Destacaría el servicio sin qué eso signifique que flojea en otro aspecto, sino que el servicio fue realmente cuidado y atento. La comida muy bien, la tostada de presa ibérica, realmente buena. Y unas vistas al mar excelentes

Sin duda un sitio más que recomendable. La comida exquisita, el servicio súper amable a la vez que profesional y las vistas frente a la caleta, otro aliciente más. No podría decidirme sólo por un plato de los que he probado, pero a quién le guste el poke... decirles que está espectacular y el bacalao impresionante. Y para los amantes de la tarta de queso como yo 🤭 no se vayan sin probar la tarta de queso payoyo y Filadelphia con mermelada de arándanos y puerto de indias. Sin duda volveré...

En un sitio privilegiado como es La Caleta, es increíble poder degustar tanto de una comida, como de un aperitivo o unos cócteles y con esas maravillosas vistas. No es barato seamos claros, pero merece la pena tanto por el entorno como por su personal que son todos encantadores y muuuuy atentos. Yo me comí esta hamburguesota jajaja 😂 y recomendada al 100%...está increíble¡¡¡

This is the exact position where you want to spend a few moments, beside the sea, with the direct view at “Castillo de Santa Catalina”. Drinking awesome beer and sitting just in between that old castle and new urban area, in the shades of the palm tree. Terrace is very good positioned, staff polite and in the good mood. Coffee just before we go was very good as well. 👌

My husband and I stumbled across this little gem of a restaurant whilst site seeing on our little holiday. We stopped and had a hamburger each. This was no ordinary hamburger. It was absolutely delicious. With every bite your mouth explodes with flavour. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The young man who served us spoke English and was a real pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting a lovely meal out and experience. The place is situated right infront of the ocean too.

Watched the sunset here before attending a gig at the Castille. It wasn't too busy given everyone was emptying out from the beach, and they managed to fit me in to sample another truffle extravaganza in the form of a sweaty burger on brioche with heaps of caramelised onions, basic yes, but filled the hole prior to the event. The vermouth was free poured and the service was attentive and funny. A nice atmosphere with a lovely view of the purple haze of sundown. Special mention to the waiter with the light brown curtains - he has a certain charming indifference about him.

I recommend going to this restaurant. It offers good and local food, great views and an english online menu. I had the salmon bruschetta, truffle burger and chocolate lavacake. Each dish tasted fantastic and they are easy recommendations. The bruschetta consists of 3 pieces, so you could share but it tastes so good you might want to finish it on your own! The service was good. Staff was friendly, efficient and understood english just fine. The pace wasn’t very high with our main dish coming in at about an hour after taking place. Because of the great scenery it didn’t really bother me but it is worth noting.

Delicious and fresh dishes right in front of the sea, next to the famous La Caleta beach. We loved the tuna tartar! The waiter was very kind. Prices are reasonable given the location, with views to the sea. A great place to stop by and enjoy a tasty meal!

Great cage and bar across the ocean view in Cadiz. Prices are great. Great desert and cappuccino. And the most important thing is the beautiful sight of the ocean. It's the highlight of this place. The staff were quick service. I highly recommend this place if you're visiting Cadiz and want a great view while relaxing and having a snack or a drink.

Really enjoyed our meal here. We ordered the tostas with pesto, tomato and goat cheese, which was delicious. And we also shared the Gades salad. We weren’t sure how good this salad would be because the ingredients are pretty unique (coconut cream as a dressing), but it was a very pleasant surprise. The shrimp were good and the flavors came together really nicely. Also, the servers were all friendly and nice. If you don’t get a tapa with your drink order, ask for it (we had to). The tapa was a crab dip and I really liked it even though I don’t typically like crab. It definitely wasn’t imitation crab, which was nice. Plus, it’s right on the beachfront promenade. I would definitely return to this restaurant.

First time here and very tough to get a table unless you make a reservation. The view is outstanding. Be sure to get a table with an umbrella if it is bright out. Their Tinto de Verana was super delicious as well as their Cafe Bombon. The bruschetta with fried goat cheese was very tasty.

The service staff were nice. I ordered a Catalina salad and was pleased with it as a light lunch. What I didn’t like was the “caipirinha” I ordered as it was merely a spiked lemonade. Càdiz is a town where most places offer wine or beer and that’s it, so I’m guessing this is why my cocktail was so gross and poorly made. The flat white I ordered to complete my meal made up for it and I walked away overall pleased. I sat outside with a view of the marina/beach. It’s a nice stop after a beachside walk.

