You’ll enjoy the atmosphere, drinks, and food. We always sit for hibachi. The servers and cooks are great! It’s a must try if you’re ever in the Burleson area. My babygirl wanted to get out and about after the recent snow storm so dinner was the “Go”… Once she suggested hibachi I instantly thought of this location. Our cook put on a very entertaining show (had us laughing the whole time). Then when I say he cooked our food “just right” and the portions were worth every dollar spent. We will most definitely be back😋
The show the chef puts on is pretty standard fare. Where Hibachi Teppanyaki stands out is the variety on their menu. I was surprised to see red snapper and sea bass among other fish on their menu. Been there twice in a month and I had the snapper once and my brother had the sea bass. both were very good. Scallops had good flavor. Also surprised to see Grilled noodles as an option to fried rice. Tried the noodles my second time and they was good. give em a try.
Been coming here for 15 years, since I was a kid. A great spot for hibachi. The bathrooms would benefit from a remodel and to be a bit cleaner/nicer. But aside from that, a great experience basically every time.
First time here for a birthday outing and I will say, it is the best hibachi I have been able to find locally. The service was outstanding, the portions of food are HUGE! (plenty for take home and enjoy again) and tje drinks are made very well. Staff was friendly and professional. Their filet mignon, regular steak and chicken combo and Mahi were all perfect!
Food is always delicious!! The service is great!! Music and environment is nice and relaxing. Yaya is our waitress she is the best and always remembers our order. It’s always full of people here so we usually dine in without live show. But overall my family loves coming here to eat. We recommend the crispy sushi rolls and chicken and steak fried rice hibachi.
We've been wanting to try this restaurant for a while. We decided to go here for our anniversary dinner. Our chef was absolutely awesome, and our food was absolutely amazing. We will definitely be returning soon for another wonderful experience.. Update, todays visit was absolutely awesome and the food was absolutely amazing..
The food and service were excellent. We brought our toddler and he loved the dinner and show. The chef was skilled and entertaining. Our waiter, Lucas, was kind and attentive. He made sure we had food and drinks in a timely manner. We didn't experience any of the service issues mentioned in other reviews, so they must have taken them into account and made adjustments. I saw reviews mentioning tip related issues and we did not experience any pushiness for tips. The waiter let us know tips on the card payments are split 50/50 between server and chef. I do wish there was a little more lighting and space between seats but that's the nature of hibachi grills and not a huge issue.

Food was amazing. Ordered the beauty and the beast scallops and the large sashimi appetizer. Cook was awesome and had some good jokes different from the usual. Will be back.
We have been several times and drive from Weatherford to eat here. The food is great. The chefs are entertaining and do a great job. Love the fried rice and the steak and chicken! Yummm!!
Food, service and ambience are great. This is a hit for my entire family, but it is expensive. If you don't eat a lot then you'll definitely have food to take home and it's still good as leftovers.

Very good food, service and show at the hibachi table. Pricey but worth the splurge every now and then. Really hate I lost my free Cowboy dinner during Covid.

