We decided to visit after a few years and were not disappointed. The blooming onion is still awesome! And they have added blooming fried chicken with the same batter as the onion. So good. Service was great - ask for Dave!!!!
We went into Outback yesterday Wed 12th June..There were four of us..We had a lovely meal...Carlo or Carlos the manager on shift was just the most helpful pleasant manager.. He could not do enough to make it enjoyable for us..We all agreed he was Awesome.. 5 stars for Carlos. We have been Outback customers for 25 year's..
Every time I go I have a great experience. We wanted to order drinks and our server Alayna helped us to choose a cocktail from the menu. She was attentive all the time and we got home with a full belly and a happy face.
I know places you have goods days and bad days but mother's day my wife and I ribeye ( no bone) and prime rib and it may have the best steaks we've had this year the service was awesome. We'll be back!!
The food was great! The waitress was at our table a bit more than I would have liked her to be. However, I suppose being over-courteous is definitely better than not being courteous enough! Not worth taking a star off for sure. Clean restrooms and the food came out in a timely manner. All around good experience.
Had a great experience!! Took my mom for lunch here and sat in the bar, Nicole is amazing! She made such a great Pina Koala and made sure we were satisfied!! And the manager on shift Josh made sure we really enjoyed our time there! Highly recommend! If I could tip Josh I would for his smile and wonderful customer service :)
I have never been to an Outback restaurant this was my 1st time. We had a gift card we hadn't used yet. I had the 1/2rack ribs w/mashed potatoes, which were fabulous still a little chunky and some skin which I love😃 and mixed veggies. Both had a margarita. Hubby had the steak and shrimp he loves it❤️ and a baked potato. And... had the blooming onion which I've never had and it was awesome . I forgot to get pic's. Waitress was wonderful very helpful. We went when they opened at 11 am today (Saturday)I highly recommend
Delicious . Always a good experience. We sit at the bar. Arielle is so so sweet! Thank you guys for a great dinner and very nice conversation.
Such a treat! My server was so sweet and the food was great.
The food was amazing. Service was excellent. The atmosphere was welcoming from the hostess greeting us at the door to the manager coming to the table to check on us. We have been many times in the past, but the new management is doing great things!
Everything about this visit was terrific. The food and service were incredible, and we loved the atmosphere. My only suggestion would be dimmer light bulbs. Those of us who are not tall end up with the light in our eyes for the whole meal. Thankfully, our server was unbothered that we unscrewed the bulb.
Came into this outback after work a few days ago because I was really craving some French onion soup. The bartender Joseph greeted me promptly and gave me great drink recommendations, he had me try the strawberry kiwi margarita. I loved it! The manager Joshua also stopped by and checked on me which I appreciated. Thanks for great service y’all.
Came in for an early dinner with a friend. We sat at the bar, and we greeted promptly. Amazing food at decent prices. Drinks are stout as well. I'll be back to try their salmon next.
We had a great experience from Megan the bartender and Manager as they were friendly and helpful. Great food. Great atmosphere. Great company. We will be back again and again. Thank you for being such a wonderful place in Burleson Texas to stop in for dinner.
Had salmon with shrimp and a steak. Service and food were good. I really liked the new pay at the table machine!
It's been your since I've been to Outback and I realized how much I was missing. The food was fantastic and the waiters and waitresses were friendly although we came at an odd time between lunch and dinner and there wasn't much staff. The ceiling was comfortable and the restaurant was clean. I would definitely go back again soon to enjoy the Allison Springs Chicken and Sirloin. I ordered it medium rare and though it's been a long time since a restaurant actually got it right I truly enjoyed I truly medium rare piece of meat!
Came to have dinner with hubby. Was told to ask for Marissa as our server from a friend as I was told she’s very sweet and very attentive in every way. No lie she is the sweetest thing and very attentive, always was on top of our drinks when we were almost out and letting us know how much longer for our food to come out. Will definitely come back and request this sweet girl!
The food was delicious and the service was excellent
I wanted to share my recent experience at this Outback location because our server Christina, made my husband’s and I’s time so memorable. We went for lunch, and Christina took care of us as made it feel like we were dining at her home. She recommended we try the new hot honey chicken, we trusted her, and did not have any regrets when our food came out. Besides her recommendation being delicious, she conversed with us and made us laugh and her kindness really showed with how she was so attentive to us. Ask for Christina when you go to this location! Truly a great server!
