The wait is incredibly slow, and then the cashiers start chatting with customers. I understand it's part of the service, but why don't they just ring up those of us in a hurry first, and then, when there's no one waiting to order, go and chat with the regulars? They ask a man in front of me if he's tired from his trip, about his babies, how they've been, and I'm left waiting for the cashier to finish learning about the customer's life.

The staff are friendly, and I like that it's not as crowded as the Starbucks in Galerías Coapa. It has restrooms and a patio area. It was recently remodeled.

There's a chubby blonde cashier who charged me a bunch of extras and didn't even give me the drinks with all that. She also gave me a drink with lactose-free milk, which I didn't order that way. She's really mean.

I had barely arrived when they stopped me at the entrance saying I couldn't be on the patio with my dogs. The only Starbucks that doesn't allow you to be outside with your DOGS—they're completely lacking in common sense.

They always take too long, there are only two people on staff, one serving and the other preparing everything, the others are sent to clean to “save time” while the customers gather around them, and they treat you terribly.

The girl who made my chocolate frappuccino did it terribly! It had no flavor at all. They heated the panini in the bag and it came out like cardboard. Horrible! The bag ended up very hot, and the cheese stuck to it.

Terrible service. None of the baristas seem interested in serving customers and they don't really know the drinks. I ordered an iced macadamia and they gave me a cold brew without whipped cream. Plus, I told them about the cups and glasses we needed to use inside the shop and they never brought them out.

Terrible service from the person taking our order. To begin with, she treated us with a sour look, as if we were asking for a favor. I don't understand why they even bother doing things if they're not going to do them willingly. She practically forced us to take the order, handed us a wad of tickets, and our lemon bread was completely cold and soggy. Unfortunately, neither the Chedraui branch nor Starbucks will take any responsibility for this kind of treatment. It's a shame they hire staff like that.

Super slow service. The baristas were chatting with staff who were no longer on duty. The air conditioning was on full blast. We had to go outside to wait for our drinks. The worst Starbucks I've ever been to.

The cashier had a terrible attitude, she was incredibly rude. She took our order, I ordered drinks and food... and then she went into her office for who knows what, and it took forever to get our food. She'd forgotten what was going on; if I hadn't asked, that's how it would have been. On top of everything, she was grumpy, like she was doing us a favor by serving us. I've attached a picture of her; she's the one in the office.
