Best drove through food of all time. I will admit it's my guilty pleasure and the first place I go when it's time to carb cycle. Keep doing what you're doing Baker's!

Drive thru is slow need more workers but. Food is great

They always get my complicated order right. Staff is always nice. Also the food is better then other locations and fast food in general. Only negative is it usually takes a little longer then other fast food spots. But positives out weigh that one negative. :)

Came about 11pm. 2 workers a girl and guy from what I saw. Super sweet, they were very polite, the food was correct and hot! And fast!!! Thank you thank you!!!! 10 stars!!!! (It's hard to find good service these days)

I just ran in to buy a new pair of shoes. I normally do all my shopping on line, and have Walmart deliver it. This works out great for me because I don't drive. After spending an hour or so in the store, I have a whole new appreciation for on line shopping. What can I say, it's hard to beat Walmarts prices.

I wish there was one in San Diego County!! This is sooo far away for how much I love this place. I like the new changes to the menu options (as far as the make-it-a-meal options) and the food is still delicious!! The staff at this location were fantastic and fast! Great for a quick stop!

Go here all the time. It's in between my work and home route. Never cared to do a review until a nice older lady helped me with my order. I told her i would do a review even though i forgot her name. She was great. Made sure I had my special order, the way I like it.

Of all the Baker's, and there are many, this location is the best. Their food tastes best and they always get the order right. I am so happy this location is close to my home. I eat here at least once a week.

So glad you were open. I lived in the area years ago I brought a friend from Denver for his first time, now he can't stop talking about how it was the freshest Hamburger ever! The lettuce was spot on! He does not like fast food spots. It was not easy to get him to order, but you now have a new fan!

Love their taco burgers and you can't beat the price. And it's all fresh

This place is great as far as the packaging is concerned. The way the seal the bags all the orders and they send the bag shows that they really care about customers.

I had the Monterey Burger it was very good not spicy let me clarify that not too spicy it did have some spice to it from the peppers that they added the cheese I think it could have been a little bit better the mozzarella cheese actually whatever cheese it was it was the white cheese I think it might have been maybe pepper jack cheese but that was not too big it was not too small it was like just right a burger was cooked all the way the lettuce and tomatoes it just it made it the perfect burger I haven't had a burger like that from Baker's Drive-Thru in a very long time

Kira served me at the Washington location and prior to taking my order she took a huge order of over 60 dollars and as soon as she was done, she took mine and then jumped right in to help on the line and prepare food. I dined inside and observed her interaction with every customer of all types and she gave EVERY single person the same attention and kindness! What a great example of great character and kindness!

My favorite store. Always fast to get the line moving. Employees are always smiling and polite. Parking lot is always free of rubbish. Even on windy days. #1 store in the Inland Empire... It took awhile but they were very helpful tsking the correct time to get the 8 gift cards of various amounts. Accuracy was given. I thank them for ensuring proper handling. Plus, I ordered dinner. Lol Combo burrito, green sauce, extra cheese. Prefect meal. Thank you Colton Baker's employees.

I've been to this place several times. Sometimes, it's okay and times like today. "I'm over this location. I spoke to the manager today, and she basically told me that since I didn't add a cup of water to my order, I got charged separately. The $4 difference from not requesting water is ridiculously insane.

Quick service, friendly staff very efficient not exactly gourmet food but neither is the price. You can feed a family of four for a great price. Quick Stop to get something on the run, their shakes are one of the best around though I have to admit. Breakfast until 11, I'll go back again and again

Bless the hands that made my food fresh and ready to go. I usually come out here to buy bakers when I visit from Palm Springs. I ordered a chicken burrito substituted red for green sauce and it was so delicous ! Taco Tuesday today so I ordered 3 tacos for my mom . I tried one and it was filling , I just didn’t care to much for the hard shell. Not the staffs fault but the shell tasted like it was stale. Can’t forget the mama burger with fries. It’s always delicous and the the fries just came from the fryer so it was piping hot and seasoned well. Overall great experience at this bakers location! ☺️

I used to love the Texas Tacos here. Apparently, they no longer have them. I mentioned them at another location several months ago and was told to try the soft tacos with their red sauce. Good idea. They're pretty much the same thing that way, just a little smaller. What you see here are my soft tacos, no lettuce, and a few fries stuffed inside. Oh... and their taco sauce. Mmmmm...

