Ya nos habían hablado maravillosamente de este lugar y he de decir que cada una de las buenas palabras que nos habían llegado se hicieron realidad desde el primer momento. La experiencia fue absolutamente ideal. El acompañamiento del servicio fue excelente durante toda nuestra estancia. Una mezcla de exquisitez y cercanía perfecta. ¿Qué decir del ambiente? Muy acogedor y cuidado al más mínimo detalle. ¿Y la comida? Pues un auténtico disfrute, donde se combinan la calidad de los productos, la mano del chef y su equipo indudablemente y una presentación y puesta en escena de película. Repetiremos sin lugar a dudas pues nos hemos quedado con ganas de hacer el menú degustación. Muchas gracias a todos y cada uno de los integrantes del equipo pues hicisteis que nuestro almuerzo fuera de los que no se olvidan. Para repetir y recomendar sin duda.

Lugar con amplia historia y solera. La que fue casa del famoso torero Manolete desde el año 1942. Totalmente recomendable el tour por la casa con una copa de cava. Excelentes salones, original y exquisito menú y encantador servicio por parte de todo el mundo: guía del tour, camareros y el mismo chef por supuesto que tuvo el gesto de saludarnos muy amablemente. Amplia gama de bebidas espirituosas: ginebras, rones como toda la gama de Barcelo Imperial, whisky como Macallan 30 años o incluso Macallan M. Incluso cava de puros con gran variedad de marcas. A repetir sin duda alguna.

Visitar La Casa de Manolete en Córdoba es mucho más que sentarse a la mesa: es vivir una experiencia gastronómica ligada a la historia, la tradición y el respeto por el producto. El ambiente es elegante y acogedor, perfecto tanto para una ocasión especial como para disfrutar de una comida inolvidable. Cada detalle está perfectamente cuidado, y el trato de los profesionales es impecable: cercanos, atentos y siempre pendientes de que la experiencia sea perfecta. La verdadera estrella es, sin duda, el chef, cuya creatividad y talento se reflejan en cada plato. La calidad del producto, la presentación y el equilibrio de sabores demuestran un altísimo nivel gastronómico. Ayer tuvimos el placer de disfrutar del regalo de Papá Noel: un menú degustación en Casa Bistró Manole, tal y como decía el mensaje: “Este regalo es para la persona a la que le gustan mucho los menús y para el que siempre está dispuesto a una buena comidita. Os queremos.”♥️ La experiencia comenzó con una visita guiada, en la que Reme Romero nos explicó con todo detalle la historia de la casa y Manolete, algo que ya anticipa el cuidado y el cariño con el que se hace todo. Decir que el menú es exquisito se queda corto. Platos elaborados al más mínimo detalle, fruto del gran trabajo de Juanjo Ruiz, en un ambiente inigualable y acompañado de un servicio excepcional que te hace sentir como en casa. Sin duda, toda una experiencia gastronómica. Una vez más, me reitero en la gran riqueza gastronómica de Córdoba. Orgullosa de mi tierra .

Un martes noche cualquiera donde tuvimos el placer de visitar y la fortuna de disfrutar de este magnífico restaurante para celebrar un San Valentín diferente en pareja. Destacar el excelente servicio de todo el personal en la zona de comedor dirigidos por Fabio, el cual nos orientó en todo momento demostrando tener un gusto exquisito por la cocina, que logra transmitir a los comensales con un feedback increíble. Igualmente, destacar por parte del resto del equipo el ofrecimiento nada más llegar de entrega de la ropa de abrigo para su depósito en consigna y la posibilidad de colocar un brasero bajo la mesa para calentar el ambiente, así como el ofrecimiento de un servicio de taxi solicitado por el propio establecimiento al finalizar la experiencia. Un servicio digno de exclusividad. La comida a la altura de un restaurante de esta envergadura de alta cocina, como no puede ser de otra manera, adjuntando fotografías para que ustedes puedan vislumbrar la presentación y emplatado, que junto con el ambiente, logran crear una atmósfera única para ocasiones especiales.