The food was great had grilled shrimp. Of course a blooming onion.
Our steaks were very tough. We sent them back but it was still chewy even at med.rare. The taste and cooking was perfect. I can only guess bad choice of cut. Not their fault. Our server Trevor was outstanding. And the Mgr. Ross came through with comps. On appitizer & cheesecake. His suggestion was filet next time. Thank you for good experience even if we had issue with the food.
We love Outback! This location has really improved! The hostess, Ava, greeted us and made us feel welcomed! The server, Austin, was attentive and friendly. The manager stopped by our table to check on us. The food was delicious! We will be back! Regularly!
We had a large party on Sunday for my daughter’s birthday. We were supposed to go to Texas Roadhouse, but we were misinformed by the manager on duty…which led us to not be able to get seated in a timely matter. We started scrambling trying to find another place to go. We called Outback. They immediately put us on the wait list. Once we arrived they started setting our tables up. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The service was great, the food was delicious and came out in a timely manner. We were super impressed, and we will definitely be back. Thank y’all so much for saving the day and taking such great care of us. Especially on such short notice.
Had a great dinner with the family. Our server Marissa was the best! Very patient with the kiddos (they like to order their own food.) Made sure our food was correct and very attentive to our drinks. Will come back and request her, best experience ever!
I don't usually leave restaurant reviews, but I've eaten here so many times, I think they've earned it. Let's keep it short and simple: - Food is always brought in a timely manner (I love their pastas). - Service is incredible (I go out of my way to be served by Nicole). - If I ever have a problem or concern I am swiftly made satisfied. I haven't eaten at other Outback locations, but this one is absolutely phenomenal.
The most amazing service! Had a little mishap and the manager was absolutely amazing! He took care of the situation perfectly and made sure we were happy customers and we are! We order delivery from here a lot and are never disappointed. The food always is cooked to perfection and the service is always amazing! This place is absolutely perfect!
After a horrible experience with one of their neighboring restaurants, I walked out and am so happy I did. This Outback location employees are great. I was upset because of the other place and the young lady greeted me with a smile and uplifting attitude. This one little act turned my evening into a pleasant experience. I had a steak, loaded baked potato and asparagus. All cooked wonderfully. Thank you for making my evening a good one!
Me and my friend went in and sat at the bar and it was amazing! Arielle was working the bar area and she was a wonderful server/bartender. She was so nice to everyone and made us feel welcome. We’ll definitely be back :)
While the food from outback is fairly consistent from location to location, one thing that cannot be replicated is the service that we received from Arielle last night! She was witty, attentive, and not to mention gorgeous! I am not from the area but will definitely be stopping back by the next time I am passing through Burleson
I ordered a Togo order. Everything was perfect! My ribeye was cooked perfect. The Alice chicken was amazing as usual. I didn't even have to wait, when I pulled up I was helped immediately. They are always friendly and make sure you have everything you could need!
Ariel and the Manager were amazing assisting me with ordering my food. I have celiac disease and they made sure what I ordered was safe to eat and were very accommodating. Ariel was an amazing sweet and kind server. Definitely will be coming back to this location.
I took my family to eat dinner tonight, it was my son's birthday. I ate 8 Oz fillet and added a side of hot honey shrimp and it was amazing. Our server was Tara and she was amazing. Very attentive. At the end of are dinner she surprised are son with a birthday ice cream. We had an overall great experience and will definitely be back.
Great steak and shrimp! Love the bread with butter and the mozzarella sticks are good also. The coconut shrimp is amazing!
This is the BEST Outback! My husband and I frequent here quite often and always have a pleasant time. Today we reserved the patio private area for a after graduation luncheon with about 20 people it was excellent, from the food to atmosphere, we even got to eat off the lunch menu, the manager Carter was great and our waitress Alexis was so sweet, patient and attentive, we will continue to frequent this location and highly recommend!
Celebrated Father’s Day with my husband and kids! Everything was really good food was great! the waitress we had as well as the staff members were everything soo nice! Idk if it was the manager that passed a few times to see how it was going or if we needed anything… but he was soo nice and out going! Thank yal again for the service!
The waitstaff and especially the hostess, London, elevated this from an average experience to a delightful experience.
Our sever was the best and the food was perfect.
Meals here are always consistent, services excellent and prices are great!