El lugar está muy bien en general, pero es una vergüenza que no tenga aire acondicionado ni al menos ventiladores, especialmente con el calor que está haciendo. Es algo básico que deberían considerar para la comodidad de los clientes. Una connotación más, la música está muy fuerte muy alta y te impide tener una conversación agradable con los amigos.

Aconsejo a todos los turistas y «no españoles» que no lo visiten. Una vez más, como mujer rubia, me trataron como a una «ciudadana de segunda clase», lo que, una vez más, me pareció racismo. Aunque vivo en Cádiz y he venido aquí muchas veces a tomar una copa al atardecer, una vez más, cuando hay mucha gente los fines de semana (entre semana, cuando hay menos gente, los camareros suelen esforzarse mucho), algunos camareros me ignoran deliberadamente. Hoy, después de 20 minutos sin que nos atendieran, intervenimos, e incluso en la barra nos trataron como a leprosos. A todos los «españoles», en cambio, les atendieron y sirvieron amablemente. Es una lástima. --- Por desgracia, esta descripción (repuesta) no es del todo cierta. Intentamos hablar dos veces con un camarero, pero nos ignoró por completo, mientras que a los españoles que se sentaron en las mesas detrás de nosotros (y cruzaron la cinta de seguridad) les atendieron de forma muy abierta y amable. Al principio había tres mesas libres, luego seis, así que no nos colamos, ni «quitamos» la mesa a nadie ni nos adelantamos.

Llegamos sobre las 16:00 y antes de sentarnos avisamos al camarero de que íbamos a tomar un café. No nos pone ninguna pega y nos sentamos en la terraza. Una vez ya sentados, nos dice que el café no lo sirve fuera, algo que no había mencionado antes, pese a haber mesas libres. Ante la situación, le pido que entonces nos ponga el café en la barra. Voy hasta en dos ocasiones a recogerlo y el café no estaba preparado, sin explicaciones ni disculpas. Lo más llamativo es que, poco después, otras personas se sientan en la terraza y a ellas sí les sirven café, algo que presencié directamente. Una experiencia muy desagradable, con una gestión totalmente incoherente y un trato poco profesional, que da la sensación de que el criterio cambia según el cliente. Servicio pésimo. No volveré.

De vergüenza. Después de esperar 15 minutos en la puerta para q me dieran mesa lo primero que me sueltan es un “café no hay”. Automáticamente veo mesas con cafés y camareros llevando cafés a distintas mesas. Se lo digo y me contesta que solo hay café para quien ha comido. Para el resto solo bebida fría.

Llegamos al bar y, a pesar de que había mesas disponibles en la terraza, nos hicieron esperar un buen rato al sol. Finalmente nos sentaron y pedimos una Coca-Cola, una copa y un café. En ese momento nos dijeron que en la terraza no servían café. Sin embargo, al poco tiempo sentaron en una mesa justo en la fila de atrás de nosotros a un grupo de cuatro personas y a ellos sí les sirvieron café en la terraza sin problema. Además, durante el tiempo que estuvimos allí, vimos cómo dejaban pasar a algunas personas mientras a otras les negaban el acceso con la excusa de que no había sitio, cuando claramente sí lo había. Trato poco profesional y muy arbitrario. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

Stopped here for lunch. I was served a hamburger that I discovered was pink and raw in the center after eating three bites. This was a serious concern to me because I am pregnant and it is dangerous to eat undercooked meat. My husband politely asked for the restaurant to fix it. Our server returned with the same burger that he said had been re-cooked. I cut into it this time and saw that it was still pink and raw. At this point, I called over the server and explained that I'm pregnant and raw meat is a serious concern. I explained that I did not want another burger because it was clear the restaurant was not being safe with their cooking. He argued with us that I had already eaten part of the burger and I would be charged for it. I was shocked that the restaurant would serve someone undercooked, unsafe meat and still charge them for it. We decided to leave. The message must have gotten through to the manager because he printed our bill without the uncooked burger. We paid and left, hungry and incredibly disheartened by the experience. I would warn against patronizing this establishment. It is clear they count on transient business in a tourist area and don't care about the safety of guests they never expect to see again.

This is the only time in my life I have felt compelled to leave a bad review. After waiting for 15 minutes to be seated and a further 20 until our order was taken. We then waited over an hour for any food to appear. The food, of course, was not what we had ordered. A vegetarian amongst my group was served a pork dish etc. It wasn’t even remotely busy. The wait times are totally unjustifiable. The food was (eventually) OK. Nothing remotely special. Above average pricing. I seriously urge everyone to avoid this place at all costs.
