Finally got to try one of their burgers and was not disappointed!

In-N-Out was good. My burger was delicious I had a 3 by 3 with extra toast cut in half animal style. It was very tasty my husband had a four by four with grilled onions and extra pickles I asked him and he said that his Burger was also very tasty. I also had the animal style fries I was a little disappointed in those but yet they were still very good but I have had better animal fries in the past. This is the closest In-N-Out Burger located to me since I am now at the military base in 29 Palms. Glad to have the place too bad still kind of far away. Will come back again once we are passing by again.

Tasted great, almost half the price of the other fast food places, but most of all, the service was unbeatable like always

This place is an absolute oasis to hikers on the Pacific Crest Trail. It's a short Lyft ride from where the trail crosses I-10, so don't be surprised or weirded out if you see hikers here in the spring walking their way to Canada, or in the fall headed to Mexico :) Delicious burgers, fries, shakes, and AC! Couldn't pass up the only In N Out on the trail.

Was my first time at in-n-out burger and I wish they would open one in Massachusetts!! Was so good! Now I’m craving them all the time!!! Animal style is so good!!!

The double cheeseburger was exceptionally delicious, with a succulent patty and an abundance of melted cheese. The plqce was well-maintained and the staff were cordial and welcoming. Additionally, we sampled the milkshake, which was also of exceptional quality.

This place is my once-a-week go to for a great tasting burger at a good value. This time I happen to be passing by the Morongo Resort & Casino where as I had to stop by and enjoy a Double Double with onions and a vanilla shake. Yum!

First time at this West Coast chain! It was better than 5 Guys, Smashburger or Burger Burger. Please expand eastward! A must for anyone who's never been. A double patty burger was only $4.95 as well! I ordered the Animal style which means it had their special sauce on burger and fries

Always the best fast food hamburgers with no competition. Staff was friendly, restaurant and restrooms were very clean. The place is always crowded with lots of travelers in for some great food. Only issue was using the roundabout at the freeway off ramp always confusion among unfamiliar drivers be careful getting on and off the freeway.

The staff at this In N Out location is truly exceptional. When we requested water, we inadvertently received soda due to a minor oversight with the water tap. Upon realizing the mistake and going to the counter to pay for the soda, Oswaldo expressed his appreciation for our honesty. He said it's OK since we didn't want to drink the soda. It was a kind gesture. This level of service is commendable. Furthermore, during a slow moment at the cashier counter, Oswaldo took the initiative to clean all the tables. The employees here are certainly impressive.

Probably one of the fastest In-N-Out’s I’ve been to in California. Super fresh, friendly staff and fast service. Tons of parking outside. Drive through can be a bit crazy.

It's difficult to best In-and-Out for its convenience and menu simplicity. You basically have a choice of hamburger, cheeseburger or double-cheeseburger and whether you want it alone or as a drink and fries combo. The extremely short menu list obviously helps increase the speed of the drive-thru by limiting decisions and keeping things moving. I'm sure it does the same thing in the kitchen where it's easy for them when they're only preparing burgers and fries. The big change-up is whether you want onions on them. 😂 The restaurant drive-thru is open 7 days a week until 2am. Maybe 1am on Sunday night? The only drawback is that their lines are typically always too long. I give them credit though, that when the lines get too long, they do send order-takers out to speed things up and to keep customers from driving away. I know. because I've turned around and driven away several times when the line was wrapped way around the building. It's a familiar site. Pretty amazing actually, when you look around the shopping center lot at all the other fast food places like Panda, Taco-Bell, Chipotle and others with no line and empty parking lots. In-and-Out is clearly doing something right! What's amazing is that the owner refuses to offer franchises and that means that all their restaurants are company owned. I guess that's one way to keep control of product and service quality! They clearly could go the franchise route and go from hundreds of stores to thousands, but undoubtedly they don't want to risk losing their fine reputation over a money grab. Keep up the great work, In-and-Out!

Very nice location, the staff was friendly and welcoming. First time to see a drive thru line moving quickly. We order inside and they were taking care customers with a high sense of urgency. Loved all the picnic tables outside. Would of like to seen them wiped down better. But we had our own wipes. Our kids loved being able to sit outside and see all the little birdies. I came here on 9/26/21 after a long day of shopping at the nearby mall and it was phenomenal! I got a #2 on the menu and I was really impressed (as I always am). My brother got animal style fries and a cheeseburger and he thought it was amazing. My sister and my mom also loved their food! Overall, I loved this in-n-out and it was a delicious end to our day!

We stopped in on our way back home.we walked in what seemed at the end of a busy rush on a Sunday night. But that crew ran like a well oiled machine. We got our orders promt n hot and best of all CORRECT!! Bravo to that crew!!! Definitely will stop by if n when I'm in that area!!👏👏

Me and my husband just love when they cook the fries soft because sometimes they over fried them in they are hard and stiff... Also they should work on the sodas machine the soda don't taste like sodas 🤢 also does strawberry lemonade does not taste like strawberry lemonade need to work on that I hope they work on that and consider our reviews

Literally, the best tasting hamburger, you can buy, they're so great. The place is always jam Packed, but the restaurants are always so clean. The staff is super super professional, even if there's a super long line, it's still worth the wait.

