left a photo of him enjoying his oysters 😅

If you’re thinking of dining here, just *do it*! The food is excellent. The service (today, Meaghan, but everyone is great) is what you’d expect from family. Hey, I even today asked that the music be turned down just a little…it was done in minutes! I saw another person’s review that said food was lacking flavor…what can I say?…while you can’t please everyone all of the time, this person must have been a flame-swallower at a circus in an earlier life [:-)] because everything was great. OK, I’ll focus on one thing for you…the cole slaw (it has a name that I don’t remember) is fabulous. So, I’ll offer that for you, but don’t take that to mean anything else was less than to write home about. When my wife and I are in the area (we have to go to Spinks Airport occasionally), we really like to time it to have a meal at “FCG”! Do yourself a favor and do likewise. When you’ve done so, tell me!

This was our 1st of many visits to come. The food was superb. Scallops, so moist. The crab stuffed flounder was a new twist i haven had in a long time. The reasonable prices on some items surprised us on our 1st date night out in a year. You have returning customers! The staff is so nice, great atmosphere and our server Carlos was fantastic. I'd give 6 stars if I could!

Must try the Mystic Mermaids. Creamy and delicious. Anything you would like to add to the side of your oyster experience all you have to do is ask. Fresh seafood and friendly staff!!

This was the first time to ever eat here. I've been on an all-protein extreme keto more carnivore diet for a while but decided I wanted something different. I ended up getting the special which was a pot roast over garlic potatoes with little mini onion slivers kind of like onion rings. For appetizers I got seafood stuffed jalapenos that were off the chain good. My hotel the Best Western Plus up the street gave me a $10 off coupon so basically this was under $30. The waiter was really good, knew everything on the menu and if it wasn't for him pointing out the specials on the wall I would have missed it. I came in early and can say everything came out quickly, hot and the taste was fantastic. I would definitely try this again. Parking was good but could see during peak hours would probably be pretty busy because of all the other businesses in the area. I would recommend it to friends.

My wife and I have talked about trying this place for almost a year and never remembered about it until after we ate somewhere else. You know how that goes but today, we found ourselves disappointed that we haven't tried it sooner! This place is great! It was a Sunday afternoon, it wasn't too busy. We were seated right away. Crystal was our waitress and she was awesome. We told her that it was our 1st time and she took the time to explain the uniqueness of their menu and how their menu changes daily. I started with gulf oysters on the half shell and my wife wanted the queso with crab. She enjoyed it as I did my oysters. Crystal brought us a sampler of the soups that they carry, I enjoyed those as well. I ordered the Blackened Redfish over the hatch Chile cornbread with fried okra.. Delicious! My wife ordered fish tacos that came with black beans and rice. She also ordered a side of sweet potato fries. The tacos were great and the fries were perfect. She couldn't finish her tacos due to how big the portions were. I wish I would have thought of the pictures in advance, it was kind of sporadic "oh crap, stop eating so I can take pictures" kinda moment but all in all, I really enjoyed this experience and feel like I have found my new Go-to spot when I want seafood! Afterwards, the manager, Mindi, came by and talked to us. I was really wowed by the service here. I highly recommend this spot and look forward to trying more off the menu and off of the drink menu as well. We didn't have any adult beverages today but definitely next time! Thank you Crystal and Mindi for making our first visit so enjoyable! See you again soon!

If you are traveling on 35W, this is a must stop!! Easy access off the highway. I ordered the fish tacos & black beans & rice. It was so flavorful and the portion sizes are well worth the price! We let the staff know that this was our first time here, and they brought us a sampler of soups & sauces, plus an oyster nacho….which was excellent! I highly recommend this place!! We will be back!

I would give this a 6th star if possible! The food here is amazing, so much so that we dined here back to back nights. We even were fortunate enough get the same waitress both nights (Crystal), who took great care of us both evenings. This place really gets it, the owner dropped in at every table making sure customers were taken care of and enjoyed their experience! I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone!!!👏👏👏 That’s being a winner baby!

This was the best service AND experience I've had in a very long time! We had Gilbert as our waiter and he was so attentive, charming, and made our whole night special. Even when I mentioned it was my first time, they brought a sample plate free of charge. Just wow!! I've never been to a place like that! This was my first time coming here but it definitely won't be my last. I came with my mom and my son. My mom got the shrimp po boy, my son got the shrimp & broccoli, and I got the seafood platter. We started with the queso & fried calamari. My son could not stop eating it and he's 6 so it was unusual for him to go after something he hasn't had yet and put it all away. But that tells you how good it really was. We ended the night with THE BEST BREAD PUDDING IVE EVER HAD! That alone will make me come back. I was so impressed with the service from the time we walked in to the time we left. Every staff member was friendly and nice. Also, thank you to the man who told my son what item in the claw machine was easier to get. He went home with the pink dolphin with a smile on his face! I will be letting everyone else know my experience in other platforms as well! This was so worth it!! 5 stars all the way! Y'all truly deserve more!

This was our first visit and we are certainly excited to have great seafood in Burleson, very accessible from Southwest Fort Worth. We started with the crab stuffed mushrooms, not too heavy, and I would recommend again. My wife ordered a board special, the Copper River Salmon. It was blackened medium, and very delicious. The snap peas were very fresh. I had the seared scallops and bacon wrapped shrimp on the menu. It was incredible, an appropriate portion, and the spinach was cooked to perfection. The bed of potatoes was good, but we left some of our sides to make room for dessert. We split the bread pudding, served hot and sliced in thirds with a rich and buttery whiskey sauce. It was worth the calories! We took a slice home and our server included some extra sauce. Our server, Trevor, was very attentive, and we never lacked for anything, even on a Friday night. The restaurant was very well staffed. Tables were bussed as soon as customers left. We will return!

I had the lobster and shrimp grilled cheese, and it was super delicious but VERY cheesy. Chose the beans and rice for a side, and it was OK, but kind of bland for my liking. The rest of our party had catfish, they had no complaints. The margaritas are great and tasty! We got to sit in the bar area, and the service was nice and fast. Would definitely eat here again.

My girlfriend and I had lunch today and it was nice seeing the staff in costumes very cute. Rapunzel was our waitress I don't know how to spell her name so I know you know who I'm talking about and she gave us a very good experience always on top of asking how we were doing. And the food was good, I had a salmon over spinach and mashed potatoes capers and the cherry tomatoes were hot and some were cold. I'm not sure why the two different temperatures. Other than that it was good.

We arrived on a Wednesday evening at 8pm. It wasn't busy. We were a party of 3 and seated right away. Our server Crystal was very attentive, prompt, helpful, and personable. She gave us a welcome sample platter. It was a pretty good variety of items like chowder, gumbo, and oysters! We ordered the crab mushrooms and fried jalapeños for appetizers. The fried jalapeños had no flavor whatsoever. Our entrees were fish and chips along with the Asian glazed salmon special that was offered. We also ordered red beans and rice, which were delicious. I had 2 Moscow mules, which were good. My friend had 2 Mojitos that she enjoyed. We also had the oysters. They seemed like they were rationing the lemon slices. All in all, it was a nice evening for a good seafood dinner, and this restaurant provided accordingly. I really can't stress enough how much Crystal was there without us having to call out for her first!

Used to love Fish City, but they removed one of our favorites, Shrimp & Grits from the menu. Waitress said it was a best seller, so I just don't understand why they remove something that sells so well. We came specifically for that, so we left. Time to look for another seafood restaurant!