I gave it 4 stars because the manger is so freaking rude. This is my 5th time going there and every time he's obnoxious, rude, not at all a people person and very unprofessional!!!!! If it wasn't for the good food and the chef Josh I would not go there. Josh is fun, entertaining, very much a people person and keeps you laughing and enjoying every moment that you're there. He interacts with at the table, even if it's separate parties. When you go ask for Josh and you will definitely thank me later. As for the manager, he needs people interaction training ASAP!!!!
I really like this place. I wish their service was a little more consistent. Sometimes we get wonderful service and others it's mediocre. Last time we went, we waited 10 minutes for chopsticks and 20 for our drinks. We were also one of the first ones there. Other times, however, it is great. The food is amazing and the chefs are very good.
Sat in the bar area but can assume the hibachi experience would be better? The tuna tower was fine unfortunately our server was in the “weeds” the entire time so only got to our appetizer and a few minute later our drink (vs. cocktail then appetizer). We couldn’t get her attention to order an entree so decided it was best to head out.
Everything was pretty good. Steak a little tough. Our chef was so funny and personable. The waitress was very good and sweet. The main issue i have, and I totally understand they were just being so sweet, but they surprised my 3 year old, and me, with an ice cream. First, if you're going to surprise one child in the party with an ice cream, you shouldn't leave out the other child. No, it wasn't a celebration dinner of any kind. Second, never just give a child a dessert without asking the parents first, discretely. Again, I know it was a sweet gesture, but now here I am up at nearly 11pm with my toddler because he had an ice cream with whip cream and syrup sat in front of his face, and to spare everyone from his wrath I let him eat it. You try to reason with a 3 year old not to eat an ice cream that got sat in front of their face. One, you don't know if a kid has allergies or health issues, and you don't know obviously how a giant heaping of sugar at 7:45pm will affect a 32 pound child that is already sensitive to sugar. Im just very annoyed and this one thing would literally keep me from going back here. Please train your staff to never give things without it being ordered or checking with the parents first.
Prepare for a long wait, even after sitting and ordering drinks. The waiter was busy but he kept up with everyone request ok. The food was good but the Texas Tea was terrible. So I ordered another Plum wine. The long wait did give us a chance to talk and catch up. The birthday girl loved it! Oh! Pay close attention to your receipt. They tried to charge us $100 for sake. The only reason we realized it was because we knew our bill should have been lower. The waiter apologized several times and corrected but I still couldn't believe it.
We have been talking about this place for years but never been inside until today. We have friends who rave about this place. It was early afternoon, before the crowd arrived. We were seated promptly (all your party has to be here or they won't seat you, 3 of us arrived and the 4th was not here yet and we had to wait). We were the only ones in the hibachi area at this time. We were attended to right away, drink order taken and menus given. We all placed our orders. The drinks arrived, then our 1st course, the salad and the soup. The salad was pretty small, as was the soup. They were decent, nothing special. Then the host showed up with our food. The "show" was entertaining, he was sociable and funny. Then he served us. I ordered steak and snapper. The steak was cooked medium like I asked, the snapper wasnt bad but wasn't what I expected and it was a smaller portion than I hoped. Wife ordered shrimp and chicken. She says the shrimp were chewy, a little overdone. Stepson said his calamari had no flavor but said the lobster was awesome. We all agreed the vegetables and fried rice were a little on the salty side. Had we known they would have came out that way, we would have told him easy on the sodium but we just let him do his thing while cooking. All in all, the food was decent, not bad but it didn't match the price. I understand part of the pricing is the show so we took that into account, you pay for the "experience". Maybe one day we'll come back and try the sushi.
The food was really good. The service was great and the environment was really nice. The fillet was cooked to perfection. The rice was cooked really good. The veggies were a little oily, but they were still good. The drink was good. My only bad thing to say is they charge you extra for fried rice, sauces, and all the extra stuff. A lot of places don’t, but this one does.

The food was good, but the service was awful—our waiter a young guy I believe his name is Lucas S. needs to get more training on customer service. He would slam down our utensils—rushing us to take orders the guy didn’t want to listen, always speaking over us before we could get a request out. The entire staff including the manager needs additional customer service training.
Went with some friends and occupied about 1/2 of the table, sat with another group of people. The first half of the experience was wonderful. My issue is with how the cook handled a mix-up with the food orders. I ordered steak and calamari. He starts cooking and I guess somewhere along the way he got mixed up because two of us had meat go to the person to our left. Thankfully within our own group of people. The first issue was corrected by the two individuals by just putting meat from one plate to another. However, when my calamari was put onto the plate of the person to my left, it was already chopped up before being served and in the midst of the entertainment and conversation of it all, it was mixed up with all his other food. A few moment later we realized there had been a mistake and the cook was not proactive or apologetic in any way. It was frankly very uncomfortable. He said “do you still want calamari?” And I said yes. He just stared at me and I said “are you expecting me to pick it off of his plate or are you making more?” And he just looked at me very annoyed for several seconds. The whole vibe immediately shifted. He proceeded to ask the waitress to bring more calamari and continued but it was clear he was irritated. He then did the egg-toss bit and when he came to me, lastly, he said “no I’m not doing it for you” and then played it off as if he was joking when I was clearly irritated by his behavior. I told him I didn’t want to do it and he tossed egg at me anyways. The whole experience post-calamari-debacle was tense, passive aggressive, and overall uncomfortable. Everyone at the table, even the other group, noticed it. What if that person to my left was not in our group? He has been stirring his food all together with a fork he was already eating off of. And it was just bad customer service at the end of the day. Take accountability for your mistake(s), and make them right without making your customer feel like an i convenience.
I normally love this place but today's experience was very different. The vibe was just off. The food was great but the cook simply threw the food on the plate. He forgot to serve part of the order. And not to mention he wasted the sauce on the table and didn't give any more sauce. Now for the server, she was missing in action the majority of the time. In addition the cook forgetting and spilling things, the service was horrible and the server that was m.i.a. at the end the server pressured the entire table to give her a tip even though she was undeserving and had done nothing to deserve one. Even had the audacity to follow us to the front saying she expected a 10% tip and went as far as saying then don't come back. Sad because I usually love this place.
The servers were really, really awful. They tried to squeeze me in with a party who had already ordered their food and I was left as the odd ball out. I could barely see the show. And due to there, being ten people at the table, my food was very scarce. As a pregnant person I was very disappointed with the entire experience. The cook was good and I hate for this review to reflect on the chef, but overall I did not have a good experience.

