This new Crowley location is awesome the guys are so friendly and always happy the food was so good and fresh.. 10/2022 have a great visit today everyone still the same very nice and friendly and good food you guys forgot my jalapeno but I didn't need it you're awesome I highly recommend this

I had the catfish with okra and Mac and cheese. The price was reasonable and it was a lot of food. I'm a big guy and I had trouble eating it all. The fish was hot and fresh, seasoned and cooked perfectly. The sides were just about as good as it gets and I got a generous portion of okra. I'll be coming back soon!

Pulled up first time, and saw a long line at the drive-thru, which is a good sign. They give you a lot of food for the price. Chicken tenders is great. Sides are good. Plan to go back and try other things on the menu.

First of all let me start off by saying I have never had anyone go out of their way to cook my fish like I wanted it in my life these people are phenomenal. I ordered the two piece dinner The size of the flies are phenomenal they are so nice and so large the french fries were fresh and their coleslaw was really good I am so pleased then I think I’ll go back again tomorrow night LOL this is the best fish that I have found on the south side of Fort Worth which is especially good for a fast food I sincerely recommend leases chicken and seafood. My meal was delicious the proportion size was good the fillets were wonderful And the customer service was above and beyond 2-3-2021 ATHANK YOU VERY MUCH For your kindness and good food

Have been to this location a few times. So excited to have one closer than Ft Worth. Food is consistent and service is good. Generous portion sizes too! Jim Stevens is wrong. It is US owned - my family has met the owners. Just because they have an accent doesn't mean they are not US citizens!!!

So, I have been eating Lisa's for years now. The chicken is delicious and you get it quick. I will say the main draw is the price. I always feel like I'm getting more for the money. So don't screw it up Lisa's by trying to squeeze that extra penny...

This place has sooo much to choose from and the serving size is crazy. They have the best crispitos. It's always clean, quiet and fast and the food is always fresh and sooo good. We always have left overs and that's near impossibly these days. Very good prices and large helping.

We love Lisa chicken this one is a great one fresh fast and perfectly fried everything. The prices re affordable on my tight budget and the staff is so nice. Wear a mask in an take it off at the table. This is also a very clean place will be back of coarse.

Very good food, and usually consistent. Today was the very first time my food wasn't great (chicken legs rubbery, possibly under cooked or something?) To far to go back. But this was the first time that has happened in many years! So I still give them a 4 star!

Drive thru order was missing food and it wasn't discovered til I got home. The staff did more than make it right. Much appreciated, young men.

The drive through man could have been nicer, and actually paid attention to us when we pulled up, he was talking to his friends instead of dealing with work. The food is super delicious, and was cooked to perfection! Everything was great, except the drive through employees.

Everything here is always good and fresh! I just tried the fried raspberry cheesecake roll, and it’s good! I’ll recommend this location to anyone looking! The staff is friendly as well.

This was my first visit to Lisa's. I will most positively be back! The prices were great. If they had a roasted chicken option, I'd love it even better. Their fried okra was some of the best I've had! And just discovered their onion rings! Heaven!

Car broke down in the O'Reilly parking lot, so while waiting for the tow truck I decided to hop into here for the first time. Pretty solid place, got a 5 piece tender combo with a roll, Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, side of gravy, and a drink all for less than $11, which is waaay cheaper than most of the chicken places around here. And the food is pretty legit too, so I'm pleasantly surprised and will definitely be back in the future.

My family and I absolutely love Lisa's chicken. It is amazing I don't think there's anything we've ever ordered that we didn't like. We used to go there all the time and went again recently. Because we were visiting, we have moved out-of-state. Could you please put Lisa's chicken in Bismarck, North Dakota? There's no fried chicken here. You would clean up, seriously, think about it.

I have never been to a bad Lisa's chicken. We spent $25 there, and all the other chicken places would have been $40+. We will make the extra 10 minute drive from now on.

This is the spot! Great, fast and delicious fried chicken and seafood on Crowley Rd. One of the best Lisa's chicken shops in town. Come by and order something good for yourself. I ate it here and saw customer coming in every 2-3 minutes during lunch time. Good food, good music and friendly staff. Very helpful with menu and easy to order. Big shout to Mr. L and cooks here. I didn’t know what to expect, I got the catfish… a two piece… idk if Christ is walking with me closer or what cuz they hooked it up with another fillet. I also ordered gizzards so they probably felt cool with it, but man… if you miss and crave catfish and are strapped for cash… this is what’s up. They sell canned drinks, I got 3 for $2.15(including tax). Can’t beat that with a stick. Get the sweet tea. You’re welcome.

I was at the gas station next door when I saw the drive through line building up. I decided to walk in and take a look. A quick conversation with another customer who said the fish was fantastic. So, I did as the Romans do, I ordered the double fish filet with green beans and coleslaw. She was right, the fish was very well seasoned, crispy on the outside, tender flaky fish inside. The green beans, well, were green beans but the coleslaw was really good. In all, a great fried fish meal. The lobby feels like a family owned restaurant, not a whole lot imagery, just good food.

