Hands Down is the best steak and eggs in the area. I've been here countless times before writing this review, and it's always the same great taste and quality. They cook it exactly as I order it, and the service is relaxed and fast. The coffee is also excellent, and although I think it's a hidden gem, it's worth looking for parking (they have three spaces that are sometimes taken) to get there for breakfast. Everything is delicious, the AC is at the perfect temperature, the Wi-Fi works great, and the place is clean.
