The place is very nice, but I think their logistics are poor regarding property tax payments. First, you go to a window and they tell you how much you have to pay, then you go to another line and pay. Before, you went directly to the window and they told you the amount, and you paid.

This is the second time they've cut the line at 2:10, saying they'll only help two people because they don't have time, as they're leaving at 2:30 p.m. It's unacceptable that we're still living in a backlog. Unfortunately, this is the WORST location that could have been chosen to locate a CUSTOMER SERVICE office (not just for the workers, which is not the point of this comment). The site has extremely limited access if you don't have your own vehicle, since the public transportation that runs there essentially only runs from west to east along Av. Estado de México. This is because in that area, that avenue DOESN'T HAVE TWO-WAY TRAFFIC (the two-way traffic on that avenue starts a little east of where the offices are, and in the opposite direction - east to west - only ONE urban/suburban bus route runs, which doesn't help solve the connectivity problem). Therefore, the entire population that DOESN'T LIVE east of the site must make TWO TRIPS (pay TWO fares) to get there (and TWO to leave); that adds... ALMOST 50 ADDITIONAL PESOS (January 2023) to any paperwork that needs to be done there (and that's assuming there are no bureaucratic issues that force you to return once again). It seems that the 2019-2021 municipal administration simply decided, for unclear reasons$ (the "$" is intended), to resume an unfinished business that was on this site, to build those offices there (I'll leave it to the readers to imagine possible reasons for making such a BAD decision; the only thing I can mention is that it was "argued" that... yes you can imagine!, "it was built without putting the people into debt" ???!!!). Welcome to the NEW administrative complex of the Metepec government!

Unfortunately, they provide terrible care; they take too long. Seniors should be given priority, but they don't provide information, and if they ask for it, they don't say things with the kindness and respect we deserve.

Terrible service. The staff at the entrance don't know what services are offered there. They tell you they can't process your transaction there, even when they can. At the cashier area, there are no signs to show you where to go, they don't respect the order of service, and if you ask, they get angry and tell you to wait for someone to call you. It's a complete ordeal to get anything done. In the 20 minutes I was there, five people complained that they were being sent from one place to another and no one was helping them.
