It's actually a great McDonald's. I'm from California where McDonald's is hit and miss depending on location. This one would be one of the hits. I've never had horrible fries from here and they are usually cooked good. The staff is great and very friendly. Some of the girls working the drive thru are super hot too.

It's McD's, so it's largely what you'd expect. The kiosk doesn't let you choose diced onions for every single burger, but they were really friendly in letting me get what I wanted. The highlight of the visit however, was a couple who somehow thought it was okay to dine in despite all the signage and caution tape saying otherwise. A crew member actually asked them to leave and I really appreciate McD's taking public health safety seriously.

They were super busy and super fast. The guy who got my order was very courteous and nice. The dining rm is closed but u can order inside which is what I did bc the drive thru was packed. Food was good.

I'm biased.. I love their fries!!! I have to add that the manager here was professional and funny. I was having a bit of a bad day, feeling a little grumpy when I went in. He had me smiling by the time I finished my order.

This McDonald's is one of the few staffed with people who actually want to do their job properly! I've been here many times and I've never failed to receive service with a smile. The person taking orders at the drive-thru has always seemed bright and attentive and they have always been unfailingly polite. Their drive-thru line moves rather quickly and, of the several dozen times I've been there, there's only been one or two mistakes which I caught before I left (always check your order!). This part is gonna come as a shock but, they actually offer service with a smile! They do not act as if they would rather be anywhere in the world but there. They've always spoken directly to me instead of just sticking their hand through the window to take my payment or give me my food, and I don't believe I've ever failed to receive a "Thank you, have a nice day!" from them. It's not like I expect to be worshipped and catered to, but this place does not leave you feeling like your order was an intrusion on the employee's days like so many places do today. The employees here act like they understand their customers are the reason their job exists and, without coming even close to subservience, they do their job in a polite and efficient manner. The inside has always been very clean. Even when they're incredibly busy they've always had someone cleaning as the mess was made (BTW, why do people think it's ok to be so messy in public?). The bathrooms have always been clean and well stocked and not smelling like urine (it just smells clean). Overall, this McDonald's is what all fast food restaurants should arrive to be. They're not obsequious about their service, but they are very respectful and efficient. Everyone above 40 remembers a time when this kind of service was the norm instead of the exception to the norm and I wholeheartedly wish this quality of service would become the norm again. This was my experience on 09/28/21. I hope this quality of service is still experienced over the years.

I don’t know why so many people give this place so many bad reviews. This place gives the most consistent service I have ever experienced. It doesn’t matter if they are swamped with customers or you are the only person. It doesn’t matter who’s on shift or what time of day it is. Rain or shine, these people will ALWAYS screw up your order. Their dedication to a consistent standard of service is awe inspiring. If you give clear instructions, they will screw it up. If you politely ask for a number combo, they’ll screw it up. I literally asked for a breakfast #6 (sausage, egg, and cheese McGriddle). I received a slice of cheese between two McGriddle buns. I sat in my car for thirty seconds, staring at that piece of cheese, inspired at the level of dedication that it must take in order to blatantly screw up that bad during a low traffic time period. So, in conclusion, I give 5/5 stars for their dedication to a consistent product.

I dont go often, but they never get my order wrong. They're often busy and have long lines, but that isn't their fault (I'm happy they have so much business. They deserve it) and they seem to handle it very well. Even with the lines backed up, my order is correct and fresh. One of my favorites is their m&m mcflurry and they have not once told me their machine isn't working. This location rocks.

I was not having a good night, and I stopped to get some food here on my way home from work on Friday night 12/6/24. I went to pay for my food through the drive thru and the cashier had asked if I was okay, I began to sob but I am so appreciative of her. Amber (I believe was her name) was very kind and sweet and she just let me vent about my current financial situation with no hesitation to just listen and be there. I’m currently pregnant and I just could not hold back the tears of being overwhelmed, and rather than her being awkward or turning me away (as I’d expect most to honestly, because it’s not their job to listen) she instead let me breathe and just talked to me about how there’s other possibilities out there. It’s not in her pay to be a listening ear but her kindness was very seen. It made my night and means the world. Thank you Amber for being so kind to me! It’s the small moments that mean the most. I wanted to leave a review in hopes of management seeing this. You have an amazing employee working for you!