My husband and I visited the Burleson location and the service was excellent our food was promptly bought to the table fresh from the kitchen this a a location we will absolutely be frequent….
I haven't had outback in a while. I usually end up at texas roadhouse. I really like their steaks. It has a distinct taste and I love that they have sirlion steaks. It helps me by keeping my calories down and hit my macro goals since I'm trying to lose weight. This location our server was polite and kept my glass full. That is always a plus in my book. The aussie fries were fresh and very good taste to them. Not many people for a Saturday night but for me a lighter customer traffic is better for me too.
I got the Filet Mignon and lobster, medium rare, with fries and homestyle mashed potatoes, along with the limited time “Aussie JAWSie” cocktail, complete with a blood (grenadine) filled toy shark. (Fancy!) The food and service were both good, and the beverage menu is pretty extensive as well. The prices are on the higher end for a casual restaurant, with steak and lobster obviously being on the more expensive side. Overall an enjoyable experience!
Great food everything was delicious. \nWhat really need to review is our waitress Rikki, I'm 60 years old and have had every type of waiter good, bad and horrible. Rikki should be Outback's manage…
Come see Sam!! You won't be disappointed! We had a wonderful evening, great environment, excellent food and service.
Great food and atmosphere. Our waiter, Trenton, was especially awesome as usual. We always ask to sit in his section.
Fantastic service, food cook as ordered, excellent environment, staff is friendly, I'll be back.
There is a manager Carlos..He is a definite asset to Outback Burleson.... We love going in when he is on shift... He makes sure you feel welcome..
This is great for any occasion but the manager that's there right now and the two bartenders was so awesome it's a must return they made my birthday awesome

Although the waitress was friendly and courteous. She didn't offer to ask if there was going to be any appetizers ordered at the time of taking the order for the drinks. Therefore we got the appetizer along with the salad and the meal. And was not prompt on getting refills on time without being asked.
3 kids under 5 and on a road trip. They are a bit over the top tonight so we requested a table that was in a section that was not being used because we didn’t want to bother other patrons. The manager for the evening felt it best to override our request and sit us in the busiest section there was. Essentially it would have required the server to handle a table out of their section and to clean the spot after. (We would have taken this into account in the tip.) — not sure where the win was in this decision but things turned out okay even so The person who waited on our table was EXCELLENT! Literally the only reason this is not a 2 star review. (Could have bussed the table more often but it was a large table so not the biggest deal). Food was 5/10. — steak was overcooked for medium, mashed potatoes were hard and dry. Didn’t come with gravy so made them pretty 🫤 Bloomin fried chicken was very good but was small. Could have gone 3 stars based on bad steak at a “steak” restaurant but I know better than to expect a super high quality steak at a chain steakhouse so not complaining. Still tho, cook it right.
Waiter was very attentive. Told him about my dairy issue, and he made sure that the food is ordered wouldn't cause any problems. The bread is a plus!
Love everything on their menu. Carlos the manager made the delivery order right. (numerous items missing which is rare) His effort to fix this is an example of customer service 'above and beyond. ' The Queensland could use a bit more alfredo, though. Your baked potatoes are the best !
Edited to say: a friend took us back to this Outback and I was very bothered because I knew I would need to use the ladies room while we were there. I decided to give it a try and it was very clean, not completely spotless but clean enough for a public bathroom. I'm changing my review to 4 stars because they completely corrected the problem. Bravo outback! ........ We stayed in the Fairfield behind the restaurant and so we jumped over to the Outback to have dinner. The restaurant looked okay, entry area was dirty but other than that it was fine. Our waitress was sweet and the food was fine. The issue came when i needed to use the ladies room, it was so disgusting, every toilet splashed with fecal matter, clearly hadn't been cleaned in a long while. I came and told hubby and then I left to go to the hotel to use the restroom. I came back and the manager apologized and took my food off the bill but y'all, it was not a good experience. My thoughts are if the public area looked like that, what did the kitchen look like. The manager was very apologetic and tried to make it right, but the next time we are here, and we are often, we will go next door to Mexican Inn instead.
We had a sweet waitress that served our party of ten well. I enjoyed the food very much! However, the expo people who bring out the food didn’t do a good job. One of the girls (blonde) who gave us our food was not patient and upset my mother ON Mother’s Day making a smart response, “well if you didn’t get the shrimp don’t take it” rolls her eyes and walked off. Less attitude would be appreciated.
