This is my favorite vegan restaurant — both for the food and the ambience. I’ve brought many friends here, and everyone is amazed at how delicious vegan food can be. It really opens people’s minds! The atmosphere is pleasant and elegant, with high ceilings and enough space between tables so it never feels noisy. The bar area has a different vibe — lively and great for an evening hangout. Truly one of the most beautiful restaurants in the Bay Area.
Better service than other high-end vegan restaurants and better creativity. That makes Twelvemonth my favorite fancy restaurant in the Bay. Usually, I have strong favorites, but everything here was so good that I genuinely couldn't pick my favorite main dish. For large plates, I recommend the Radish Cake, Japanese Curry, and Paella in no specific order. The portions on these large plates were great! I had a lot of leftovers. The Coconut Rice Pudding for dessert was very delicate, I loved the acidity of the grapefruit with the creamy coconut. The coconut wasn't masked with sugar like a lot of rice puddings. The service here was immaculate. The restaurant is also family friendly, and groups with kids seemed to be seated in the same area. There was an entirely separate and large area with more of an adult/bar vibe, too. Be aware that almost everyone who walks into the bathroom gets confused because the sink area is gender neutral, but then you have to enter separate man/woman restrooms from that area. It makes people think they've gone into the wrong bathroom, and people look flustered, then apologize and leave. But it's the correct bathroom. That happened 3 times while I was there..
I was very excited to see a really fancy fully vegan fine dining restaurant in the bay area as they are not exactly common here. The restaurant has a gorgeous interior with attention to detail. All of the staff are friendly and competent. I really appreciate the good communication between the staff and the customers. The food was actually phenomenal. The corn bread was light and indulgent, the soft serve was perfectly smooth, and the mushrooms were fried to perfection without being too greasy. Some of the dishes had more subtle flavors but still stood out. I much prefer this type of fine dining to other places. Their desserts and pastries are on point. Would definitely recommend for any celebrations, family gatherings, or just a pleasant evening in general. You can tell that a lot of love and passion went into this restaurant and it deserves to be very successful.
Visit 1 - Upscale vegan restaurant with a great ambience. The food portions are small, but lots of good variety and a perfect place for a celebration. The place is on the expensive side, we spent ~150 for 3 people. They also have a bakery that serves cookies and you can preorder a cake. Visit 2 - Sept 2024 Celebrated a special occasion, and loved the upgrades. The menu has changed, the food is better and the taste is amazing. Some of my favorite desserts were sold out, but the food/ambience/experience was top notch. Pics from visit two.
I love this place. stumbled across it and enjoyed my horchata, maitake mushrooms, pear cobbler and birthday soft serve! The service from Tony was amazing. great attitude, professional and kind. atmosphere was so calm and romantic as well. I enjoyed my lil self:) thank you Twelthmonth and Tony!
There is something magical about stepping into a restaurant that is intimate and grand at the same time. Every single detail has been well thought out and the overall feeling is pure beauty. It was humming with a busy vibe of fun and celebration and the staff is warm and welcoming and very attentive. We had the Chef's menu with wine pairing and the many delicious bites added up to plenty of food for me and my hungry companion. I am not vegan and was surprised how delicious every course was. I especially loved the "ceviche" which was made with mushrooms. The dessert was so good we ordered an extra! I highly recommend this for date night, family dinners or dinner with girlfriends.
Loved all the things we ordered! The melon gazpacho was refreshing. I wasn't sure what to expect from the gazpacho but it didn't disappoint. The charred cabbage salad was really good and had a subtle but evident beautiful roasted eggplant flavor in the dressing. The ceviche was wonderfully done. The presentation of the food was nice as well.
My favorite vegan restaurant in the Bay Area. Whether you want to go out on a special date night occasion, or grab a few bites to eat and some delicious cocktails with your friends or just to enjoy delicious vegan fresh food. This is the place for you. I would top of this along with wild seed as my favorite vegan restaurants in the bay and I am a long time vegetarian shout out to the restaurant manager, Kevin, who always gives wonderful suggestions and has the best customer service. My partner is not a vegan, but highly enjoys the meals here and the wonderful customer service. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough.