The barbacoa (otherwise known as shredded beef) burrito/quesadillas are a favorite choice of mine. Sometimes I get the grilled chicken burrito if I want something different. Fries are great as well, I always get mine well done, they also have a thing called Frylicious where it's a whole bag of fries for about $5.50. Only real downside is that I've been coming to this specific location for over a decade and it's been disappointing seeing all the prices go up, but this can be said about many fast food restaurants

I was in the area and hungry,so we went . I parked my truck in the large vehicle parking accessable part of the parking lot ,and we went to the walk in part of the restaurant . ordered a breakfast burrito and a coffee sat down . Whith our number at our table the staff brought us our food to the table ,and it was good.

I always enjoy eating here it's always clean an service is fast order is always correct emps are always friendly an eager to assist you restrooms are top notch never seen them in any condition other than well kept fully stocked an in good working order . Drive through is fast an easy to deal with many fast food drive through the speakers are in poor condition you can't here or understand them not ever the case here I will continue to visit an eat here

I was born the same year Bakers started and have been eating there throughout my life. The tostada, Tacos, green and red burritos, and the chocolate shake are the same as I was eating decades ago. I don't do other fast foods but I make an exception for an old sentimental favorite

I enjoyed my nachos very much, sadly the meat was a bit dry. More cheese and chips. Also they close at 12 now just a heads up.

Biggest plus the inside dinning area very clean there are actual people working the counter to take your order no days most fast food places won't even wait on you you have to use the automatedin screen in the lobby area. They get very pissy if you can't it I find the dinning areas are no longer clean and it's as if your not welcome to sit down an eat. So 5 stars to Bakers for there old school values

Came in for lunch got the twin kitchen combo ( double Baker fries drink and a taco ) upgraded to the chili cheese fries All the food was good the service was not Wasted in line like 3 minutes no one comes to take my order so I use the kiosk. Once I start using the kiosk someone comes in behind me ( they take there order but not mine ) food took about 10 minutes ( got it after the people behind me ) Bad service good food

The Carnitas burrito wasn't that great and it didn't have enough in the tortilla. I prefer the Shredded Beef instead. Could be the location because the one in Moreno Valley serves better portions.

The gentle men at the drive up to order got my order wrong, I'm assuming it's maybe cause of the mask he couldn't understand me but I removed my mask to clear my oder with him and when I got to the window to pay I looked at my receipt it was wrong order.. but I guess we all have had bad days

While the food is good the wait time is terrible. The service is very slow. The menu is super confusing. Way too many items.

This was my favorite place!!! Today wasnt a good day here at all#! Very busy...my food wasnt too good my rasberry tea was super weak.....and they rose thier prices....the meal i normally would get was like 6 bucks now its 8 bucks!! The only good thing was that my food was hot but bland!

The burgers were good, the fries were definitely undercooked, and soggy. Service from the employees was quick. The restrooms seriously needed some attention. The trash cans was overflowing, and the floor was quite dirty.

I have been here so many times and this the first time they had given me the order wrong. This happen around 8pm so tried to called but to no avail their automated phone service answered saying that I am calling after hours. So I called their customer service (which the lady was nice) but it seems like they will do nothing to help your situation. I respect fast food service so 3 stars is my lowes I will go even though the employees were standing around.

Great place for a quick bite.

Disappointed and mad at you, Baker's Drive-Thru. If you add guacamole to your food it is $0.50 more, but if you purchase it as a side it is $2.19 and YOU GET THE SAME AMOUNT...one ounce. Super lame and even my toddler pointed out how small an amount it was. Oh, and the extra green sauce ended up being $0.50 as well. The toddler enjoyed her food, but Mommy will take her to Chipotle next time she wants Guac. It is extra, but worth it in taste and quantity.

Dropped in for a shake. The shake was spendy, had ice at the bottom and wasn't well mixed. Otherwise fine though. The bathrooms were out of soap, but I think that there was someone coming in to service them. Also was a little slow for fast food. I'd come here again if there was nothing else nearby... But there's a McDonald's within walking distance and while McDonald's aren't great they're darn consistent.

The fries were hot, fresh, and perfectly salted. The tea tasted great. However, there was a super long wait with only one car ahead of me. Sound was very muffled at the drive through speaker.