Food was good the blooming onion was really greasy but the chicken pasta was great
The food was really good. I had a rime rib cooked medium and they actually got it perfectly cooked. A lot of times a lot of places just miss it by cooking it just slightly under or over. The lighting in this place in a little dark, I prefer a place with a little more light myself. But overall my experience was very good. I would definitely go back. And whoever the gentleman was who looked at me like he wanted to kill me for taking photos of the restaurant chill out bud it's a free country!!! May God bless you all!!!
It was veterans day and there were many veterans. They were under staffed apologized to every customer. The food was good and the steak was amazing. My wife and I are both veterans so lunch didn't cost us anything, thanks, so we left a big tip.
01/12/26 Monday 1:45pm . The worst experience I have ever had at any Outback around the country. The place was deserted and so I was seated in the bar area. Which I prefer at lunch. \n\nServer comes …
Lacking leadership, managers failed to respond after finding a piece of metal in our food.

food is great!\n\nlistening to some one blurt out "ORDER" every 3 minutes during the entirety of our meal got old.
Food is lacking! Everything was bland, tough and cold. The service was slow but very nice.
We went for a nice dinner. They were a little busy which is totally understandable!! We love outback so we didn't mind the wait! Once we ordered our steaks, it's up maybe 10 minutes to come out whi…

Service was kind and very nice. We sat at a booth by the bar and the waiter was really kind. Food came.out fairly fast, but.i don't feel like the quality matched the price. The shrimp was dry and over cooked and had no flavor. The steak was way over seasoned to the point I cut the top and bottom off and only ate the center. As far as cooking goes, they are true to scale. Unlike most restaurants, when you ask for medium, that's what you get. We will not be returning here. Other locations are better. Not this one.
Standard Outback. Not great but not bad so it is a safe steakhouse option. My complaint is they cut their steak too thin, is makes getting the meat temp correct difficult. Results in somewhat frequent send back.
Went here for my birthday last night. My family has been here several times over the past 8 years. To be fair, this location is a good experience almost every time. However, last night was an exception that stood out. My wife and I ordered the 16 oz prime rib as usual. What we got were two cuts that had a large section of fat (about 25 percent of the cut) at one end. So basically what we got was a 12 oz cut for a 16 oz price. My wife suggested that "maybe it's just a luck of the draw kind of thing". But I asked her "if YOU were selling these, would you sell them at 16 oz or would you trim the fat off and sell them at their true weight". The answer is obvious.
I was waiting in the curbside service spot for over 20 minutes pasted when my order was supposed to be ready. This was around 345pm so not a real busy time. I called and was told my food had just come out and it was immediately brought out to me. I checked the temperature of my order and it was barely warm. I do not appreciate being lied too.
We ordered medium rare filet mignon with 2 lobster tails. The 1st steak that came out was wrong but the young man assisting in waiting on us quickly took it back and the manager came out to get the problem fixed. The 2nd steak was cooked perfectly, too bad it was barely warm. Our lobster tails were just ok. The lobster butter was extremely salty. This place overall seems to really need some updating. We asked for a booth in the bar and out of the 5 available, this is the one they CHOSE to seat us in. It’s very uncomfortable to have that material poking you in the back of your legs. Do better Outback
First of all, I'm really picky about my steak. As a cattle rancher who raises and processes their own beef then grills it over live mesquite, we're pretty particular. The Caesar salad was not good.…

Service was pretty good at start, but it went downhill on my last few visits, to the point where I don't want to go there any more. Since the service was terrible, for a while I've been going to the neighbor Chili's to get my steaks.
Soup was warm, the sandwich was tough, and salad had a funny taste. We ate what we could, took the rest home, and fed it to the night critters. Seems like Outback has really changed, or it may be just this location. We will not be back.
Pretty good food. Pretty bad service. We had Nate. He asked if we wanted bread and then never brought it until we asked him again. He struggled taking our order. We did not get the ranch dressing we asked for until we asked someone else. We ran out of drinks; he passed by several times and never noticed. When I finally stopped him and asked for a refill, he took my glass and never came back with it. Finally, about 10 minutes later, I stopped him and asked for my refill. At least he was pleasurable.