If you come here, get the bone-in fried chicken. It was SO GOOD. Our chicken tenders were okay in comparison, and the sides can be missed. Next time, we will order a bunch of bone-in fried chicken. That alone was worth it!

My gripes are with the rolls and chicken tenders. Both were bland. The rolls are probably some of the simplest rolls you'll find. Basically just bread. No buttery top with salt like you get at Chicken Express. It's genuinely just a piece of bread and that's it. And the chicken tenders. I've been to this location twice. Yesterday and then about a week after they opened. Both times, the tenders were really boring and were really... soft? There was no crisp to them. Like, they had breading. But idk if they didn't fry for long enough or if they'd been fried well but had to be frozen and then reheated. There was little to no spice. It was just chicken and soft breading. I wish I'd gotten the tenders other reviewers received, because I'd love to go to this place for tenders all the time. I just can't say I will buy them again. The fish and sides, though? I'm down. I'm just caught on a place with Chicken in the name having such low quality chicken tenders.

I've been stopping in here for over 2 years now, and I'm so pleased to say things have always been great. The chicken is always on point, and the fish is amazing (dry once). Onion rings, jalapeno poppers, gizzards, fried okra, and the egg rolls were fantastic. Love the coleslaw, rolls, and jalapeños. The dining area is always very clean and inviting with friendly staff waiting inside. Food is ready very quickly and great portions for the prices. This is hands down a great place to feed a family of 5 when on a budget and not have to sacrifice quality. Drive through can get rushed and crowded quickly, but they move it along quite well.

The chicken is the same as the other places in town. There's nothing special about any of the food it's all bland with no seasonings. The only thing I like about this place is their family sizes. If you need to feed a lot of people their family sizes are double if not triple the size of the other chicken places.

I ordered DoorDash and one of my items which was supposed to be mashed potatoes and gravy came to me as just gravy. I have been calling the store and they do not answer the phone. How will you know if a customer has an order or need anything if you do not answer the phone. Shaking my head. Everything else was good, but I wanted my mashed potatoes.

Its good, but I can't justify the fact that it comes in a styrofoam box, thats been melted by oil. They could atleast put parchment paper in it. If your okay with eatting fried food with melted styrofoam go ahead.

Love lisa's except last visit . Once in awhile we get livers and gizzards .This time it had an odd taste . You could tell it was crossed fried in the same oil fish was fried in . Son has allergies to shrimp and shell fish .So he went to buy a burger .

The chicken was almost room temperature. The sides mac n cheese was room temperature, the okra would have been descentat room temperature, maybe it would not have been so hard and chewy. The crust on the chicken was stale, crunchy like it was hours old. If I pass back by this location, I most likely will not stop.

Well here it is y'all, a small side of Mac n cheese for $2.29....Next to it is a 16 oz. small sweet tea...... Alrighty then. Well I'm sure you can tell by the picture it was a desperate situation. They really do try to move the line quickly so I'll give em that.

Food was way overcooked and smells. Not rotten just off. Maybe other locations are better but this one is terrible. Had to send wings back for taste and smell and got catfish as replacement and it was nothing but breading, no seasoning. I just ate some fries and threw it away. Save your money and go to boorays down the road or some other chicken place.

Went back this morning and was sho ked at how filthy the restaurant was, even though they had just opened. Dining are was dirty and the kitchen was filthy. Food and debris all over the floor. Very concerning. If my husband hadn't ordered before I returned from the restroom, we would have left. He ordered livers which were cooked fresh but, it doesn't come with gravy ? Nope it's 1.79 extra for it. Sad Though the chicken was great our order was taken wrong. Then I received attitude because I wanted it fixed. Lot of people bringing there orders back cause they were wrong.

Just wow, this was my go to Lisa's chicken, lately my chicken has been cold, , also they have a sign to check your food before you leave, well they should do better and get the order correct, because corn on the cob doesn't sound anything like corn nuggets 🙄, and sometimes people don't have time to go through all what they order,we expect the restaurant's to get it right!

I got 5 tenders with fries and green beans. The 2 large sweet teas were nasty! I would not recommend getting sweet tea!! So when I called to tell them about the sweet tea, the girl said I'll check on it and hung up on me. Worst customer service, she didn't offer to replace them or nothing just slap hung up on me. I will not be eating at this place ever again!!

I paid for a 2-piece catfish filets with fries no drink included on Jan 21, 2025 the fries had a light brown fine hair in it I am African American so it didn't come from me an this has happen 2 other times in the last 2 years with black long hair in my food please fix.

This was my first time eating Lisas Chicken and will most definitely be my last especially at this location.. I asked the lady did the mashed potato gravy come with white or brown she said “regular” meaning white and that “ my order was already made” and that I have to ask for brown next time. I kindly asked her can I please get brown she rolled her eyes walked off and said they will fix it. When she gave me back my food I looked in the box and it was brown gravy thrown on top of the white and my tenders. This was very bad customer service. The receipt doesn’t have her name but if it did I would mention her.