We've been stopping at this In N Out for years! I am so glad to see that the flavors and freshness of the food are better than ever! Their service is faster as well! We'll organized. They are constantly wiping down the tables and cleaning nonstop. The burgers and fries were extra fresh. Buns were toasted to perfection. I always order the yellow peppers and those babies are always hot and juicy. No complaints whatsoever! Plenty of parking and drive through line goes by super fast too. This is definitely a staple and easy to find right next to the Morongo and outlets!

1st time At In-N-Out. Had a very nice experience. Lunch time when I got here so it was a little busy but the line to order moved pretty quickly. Food orders came out pretty quickly also. Place is really clean and the employees were all very nice! I got the double double combo. The burger was really good. Fries were good also but I’m not a shoestring fry guy. Great 1st time here! Went out to California a few weeks ago and obviously had to get our In-N-Out fix. We had 3 burgers and fries with a kids grilled cheese and fries. Everything was delicious as usual and our one and a half year old loved the grilled cheese and the French fries of course. Definitely got to go to In-N-Out while in California. This specific location not only was the food great, the service was impeccable from the people taking our order to the gentleman walking around handing out hats and toys for our toddler. Great job In-N-Out love what this company is all about!

Prices slightly increased as of lately, but then again what hasn't! Great quality meal prepared consistently. What more can you ask for.

I stopped by this location en route to Phoenix. It was conveniently located next to a large gas station with great prices for the area. It looks to be a newer area with lots of shopping. My experience at this In-N-Out was like all the others, great customer service, great burger and fries at a fair price. I got my cheeseburger protein style, no bun, just wrapped in lettuce. My fries were really hot and fresh. Another great experience at a really nice location.

This was my husband and I's first time and In-N-Out and it did not disappoint. We ordered two #1's, one animal style, one whole grilled onion, one standard fries, one well done animal style fries, and a chocolate for one of the drinks. We couldn't really tell the difference between animal style and not besides the pickle. I don't think they went "heavy" on the additional toppings for it. The animal style fries are dangerously good, we get the hype. The chocolate shake was fantastic, very smooth and chocolatey. We even got a paper hat to commemorate our first time. This location was packed but they still got our order out fast and correct!

Used to be a lot better. Now if you want to see meat, tendon yiu better pay more. Otherwise your are getting noodles and broth!! Very skimpy on actual meats.

We came here a while back for the first time. The burgers are amazing and the views are the best. I wasn’t a big fan of the fries but it was a great experience over all.

First time in this chain, I wasn't disappointed at all. The staff very patience and knowledgeable offering their options as it was my first time I didn't know the options in the menu, we got burgers with grilled onion and fries the taste was good, I would like the fries more crispy but they were fine. The place was clean inside and out, and they delivered our food in a good time frame.

Food was good but many fries were green, it was also very crowded so it was hard to get a seat.

For fast food this is the best place to order and least expensive for sure. There is chicken burger if you are a chicken lover

3x3 animal style, medium rare, with a chocolate shake. triple patty, triple cheese, mustard cooked beef with grilled onions... much tastier than the standard in-n-out burger. it wasn't medium rare but it was not extra well done.

This location was a bit chaotic when we walked in but was efficient and the food came out pretty quick. Not a bad one to stop at if you're looking for a quick stop off the highway.

Great burgers as usual. This time we just got a double double and a cheese burger, and went through "drive in" simple burgers ( huge plus) with great flavors. You can taste the quality of the ingredients.

Dined in with family and it was great! Really busy, nice atmosphere, amazing food! I got 2 cheeseburger meals. No complaints. Would come back again.

This is a California institution. The burgers are great. My recommendation: get a double, they are thin. You can get extra secret sauce, but you have to ask for it. The fries are okay. The vanilla milkshake was dreadful. The place was packed so it was a long wait for our food. FYI: you can order fries with cheese sauce, fried onions, as well as secret sauce. Again, great burgers. Skip the rest.

Not sure if it was all the hype but I was expecting more. The burgers were decent but that was it. Just ok burgers with nothing really noteworthy. Fries were not quite as crispy as I would like. Will probably try another outlet to see if it was just this one that did not impress.

I must admit that I have a specific type of mindset whenever I visit and In-n-Out. I grew up going to this burger place, and some people may not understand it's been a part of my world for many years. So when people think it's my first time and I don't know the menu, I shake my head. The food was OK, but it was just too much socializing going on between the workers, which took away from things moving more smoothly. One of my favorite things when it comes to In-n-Out has been the quality of their food, getting the food server in a timely manner, and their friendly atmosphere, and so when I run into those things lacking it's just something that does sit right with me.

It's a typical In-N-Out. They have good service, friendly employees, good burgers, and it's not too expensive. The lines get long, finding a table is nearly impossible at times, it can be a challenge to find parking.