Just came back from a book club lunch with the ladies and every time I walk into the Twelvemonth space, I am floored. The owners and team did an incredible job with the entire space, putting so much thought in design, ambiance and sustainability. We all ordered craft cocktails that were as gorgeous as they were delicious - meticulously prepared, high quality, fresh, balanced and refreshing. I had to slow down my sips and remember I had pick up to go to afterward. Finally the food, we were fortunate enough to eat some star favorites as well as taste samples from the new menu! The Bean Stew is a classic favorite of mine, the Autumn Chop Salad was licked clean, the new Truffle Ravioli was basically our dessert until I came across the Lumpia Shanghai that took me back to my childhood! Is it just me or did their fermented sweet chili sauce taste like the banana ketchup of my youth?? Anyway, service was great and the owner, Bob, made a point to come by. It’s clear this is his happy place and he cares greatly about his purpose and what makes it on the plate. The presentation alone - stunning! As someone who partakes in meat, I highly recommend coming here and enjoying the experience. You’ll be taken care of.
I’ve never been so happy to get dessert! Gluten free cobbler! I have not been able to have a cobbler in 10 years since my allergies started! The tamales and the beets were the best out of everything I tried! Lots of gluten free options! Server very attentive, they were busy do make a reservation.
OMG!!! I can’t believe that my husband and I had not found this Vegan gem 💎!!!!! Wonderful service from our waitress to the bar…. Bella, such an amazing attitude and well mannered. Nasim who brought our water, very friendly!!! Nikola , most delicious cocktails I have ever had…. Loma verde and Trufa Del Sol….perfection!!!! Kevin, the manager… we enjoyed watching him being so attentive and walking around talking to everyone at their tables and helping the staff. Truly leading by example. Gave us the best advice on when to come back for the chefs tasting menu. Helped my husband pick the best pastries!!!! Overall Michelin star ⭐️… that’s my opinion 😉
Met a friend here for lunch. Vegan restaurant with a good number of options. We forgot to take food pictures, but the presentation of both our our dishes and drinks were nice. I ordered the Korean fried “chicken” sandwich - definitely recommend. She ordered the Twelvemonth salad - recommended. I can’t remember the name of our cocktails, but they were delicious flavors and well presented. The building is decorated with a cute touch and gave a really comfy and happy, relaxing vibe. Service was great, with the balance of attentive, but not overbearing.
I had never been to a vegan restaurant before but was pleasantly surprised by how good the food was at this restaurant. They are very creative in making vegan dishes flavorful, delicious, and healthy. I was very impressed! The drinks and desserts were very good as well. Staff were all friendly and courteous. The women’s and men’s bathrooms, which are tastefully decorated, shared the sinks and surprised some people when they walked in thinking they went to the wrong bathroom. I would definitely want to return and bring my family who are not vegans for this unique experience.
What a place! Beautiful interior design and a lovely outdoor patio with a hidden garden right in downtown Burlingame. The food is excellent and always seasonal, the cocktails are beautifully crafted, and the service is attentive and professional. A true highlight is the Chef’s tasting menu, available for dinner only—five courses that can be paired with their wine or cocktail selection and are highly recommended. We’ll definitely be back soon!
We love Twelvemonth. They change their menu regularly, so it’s always a pleasure to come back and discover new seasonal dishes, while still enjoying their classic favorites available throughout the year. Our go-tos are the fried mushrooms, Twelvemonth sliders, and the charred cabbage salad, along with their carefully curated wine-by-the-glass selection. They’ve recently introduced a luxury wine list, featuring premium wines served by the glass, which is a fantastic addition. The cocktail list is excellent, and the non-alcoholic offerings are just as thoughtful, with several zero-proof cocktails and house-made lemonades. Overall, it’s a great neighborhood restaurant with outstanding food and service. Keep up the great work, Twelvemonth!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Wonderful Dinner at TwelthMonth! I had a wonderful time at TwelthMonth! The food was excellent and the service phenomenal — our waiter was truly outstanding. The elderflower drink was incredible, such a refreshing start to the meal. The dumplings were amazing, the lumpia was okay, but the mushrooms were absolutely delicious! For the main dish, the risotto was perfection — rich, creamy, and full of flavor. And dessert was the perfect ending: the cake with matcha ice cream was amazing, followed by a comforting chai latte to close out the evening. Everything about the experience was thoughtful and beautifully done. Highly recommend!
My husband’s perfect choice. Such a cute place. And the food is vegetarian/vegan. I would visit this restaurant anytime. Very good food and great atmosphere. Second time in San Francisco and I just cannot miss this place. I added few new delicious meals.
