Es un Starbucks más , puedes ir y relajarte un ratito ahí si así lo deseas de repente hay gente que acapara las áreas o las reserva algo que yo no había notado en otros Starbucks.

El lugar bien pero se percibe que los baristas son nuevos y las bebidas no saben igual, el ambiente bueno

I like coming to this Starbucks because there are several tables with laptop outlets. The only downside is that it's very noisy for working or holding meetings. The staff are friendly.

It's obvious they're new. They mess with each other. They never add extra syrups, and the flavor is very weak. I do recommend trying their drinks before leaving. It's very clean, though, and they're very attentive.

I hope you can take a look at whether they calibrate the coffee maker properly. At this establishment, their coffees taste really watery, and I usually end up asking for more coffee. But, well, that doesn't happen to me at other Starbucks. I doubt it's me. I go to several different Starbucks, and to top it all off, they warn me that there's an extra charge for that, and that next time I should ask for an extra shot. But hey! It only happens to me here! It's really annoying that I can't freely ask for an upgrade to my drink; other establishments are happy to do it if it happens. Even though it's right next door to my house, I'm losing the joy of going there.

Check your drinks at the drive-thru. The cappuccino was missing about 1/3 of a venti-sized drink. For the price, it's a rip-off to get a third of the foam.

atienden de mala manera especialmente la chica morenita que se maquilla los ojos mal mal ahí deberían solo dejara gente que si sepa congeniar con el cliente

Pase a la sucursal de Calimaya por el drive ordene un te y me dieron un lattey no es la primera vez que entregon una orden mal por otro producto

Terrible experience on January 29th, around 3:30 PM. The food was fine, but the drinks at the drive-thru were awful. Two warm dark mochas—it was obvious they didn't have any espresso shots—were like lukewarm milk with a little chocolate. I asked for my receipt to check out, and they told me they couldn't give it to me. Truly disappointing.

Extremely slow service at the drive-thru, and even worse, they charged me for lactose-free milk, even though I ordered light. Always ask for a receipt to verify what you're being charged.

They are very distracted, they don't pay attention when taking the car drive order, and this has happened to me several times, if you ask for your coffee to be cut with milk, they don't put milk in it, you ask for one type of baguette and they give you another, today I asked for my frappuccino without whipped cream and they gave it to me with whipped cream 🤦🏻‍♀️

I had a more or less good review of this branch, but yesterday I went and asked for whipped cream, and this is the second time they haven't given it to me. The girl who helped me was super rude (I don't know, maybe I tried to understand that working is awful, sometimes you get a headache or something). But no, the girl had a super rude attitude, she even seemed unclassy to me, honestly. Because of things like that, I won't be visiting this branch again. And I don't recommend going because if you run into someone here in a bad mood, she'll make you have a bad time, and then the people in the parking lot will be even worse :(

They lack more friendliness when it comes to customer service. They don't have parking, and the area where you can park in front is abusively monopolized by the Walmart parking lot. The Walmart parking attendant comes to abusively remove cars (it's not his responsibility) and has no legal way to do so. Adding to this, the Walmart parking lot manager isn't aware of the failures of his own system, but rather of those who park in front of Starbucks. The Starbucks manager was present at the time of our complaint because the man doesn't have the right to remove cars! She never said that this man had the right or authority to remove cars from in front of Starbucks. (She very politely apologizes for what happened.) What this Walmart "security" company is doing is illegal. They even dare to say they are a representative of the Zero construction company. Strangely, he has two jobs at two different companies, according to the representative of the Bosque de las Fuentes residents (three jobs, according to him).