Ain’t gonna lie it’s all hype. The staff was awesome. I ordered off the hidden menu with the animal style fixings. Boy do I regret that. The fries maybe the worst I have ever had and at 50 years old that’s a lot of fries eaten.

This is my 2nd time trying an In and Out Burger at 2 different locations. Here, the service and the facility was nice, but to say that the food was mediocre would be overeating it. Bland Burger, soggy, undercooked fries.

As a Canadian people are always raving about In-N-Out. Maybe it’s over hyped cause we don’t have it in the North. It was alright but the fries were not good.

Really busy Saturday before 3pm; line was long but we were lucky to get inside seating as a group was getting up. The ordering went smoothly with 3 staff taking orders. The wait was what would be expected for being as busy as it was; to the point people were eating outside due to overflow. The food sadly left a bit to be desired. The fries: a bit hard somehow even though we didn't ask for them to be double fried; could use some pepper but alas none was found and only salt; I should have asked for the sauce packet; my bad. The burgers: The buns a little hard; and the flavors just weren't there as would normally be expected. The drink area and dining area could use a little cleaning but due to the amount of people inside and waiting likely hard to do as you would have to walk around people to get to that as they wait for their orders. Prices: $10-13 Maybe things were that hectic and busy and staff tried but didn't land this round. I hold out hope for a new day, keep working hard crew; we'll get there.

A staple of the West Coast i had a chance to finally get my face around some In and Out and i have thoughts. Is it good?? Yes Is it really good? No, not really. It was fresh and the portions were large and as you can see i opted in for Animal Style on the fries. Cheese and sauce. The burger was fresh and delicious but nothing too memorable . Just a good burger. Think a step ahead of McDonald’s but a step below 5 Guy’s. Things go off the rails with the Fries, which in my humble opinion are as important as the burger. The only way i can explain were , meh, boring, mid. Flaccid and lacking flavor, needed salt and texture. The true criminal in this caper was the plastic cheese poured over everything. It lacked flavor and had the consistency of the wrapping that Kraft cheese singles come in. It was quite gross and i threw them out before finishing them. Overall Not worth the hype but should you choose to try just try everything regular and ask for salt. Or just go to Whattaburger instead. Can’t recommend.

Again, I ordered a “ Layered Cheese Fries “ . Paid 50 cents each for three extra cheeses. The cost is $6.73 but again there weee no cheeses at the bottom or at the middle . The fries were very dry . Nothing layered in-between . Then William just ignore me for what I would like him to do . In frustration , I just left .

Stopped in since we don't have any In-N-Out Burgers back in Michigan. Service was quick, but food was just meh.

I came here at 12:30AM on Sept 29. Must have had the D-team working. I ordered animal style cheeseburger. I got a cheeseburger with 2 small pieces of lettuce. A few small pieces of grilled onions. No tomato and no pickles. I guess they were closing soon and didn't want to cut any more vegetables or something.

They should fix their drive through, I went after the signs but ppl did a line from a different direction no one fix that…. Very annoying specially that some ppl follow lines and other just create a line because they can’t read

Went through the drive-thru here. I guess there was an incident where all the employees went to the front hung out for a while then came back .we're sitting there for about 10 or 15 minutes longer than we should have and our food ended up being cold. This was on Saturday night February 21st 2026 at 10:20pm. I wonder what was more important than getting the food served in a timely manner instead of being cold and unedible.

This was a flavorless meal, but the worst were the fries. Horrible! So unfortunate my niece chose this place.

The fries were dry. How does a restaurant make dry fries!? I don’t know but this location does. Ask them for their dry fry recipe. Also, when did fast food restaurants or any restaurant for that matter begin opening the straw entirely and then inserting it in the customer cup? Please don’t do it again. I can handle my straw while y’all focus on making better food. Mid food at best absolutely never ever worth the time or money. Could have and should have went to McDonalds but I decided to try this bs again. From Texas to CA In and Out is not as good as the drive through lines speak.

My family and I normally always enjoy going to In n Out anywhere especially when we travel. However the experience at this specific location was not what we expected. The wait time was 45 minutes+ which is way longer than normal which put a bit of a damper on our experience.

I love In-N-Out but this visit it was the worst I hve ever had. The fries had way too much salt. Also they were limp and soggy. Happens sometimes but when I order them crispy they come out over cooked. The burger animal style had burned onions. And my wife sat down at a dirty table for the trifecta

Very upset with my order. I usually come here and the food is normally amazing. I took my family here this evening on my way home. I ordered two singles well done and a double double well done. I get home and start to eat my food and it is completely pink inside. This is completely unacceptable. I spent way too much money to get an uncooked burger.

My number was skipped so i waited about 20 to 30 mins for what has to be the worst burger I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE from any fast food restaurant! No joke! I ordered a hamburger animal style with no tomatoes and light toast on the buns and this is what i got! I have never in my life seen anything like this from any in n out. WOWWWW!