Unfortunately, my experiences at this particular McDonald's have been consistently disappointing. The service leaves much to be desired, with frequent mix-ups and forgotten orders, especially when parked to wait for food. Additionally, the food quality tends to be subpar, often lacking freshness. It's become a routine to double-check my bag before leaving, as missing items are all too common. Even requesting condiments at the window doesn't guarantee they'll make it into your bag. The long lines and crowded parking area further exacerbate the frustration, as it seems everyone is waiting for their order, which sometimes ends up being someone else's. Overall, this McDonald's falls short in both service and quality, making it a less than desirable dining option.

Stopped in today for a fast meal while driving Route 11. Service was quick and efficient, and everything tasted as expected. It was busy, so seating was limited, but turnover was fast. To balance things out, I treated myself to Thai Yoga Bodywork at NNY Massage afterward. The full-body stretching was restorative and calming, making the whole day feel more intentional.

App works well. Staff is great and and the food is good for McDonald's. Only go from about 6 am - 10 pm. If you go during non-peak hours the staff tends to not read your order properly and items in your order tend to be wrong.

Not much to say, it's a McDonald's with McDonald's food. Decently quick service. Very quick drive-through. The service has always been courteous and nice. SUPER SUPER busy during weekdays, especially lunch time due to Fort Drum being next door and soldiers grabbing a quick lunch.

Thanks to Johnny White for handling my situation so well. With the pandemic, you can't be too careful. When I asked for my son's happy meal to be replaced because it was given to someone else first, Johnny helped me out. He didn't get mad or upset, he just made sure I was taken care of. A 4 star is a good fit for this golden arched establishment. Mainly do to error in the app/worker/communication in the behind of scenes area. I would probably give it a 3, although managers are quick to accommodate with replacement item's.

Excellent service st 3 am. Poor girl was alone, cooking, taking orders, cashing out. 5 cars in line, two left as she explained it might be 20 minutes to get their order. We had no problem, got our meals within 14 minutes and maintained her good mood and manners!

I must admit I checked where I could sit and have breakfast and be comfortable. Honestly I was surprised here staff were polite helpful I took the big breakfast scrambled egg sausage and biscuit and pancakes all in all was ok for the price. You have free wifi plenty of parking as well. The place is clean and tidy.

The restaurant was a little messy, but they looked as if they had a rush of people. Our order was correct, and the order taker was very friendly. The manager looked a bit frazzled and did some yelling. Our food was nice and hot and we did 't have wait too long.

The renovation store make it more family friendly.05/06/2018 Downgrading from 5 stars to 3 stars since the drive thru orders have the tendency of missing some food from 19 nuggets instead of 20, or a fish sandwich down to simply a bag of fries. And they expect to get paid $15/hour? Perhaps, using those funds to retrain some of the careless, not service-mind staffs to get the orders right first would be the way to go. Should be glad they don't have to do delivery like I did in Thailand ages ago.

I just came through the drive thru and ordered a Buffalo Bacon with a Sesame bun and it tasted revolting. As if the grill hadn't been cleaned or worse my chicken wasn't cooked completely. My first bite I tossed it all out. Not recommended here. Not to mention the staff were fighting. Terrible service!

I knocked a couple of stars off because McDonald's used to be my go to for cheap fast food but their prices have crept up due to corporate greed and now it is almost a luxury. I still love their food but if I'm paying more than $10 for a meal, I'll go to a restaurant.

This mcdonalds has good food but their staff is lacking. They CANNOT handle a busy store at all. They constantly miss items from orders and some of their workers greet customers with attitude. They also don't listen to directions, if you have an allergy and ask for no pickles they will STILL give you pickles. As a doordasher I dread coming here as it takes long to get my order having to wait as they give me all the items they have missed. They also give u melted milkshakes with no straws.

As far as McDonald's goes it's usually pretty sub par. The food across the entire chain has improved but there is still way too much variability from place to place. This restaurant is almost always dirty, low on supplies- ketchup, forks, sodas, napkins, etc. They also have a tendency to mess things up frequently like burning hash browns. On the plus it has a nice modern interior.

Service was fine. However, the prices have gone up and the filling has gotten smaller. I remember when you got a fish sandwich it was a meal in itself. The fish actually overflowed on the bun. Now you have to pull apart the bun just to see if there is any fish. And yet the prices have gone up. Same thing with the chicken sandwich. Oh, I won't be going to McDonald's any time soon. They call that progress?

Hope you like to wait along time for wrong food. Want onions? Just order *no* onions and they'll make sure to put extra, they'll even slide some between the patties for you. Watch while 10+ cars leave the drive thru, while you wait "on fries".