Un sitio donde comer se convierte en una experiencia. Cuidan todos los detalles que pueden parecer pequeñas tonterías pero hace que la experiencia sea todo un lujo. La comida estaba muy muy buena. Debo destacar los garbanzos con langostinos yo que soy un amante de los platos de cuchara. Tienen unos panes muy ricos, cosa muy importante para mí, un buen pan. Sin duda un restaurante que merece la pena. Volveremos en otra ocasión.

Hoy hemos estado por primera vez mi marido y yo y teníamos muchas ganas de conocer el lugar y su cocina , las expectativas se han cumplido con creces !, este lugar desde que te reciben en la puerta marca la diferencia en la elegancia unida con la amabilidad y cortesía. La casa-restaurante tiene una decoración exquisita, muy elegante y manteniendo la esencia de lo que fué este lugar en tiempos pasados. La comida es un maravilloso viaje de sabores de alta calidad en sus platos y una meticulosa y cuidada presentación. Sobre el personal simplemente hacen una alabanza al buen trato y la elegancia al servicio de la restauración. Sin duda del 1 al 10 , le daría un 12 y por supuesto que estamos deseando volver

Walking up to the restaurant you will be impressed by its beauty and the warm welcome of the host. Our server José was fantastic. All the staff was great. The food and drink was amazing. The price was reasonable especially for the high quality of literally every dish from starters to mains. They really put 100% effort into taste, portion, presentation of every single item on the menu. This is definitely not just a dinner but it is a culinary adventure. We ordered off the ala cart menu and were still able to get an amazing experience. We appreciate the chef coming to greet everyone at the end of the meal. Overall 10/10 satisfaction. I am thankful for the entire experience and would definitely recommend this establishment. You would never be able to get a meal of this caliber for the price we paid in California. After a two-week road trip through Spain, with Córdoba as our final stop, we were looking for an evening of relaxation and indulgence. Highly recommended by a restaurateur friend, we decided to dine at La Casa de Manolete Bistró. What a place. You’re not just entering a restaurant—you’re stepping into a stately home, a beity that transports you back in time to the grandeur of classic French mansions and fine dining halls. Everyone is dressed to the nines, and the atmosphere exudes elegance. From the moment they opened the car door to greet us, the service was impeccable. The maître d’ seated us, and from that point on, it was a seamless parade of gourmet dishes, each presented and executed with precision, both visually and in taste. We began with their house-made bread and a warm beef broth. Then came: • Ostra francesa al natural (fresh French oyster), • Paté royal de perdiz y foie con chutney de albaricoque y polvo de tomate (royal partridge and foie gras pâté with apricot chutney and tomato dust), • Steak tartar de novilla brava con yema gelificada y encurtidos afines (wild heifer steak tartare with gelled egg yolk and assorted pickles), • Lomo de toro de Lidia con cremoso de remolacha y salsa Robert de tinta de calamar (Lidia bull loin with beetroot cream and squid ink Robert sauce), • and for dessert, Financière de pistacho con sopa fría de coco (pistachio financier with chilled coconut soup). Of course, we paired our meal with cava, house wine, and a glass of port. To finish, a proper gentleman’s touch—cigars on the terrace. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and will definitely return the next time I’m in town. I didn’t take any pictures that evening—it wasn’t that kind of night. But I borrowed a few from the restaurant’s Instagram to make sure the visual experience matched the memory.

The setting is absolutely charming, and the starters were good—not mind-blowing, but definitely enjoyable. But if you're a meat lover, this place is a must. I ordered the ribeye, and it was outstanding—rich, tender, and full of flavor. The meat had been aged for 46 days, with an additional aging phase using wine yeasts, which gave it a beautifully deep, complex taste. As a serious meat enthusiast, I was honestly blown away. My girlfriend also had the ribeye, but her steak wasn’t cooked to the requested doneness. That said, the staff handled it with real care: the chef himself came to the table and brought a second, generous portion, this time perfectly cooked. That level of attention and professionalism really made a difference. I can’t speak for the whole menu, but if you’re looking for a top-tier cut of meat with a unique and delicious character, I highly recommend the ribeye. Great food, warm and attentive service—it all made for a really memorable experience.