Food is great except----have gone there for years and almost always order a combination burrito with green which is great but the problem is that I have very rarely gotten any green sauce and when I do, there is a tiny bit only on one end. Also the taco shells are mostly old and stale on taco Tuesday but the tacos are great every other day of the week. Guess I go there because it is so close and convenient!

Came here today and got my usual bean and cheese burrito budget meal it comes with two bee and cheese burritos fries and a drink for 9$ for some reason one of the burritos I got today in my meal was xactly two to three bites each and mostly tortilla. I always feel guilty going to these smaller fast food chains because they cost more but you always get more food definitely not the case here. You're getting less food here than cheap fast food places for more money

WENT TO THIS BAKER’S AROUND 12ish . Customer service was awful !!! The woman with the full figure and light skin and hair and was wearing her hair in a bun , was very rude ! DON’T TAKE YOUR PERSONAL PROBLEMS TO WORK!!!! OR TAKE IT ON THE CUSTOMERS!!!! I see her treating all the customers very rude 😡 Please take care of this 🙁

Spent way to long in the drive thru. Slow and the tacos were cold. I'm giving it at least two starts because the lady in the drive thru had nice makeup.

I have to say it. Baker's has always been my Favorite inland empire fast food. But ever since they changed the menu, the food quality has gone downhill. I moved to Fresno two years ago, and since then, the prices have gone up, and the foods gotten worse. It's Terribly disappointing. This was always my absolute favorite, but I've given up. In Baker's. Sorry, my old chum but our time is at an end!

The food is good when they get your order right. They often forget items or get the drinks wrong. When everything is done right it can be really good, but when they mess things up so frequently it’s like why bother going here…. Double check everything!

Staff got my order wrong both times that I have gone over the past two weeks. First time I got beef when I asked for vegetarian tacos, and second time they gave me vegetarian, but with cheese when I clearly mentioned to them twice that I wanted no cheese. This location has previously been more satisfactory, but I don’t know what might have changed recently.

Underwhelmed. My request for my chili cheese fries was ignored. The added protein (chicken) I paid for was not worth it. I recommend to stick with the menu no alterations.

We were seated right away, but after we ordered, it took 30 min to get our food, then it was cold! We didn't have time to send it back, we had to be at a Dr's Appt.

Fries were very salty. My kids didn't want to eat them do to all the salt. Ordered 3 drinks and they didn't give up straws to be able to drink them. This is the first Barkers I've been too that my kids and I didn't enjoy our food. Not going back to this location again

Got here at 6:45 am knowing the store opened at 7:00 am. I was more than happy waiting, obviously, as I knew they weren’t open yet. Not a single employee showed up until 6:57 AM. An employee then went to the truck in front of me in the drive-through to tell them something and then went back inside the restaurant. It was 7:20am and an employee finally came outside and I yelled to ask if they were open and he said no. no one got here early enough so we’re not opening until eight. Could you not have told me that earlier? Thanks for the lack of customer service!

Why does Bakers buy such large burrito tortillas if they're not going to fill them up? They are hard, dry tortillas that are folded upon themselves because there's not enuf filling. U have to cut off half the tortilla because they're so tasteless. Breakfast burritos too. They also have the soggiest french fries in fast food history. Why can't they improve on this?

I remembered why I haven't been there for years tonight. I got a single baker and it was disgusting. The lettuce tasted as if it wasn't even washed. The burger itself was just slathered in sauce and tasteless. the fries were decent, but I wont be back again

Hate the new menu format, bo more budget meals, food quality doesn't seem as good as it used to be. Bakers used to be my favorite fast food. I do not think I will be retuning. Not worth the price for what you get anymore. And it definitely isn't as tasty as it was! So sad.

Went in the bathroom and saw a pentagram and a goats heart still beating in the middle. Also saw crumbled up notes that were burnt that had orders from customers. If that's how they make they're food, than I don't want to know. Otherwise, the burritos suck, it's overpriced and not worth your time

I literally just left the drive-thru for this place, because although I love bakers the person running the drive-thru was ridiculously rude and had a very unkind tone. I have a huge amount of respect for service workers, as I know how exhausting the job is. But this was just too much.