The service here is my 13th reason. Theres was like 3 people working and the steak was so undercooked that mf was still mooing. I prolly got food poisoning .
It was the most disgusting thing I have been to in a minute. First there was a hair in my sister's shrimp the Mac and cheese was not even cooked and it's so obvious that they fake the grill marks don't go if you and an even ok meal also I ordered pulled pork and it was Luke warm at best but it took so long to come they might as well got it form a pig fresh. edit 3 hours later have food poisoning 🙁
My mom and I went and the waitress was rude to us but super nice to the younger guy seated behind us. We ordered the blooming onion and there were 2 hairs in it but they still charged us for it which I dont feel was right since the second one we got looked like the original just with the pieces missing where the hair was! Thank goodness the food was good
I ordered at the to go window. I was told to wait in my car, I would get a text when my food was ready. After 45 minutes I went to check. My food was sitting there for 20 minutes. I asked steak well done. My streak was not done. It was pink
Three strikes and you're out!! Our first experience new waitress, understandable learning experience, been there. Still was given a "free bloomin onion " for next time. Well ordered Doordarshan, recieve incomplete order. Call them and they tell me oh yeah supposed to be 2 bags and the other want ready, but you can come and get it. Umm, ordered Doordarsh for a reason, on hold 30+mins, for John, to tell me they can't refund part of my order until close. Ok, still waiting for that BTW. But alas, visit 3 son turning 18 wants Outback. Get seated right away, ask for water with lemon numerous times, waiter just kept walking by us. Husband gets up and gets lemons from the bartender. Place was NOT busy, 2 tables sat well after us, are served drinks and salads, and we're still waiting on bloomin, finally arrives raw and with ranch. Finally find Zack and ask can we have sauce brings back thousand island. Ask for refills, and again Zack walks everywhere besides our table even though table right next to us. After he fills both tables with water and skips over, husband gets up and get refill, from ya guessed it bartender, and ask to have Manger come over. Manger NEVER comes over, be see him in front of bathroom with Zack and clearly telling him to wait on our table. Will say Zack did check on us more afterwards. And last my steak was so overseasoned with salt I thought it came from the ocean. Needless to say, won't be back to this location.
I went for dinner yesterday afternoon. Sat at the bar asked for non alcoholic beers. They don’t have any. I ordered an Arnold Palmer. It came out mixed. I ordered ribeye onion soup grilled veggies onions and mushrooms. When the food came out veggies are just warm. Steak was done to my liking. Everything else was mediocre at best. The barmaid never interacted with me after my food as deliver. I understand that they were getting busy, but there is no inaction. I will never go back. If the food was good and service was poor I can deal with that even if it’s the other way I am also good but both being bad. I’ll just have to pass.
Don't you just love it when you tell the hostess, and 2 different servers that you have a food allergy yet they put the exact thing on your to-go salad that you cannot eat? It made my whole day so much better to pay $25 for a salad, and then have to starve that night at the hotel. CELIACS CAN'T EAT CRUTONS
Ordered a ribeye steak medium temperature, came out burnt. Waitress didn’t help us except way after we were ready to go she asked “are you folks hanging out”, no ma’am we’re ready to pay and leave…
We've been here three times. I can't eat cheese we ordered the three course meal. The other three times they have substituted the cheese cake for carrot cake. Since I can't eat cheese today they said they couldn't do that. Be consistent with your policy!!!
I usually enjoy going to Outback. Tonight I went it wasn’t very busy (around 8pm) went and sat at the bar. I sat down and get ignored by 2 people behind the bar. After about 10 mins I finally get asked if I would like a drink. I ask for a wine list. 10 mins later she takes my order. My food comes pretty quickly. I had to flag down another different waiter to get silverware I’m guessing she thought I wanted to eat with my hands. The “food” the chicken was mediocre at best and I think the mashed potatoes were out of a box. Food was cold. The seat right beside me was left over from prior customers and not cleaned up until after I was done eating. Gross and sloppy to look at. I’ve never had this kind of experience at this location and go frequently. After tonight I don’t know that I will return. I was extremely disappointed.
