My 5 year older wanted pizza for her birthday. We ended up CiCis Pizza. I had no clue that children ate free on their Birthday's an added bonus. This Cicis was clean. I've worked in the restaurant industry, and the first thing I do is check the bathrooms and they were clean.

They have the salad 🥗 bar at the same area you come in and pay so thumbs down for me on that. They really did not have very many pizzas ready and out had to wait more time then we spent eating there. The pizzas was really good when you finally got one.

Ordered for delivery tonight. The pizza didn't come on time but was at least good quality when it did finally arrive. The cinnamon rolls however were pretty disappointing. Dry shriveled bread with some icing.

Attitude from the start from the entire team. Even after we came in, they continued to have attitudes with everyone else as well. None of the food was fresh and even had them make 2, and only one came out fresh somehow. And the cinnamon rolls barely had cinnamon. None of the machines worked aside from 1 race car game, and even the simple claw machines weren't filled up so it was impossible to even try. The exit door by the booth we were sitting at didn't close exactly how one of the employees wanted, and so he kept slamming it shut. Someone even couldn't get out and the Dad had to use his body force to get it open and the same guy that kept coming to close the door even was so ridiculous he tried to push or mop over my 3 year olds shoes as if he was in the way and gave a child a dirty annoyed look. These employees acted like they weren't closing in 2 hours. Nobody wanted to be there. Definitely not going back.

It was 60° outside it was colder inside the building and the food was not good I'll never go back back fat CiCi's I've never been in a restaurant that made me want to leave.

Came here for dinner and it seems like all they know how to make is pepperoni pizza with a few specialties with pepperoni And almost everything they made some of the pizzas look like they were made Made up pizzas I’ve been to a lot of CiCis This one has gone downhill. an atmosphere needs a real big change. If you ever been here, you would understand what I’m talking about. this location has changed so much not for the better but for the worst. This place was a lot better when it first opened up back in the day I helped open this place up. It’s a shame to see it this way and I believe this will be my last time at this location. and this is the top reason why I’m sitting here eating what do you think I’ve seen looking at me a cockroach on the other side of the bench seat eating some kind of crumb. totally gross.

This is regarding this particular location, not the chain in general. We've always come to CiCi's because they've always been very friendly and flexible for my family of celiacs. We bring our own crusts and they make our pizza with no issues. We just moved to this area, and CiCi's is my son's favorite restaurant. They will not offer any of the accommodations we've enjoyed from the chain for decades now, and we are simply crushed because we simply cannot eat here anymore.

I usually enjoy the food here, but today’s experience was unacceptable. I sat at the table next to the Walking Dead game, and while eating, I saw a cockroach crawling from my table onto the wall. It was absolutely disturbing and disgusting—I couldn’t finish my food after that. I even took a picture and reported it to an employee, but they didn’t offer an apology, a refund, or even acknowledge how serious the issue was. All they said was “ok.” That kind of response to a hygiene issue is completely unacceptable. That’s vile and unacceptable. If you can’t keep pests out of the dining area, you have no business serving food. Do better.

Well under staffed, not the cleanest place in town... I really wish the kids would forget about this place. Foods ok that’s why they got 3 stars. They have 2 pizzas on the buffet top and the restaurant is full. Management here is terrible. Intake is still selling buffets and all the tables are full.

No sauce on the pizza, the manager wouldn't do anything about. Said is was our fault for eating the pizza. I didn't make the pizzas how is none sauce my fault. Also how is one supposed to know that the pizza has no sauce before you bite into it.