Over the past 2 months this location has deteriorated drastically. The staff has become rude, one drive through worker told me to "deal with it" when my drink was the wrong size. Also the food quality has dropped, and my wife and i have noticed that lately the buns have smelled really bad, like a burning dryer vent or sometimes laundry detergent Tonight the double quarter i got was so soaked with grease the bun actually fell appart.

I don’t like to complain, but considering the cost of things nowadays, I’m disappointed with my visit to this location this evening. I ordered a 20-piece chicken nugget with sweet-and-sour sauce and two double cheeseburgers. For some reason, I sat at the drive-thru window for several minutes before receiving my order. When I got my food, I checked the bag—since it’s become pretty common for items to be missing—but everything seemed to be there. I felt the sauce packet at the bottom of the bag along with the sandwiches and the nuggets box and assumed all was correct. However, when I arrived at my destination and took everything out, I realized there were no napkins, and instead of sweet-and-sour sauce, I had been given tangy BBQ. It may seem small, but these repeated mistakes add up. After tonight, I don’t feel comfortable giving this store my hard-earned money anymore. For the record, I once worked at McDonald's, and I always made sure every customer received the correct items—along with salt, pepper, napkins, ketchup, and anything else they might need. They never had to ask; it was simply my way of putting the customer first.

First they bring me order out gives it the car in front of me. Then they bring me the car behind me their food. Always get your order wrong. Don't care if they do. Get an attitude if you tell them the order is wrong. They have one job and can't even do it right. This is probably the worse McDonald's I have ever been to.

Eatting at this McDonald's is like playing the lottery sometimes you get what you order and sometimes you don't. I have visited here several times but it's the only one near post. I find the best time is to go is doing lunch the food is always good and fresh during this time.

So my friends and I were at this McDonald's when one of the employees threw away our sandwiches. This occurred when some left to go use the bathroom and other stepped out for some smokes. When we told them about the mistake, they were rudely ignored us first and later told us, simply, "we thought you left." No apologies no remorse! They should hire the roaches on the floor, at least they wait after you eat.

Almost 40 bucks for a 4 burgers and 4 small fries and a small shake 🍟! No deals here folks! Never again. They don't have the price in front of you like most other McDonald's, and their pricing is different, make sure you double check before you order if you're unfamiliar with the area.

Mocking mean girls working, you can hear them repeating your request in a mocking tone in the background, clearly not meant to be heard but heard nonetheless. Don't care attitudes, serving all the cold food when asked cooked to order. Missing items and then being argumentative when asking for those items. Fail on every level.

I came through drive thru and brandy is the McDonald's employee who took my order was very rude and disrespectful. I will no longer be visiting this location as this has happen more then one occasion and have brought it to the managers before and seen they don't care about the business or there customer complaints

We go to this Mcdonalds multiple times a month and NOT ONCE have they ever gotten our order right. There’s always something missing or incorrect. And we wait over 15 mins and they STILL get it wrong and then when we have to walk in after waiting for so long, they ask us if we have our receipt as if their employee didn’t just hand us order. Obviously, receipt or not, youre not reading your screens correctly and why would I waste my time coming back in after waiting for so long if I was lying about you messing my order up or forgetting something. Come on. Ive worked fast food before, its not hard to follow the order on the screen.

They asked what do you want to drink and l said iced tea unsweetened. They gave me sweet tea and a Hi C. Incompetent. When l worked for McDonald's in 1986 and made $3.35 an hour l didn't make mistakes on such a simple order.

Ordered a #9 with no cheese, didn't bother looking because the attached ticket said in big bold letter NO American Cheese. Apparently the ability to read is not a requirement because my lactose intolerant child now has two burgers with cheese on them. This is not the first time either, get your S*** together McDonald's!!

Corporate needs to visit more often. They were here a couple weeks ago and the place was clean, staff was friendly and orders didn't take forever. But of course now everything's back to the way it was, rude staff, they are slow as can be and the place is dirty.

90 percent of the time the order is wrong. I cant count how many times ive had to go back or just didnt bother because the order was wrong. Ordered 3 large fries and I could fitt all 3 of them in one of the large fry container.

Went there at 1 for drive thru, they served the only person in front of us at 1:10am and we left at 1:19am. The employees were goofing around and taking their damn time! I called the manager at the drive thru (finally the girl served us our food) and I told him the situation, he; Josh, did not apologize, his response was "so what do you want me to do?" 😵 Really? Ugh! Anyway, I was responding when he interrupted and said "there's only 2 workers up there working drive thru, there's nothing I can do about this (beep)". That was it, he hung up and ignored my calls. I called again and some girl answered and claimed to be the manager until I asked for her name she gave it to the "manager" and he finally denied the previous call saying "I dropped the phone" I told him he will be hearing from me later in the morning. When I got home (1 mi. from McDonald) my fries were stale and my burger buns were hard on the sides and my sweet tea taste like its been sitting at the end of the container. This is ridiculous!!! A few months ago they gave me a sweet tea with a plastic in it, how did I not know I shouldn't trust this damn place!

