It gave me a reminder not to eat this food. Ordered a taco that used all the napkins they gave me to absorb the grease. Burrito was a sloppy mess. I don't know why I expected better.

Trash. My girlfriend's son got sick for ordering fish. Started throwing up all night.

Service is always terrible at bakers no matter where you go but this one was pretty bad. Also expensive

It's sad that we go to this bakers all the time and get the same thing but somehow the employees here always have an issue of making a plain cheeseburger. Literally a simply plain meat and cheese burger. No add ons. Yet time and time again I am forced to return my food and have it remain due to the employees not listening properly. Sadly will no be returning any futher.

I wouldnt recommend this location they are always slow any time of the day. I have gone multiple times in the morning with no line and they are not ready to go; my food takes 5-10 minutes to come out. If you go late at night and they are even worse. Convinced with the fact that over the years Bakers has gotten more expensive and the food portions are a lot smaller.

Just got 2 machaca breakfast burritos from the drive thru. Why did I pay $10 per burrito just for a little bit of shredded beef, a sprinkle of cheese and a glob of red sauce. Its not the same as it use to be or that place didnt know how to make it properly. Very disappointed and a horrible anticipation experience for shredded beef coming back to Bakers drive thru. Customer service could have been better as well.

I was looking forward to to eating at this location because I love bakers. But with all the terrible reviews at this location. I won't risk it. Lost a customer before even coming. Good luck

I did not want to post a negative review, but I have no choice at this point because of the consistent bad quality of the food, specifically the tacos/taco meat. I have addressed this issue before both with corporate and the manager of the location, and for a short time, it was fixed. The problem is the tacos I receive are so heavily laden with grease that it soaks through the shell, through the wrapper and through the bag. This is because it's not being drained or they aren't using a slotted spoon to let it drain before placing it into the shell/tortilla/bun. So, because they do not seem to care, I will show you what you can expect if you order from this location. This issue is specific to this location on Washington St. in Colton, I haven't experienced it at others. Also, this is through the drive thru. Like most people, I expect the food to be fresh and properly made. As I'm in a rush due to work, I don't have time to check the items and then go in and try a refund. I just want good food. Please, do better, Baker's. Neal Baker would not approve of this poor quality in his Restaurants.

Came to Bakers to eat and needed to use the restroom they had no tissue and I was already stuck on the toilet. I sent my child to get tissue. Savannah than gave my daughter a small amount of tissue instead of handing over the roll and then she could lock it up later. When I asked Savannah why should would do that and explained to her that she did not know how much tissue I needed and it made no sense of why I would have to keep sending my daughter back to the counter for more tissue. Savannah just sat there and stared at me and just said ok ok ok. Never once did she apologize. Savannah is very rude her customer service is terrible.

I stopped by here to eat on my break and was greeted with the absolute worst customer service. Callie C. was extremely rude to me. I asked if someone could kindly clean a table and she said okay… I continued to wait and my food even came out and I asked nicely again and she said we’ll get to it when we can….. by this time my food is getting cold but I don’t say anything because I’m trying not to be rude. I honesty just don’t get it… I worked customer service for seven years before nursing and always had a smile on my face… Callie if you hate customer service that much then maybe you need to find a job where you don’t interact with customers…. This situation was very frustrating.

Just today I came to find out Bakers had changed their lettuce to shredded lettuce by a coworker. Then i felt like having Bakers and in their drive trough soeaker it had a flyer notifying us customers of their change.( I get it shortage, impact on the cultivation , something like that.. i get it )was not happy but other burger places use shredded lettuce so it could not be bad, right? Wrong. First there was barely any lettuce in my burger and 2nd it just did not taste the same. The heat from the meat cooked the lettuce changing the taste AND the texture in every bite. I am so sad. I am a huge lettuce lover with my burger and it was just not there. My favorite burger place is not the same. I give a 2 and it hurts. 😔

Apparently this is worth 7$. Never again will I be goin here. It was terrible. I used to love it here but I would hardly even consider this a burger
