Monday April 1st 2024 today me and my girlfriend went to eat here but honestly rate it one of the first burger places we've had 8 out of 10 would recommend you're paying for a good Homestyle Burger and they have Myrtle style tater tots which come with cheese and chili and jalapenos so would definitely suggest trying and eating here

We were down in the south part of town yesterday and stopped by Myrtle's Burgers for lunch. Weather was amazing and dining outside was perfect. We had cheeseburgers and fries. Burgers were big and no shortage of tasty beef in these hand formed patties. Toasted bun and fresh toppings. Crinkle cut fries and fry sauce were great! Might be a bit off the beaten path, but if you're traveling through Burleson stop by and grab a bite.

We have been driving by this restaurant for a year now. Today, we finally decided to eat lunch there. The menu consists of a variety of burgers, hot dogs, and fries. The restaurant is a quaint, little place on the side of FM 1187 in Burleson with outside dining only under a covered patio. Why did we wait until now to eat here!! Fresh burgers made to order with a Great taste. I almost ordered another cheeseburger! Fries were seasoned with just a right amount of seasoning, not an overload on the sodium. However, the tea was very very sweet but one would say it’s how we like tea in Texas. Myrtle’s is my new go to for hamburgers. The restaurant is opened from 11am - 5pm, closed Sunday and Wednesday. They have 2 more items I am dying to try and that’s their Brisket “Bobby” burger and their chicken sandwich. I don’t think I will be disappointed.

Service is fast and the prices are great for the high quality of the food you're receiving. The staff was friendly and I really couldn't ask for a better experience. Just a classic mom and pop burger spot. Definitely be back to try something else on the menu! Update: Still the same, great quality food and the service is still too notch. The hours vary a bit sometimes depending on staffing so keep up with them on social media as they're very active online and post anytime they close early or aren't able to open. Support your local businesses and give them a try, you won't be disappointed. Update to Update: All is well at Myrtle's, food is still too notch and all of the staff is friendly so there's not much more you could ask for. They even had a large group ahead of me in line and the food was still made quick. Couldn't think of a single thing to complain about.

Just tried this place today with my wife, and let me tell you what I even kept the tomatoes on it was so delicious and I don’t even eat tomatoes. I just found my new favorite burger place in the past 5 years for sure. Amazing. Please try can’t say enough about this place and the staff was sweet and friendly. Amazing.

Burgers and fries are top notch. Portions sizes are great. Parking lot is confusing, no marked lines and one truck with a trailer will screw it all up. This is an extremely noisy corner so sitting outside to eat it sounds like a Nascar track. In the future we will order to go but will most definitely return.

This was my first time trying this burger place that has been around for a while. I enjoyed it! We ordered two bacon cheeseburgers, and they were cooked to perfection. The lady that took our order was a sweetheart, and we will be returming soon. I definitely recommend this spot over your franchise burgers that aren't that good. 🥓🍔

The burger was, in our opinion, overdone. When the top, bottom, sides all around are black and crispy, that's too much. The fries are delicious but have way too much salt and they put some other seasoning on it that's orange colored and we weren't fond of it. So, we would like to give it another chance, and now we know to ask for a medium rare burger and no seasoning fries. We like just a little salt or none at all. They are very light on the veggies also and when I got the food home, all the veggies are hot because they cook this food fresh. My take on this burger place is that it can be amazing with some personal adjustments when we order. Medium rare burger, no seasoning fries and pack the veggies separately and then I think this place would get a five star⭐ you can't beat the service! They were very nice.

Valentine's day with my beautiful wife. We headed out to the lake to relax and fish, then to lunch for our special day (beats the dinner rush). We stopped at Myrtles for our burger fix. We've been stopping here for years, not sure what happened today. The burgers were cooked to our liking ( medium for her, mid rare for me). We ordered our favorite sides, onion rings and their fresh cut spiral chips (if you like crispy potato chips, you will love these). You can see by our pictures how yummy they look. The burgers turned out great, the onion rings and potato chip spirals looked a little dark. They had that old fryer grease taste. For my fellow foodies, this is usually due to overused oil in the fryer. As you know, the more you cook in your same oil (even at home), will cause the oil to break down, watery so to speak. This will make what you are frying soak up the different flavors of the grease instead of sealing in the flavors of what is being cooked. Needles to say, the last picture shows just how much of the old grease was left behind in the container. This left us with bad heartburn and bad eats. We will continue to visit this establishment as the track record has been great. My only request to the wonderful family that operates this business is that if you dont have the time,maybe out of the oil to change it, or just trying to stretch it due to costs, that you please let your customers know so that the entire lunch experience is not ruined. We spent $23 for 2 burgers, 2 sides, and a really bad memory.

The service was nice, a bit slow. Their atmosphere was clean, and nice. Ordered a double cheeseburger with fries, and my husband got a bacon double cheeseburger with onion rings. Both patties were overly greasy, overcooked on the edges from where the patties aren't smashed while cooking to ensure the middle gets cooked without burning the outside. The onion rings were flavorless, and it also tasted old and stale. The fries tasted freezerburnt, old and was very soggy from the horrid amount of grease. We didn't eat our sides, but we ate our burgers, despite not being happy with them, but I threw mine up almost immediately because of how greasy, and burnt it was. This was our first experience with them, and we're so unhappy with how it turned out. I don't think we'll be returning. We went to Myrtle's on /02/21/26, unsure what time, we were super busy that day. While I appreciate the offer of remaking the food, we personally just do not want to come back because of how bad the food was. We hope you continue to grow, and maybe someday in the future we will return.

Have been wanting to try this place out for some time now however it was nothing like I expected or all the great reviews I've seen online. First off I told them it was to eat there and they packaged my food to go not a big deal anyone can make a mistake then my son ordered a double burger with only mayo and ketchup his order was wrong it had mustard he doesn't like mustard went back and told them this and the man that took our order said I heard you wanted mustard too he said no so he kindly took the burger back only to be given the same meat that had mustard on one of the patties this is horrible customer service all you needed to do was make 1 new patty since the other patty had no mustard but they couldn't do that it's absurd wasted almost $12 for this to put in the trash won't be coming back.