Came to this McDonald's and noticed they were preparing food without gloves on. I notified the manager thinking she would fix the issue but instead she said they did not need to wear gloves because they practice hand washing. I informed her I am a certified ServSafe instructor and I witnessed no personal hygiene of any sort. I then asked if their facility was ServSafe compliant. She said yes and they pass all their inspections. So I kindly asked for a refund and left. Not sure how she processed the refund but I didn't get a full refund once it was all said and done either. I was about $2 short. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant if you value cleanliness and personal hygiene.

Went through the drive through and got my wife a combo. When i got home and opened the bag, the hashbrown had a bite taken out already. I called and told them what had happened and got a rude response. She said there's no way that happened pretty much calling me a liar. I wasnt even looking for a refund just trying to inform them. She then rudely hung up on me. Completely unprofessional employee, McDonald's would be better off without her.

Wanted breakfast but they switched to lunch while I was trying to figure out the self order machine. No one at counter. My hamburgers were thinner than the pickle. The pattys in the 70s were bigger and thicker than this. Dried leather. The floors were greasy and slippery. The a/c most have been out of order. They hide the salt and pepper so have ask for it. The ranch and barbecue should be chilled. Taste better that way. Mcdonalds should change name to mcbun because that's the only thing that will fill you up.

The white lady with the half colored hair is super rude with a very gross attitude. I assume she's manager because of her uniform compared to other employees. She shouldn't be working with people because her attitude rubs off real quick on people who are just simply enjoying their late drive. Also, I saw the way she acted towards her employees, it was disgusting. Clearly she hates this job. This McDonald's needs to get their staff in check. If I could, I'd rate this with no stars. 🙃

Normally this location isn't too bad but in the past month or so we always get our orders messed up. Tonight my burger was completely raw! I ordered through door dash, so I sent the complaint through that but, it seems to be going down hill lately.

This place used to be decent but over the last 6 months or so, the quality of food has taken a huge hit. Everything you get there is old, hard, and not even edible. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt bc everyone has a rough day every now and then but I’ve been disappointed so many times that I’m tired of calling to complain. Someone needs to actually start managing that place and get their crew back in shape. This place is ridiculous

Extremely slow service. Employees have some of the worst customer service. Most employees have a difficult time following request such as no onions. Employees act like they are better than the customer and are to good to work at a job designed for high school kids to learn about work and responsibility.

There was a long car line outside from the drive through, so we decided to go inside. There was nobody in front of us, only customers waiting to receive their orders to go and to dine in, so I thought "awesome I'm next!" I was wrong. 8 more sustomers came in after myself. Nobody came to the register to take meal orders so I put in my order through the self ordering big screen. Then about 18 minutes later we got our order, (or so we thought) My youngest daughter pointed out she was missing her nuggets. My son after, he ate his burger, he too notice he didn't have his nuggets. Now my oldest also tells me she's missing her other burger. To the counter I go, only to wait for about 7 minutes until I finally became acknowledged far away from the kitchen and wait another 6 more minutes. I explain my order was incomplete, she then tells me, "okay" turns around and leaves me waiting for 4 minutes. Comes back with the nuggets and says "they're still making the burger, she'll bring it to the table" 12 minutes go by and I see the girl leaving the stablishment. I walked to the counter, waited 5 minutes until someone looked my way and without acknowledging me turns around and keeps bagging fries. I left, my sandwich got cold, my fries got cold and my drink watered down. I spent more time at the counter waiting for the forgotten parts if my order and waiting to receive service than I did at the table with my kids.

2 burger meals, 1 chicken sandwich meal, 1 happy meal. They tried to give me an extra happy meal. I said it wan't mine and asked if everything else was in the bag (I hate searching through the bag). She reassured me three times that it was all there. I left, got home, and the chicken sandwich was nowhere to be found. Drive 15 minutes back, only to be ignored at the counter. They grab the 30 minute old sandwich, shove it in a bag with some fries, and shove it at me. No apology. They don't care about you, or the food. Avoid this location at all costs.