Worst bakers in the area the girl who took my order had a horrible attitude, seemed annoyed I wanted to upgrade to a meal so I let that go then I get my food one hamburger is cold the other has no sauce and hair in it went back in to get a refund I was told it would take up to a week to get my money back. But couldn’t supply me with a refund receipt then they gave me the wrong customer service number so I couldn’t make a complaint I won’t be going to any bakers since they have all seemed to go down hill

Food isn’t the same anymore. The young girls working were rude and rushing us. Left out a drink. She told us in a rude manner that chili cheese fries don’t come with a drink so she decided to not add a drink. It doesn’t matter if it doesn’t come with one, we were ordering one. She kept asking “is that all” after each item we ordered when we told her we have a larger order. As we were leaving, we wanted to check our bag so we didn’t pull off and the girl opened the window again and said do you need anything? Again not sincere, basically saying can you leave. Her undertone the entire time was snotty and irritated. The other girls in there were snickering with her at the window looking at us. Just immature service. I’m not sure how customers can be treated poorly just for visiting your business. Based on these reviews others had a similar experience. Don’t come to this Bakers.

Everything about this Baker's is worse than even months ago: overpriced, under delivered, very poor/rude service and dark surroundings in the evening. I live one mile from here and will never go again.

The girls in there were playing around like it was high school and got my order wrong. I Called back to talk to the manager about my order and one of the young girls answered the phone and said "oooooh!!! he wants to talk to the manager" in a sarcastic manner. The manager answered right away so I know she heard her and was rude when I asked for a refund. Didn't even want to go back because I was too pissed off!!! Do better bakers!!!

Unfortunately, I cannot send pictures of the bathroom so you can imagine why. The toilet was full who ever used it last did not flush, there was urine all over the seat. There was paper all over the floor. There was no toilet paper that was not seat covers and the sink was so gross of when people wash their hands. Honestly, this was the first time eating at a bakers. I hear about it so much on TV I decided to try it but believe me, this will be the last time I come to a bakers. I got a kids meal and a single plain burger and it was more than $15. 😔

On March 28, 2025, the female crew members were rude , not helpful, taking their time with me and another customer, dragging her feet, tossed the other customers bag on the counter behind mine where she was not able to get, while I was still waiting for my milk shake, the crew leader didn't do a thing.This restaurant was the best one to come to, now I'm not sure.

Nice people working here, but HORRIBLE FOOD! Stay away! ALL food was extremely oily. All fries and burritos were dripping oil, leaving our hands oily and needing more napkins than given. Luckily we were home and had more available and were able to wash our hands. Then we had asked for one of the drinks to be ice tea and the incorrect cup was marked as ice tea. As I added the sugar substitute the soda foamed over the cup making a mess. The food definitely didnt have that good normal Baker's taste, maybe cause all the oil. Frys seemed old, but again very oily. None of us finished our meals and didn't take the food back as it was pouring rain. Very very disappointed to the least. I don't see us eating at this location anytime soon. The only positive thing is there are other Baker's in the area, that we will take the extra few minutes to drive to for quality food. We stopped by here on 01/01/2023 and spent $40+. MUST at least keep the same quality of food for these higher prices we're paying nowadays. New Year resolution is to stay away from this site, giving the manger an opportunity to review with his team and make necessary improvements. Hopefully the Manager of this Baker's site sees this, takes this as an opportunity to makes drastic changes before losing other customers...

I used to love their veggie wrap burrito which was a nice large size burrito for $3.69 and I was always full after eating it. I decided to visit Bakers drive be through yesterday and Hahn arriving at home I noticed right away it was not the same burrito I am used to ordering! I was very disappointed because the burrito was a size of a Taco Bell bean burrito and they increased the price to $4.29 with a thicker smaller tortilla which reminds me of the same burrito wrap at Taco Bell uses. Bakers used to have a thinner flour tortilla which was more of a homemade consistency and was larger. When I called them back they said we’re sorry the burrito shells are smaller now and that’s why the burrito is smaller and our prices have increased. They did not offer to refund and I was sorely disappointed that I paid 4. 29 for a disappointing small burrito. If I was at a sit down restaurant they would’ve remedied the problem and giving me some thing that I was satisfied with. My suggestion is to look at your food after you order it from the drive-through before driving off. Not sure if I will eat there again if this is the kind of food they’ve changed to smaller tiny you’re disappointing portions and a price increase.