I have been to Twelvemonth 3 times within the past 3 years. Each time the service, food and overall atmosphere have been exquisite. My first server was Michael and he was fantastic. The second time I went, my server was Andreas, and he was wonderful too. The most recent time I went, Saturday, December 6, 2025, my server was Clara, and she was AMAZING as well! She was super friendly and an overall joy to have as a server. On this most recent visit I had a classic favorite, Crispy Maitake Mushrooms. They were so good, as usual, that I forgot to take a photo before there was only one piece left, haha! I also tried the Eggplant Parmesan Sliders and the Dumplings. Dumplings were delicious, and very flavorful. The Eggplant Parmesan sliders were DELIGHTFUL. So good! For dessert, I had Hot Chocolate, Potted Pudding, and the Tahini Cake. Hot Chocolate = 10/10. Potted Pudding = 13/10. Tahini Cake = 9/10. This is one of my absolute go-to Vegan restaurants in this area and I highly recommend it to all my family and friends. See you next time, Twelvemonth!
Great ambience and really good food. Sunchoke curry was delicious, really good Korean bbq sliders but ramen was very average. Service was quick and staff were polite. Overall highly recommend especially if looking for a slightly fancy dinner for special occasions. Staff was kind enough to provide us a little dessert to celebrate our special day.
Why am I just learning about this place! The food is some of the best vegan food I've had in a long time. I got the dumplings, Korean sliders and the tots with soyriso and everything about it was delicious! All plant based vegan and they have some gluten free options too. I am definitely coming back to try more things.
I'm not vegan but am always open to trying new restaurants and also eating more plant -based food, and this place has wonderful views, so we decided to check it out. I'm so glad we did! Everything was absolutely delicious, the ambiance was lovely, and the service was great.
Fantastic flavors and presentations at Twelvemonth! We went for a family dinner on a Friday night and the place was hopping. Every dish was really quite tasty, especially the tamales. Good cocktail and mocktail menu, and good selection of wines and beers. Update: The al Pastor tacos were phenomenal, definitely recommended! The space is beautiful too, with high ceilings, lots of space, and a gorgeous outside area with tons of seating. The entire menu is plant-based and vegan, which made the vegans amongst us ecstatic of course. But then the omnivores were happy too because it's just really tasty food! Can't wait to try the prix fix tasting menu, but one of us didn't want it, and it requires full table participation. Next time then.
Good service, staff is attentive and atmosphere is beautiful and quiet. We went on a weeknight. I love the Radiatori and crispy mushrooms. Curry was just okay though. Kids liked the Mac and cheese (not pictured), not so much grill cheese and fruits that came with as it was tart.
Twelvemonth is a fantastic vegan restaurant with thoughtfully prepared dishes and balanced flavors. The ambiance is warm and inviting—would love to come back.
Delicious cocktails. We only had drinks at the bar. As a designer I was more focused on the construction & finishes of this place. Beautifully crafted bar & restaurant using sustainable natural materials. Love the art deco vibes!!
Delicious and healthy vegan food with great services and ambience. Everything was delicious but in small portions.
I’m not vegan and don’t normally eat vegan food, but Twelvemonth completely blew me away! We ordered two pre-fixes ($80 each for 4 courses) and went family-style so we could try it all. Here’s what we had: • Summer Solstice Salad • Mushroom Ceviche • Savory Crème Brûlée (fav!) taste like fall, pumpkin and spices • Charred Avocado • Corn Gnudi (fav!) - if you are a corn lover, you’ll love this • Stone Fruit Curry (fav!) - the perf kick, it’s like Thai curry • Tahini Cake with matcha ice cream • Nectarine & Raspberry Cobbler Drinks: • Sakura Blossom cocktail • Perfect Dirty Martini The space is beautiful, airy and modern inside with a dreamy outdoor patio and the service was amazing!

One of the best restaurants in the Bay Area, hands down! The space is beautiful and spacious. And the creations are spectacular and I love how the menu rotates seasonally along with a few staples. Some of my favorites are the bean stew, Iacopi Farms Italian butter beans, Korean brassica salad, and the Twelvemonth salad. You can't go wrong with any of the selections. It's a great place for date night or any kind of celebration.
