We came on a lovely 70° day in January, got lushed up at a winery and stopped by here for lunch. The empanadas were very good, especially paired with the red pickled cabbage. We also had the parradillos and guacamole, those were good too. 🥑🌮🌶️

Incredible Mexican food in terms of authenticity, quality, taste and presentation for an amazing price! Restaurant ambiance was very pleasant. Servers were attentive and paid attention to details. I highly recommend the Camarones Fiesta (crispy bacon wrapped tiger prawns) yummy. They know how to make Quesadilla de Pollo, the tortilla is perfectly crisped, generous cheese and chicken filling and comes with delicious homemade guacamole. Just revisited July 3, 2020 (during COVID-19 pandemic) sat on the outside patio with full friendly service, thank you!

The restaurant wasn't busy. I was there on a Friday, no live music. This place looked so promising but it was an absolute let down. Our waitress was so nice and wonderful but our drinks and food were terrible. The blueberry lemonade was gross, Im sure it's the charbay vodka they used but it was disgusting. The restaurant was not very busy but somehow the kitchen was swamped, maybe they had online/to-go orders but the wait for our drinks and food was pretty ridiculous to put it bluntly. Our waitress kept apologizing for the wait but we were enjoying pur evening so we weren't letting the wait for fresh food be a bother. Until it finally arrived. My fish tacos were mostly cabbage on what felt like microwaved corn Tortillas. There were PIECES of fish in the tacos, it felt like they microwaved a fish filet and spread the pieces of the fish filet between three "tacos". I was so upset, after all that wait. After the bad drinks. ... I sent it back. The restaurant removed the item and offered to make me something else but due to the wait I did not want to wait any further. The waitress insisted on bringing me a dessert. A very small slice of cheesecake covered in whipcream. There are so many restaurants.. And so many other mexican food options. You should enjoy your meal.

Been eating here about 30 years, when in town. Fun atmosphere, good prices and food. Drinks seem a bit steep, but, I don't drink out often. Have 2 roomd, reg. dining area, and the bar and dining area, which is more boisterous. I look forward to eating there, and happy that they're still there, along with a few other places, after all these years!

We are in Calistoga this week so we visited this restaurant. We sat in the bar during happy hour but ate our full meal there. Had the crispy chicken tacos, my husband had beef. Delicious! Warm chips and salsa and our happy hour margaritas were very good! Our wait person Arturo was attentive and very friendly. We will come back another time before we leave town!

Went there on a Saturday afternoon after a trip to the nearby vineyard. Ordered the chicken flautas and the vegetarian burritos. Good food but could have been better! Great service.

Large portions, outdoor dining and friendly service make this a solid choice for Calistoga. We had chile rellanos, tamales, fajitas, and margaritas. All tasty.

It’s unfortunate that Calistoga restaurants are more focused on the tourist than the locals but at least at Pacifico’s they seem to be able to do both. The restaurant is nice and the service was excellent. The food was delicious but a little pricey for Mexican food but it was expected considering where we were. I highly recommend the Fajitas.

A group of us went on a ride to Calistoga for lunch, 15 of us to be exact. All the parking we needed right in front so it worked out perfectly. We were seated and taken care of in a quick manner. I ordered the fish tacos. They were very good. Not the best I've had (see my OYO Fish Co.) But nonetheless, they were good. The chips and salsa were very good. The chips were nice and warm, and for some reason, the basket of chips seemed to disappear not long after being put in front of us. HEATHEN'S I TELL YOU! 🤣 This is a place I would come back to. Maybe next time I'll bring my wife here on a date. Enjoy!

Lovely venue with delicious food and friendly staff. About $20 per plate. I had vegan nachos, my neice had a garlic shrimp plate that had a ton of delicious and well prepared veggies. We'll definitely be back.

Pacifico Restaurante Mexicano definitely delivers when it comes to portion size. The servings are gigantic and could easily be shared, so if you’re looking for quantity, this place won’t disappoint. Unfortunately, the prices are just as large. For the cost, I was expecting a noticeably higher level of food quality, and that’s where the experience fell short for me. While the food was fine, it didn’t feel elevated enough to justify the price point, especially when compared to other Mexican restaurants offering similar dishes with more flavor and care at a lower cost. If big portions are your top priority and price isn’t a concern, Pacifico might fit the bill. But for me, the balance between quality and cost just didn’t quite land.