Got a Taco burger meal combo when i unwrapped the Taco burger ,first thing i said is WHERES THE BEEF !!!! Looked more like a spread then meat. When i was waiting for my order inside someone came up to the counter to ask why the bun was bigger than the chicken ,i saw a tiny piece of chicken on a big bun. What a shame. $51 for 3 meals.

Advised girl working drive thru that the amount was incorrect for what I ordered. Instead of apologizing and fixing it she tells me I ordered wrong. INCORRECT. I told her I read it how it reads on the screen, she then states she doesn't know what it says on there , and proceeded to say it's my fault, and I have to come inside to get charged correctly because manager was on break. I tell her no, not coming in,there's a reason I'm in drive thru. She says oh it'll be a long wait. So I wait...and manager ( jessi) refunded with attitude. No apology. All workers need to wearing name badges too.

It's sad that we go to this bakers all the time and get the same thing but somehow the employees here always have an issue of making a plain cheeseburger. Literally a simply plain meat and cheese burger. No add ons. Yet time and time again I am forced to return my food and have it remain due to the employees not listening properly. Sadly will no be returning any futher.

I wouldnt recommend this location they are always slow any time of the day. I have gone multiple times in the morning with no line and they are not ready to go; my food takes 5-10 minutes to come out. If you go late at night and they are even worse. Convinced with the fact that over the years Bakers has gotten more expensive and the food portions are a lot smaller.

Just got 2 machaca breakfast burritos from the drive thru. Why did I pay $10 per burrito just for a little bit of shredded beef, a sprinkle of cheese and a glob of red sauce. Its not the same as it use to be or that place didnt know how to make it properly. Very disappointed and a horrible anticipation experience for shredded beef coming back to Bakers drive thru. Customer service could have been better as well.

I did not want to post a negative review, but I have no choice at this point because of the consistent bad quality of the food, specifically the tacos/taco meat. I have addressed this issue before both with corporate and the manager of the location, and for a short time, it was fixed. The problem is the tacos I receive are so heavily laden with grease that it soaks through the shell, through the wrapper and through the bag. This is because it's not being drained or they aren't using a slotted spoon to let it drain before placing it into the shell/tortilla/bun. So, because they do not seem to care, I will show you what you can expect if you order from this location. This issue is specific to this location on Washington St. in Colton, I haven't experienced it at others. Also, this is through the drive thru. Like most people, I expect the food to be fresh and properly made. As I'm in a rush due to work, I don't have time to check the items and then go in and try a refund. I just want good food. Please, do better, Baker's. Neal Baker would not approve of this poor quality in his Restaurants.

Came to Bakers to eat and needed to use the restroom they had no tissue and I was already stuck on the toilet. I sent my child to get tissue. Savannah than gave my daughter a small amount of tissue instead of handing over the roll and then she could lock it up later. When I asked Savannah why should would do that and explained to her that she did not know how much tissue I needed and it made no sense of why I would have to keep sending my daughter back to the counter for more tissue. Savannah just sat there and stared at me and just said ok ok ok. Never once did she apologize. Savannah is very rude her customer service is terrible.

I stopped by here to eat on my break and was greeted with the absolute worst customer service. Callie C. was extremely rude to me. I asked if someone could kindly clean a table and she said okay… I continued to wait and my food even came out and I asked nicely again and she said we’ll get to it when we can….. by this time my food is getting cold but I don’t say anything because I’m trying not to be rude. I honesty just don’t get it… I worked customer service for seven years before nursing and always had a smile on my face… Callie if you hate customer service that much then maybe you need to find a job where you don’t interact with customers…. This situation was very frustrating.

Just today I came to find out Bakers had changed their lettuce to shredded lettuce by a coworker. Then i felt like having Bakers and in their drive trough soeaker it had a flyer notifying us customers of their change.( I get it shortage, impact on the cultivation , something like that.. i get it )was not happy but other burger places use shredded lettuce so it could not be bad, right? Wrong. First there was barely any lettuce in my burger and 2nd it just did not taste the same. The heat from the meat cooked the lettuce changing the taste AND the texture in every bite. I am so sad. I am a huge lettuce lover with my burger and it was just not there. My favorite burger place is not the same. I give a 2 and it hurts. 😔