Twelvemonth is one of my absolute favorite restaurants in the Bay Area. First of all, the space is stunning. The restaurant is huge, beautifully designed, and has such an elevated yet welcoming vibe. They even have a separate bar room and a bakery with different hours (definitely check their website before you go!). The food is seriously delicious. They rotate their menu periodically, which keeps things exciting — but I truly hope they always keep their most popular items because those are what keep customers coming back. My personal favorites are the dumplings, the Impossible sliders, and the fried crispy mushrooms. Every dish is flavorful, well-balanced, and beautifully presented. And I can’t forget the drinks — they’re just as amazing as the food. Thoughtfully crafted, refreshing, and the perfect complement to the meal. The service is great too, which makes the whole experience even better!

Bar and main dining are Gatsby inspired and gorgeous. The mushroom starter was the best plate we ordered. Crispy well seasoned trumpet mushrooms. The beet salad was decent but not any different than what we have all already tasted. Disappointed in the corn gnudi. Because they used masa, they were not fluffy pillows, which is what I expect of gnudi. They were dry and heavy. They arrived in a corn sauce that saved the dish. Overall a great experience, I’m very picky when it comes to vegan. I’m spoiled by ABCv in NYC and PLANTA in Miami. Big shoes to fill.
So my daughter, hubby and I didn’t feel too good after eating here! My man had gas, daughter was nauseous and I became bloated. I give it a 4 because food was okay, different tasting, clean and creative! The service was excellent from the hostess to the bakery and the waiter! Even other employees were so attentive and helpful! I enjoyed it so much and the atmosphere is amazing! It could have been something we ate before but I did have a meeting at this location which I did not attend but I would come back eventually for the bakery and salad! The salad was so good! Btw healthy food will and can upset the stomach so don’t blame the restaurant. It takes a bit for the gut to clean through. I hope my review doesn’t give you a negative vibe I’m just being honest for us people that love meat/dairy but know we should stop. Take baby steps because it’s a huge change! Thank you to everyone who works at the place for being awesome!
Beautiful place, my first time was diner & I was impressed, second time for brunch was just ok. For a place like this to use impossible products instead of making their own is disappointing. Could have used oyster mushrooms for chx. Bolognese pasta was just meh. Potstickers were our favorite
We came in for quick drinks and loved the vibes - beautiful space and holiday decorations! The staff were very kind and helpful, the drinks were amazing. But the only thing was the service was pretty slow and it was difficult for us to track down a server to order. We waited 30+ minutes before we could put our orders in and we had to leave shortly after because we were queued at another spot for dinner. Will be down to try again another time though! Curious about their dinner menu
Love the all vegan concept - we need more of such restaurants! Food was new and innovative with world options/fusions. The menu though is very heavy on mushroom which concerned my wife who does not like mushrooms. Desserts are yum!
Food was good for vegan place we love the crispy mushrooms and beet salad Would recommend for one to go and try it. We will be back.

The decor is beautiful! Service is great. They are very welcoming. Our waiters were very polite and kind! Great vibe and decor and very friendly! Their menu has a good variety for a vegan place. They took a lot of effort to make the dishes sound amazing, although they ran out of ravioli on a Friday evening at 7.30 pm during holiday season! Food was overall good. The dumplings were great! But I have no idea why their portion size is extremely small! Their entree is usually between $25-$50. And blink it’s GONE!

Unfortunately Google rating system does not include value/cost ranking because if there were it could have made my life easier. The restaurant is well designed, you enter into a pub with indoor dining area in the back and additional outdoor dining area. It’s clear someone spend money on the place starting from the hardwood, the open kitchen and the furniture. The service was great, the waitress was nice and patient and did her best to serve us. As we sat, we received jar with cold water and a jar with club soda. We were 4 and we tried various dishes. The consensus was that the food is “decent” but the portions are small (the dumplings were marked high on taste). I tend to order in restaurants I don’t know a dish which I’m familiar with from other restaurants and the rest of the dinners who are vegan range from conservative to adventurous in that aspect. I order the falafel plate which priced as $26. I can’t say it was bad but it included 5 falafel balls, dip of Humus, dip of Tahini, small pile of pickled vegetable, 2-3 branch of green and 6-7 triangles of roasted pita - from the type that it’s hard to “open”. I can’t say it’s was bad but I was still hungry when we left. For comparison, I can buy 3 falafel big pitas filled with falafel, Israeli vegetable salad, humus, Tahini and free pickles for around that price yet the scenery would not be as beautiful but from my perspective- the main issue is the food and not the scenery (which one of the diners tagged as “hipster”). Bottom line: The restaurant does not provide good value for the money.if you’re hungry, avoid this place.
