I order very last minute. They were super kind and gave great customer service. I’ve been back 3 times since…they are amazing and food is excellent.

When I walked in , the employees greeted me and they all were very polite. It was my first time and they gladly informed me on my sub options. I got my sandwich relatively quick and warm as requested. Aside from that they kept the restaurant clean. This location was a great experience. I would recommend coming here based off this day’s staff.

Good sandwiches as always. I added avocados to my club sandwich and they didn't put it in there. Other than that jersey mikes is always good.

Friendly staff and good food. This location can get hit hard by the lunch rush, but otherwise has pretty quick service.

They replaced it but didn’t volunteer any effort to make it right that I had to drive back. Tried again tonight because I know the place is still running a new team. Store wasn’t kept real clean. Food prep area could be wiped down, particularly the slicer? I’m a regular to the franchise, and it’s good, but not my go to if I have a choice between this and their other locations. Las Colinas location is run like such a well-oiled machine, and I hope they get things dialed in here in Burleson.

I placed an online order for a sandwich with a scheduled pickup time of 2:02 PM. When I arrived at 2:00 PM, I gave my name to the woman working the counter, who was quite rude. She dismissively said, "Oh, it’s not ready yet, we just got that order." I pointed out that the pickup time was 2:02 PM, but she insisted their system showed 2:15 PM. While I was waiting, another employee asked if I needed assistance. I explained I was waiting because I was told the pickup time was 2:15 PM. The first employee then interjected, saying, "Oh, I have her sandwich right here." If my order was ready, as she suddenly claimed, why was I left sitting there, waiting for no reason? When I finally got my order, the receipt clearly showed the pickup time as 2:02 PM—proving that I was lied to about something as simple as the time. To top it off, my sandwich was dry and not prepared as I had ordered it. I didn’t have time to go back and address it, as I was already frustrated by their rudeness. This kind of attitude is unacceptable, especially when the staff is clearly overwhelmed. Everyone has busy days, but that’s no excuse to take it out on customers. They definitely need to do better.

Other delivery drivers be warned this store will jack with you and make you waste your time, I had to unassign my job and leave instead of waiting for the food.

6:15 pick up. Show up and its not ready. Waited 15 mins in lobby. Also sandwich only had peppers and onions on one half. Won't be back to this location.
