I mean seriously considering it's not an American company. All things considered damn that coffee is good and so are the scones in and other yummy treats they have. Location location location. clean friendly environment like you just want to go there and chillax and have a cup of coffee or a fountain drink.

Starbucks coffee ❤🤯☕☕☕🤯❤ never lets me down. ! There coffee is so delicious. They got my order to me on time when I went through the drive-thru. They were really good when it came to staying clean & wearing the mask's with disposable glove's for the customer's because of covid-19 being around. I also tried some of their food that my mother hen shared with me & it was really really good in my opinion. 👍😃 Love your Google tour guide.

I used to stop in Liberty Hill on the way to work ,but they couldn’t make a refresher with water instead of lemonade. Always messed up. This store always gets it right and they are always friendly. I now stop here instead.

I'm normally n and out. I'm come thru maybe 2 times a month I'm n town There's this guy there didn't catch his name but he very sweet. He's short skinny lil facial hair. He's the reason I keep coming back. He's a keeper.

I called in an order and the parking lot was pure ice. A lovely employee walked my coffee to me on the ice!! Great costumer service !!

This is the nicest Starbucks I have ever been too. The staff is so welcoming and seem to really enjoy working here! I loved the cute kids area for kids to pretend to be baristas, play board games,puzzles, and books. I wish more Starbucks had that. Plenty of seating options.

It was good for me, but the baristas could not tell us what teas were decaffeinated. My wife is sensitive and got their recommendation, but it was still caffeinated. They do not have that many products so a little more product knowledge would be good. Overall, Starbucks disappoints in that it continues to offer many milk substitute varieties, but only 2 sugar-free syrups. Fat free is great but some of us need sugar free more.

Love our new store. They have the friendliest staff and the drinks are top notch.

Granted I was grateful just to find a Starbucks in this small town. I only saw pre-packaged food options and I asked if that’s all they had. He said they only had the Impossible breakfast sandwich which was perfect for me so I ordered it. He whispered that it was “vegetarian” which was cute and kinda funny. It turned out that they had all the breakfast items so I’m not sure what was up. The sandwich and coffee were predictably good tho.

I ordered a drink with an extra shot of espresso and I think they forgot to put the coffee in it so it ended up tasting like a peppermint hot chocolate.

Stopped on my way through town. Hopefully this place isn’t run so poorly all the time. Maybe the manager was on vacation.

Meh. Staff Made me a drink that we thoroughly discussed was to be sugar free as strict Ketosis does not allow it. And it was not. Bummer. Also, if patrons must sit outside only (and why is that with restaurants open in Texas) wiping the dirt off the tables would be a real nice touch.

Very disappointing Burnet location. I go to Starbucks b4 going to work. I ordered and waited and waited. After the customer b4 me left and I'm still waiting I stood up walked to counter they were busy with drive thru ordered I could see 2 coffees sitting waiting in line when a different attendant that didn't take my order asked me if I needed help she read the names on the coffees waiting which 1 was mine which had been just sitting there while I was trying to get to work.

Seemed nice, I got a soy mocha and it triggered a food allergy (either a tree nut or cow milk product was used, contrary to what was ordered.) If you have serious allergies, skip this place.

Lobby is closed and app allows you to order carry out. Avoid this place, insane line. Go to Mojos.

Coffee was great. Employees didn't wear mask and don't use hand sanitizer between customers. They don't have hand sanitizer when I ask. Dust on shelf to sell coffee mugs & more Lower the prices you don't have to collect dust on coffee mugs Next time I take my phone inside for proof

Coffee was great and sandwich was good. No one was wearing a mask, no hand sanitizer at entrance not anywhere to be seen along the counter. After handing the money and receiving my change I would prefer to sanitizer my hands instead of using there bathroom and wash my hands for one full minute with soap and hot water. Counter window was filthy. I really expected hand sanitizer. Food was good, since they just heat it up.

Went here and the drive through was out to the street so we went inside. It took longer to get our stuff from inside with three cars the then ten cars sitting in the drive through. To add fuel to the fire they were out of sugar cookie syrup and a couple other drinks my wife would like. She had to settle for a hot chocolate.

When I entered I noticed millions of finger prints on entrance door. Couldn't find any hand sanitizer anywhere. Lobby was empty. 4 employees had there back turned to me. 2 of them making coffee 2 were talking. I used the time to choose breakfast sandwich inside the glass window. Noticed a 🪰 fly roaming around sitting on the food. Slide door in back window was open. Finally I hear a friendly "hello" I ask if I can get a sandwich fresh from the back because the fly was already sitting on most of the sandwiches. She said no problem. Slide door is open so you see the items better behind the Glas. It get foggy if they vlose it. I ask for hand sanitizer. She smiled. Noticed no one was wearing a mask anymore. And don't have sanitizer to offer after I ask for it.

Didnt know smoking in your private vehicle was against a Texas state law but apparently the very rude barista at Burnet, Tx location tries to tell people it is. She told me it was a state law that I couldnt smoke within 30 feet of building. She rudely told me to put cigarette out and asked if I paid for my drinks yet. I said no one has come to get our card. She yanks card from my fiancés hand and never came back to window other than to shove the card back in his face. We will never stop here again. Have never had a rude barista until today. If she doesnt enjoy her job she should quit. Her customer service skills are terrible

Recently I had an experience in which it took 20 whole minute to receive egg bites because the incompetent employees said that the drive thru took priority so they kept making my egg bites and giving them to the drive thru. Would rate 0 stars if I could, would not recommend this location

Horrible service! The lady would not listen claimed she cant hear for the mask which i was loudly talking. She did not get neither one of our drinks correct, mine and my daughter. We went with friends they did not get their order correct either. I will not visit this starbucks every again and i love starbucks and have never had a problem until now.

Went in this morning to order coffee before work. After placing an order I was told to go outside and wait in a car. I asked if they will bring the order out to my car, they said yes. So I go to my car and wait 5-10 minutes, and nobody is coming out, even though there was no people so they weren’t busy. Then I notice that my order is standing there on the counter, so I had to go inside and pick it up myself. Never happened to me anywhere else, no one is required to wait outside anymore or even wear a mask. Horrible and rude.

We ran into this store because it was HAILING. They kicked us out! We had on masks, bought coffee.... Everyone knows the worst most dangerous place you can be in a hail storm is in your car! Rules should not trump people’s safety! And we are not covid risks! They sent us out into the storm, ridiculous!!!!

But a nasty attitude and rudeness is not the way to go. Ill never go back to this location.