I had to send my sandwich back 3 times before they finally got it right my husband asked for no onions and his sandwich was filled with them. The cashier seemed more interested in all the guys that walked in instead of getting the orders right the manager seemed annoyed with me and never offered an apology

For eight months, we have been ordering from this location exclusively, and 90% of our orders have been incorrect or significantly delayed, especially breakfast orders. For example, orders placed at 10:00 AM often don't arrive until after 10:30 AM, and we are frequently told the order was not in on-time. This then necessitates contacting customer service for a refund. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!

If you want to constantly have long wait times, inaccurate orders, and sloppy poorly made sandwiches, this is the place for you. Doesn't matter the time of day, you can always count on a fresh serving of disappointment from this McDonalds. It's easily one of the worst McDonalds locations I've been to.

I thought this was a good McDonald's but recently when I ordered a hamburger with no buns, I received an unexpected disgusting surprise. There was a COOKED BEETLE on my meat!!! I don't get how it passed through so many hands undetected. It was in a clear container!!!! We called McDonald's to tell them what had happened and they told us to come in to get a refund. It was a mobile pick up so I didn't receive a receipt and they gave my husband a lot of the run around. She took back the food and refunded us. She also asked if we wanted them to remake the food, NO thank you! I will never be visiting this McDonald's again!!!

Everytime I go there they have deals advertised on sign and I order it and they tell me sorry that'd not going on anymore that's 3 times now today was filet of fish 2 of them for 6 bucks but no had to pay 9.78 plus tax I feel like this is false advertisement wish this would stop happening

I made my meal a large like usual, knowing that my kids are going to want some of my fries even though they get their own. I find it very aggravating to get home (10min) and see that my fries and beverage were most certainly not a large. It’s not about the food. It’s the fact that this isn’t the first time nor is it the fifth. It’s about the money folks. The money we all waste not getting what we paid for. If you’re going to continue to raise the prices on your consumers at least make sure the quality of the food and experience matches what they’re spending. Thanks for getting my burger (cheese and ketchup only) right this time though👍

Idk if its because they’re constantly going through employees or what but the place is a train wreck. Your easily waiting in the drive-through line for 20 minutes just to be asked to pull around where then you wait another 10 minutes for someone to bring out your order. Going inside isn’t any better….

I am sick and tired of this place They always take forever To get your food even when they’re slow! The employees are always dragging their feet Or pretending to do something to not help the customers. They are always backed up! At times my order can be as simple as one plain cheeseburger Five chicken nuggets And a hot and spicy And it will still take about 30 minutes for it to be ready! This has not happened once but every single time I have come here! I’ve seen people from DoorDash Sit and wait for 40 minutes on an order or the store says they have lost the order. It doesn’t matter whether you do takeout or dine in They all take forever!!

Went through drive thru around 330 am. They decided it was time to do a system reboot which is ok. That could’ve been done around 350-355 am. The employee tried to explain everything has to be written down and accounted for later. Which is fine and means that a manager can override or manually input prices. If a person has a deal from the app they should be honored. A simple order of buy one 6pc and get one for a dollar and a dollar large fry. People choose their jobs and customer service is a big part of that. Let’s make the customer happy.

Every time we order food here the order is never right, we are always missing something. We always have to pull ahead at the drive through because stuff isn’t finished and you would think that if we’re waiting the fries would be fresh but they always taste like cardboard and are cold.

Ordered a big breakfast with hotcakes, sausage and eggs. They only put 2 hotcakes in the tray and called it a day. Just 2 hotcakes for $7. The other part of my order was a steak egg and cheese bagel but they gave me bacon egg and cheese.

So incredibly slow and the food is always cold. It’s also a miracle if they get your order right. They’re at about a .500 average with my orders, which may be great in baseball, but not so much in fast-food.

Waited over 27 minutes to get order. If I didn't get complaining to the supervisor, it would have been even longer. There was over 17 people in the lobby waiting on there food as well. Don't do mobile as they only attend the drive Thur over the counter and mobile orders. Door dash people were waiting even long for sodas to get filled. Food was cold, area was dirty, trash was overflowing, the tables were dirty. They lied to other people on making it right. If and the other lady did not voice our concerns, they would have never moved the supervisor to the front to help. They only had one guy run the front with going outside to the overflowing spots to give food and then coming back in and touching other orders playing a find the ball in the bag game.

I bought crispy spicy chicken sandwich yesterday. It was terrible, one pickles and a very small amount of sauce, the chicken tasted awful and burnt. If you don't know how to make a food and give a good sandwich to the customer, please close the place. People pay to eat good sandwiches. it was awful. I will never buy from McDonald's again