The place is outstanding, it’s different in another level. You enjoy the atmosphere. They have good starters and appetizers, but definitely the main dishes aren’t their thing. Also the drinks weren’t the best, they are minute. I would come back for one drink and appetizers but not for a dinner.
Twelvemonth offers great ambience and top-notch service. It paints the perfect picture of a Sunday lunch with friends in a fine-dining somewhat mid-century inspired setting. The restaurant is roomy with indoor and outdoor settings as well as two entirely separate annexes featuring a full-service bar and a bakery. Note that I did not visit either and that the rest of this review speaks only to the food at the restaurant. While twelvemonth has all the makings to be a fine-dining experience, making some improvements to the current menu is critical. The food is inconsistent and some of the dishes need work. We ordered the Brassica Salad, the Totchos, the Sunchoke Curry, and the Tacos al Pastor. The Sunchoke Curry was good. The veggies were beautifully cooked and the sauce was delicious. I would have expected more tofu in there but I won’t hold it against them: times are tough. The curry base itself was poured in from a sauce boat at the table to enhance the dining experience: not unfamiliar if you’ve dined enough, but, in my opinion, ill-placed. Having the veggies and tofu simmer in the sauce is part of what makes a Thai curry a curry, granted the choice of vegetables made this less critical. The tacos were fantastic and I’d definitely recommend eating them. The soy curls were beautifully cooked and the sauce was flavorful. A few more veggies on there would have made them the perfect dish! The Brassica salad is not good. It is a small pile of steamed vegetables with an imitation Sriracha sauce. The Brussel sprouts in there were great and maybe making it a Brussel salad would fix it. The tots in the totchos were flavorless and fell apart when trying to eat them. They were however loaded with a nice medley of flavors which made them passable. Twelvemonth feels like it’s straight out of Architect’s Digest but I’d love to see the food hit the spot too. At their prices, I’d expect food that is nothing short of exceptional. Would I be willing to revisit and try other items on the menu another time? Not quite— the prices and inconsistency I observed make me wary and uncertain of how to experience their best without regret.
I am very impressed by its food and restaurant environment. My overall review is low because of its inconsistent service quality. For context, my wife and I have been there 6 times or more over the past 1.5 years. I treated it as a top 3 place for special occasions, so I don't mind spending more-than-usual money when visiting Twelvemonth. Since my expectations were high, 2 bad experiences are enough to keep me away from going there for at least a year. Details below. 1) The food is great (4.8 to 5.0) I love their food, and appreciate the thoughts and efforts in making those creative & delicious vegan foods. I like many dishes: Roasted Beets (yogurt sauce is awesome), Crispy Mistake Mushrooms (just fried right), Radiatori (a good combination flavor of spiciness, fresh from basil+pesto + richness from (vegan) ricotta cheese), etc. Among these all my family agree that the Twelvemonth Burger is the best: its impossible patty is cooled pretty well - it is very rich in flavor without feeling too heavy). I am impressed by their sauces (ketchup, yogurt sauce, hummus, pesto) because of their rich and complex flavors without feeling heavy. Another big reason why I like their food is their "vegan cheese" is made/designed to naturally fit the foods - all other vegan places I've been to make me feel they attempt to find dairy replacement. This differentiates Twelvemonth from all other vegan restaurants I have been that provide Western cuisine. I am not impressed by their Asian dishes since they are not made special to me. Btw, the Miso Cake is quite creative and I would love it if it doesn't put as much or remove sesame oil - I didn't expect Miso to be related to deserve but it worked well to me. The sesame oil however doesn't fit to a sweet deserve in my opinions. 2) Atmosphere (5.0) The restaurant environment is awesome. its bathroom is very unique that I can't even describe - when people see it they would know. But I wonder whether they can fix an issue (posted as photo) - right faucet handle can be blocked by the next soap dispenser valve. 3) Service (3.0) deal breaker but easy to fix by the owner Its front desk service is fine. The ordering service is inconsistent. I once experienced a very good ordering service where the waiter nicely shared with me his insights of the dishes, and was willing to take my comments about adding sesame oil into the Miso Cake. There was once another mixed service experience when we were taken care of by a senior & decent person who seems like a manager (very good and professional service) but actually he appeared to cover a disappearing waitress who showed up at the end when delivering my final bill. The other 4 times I experienced a very slow or not-so-care ordering experience where the waitress didn't seem to work hard for me. Especially in the last visit that beat me happened on last Friday at lunch time - there were just 5 ~ 8 tables in the whole restaurant but we sat there for 20 mins without anyone coming to take my order even I asked for help twice. I also could see two waitresses (for taking orders) seemed to chat on the side. What's the most surprising is that when I asked for help to take orders twice, neither of the people I talked to signaled their colleagues to come ...