Review Title: Unprofessional staff and dismissive management I am beyond disappointed with my recent visit to Hibachi Teppanyaki & Sushi in Burleson. What should have been a fun dinner turned into a completely uncomfortable and frustrating experience due to the chef’s behavior and the management’s lack of integrity. The service was lackluster from the start, but the real issue was the chef's behavior. He was visibly agitated, rude, and acted as if we were an inconvenience. When we reached out to management to address the chef's conduct, the situation went from bad to worse. Instead of listening to our concerns, the management was incredibly dismissive. We were left with the distinct impression that our request for assistance was being viewed as an attempt to get a "comped" meal. That couldn't have been further from the truth—we weren't looking for a handout; we were looking for a respectful dining experience and for someone to take accountability for a staff member’s poor attitude. Being treated like a "problem customer" simply for pointing out unprofessionalism is insulting. It’s clear this establishment prioritizes their ego over customer service. Save your money and go somewhere that actually values your patronage.
We made a reservation when we arrived (early, not expecting to be sat early), the lobby was packed. I gave them our name. They told me that they over booked and couldn’t give me a wait time. I stated again that we had reservations. She said they accepted over 200 people on the reservation. Ummm…what? What’s the point of a reservation?
I have visit this place frequently since is my son's favorite. I have posted on fb that 3 times they billed me wrong, they will charge you gratuity on a party of 2. But on the 25 of I took my son, the service was awful as the guy cooking the food, and dont even let me get started on the so called manager😡. I was so humiliated and disrespected and embarrassed by this guy it was so uncalled for. All I did was ask a simple question and he went off being so unprofessional. It was so uncalled for the sad part was the manager didn't even give a crap he is so unprofessional too I don't see how he runs that place. I have seen him screaming and mistreating his employees. I was disgusted and I will never ever ever be coming back here.
I decided to order online because I am not feeling well. My order was for hibachi chicken and you could add another meat for a charge which I did for shrimp for 5 extra dollars. I said no mushrooms on my order because I am allergic to them. When the food was delivered it was greasy with mushrooms all in my vegetables. When I called to complain the young girl that got on the phone I am sure, young enough to be one of my grandchildren kept calling me hun. First of all Texas or not it is unprofessional. She told me I could come back and get my order done right. I told her that is why I had it delivered I do not feel well. I then asked to speak to the manager that stated he would replace the food but not give me a refund. I do understand I can see if I ate the steak I need to pay for it, but since I cannot eat it I should be refunded. He lied and said you should have said you don’t want mushrooms in the entrée instead of the rice. First of all I had been going to this location for years and they don’t even have mushrooms in their fried rice. His name was Tommy and I told him I was calling my bank for a refund and they would certainly be getting the food back I could not eat. Horrible customer service and manager. Also the portions for 45 dollars are dreadful. If you enlarge the pictures you can see grease bubbles in the vegetables. They do it right when dining in but do NOT order to go.
We've been coming here for years and have never had such a bad experience until tonight. The spicy tuna roll tasted like plastic and the other rolls were so mush you couldn't even pick them up without fall apart. A waste of 100 dollars for sure. The waitress didn't even seemed concerned or cared that we didn't eat but one bite out of each roll.
