The food was amazing. The only problem is that if you eat here, you’ll never want to eat Mexican food in the U.S. again, because this was on a totally higher level. The guacamole was the best I have ever tasted: so fresh and delicious. The corn soup was incredible: smooth and sweet. The entrees had generous, wonderfully delectable portions. It’s a small family restaurant with around eight tables, and you feel like your grandmother just cooked you your favorite meal.

So glad we walked a few blocks further to discover marvelous food and hospitality. Mole was superb, molcajete massive (easily enough for two) and delicious, and our dessert crepe was great, too. Language can be a bit of a challenge but still we came away with warm feelings towards our host and this fine restaurant.

Really great people working here, very friendly and willing to work with you if your Spanish isn't so good. Usually their English is so-so, ergo it's best if you have some one with passable Spanish or a good translator app. Hurricane Norma knocked out their internet so they are temporarily cash only, though usually they take card payments. The food is incredibly good. I nearly ate a whole molecajete myself (which usually feeds 4 people) because it was so good I just kept eating. Their Jamaica and horchata drinks are the best I've ever had, the poblano cream soup is amazingly good. Somehow they make the perfect Chile relleno, with melty cheese, fried exterior and yet the poblano is still crisp (most places the poblano ends up mushy and over cooked). The mole is rich and vibrant with barely any sweetness (as it should be). Their liqor selection is significant though I can't personally comment on their cocktails. We love Lolita's, it's a staple of visiting Cabo to us.

We had the arrachera tacos dinner, THE BEST IN TOWN!!! It's so good, juicy, big tasty tacos. I've been to a few spots out here and was disappointed we stopped here before heading back to the States, and I fell in lovee. This is definitely a hidden gem and a must go to. We also ordered the Pina colada amazing to, and the Horchata was so goo, sweet and amazing. I'd rate this place 10 stars if abletoo.

I ate here twice. Let’s start with atmosphere then food. It’s an open air restaurant with a nice cool breeze coming in straight to the kitchen and dining area. You can see the cooks prepare right here. Everything looks clean. They have a wall of maybe 30 different tequilas. Classic Mexican music lightly playing in the background and colorful walls and table cloths. Birds chirping. Am I dreaming? The orange juice is fresh and squeezed by hand. Papaya fruit was fresh. Huevos Rancheros was delicious and very filling. The enchiladas were great, filling. Colorful plates and prepared with presentation in mind. Each sauce, each salsa, each ingredient had its own distinct flavor that popped and in one bite you can taste each individual flavor. They serve you fresh tortilla chips and 4 salsas as a starter for free… for prices it was a bit on the higher end, and one night the rice was a tad bit dry. But the food was always served with a smile and the owner came in to say hello to his customers. I’ll probably be back a third time to try the soups!

This is the best meal I’ve had between years of trips to Cabo San Lucas, San Jose del Cabo, Todos Santos and La Paz combined. You MUST go here. I am lucky that my in-laws have a place here and when I come, I have time to explore. We have eaten at Flora Farms, Los Tres Gallos, Casa Don Rodrigo, Rosa Negra and many more… Lolita’s tops all of them. It is the most authentic, the most delicious, and the most affordable. Wish I’d found it sooner. The Pozole blew my mind. Make sure you load it up with the cabbage, cilantro, radishes, limes and jalapeños they give you on the side. I asked for the recipe but they thanked me and wouldn’t give it. Delicious!!! Please also keep in mind that I am coming from a privileged (snobby) food background and have lived and eaten through Portland, San Francisco, and New York City. Go to Lolita’s!

Un lugar muy agradable, el servicio de 10, son muy atentos y trajeron la comida rápido. Pedí unos hotcakes y estaban deliciosos, menudo esta muy rico también. Definitivamente regresaré 🤭

El lugar es muy agradable, estilo mexicano, la atención maravillosa por el propietario o por José, super atento y gran persona, menú variado pero los caldos wow, el cocido es maravilloso sobre todo en esta época decembrina; los precios están bien (pero podrían estar mejor) para estar en el centro de Cabo aunque un poco escondido, junto al cerrito del timbre. Ampliamente recomendable en mi experiencia nocturna, ya los visitarte para desayunar un día de estos.

My partner & I went for breakfast and were both in the mood for sweet breakfast, so can’t speak on the more traditional local cuisine, but the French toast was fluffy and crisp with sugar - it was delicious. The food was humbly priced, the coffee was free flowing, the server was attentive and kind, and the ambience was very open, comfortable, and bright.

Entre porque se veía bonito y con algo de gente para tomar el desayuno durante mi estancia en Cabos. La mesera es amable, y la cocina en general es rápida. El problema es el sabor en general, no malo pero nada destacable: algo insípido, las salsas con poco sazón. El juguito de naranja con un dejo de jugo artificial (lo mazclan?), Totopitos duros, en fin. El café es malo pero así fue en casi todos los lugares en BCS. Desde $82 pp, Es un lugar ameno, pero yo ya no volvería.

Visite el lugar por recomendación de Google maps y la verdad no estuvo mal el sitio para desayunar. La atención fue bastante buena, estaba el dueño atendiendo la barra de bebidas y la comida salió rápido. Los chilaquiles estaban ricos, muy buena porción al igual que la Sopa de tortillas y el pozole. Cuentan con estacionamiento y acceso para silla de ruedas. Para desayunar le doy un 10. Volvi este lugar el día 07/10/2022 y la experiencia no fue tan buenas como la primera vez. Las meseras estaban todas distraídas y demoraron mucho en tomar el pedido y traer la comida. La carne me la dieron cruda sin mencionar que cambiaron las guarniciones del plato y no avisaron aquí me me dieron algo que no pedi. Los precios para la comida se me hicieron altos en relación calidad / precio. En resumen: buen lugar para desayunar pero no para la hora de la comida.