We were so excited to eat here on our one night layover! The food was mostly quite tasty; and options were interesting (the Korean brassica salad being the one dish of the five we tried that was very lacklustre). However the entire experience was tainted by how poor the service was. It took over 30 minutes to get our drinks, our server never once asked how things were, and was largely absent. We’d have loved to have dessert and an after dinner cocktail but decided to walk to the nearby ice cream place instead because we weren’t sure how long that would take. Beautiful space and tons of potential but disappointing overall.
I was super excited to visit this vegan restaurant in Burlingame as someone with a dairy allergy. The ambience was amazing and the outdoor patio was spacious and inviting. We got the breakfast burrito, tater tots, two oat milk lattes, and Korean fried chicken sliders. The lattes came out cold and the food portions were quite small for the price. The burrito was just okay and the sliders were good but small. I felt like most things could use more flavor. I would definitely give it another try maybe for dinner to see if it is better than the weekend brunch.

Went in with high expectations, but disappointed on most fronts. I'm not strictly vegan, but eat a lot of vegan food, so I think I have realistic expectations. Of three main dishes, all of which sounded great on the menu, all were disappointing in different ways. Some insipid, some over-spiced. Appetizers were slightly better, but none of the food was better-tasting than what a moderately competent home chef could prepare, much of it significantly worse. That's surely table-stakes for a restaurant at this price point. Service also disappointing. Made one query of server and one general request first of hostess, then of server. No response to either. Not even a "I'm sorry, we can't do that" or "We don't know." Just nothing, as if we'd never asked. Rarely have I paid a tip with less enthusiasm. Patio space was pleasant, with attractive edible landscaping and a nice greenhouse. But having a dozen smelly methane heaters running at full blast over empty tables on a very mild evening made a mockery of their pretensions at sustainability. I have come to expect the vegan options at omnivore restaurants to be sad afterthoughts, but to get this kind of fare at a supposedly high-end plant-based restaurant is just baffling and depressing.
The ambience was great. Food was very average for the price. We ordered the Truffle Ravioli that arrived 1.5 hours late. The candied peanuts were stale. The bean stew was good and the only thing we could actually enjoy. To begin with, we were able to place our orders 25 min after we were seated. Drinks came another 15 min late. By the time the main course arrived, we were not hungry anymore. We debated much before ordering dessert fearing we'd have to spend the night there. We did end up ordering dessert as we couldn't enjoy the food. I would not go back. I have eaten much better food with much better service and good ambience at several places for the same or lower price.
Really disappointing experience. I booked a birthday dinner reservation for 9 and missed the fine text under terms and conditions that disclosed an $80 per person minimum for large parties. For a restaurant listed in the $30 to $50 range, that is a steep minimum and feels like a way to force large parties into a tasting menu or into ordering an app, salad, main, and dessert per person. When they called to confirm, they made me aware of the minimum and I explained that I had missed the policy on opentable and asked if they could waive the minimum since it was a Wednesday and we barely reached the large party number. Instead, my request was denied and I was informed that I would be charged 10 per person cancellation fee. I then spoke directly with the manager, Albert, hoping to reach some kind of compromise. I even requested if we could move the reservation to Friday so we could get 2 drinks per person to hit the minimum but every single request was refused. The rudest part was when I asked if we could split the party into two smaller groups to circumvent the minimum spend requirement. Albert actually scoffed and suggested that if we did that, he may put us at two opposite ends of the restaurant. That response was unnecessarily dismissive and hostile especially considering their opentable had plenty of availability for the evening. I have been to many restaurants and book for large parties all the time. Managers I interact with are almost always polite, accommodating, and certainly willing to help find a reasonable solution when a customer makes an honest mistake. Here, there was no hospitality at all, only rigid and predatory policy enforcement from a manager who was dismissive and clearly uninterested in helping. Based on this interaction alone, I would not recommend this place for any special occasion.