We should've went to Chili's... Lesson learned. We've tried this location twice. The first time, we were disappointed... We tried again. This time we were really upset. Not only did the food suck, but the service was the worst. We could get past the crappy food, if the service was decent, but not even close. It's a Friday night... Not busy, at all. The bartender brought us a beer. Someone else ( barback maybe ) brought our appetizer... It was gross and greasy. No one asked if our food was ok .. No one bothered to see if we wanted to order actual food. We didn't try to hide the fact that we were unhappy. Why would we? We asked for our check. A manager asked what the problem was. We told him the appetizer sucked and no one tried to fix it until we were ready to go. He agreed our appetizer looked like crap... The bartender then decided we needed to hear her excuse for why our food and service was garbage... No desire to hear that. We left. We will never be back to this location or any other location for that matter... No wonder Chili's is busy and outback is dead. Next time we will wait for Chili's... Do something different guys... Too much competition in this area to not care the way you do... At least the beer was cold.
We went in last night Feb 14 2026.We got seated and got our drinks and bread. Then 5 min later waiter came and took our order. Then it 43 mins to get our our order.I talk to the manager I guess he was wearing a red shirt. And told where is our order. He went to look and then our food came right behind. The waiter never came by our table. He was to busy at the bar talking to girl in bar and WAY to busy oh his cell phone. We got our food my wife Salmon was cold and my steak was luke warm.Spent over $82.00 for 8 Oz steak and mashed potatoes and a Salmon and broccoli.Would like a response back.
Outback never fails to disappoint. Poorly cooked steaks, mixed up orders, marginal service. Thankfully, we only ever come here anymore when someone gives us a gift card. It's no wonder they're barely staying in business. The model seems to be to continue raise prices to make up for the loss of volume. Go to Texas Roadhouse for a better menu, better food, better service, better atmosphere, and better prices.
Ordered a door dash of a sirloin and a prime rib. A side of Mac and cheese. I called the store and asked for creamy horseradish sauce because they don’t give an option online. The guy on the phone said no problem I’ll make sure it’s in there. The prime rib was to come with 2 baked potatoes and the sirloin i ordered was supposed to come with mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese. Plus the extra side of Mac and cheese i ordered. It was nearly a $100 order. The sirloin did not have the Mac and cheese and the mashed potatoes didn’t have a lid on them, there was no horseradish sauce even after calling and double checking for it, the sauce the prime rib came with was open and spilled all over the prime rib and leaking in the bag. It was supposed to be medium rare, it came RARE, cold rare. Don’t order to go. Maybe don’t even go there period.
Sorry, but what an almost total disappointment!! Other than the hostess this place was lacking, waitress was non existing - hostess was more responsive to our needs!!! Steak came out nowhere near how ordered - not sure cook even knows the different grades of cooked!! Food on the floor. Bathrooms... don't ask!
I hate reviews like this, because it's no fault of my server, Sydnee S. There were no workers. I sat down 10 minutes before noon and didn't get my meal until 12:40. That is literally disgusting. It's Veterans Day! They were not prepared at all. I saw so many walk out. It was beyond ridiculous. I now remember why it's been 5 years since my last visit. I'm so sorry that my memory failed me. I hope it doesn't fail me again and hope management sees this. In such a competitive industry with so many restaurants going out of business one would think something like this wouldn't happen. I appreciate the free meal, honor for our veterans. I had plans to stay and drink a few to spend some money, but unfortunately, the service was just not there. Please do a better job, Outback. People want to help but service is a must!
Don’t waste your money, I ordered 2 pasta chicken and meat paid over $65. The chicken and meat was way overcooked both very hard to chew or cut with a knife. I can tell this meat had hours sitting around the kitchen. The pasta was not cooked all the way through. I would rather go somewhere else and had a better tasty meal.
The waitress was great. But, the food, was sorta cold when we got it. The prices are ridiculous. We spent 110$ on 2 meals an appetizer and a dessert and a sweet tea and a beer. I was excited to try the place , but we should have just went to Texas Roadhouse and spent less than that for the same amount of food we would have gotten there.
My husband & I chose this place to celebrate his birthday tonight and it was horrible from the food to the service. Very unprofessional for a steakhouse you can clearly see how unsanitary it is from these photos. Clearly did not change out their oil and do not know the difference between medium rare and rare. Do better in the kitchen please!!
1 star. Wish I could go lower. Over cooked steak. Server could care less about providing decent service. Order the caramel cookie topped with ice cream for dessert and the cookie is cold and hard as a brick (Ice cream was not on the cookie yet as I took it to go) . Almost like they made it 2 days ago. What a shame…
