Stop by to grab a sandwich today they’re very busy, but the girls behind the counter were super efficient. Sandwich will make quickly and refresh and delicious. This is definitely the best subway in the area.

Called the day before to order a sandwich tray for a meeting. The gal was very helpful and guided me through what I needed. Next morning she called and let me know there was an issue with the bread and I could either pick up later (that wouldn’t work for me) or she would sub out the bread for wraps at no charge. The wraps were delicious! I picked up right on time! Gal went above and beyond.

I love coming here. The food is great but the costumer service is outstanding. There is a lady at this location who must be the manager because she is like a robot, super fast,knows exactly what you want and always with a smile regardless of the costumer. This location is always clean and fully stocked. Cant wait to come back!!

Had a hot fresh delicious sandwich. However, two of the three employees seemed unhappy. I couldn't discern if they were unhappy because of their job or personal life. I was not treated poorly. But I did notice or felt some sadness in them. Whatever the issues, all I could do was feel compassion for them and pray that whatever it is they will rise above it and overcome them. Blessings

I came it late, because Door Dash didn’t pick up my order. Matthew was so kind, friendly, and professional! He does a phenomenal job!

Can confirm they are open 24 hrs! I work overnight and was so pleased to find a late night healthy option for dinner. Not to mention a friendly face behind the counter to greet me.

20 people in line and online orders cutting in line, something needs to be done in terms of efficiency. You have people ordering one sandwich but an online order of 3+ just adding more people waiting around.

Food was good and the service was moderately at best. They have a pretzel now but no dips .. that’s crazy!

Busy place! Always good and fresh! I just have to speak up so they'll get my order right.

Subway still a good place to get a sub I get the ham and cheese get a sub check it out.

I hadn't been in Subway for a long while but I went in the other day and the ladies in there were nice and even though they didn't have my chicken patties I still had a great sandwich they took great care in making my sandwich

Food was not prepared as we ordered online. Staff should remember that anything with guacamole in the name should have guacamole in the sandwich.

As always, I spend extra on meat because there just isn't enough but it tastes good and the service is friendly and accommodating.

Twice we have ordered from the app and they got our orders wrong. This 2nd time I actually called them on it. We ordered wraps. First, neither was labeled so we had to completely unwrap them and at the time, I didn't realize there was no cheese or avocado, (even though our receipt shows I paid for them) until my husband saw they were missing. I called. They want us to bring them back in to write them off... Hello! We already ate half of it before we realized THEIR mistake. Where has customer service gone? When I called I just wanted to be reimbursed for the charge of the cheeses & avocado. Hunter, offered to remake them for us. -- We don't want another wrap. We wanted what we ordered or reimbursed. So... After he offered to remake them, he called back telling us we need to bring in the original ones. SMH Never again

I went to this location on a Saturday early afternoon and they only had one lady working. She was slow and very hard to communicate with. The sandwich was good for the value but I will be trying a different location if I pull up and see her alone in there again. There are new coupons out and tuna is my go to. I'm very happy Subway did away with the ingredient azodicarbonamide in the bread.

Cutting onions at 5pm on a weekday is not a good idea. Everyone in the place had watery eyes and was complaining. My eyes burned so bad. Cutting stock should be done at closing or before opening.

(2019) Always average. (2025) my teenage daughter is demanding I change this. Subway is her favorite place to eat. She gets a custom BLT without the T, add provalone and mayo. She gets 2! The other day we were all staring at her as she crushed her second sandwich and looked at us, and as serious as she's ever been said, "Subway just slaps!".

The food was good, but staff wasn't friendly. And it's a small space -- too small for me to feel comfortable eating in yet.

This place was messy and unkept. They were not stocked on several things we requested. And the guy refused to make eye contact, mumbling sorry, through out the visit. Wouldn't recommend this if you are looking for quality service or are concerned about COVID or Germs.

I was over charged about $9, they didn't have some meat for the sub I wanted which was about $15 with double meat, it was lunchtime and very busy so I said just change it to the cold cut with the exact same fixings, when I got home they gave me a regular cold cut no double meat which costs about $6, I made the order online with other subs and didn't notice that sub was just regular, You think they would have adjusted my payment, and I didn't say anything because I thought I was getting what I ordered, I guess I gave them a $9 tip, I usually have great service there.

The girl was super sweet, but my sandwich was the biggest disappointment. I ordered thru the app, never had a blt before, paid for double bacon. I'm not a complainer, but this foot long had MAYBE 2 slices of bacon, no exaggeration. I literally had to look really hard to find any, and there wasnt much in my sandwich to sift thru. I asked for extra spinach, that was also a no show.

Apparently reading comprehension isn't a job requirement. Salad was not cut up as requested, said please and thank you even. No fork or crackers provided either. Guess I'll switch to Liberty Hill for my pickups on way home. I prefer to spend my tax dollars in my county. And no one at counter to greet when I entered.

Went into dine in. 6 teenage kids taking up 6 booths all new each other. One asleep none of them eating just on there phones. We were going to eat there but why spend my moy and have to sit uncomfortable.

Awful experience! Burnt food, with an "oops" my friend asked for a little mustard, and the teenager behind the counter DROWNED the sandwich, and then offered to "pick some off"..... Then to make everything better they "couldn't find" my text coupon in the system so my $9.99 meal deals turned into $15 with her saying "it's not my fault I can't find it, I see your coupon is valid, but I can't fix it" please just avoid this Subway.

Worst subway ever. Tomatoes where rotten, onions still green no where near ready for consumption. Spinach was wilted. The service was rude the lady in glasses does not know how to Intract with customers as a "manager". Jalapeños in the pickles. When was it protocol to not be able to fix the sanwhich your way? Absolutely worse.

I understand I cam early but the woman was rude. "I got things to do WE OPEN AT 10". It's okay, I will never come here again. Thanks for the rudeness.

Tuna sandwich from this location had a smear of tuna on it. Was not even close to the picture or previous tuna sandwiches from other Subways. They are running the BOGO and I suggested to my wife we try it again at the Burnet location and she said she did want a tuna sandwich with 1/8 inch of tuna on it. I don’t know if this is a local problem or a corporate direction to the franchisee. May have to drive to Firehouse Subs where you receive a fully filled sandwich.

Staff is NOT senior citizen friendly. When asked to hand me a napkin, just pointed to napkin dispenser, my hands were full and I walk with a cane. Had difficulty opening the door to leave and two staff members just watched me struggle, I hope they got a good laugh out of watching an elderly woman struggle.

Twice I've ordered from there and even after both orders were made incorrectly... I ate it. The first time I got pretty sick for a bit but summed it up to a random thing that happened. The second time, the tomatoes smelled kind of rotten but I thought maybe I was just being dramatic and picked them off and ate it. Terrible idea. Why didn't I trust my instinct? Ugh. I was vomiting all night. I come to the reviews and see someone else has also complained about the tomatoes and quality of the food. They obviously put old ingredients out and serve it to people. Something has to be done about this, even if that something is me calling a health inspector. Not to mention the customer service is just godly awful. These two young ladies, one in the back and one prepping the food. They roll their eyes when they see people coming in. Last time I was in there, some guy walked in and one of them physically said "great" sarcastically. You could tell the guy was very confused and asked if he had done something or if something was wrong to which they ignored him??? Just had to grab my order and go because they're so bad at what they do. Not making the mistake of going in there again.