Implacable service, the waiter was very attentive and our satisfaction was clearly their priority. The food was made to perfection, with exception of deserts, that were maybe a bit too sweet for our liking, but I suppose that's a matter of preference. The decoration was astonishing. All in all it was a true restrunt experience that is becoming all to rare nowadays. Highly recommended!

La experiencia estuvo muy bien y el ambiente es precioso, pero en cuanto a la comida no repetiríamos. El restaurante tiene un ambiente encantador y la decoración es preciosa, creando un entorno ideal para disfrutar de una comida agradable. El personal fue muy atento y amable en todo momento, aunque percibimos algunas dudas a la hora de servir ciertos platos. La comida estaba bien preparada y todos los platos que pedimos estaban ricos, pero no encontramos nada especialmente memorable en cuanto a originalidad o sabor y dado al precio de la carta, se nos quedó una sensación plana. Quizás el menú degustación sea una mejor opción, ya que puede ofrecer una experiencia más completa. Sin embargo, basándonos en la experiencia de la carta, no creemos que sea un lugar al que volveríamos.

Fui hace unos meses a comer a Casa Manolete para celebrar una ocasión muy especial, puesto que me lo recomendaron como uno de los mejores restaurantes de Córdoba, he de decir que el sitio es espectacular, es precioso, la decoración y el servicio hacen que sea una experiencia especial y única, la comida muy buena y muy original, me gustó mucho cómo en ciertos platos te explican su elaboración y origen de los mismos, es un lugar que recomendaré. No obstante, cuando llegó la hora del postre, nos sirvieron de cortesía unos pastelitos que, cuando los cogimos, estaban llenos de hormigas, se lo comentamos al camarero y nos lo cambió, sin embargo, ese gesto me desencantó muchísimo del restaurante, ya que con la categoría que tiene y las opiniones y recomendaciones que recibes del mismo, esperas tener otra reacción por parte de los camareros o del servicio, no se disculparon ni tuvieron ‘el detalle’ de invitar a algún otro aperitivo o plato, simplemente lo cambiaron y trajeron otro sin decir nada en ningún momento, ni cuando ya nos fuimos. Para mi gusto deja un poco que desear el trato con el cliente, al ser un restaurante de esa categoría y al encontrar hormigas en un plato. Se nos quedó un poco ‘mal sabor de boca’ al tener ese momento que fastidio la experiencia. No quiero decir que por eso inviten a la comida ni muchísimo menos, pero sí que hubiese esperado otro trato al que recibí.

The food was great BUT the service was terrible! We visited the place for the wedding of my best friend and the staff really didn’t know how to coordinate. First of all, they poured wine in my glass of beer and they never took it away although I mentioned the case and I asked for a replacement! Also they took my dessert when I was outside smoking, which I never tried. Overall they seemed to be a complete mess, very loud and a total disaster for such a special occasion. ( when a familiar was making a toast knifes and spoons were loudly falling on the floor, killing completely the vibe). Have your meal there if you like but never book it for special occasion.

Friendly and nice staff, who make a lot of mistakes. The food was 50/50. Some things were great, like the almond soup. Other things were rather terrible, like the lobster stew and the ash tray smelling dessert. The entire setting and the house are exceptional.

Beautiful place, very chic, but unfortunately food quality doesn't match the price. My rabbit diah had many little shards of bone in it so i couldn't finish it. We had a nice server, and another that wasn't so nice. The place has potential, but they need to elevate their game to match the price tag and the ambiance.

The food was unfortunate - we did a tasting menu with about 9 dishes between us. Some of the dishes were simply unpleasant, and others rather mediocre. In fact, there were only 3 items (not dishes) that were tasty (but not necessarily worth the price tag). The restaurant has an ok selection of wines. Cocktails were not great. After diner drink options looked good. The staff are very polite and friendly, but unfortunately lack proper training (or common sense) - a lot of mistakes are made. Overall the service is lacking and is exceptionally slow - a meal for 2 took 4 hours (and we made every effort to hurry them along). The setting was also uncomfortable - we were put in a very dark and stuffy room, which felt like a basement; very imposing. Very different from the photos. Overall we were exceptionally disappointed. It is one of the worst meals I have ever had - could not wait to leave.