6-23-22 5:30pm Tried to order through the drive-thru but the girl working the window had so much attitude I couldn't complete my order without her cutting me off. Kids these days have no respect I canceled the order and just went next door to Golden Chick. There I was able to order with no problem and no attitude

Didn't even manage to even try it because I'm going to wait an hour in the Drive-Thru. I expect the establishment to act like a fast food joint not be a sit-down restaurant where a Hostess seats you to your table. no I'm not being literal. What I am saying is the time frame you would expect it to be a restaurant where you go sit down with your family and just enjoy your time. In other words it's slow food claiming it's fast food.

My husband and I went to the new location for the first time today. It took us a few minutes to look at the menu. The employee then says to us "well good" with attitude. Excuse me but there wasn't anyone behind us. It was a slow day for them it seemed. Irma tried to help fix the situation but the problem was with whomever was running the window was rude.

Irma was very very rude to me first time coming to try to eat here since it’s new to Crowley menu is very large so I asked her nicely if me and my wife could have a few minutes to look over the menu. When I was ready she was like goood very drawn out and very rude about it.

I have eaten the liver and the fried chicken and it's good . However tonight I said I'll try the fried oysters. Big mistake they was not fried all the way and I'm nauseated from it . Will not get the oysters again

Hands down worst chicken I’ve ever had, just a big rubbery salty mess. Okra was also like rubber, Mac n cheese was good but that was it. That was my first time checking it out definitely a huge disappointment especially when golden chick was right next door… oh well live and learn

Lisa's chicken has always been delicious. It still is. I went in today to get food to go. When I got home I had been given dark meat instead of white. Non of us eat dark meat. It was to far and I was too tired to turn around and drive back to Crowley. The man taking the order didn't speak English very well and I'm assuming that's the problem. Just a warning that you should check your food when ordering to go.

Your people working the drive through are ill trained and unprofessional. Went to the drive through and the female attempting to take our order was extremely poorly trained. I had to repeat my order 3 times. She was laughing and acting like a 6 year old on the speaker by purposelycalling the order wrong.. A man came on the speaker and wasn't much better. Poor way to represent your business! Took our business to Golden Chick.😎

This is the third time that we ordered a 40$ plus meal to go and didn't get everything. I won't go to the Crowley one again.

Don't get the gizzards. They have taken them and cut them in half long ways and battered them. So you only get half the order. If you order 12 you will actually get 6 whole ones. That was disappointing for my 86 year old mother who grew up loving gizzards. And she said they have changed the batter also. Or something went wrong with our order threw the drive thru. On livers they always come in a mix of the original liver with 2 pieces together or just a single half. I think they count them how come out of the carton they come it. A real chicken liver has two pieces connected together.

I've eaten at Lisa's several times but now I'm going next door to Golden Chick.....and the reason is the last two times the breast that we ordered were nothing but dried up meat on bones .The second and the last time I complained only to be stared at and nothing was done about it.Then they were cutting up and laughing.(Don't know if they were laughing at me ....but I'm going next door.)

After 15 min in line at 10pm ( cars ahead of me when I showed up), I finally got to the pickup window, while waiting for them to come to take my money, I noticed the person behind the fryer had a muscle shirt on and the guy next to him was drinking a Corona beer. I drove off.

My card was charged twice so I called to speak with someone about it and was left on hold. Next time I call I spoke with a guy he told me to bring my receipt in and they would look it up told me the open up at 10am. I go there for 10am doors are not open drive thru not open. Doors didnt open until 10:15am. I speak with a lady Who was no help and very dry. I explained my card was charged twice and was told to come in with my receipt to look it up. She tells me that I would have gotten 2 receipts. I didn't get 2 receipts but card was charged twice. After standing there for about 10mins she says my card was only charged once and they she has seen this happen a few times. I said well if you are seeing this happen a few times is it yalls system she says maybe. I said well that is not right and not cool at all. Npw I'm having to dispute the charge of almost $40 and will take some time for that. I frequently go to Lisa's and to be treated that way with absolutely no help and not once apologize is insane. That was my last time there.

This was the first time this has happened to me at this location. I purchased two meals on the way to visit my father in the nursing home. One of them had hair in it...😬😬😬!!! As you can see, it wasn't my hair. Tried to reach establishment using online phone number; it was incorrect. Solution to this problem: ALL employees handling food should be wearing hair nets, period!

The food is great. Walking in to a concert is not. I think their employees are hard of hearing because their radio is so loud that you can't eat in the lobby. I guess that's why every time I order mashed potatoes I get macaroni and cheese.

We showed up at this drive thru at 9:50 pm to pick up a doordash and all the teenage boys inside kept signaling with their hands on their neck that they were closed and we had to shove our phone with the doordash app onto their window for them to service us.
