A very pleasant place, clean and with great food. The staff was friendly and attentive to my needs. The prices are fair; for a 300 peso bill, my companion and I ate very well. I loved the red pozole. Since they opened a month ago, I've been back three times and I would do it again! Highly recommended.

A very pleasant place to eat. I ordered delicious noodle soup and a very satisfying chamorro, and the mango water was delicious. The service was very good, very friendly and attentive, and the prices were super reasonable. The complimentary dessert was delicious. I will definitely return.

Overcooked jerky, plus it tastes like days-old meat. Beans were cold. I asked for them to be heated and they came back lukewarm. Ketchup was spoiled and already tasted sour. They use bacon instead of bacon even though their menu says bacon. I think this will be my first and only visit. 😮‍💨

This is one of those places we give the benefit of the doubt time and time again, hoping the last bad experience was an isolated incident. BUT NO!!! Don Pancho's experience at the three locations we've visited is simply a very bad one. The servers are incompetent (the ones we've had), and they don't care about friendliness, service, timing, etc. The managers are inattentive even though they witness what's happening. One INCREDIBLE thing is how long it takes to serve you pozole, which is their specialty and should be delicious but mainly hot. I already wrote another review on another occasion where I pointed out that they don't serve hot food; they serve it lukewarm or almost cold. We have to return the dishes, and the servers make such offended faces that it's simply annoying. I don't recommend Don Pancho's because they work unethically, lack preparation, and lack the quality standards that diners expect throughout the experience. On the other hand, the taste is generally good. The presentation isn't bad. If you're hungry and you're happy with the service, it's a good option.

Es una lástima que teniendo un menú atractivo su servicio sea pésimo, no tenga el mínimo cuidado con los alimentos, los sirven fríos, con una pésima presentación. No pienso regresar a este lugar. Un consejo: No paguen por hacer corajes.

The WORST POZOLE I'VE EVER EATEN. The food was ice cold, bland, and the soup was sour :(. A total disappointment. This place is nothing like the Metepec branch. I absolutely do not recommend it. Don't waste your money.

Terrible experience!! My son was served green enchiladas with spoiled chicken. When we told the waitress to smell it, she said it was fine. I told her to taste it, and she didn't want to, but she tasted it and just said, "It tastes weird." Then she took the plate away to "check" it, came back, and said it was fine! It seemed like a joke. We told her how could she deny it when she herself had checked it? In the end, she had no choice but to admit it. But the worst part was when the manager came over, completely skeptical. She never apologized, showed no remorse, nothing. On the contrary, she made me feel like it was all in my head. She didn't offer anything. I had to tell her that we obviously wouldn't pay for that dish and that if my son got sick, they would have to face the consequences. We all make mistakes, but WE ACCEPT THEM! And we tried to make it up to them somehow, and a food service is totally obligated to do so…it should be noted that the waitress was always friendly and in the end she did apologize, the issue wasn't with her…unfortunately I can't upload the smell of that chicken, but we've all smelled chicken when it's rotting

Terrible food, very expensive, and the portions are extremely small. We ordered delivery since we couldn't go out to buy anything else. A 140-peso broth isn't even half a thermos of broth, and a quarter of a thermos of meat, cheese, and avocado. All for 140 pesos. There are better options, like El Merendero in Villas del Campo. (It's still sealed in the picture.)

Terrible food. The fried tacos had cold, almost frozen meat inside; the huaraches were awful, and they were served cold too; the drinks were pure sugar; the pozole was bland and stale, and the rice pudding was like baby food. Honestly, it's not worth it at all.

The food was horrible. We gave it two chances, breakfast and lunch, and it was equally horrible. Cold, greasy potatoes!! Cold, tasteless beans. Walmart bread for $35 pesos a piece. I attach evidence.
