I even had some interaction with the manager Howard who was a very nice fellow. I went on a Sunday at around 6pm. Walked in at 10:40 pm Last calls at 11:30 based on what I was told over the phone, the manager saw me standing there. It took her 15 minutes to come. Tell me that they were not serving food anymore and that it was going to be a 30 minute wait to sit at the bar for drinks very rude and unprofessional and this is the last time I come here. I hope upper management gets to see this. (The manager was an African-American lady heavyset)

It is the third time I visit the place since the first two times I had excellent service and a delicious dinner, I recommended my friends and family to go there, unfortunately today we had a terrible experience, the waitress SIVAN had an uncomfortable attitude of attending us,she asked us which drinks to start, we told her to give us a time since ,we were just looking at the menu, when he left he didn't come back anymore and we had to raise our hand so that he could take the order ,At the time she handed us the order, you could see that the food was burnt and I told the waitress and without apologizing or anything, she just said ok for a moment, leaving the food on the table, she went to the kitchen, returned and took the dishes and when she returned she just left them and left, without asking us if we wanted to add something else, we had to call her repeatedly since she never approached our table to ask if everything was correct with the order or if we wanted something more as the other waitresses did the previous times we visited the restaurant At the time we were already finishing our dinner a cockroach began to walk on our table and made us scream telling the waitress to change the table because there was an insect on the table, we showed her the photo and she just said ok and she withdrew, we had to leave the table on our own since she did not approach or say anything she only attended to the other tables, making us feel uncomfortable and discriminated against since her discomfort of attending us was too noticeable and she did not understand what we told her when we showed her even with images .The truth is that both the ribs and the waitress' attention were very poor, I'm disappointed but I'm not going to go back to the place that had already become one of my favorites.

1st visit the bartender kept asking can I reuse your ice. Wth ive never heard of a bar asking can we use the same ice umm how about a frsh cup with a fresh drink. 2nd try Horrible customer service. Waited to be seated and it was empty inside. Waited 10 minutes for the host to come to the table, she didn't even offer water. Put in an order for a drink, and food, no bartender on duty. This is my second and last time going to this place. And unfortunately this is the only one in the SFV

Service was really slow. No one was in there just one other couple. We were a table of 5 people and one baby. So 6 together. The food was cold to the touch. Told the are server didn’t do any thing about it. We put a 20$ bill on the table. She comes running up and takes it with out asking if it was a tip or would we like to have change. We put it there for her but she didn’t even wait for us to finish paying or even eating it was really rude!!!!

Came here on a Sunday night before 7 to get dinner with my wife. We sat at the bar to get immediate seating and ordered right away. It was steady but nowhere near busy as there were multiple empty tables but we were told it was a 29 minute wait for a table. So my wife gets her food and has time to eat it and get 2 drinks but my entree never arrives. We ask about it and the bar person who took our order says there was some mix up and she’d look into it. We had already been waiting 30+ minutes at this point. When she comes back empty handed 10 minutes later we told her we weren’t willing to wait any longer and to just charge us for what we were served. She sent the manager over who apologized and offered us to get the order to go - as if it’s acceptable to wait 40 minutes and then pay full price for something that I wouldn’t be eating fresh. I politely declined this laughable option. The bartender came back and let us know the manager “went ahead” and removed the entree from the bill as if some favor was done. At least my wife got to eat hers. In the end, it was a customer service FAIL by the bartender and the manager. It’s been a while since I worked in the service industry but I know enough to know that I would’ve done something to make up for this bad service. A half hearted apology isn’t enough. I guess next time we will just go with a longer wait at a place where we know we will be served what we ordered. Thanks for nothing, literally

My experience at Applebee’s. Don’t recommend this place. Service sucks Waited a long time for my drinks There was only two tables with customers and waited for about 15 minutes for my drinks to get to the table. After ordering my appetizer arrives, we finish it. My food gets to the table and nobody picked up my appetizer plates didn’t get a refill on my drink. The waitress never came to my table to check up on us had to ask the hostess for a refill on my drink. The waitress never brought my food. The only time I saw the waitress was when I ordered the food and they still want a tip on the on top of that to being a slow morning not being able to take care of their customers correctly. That’s the reason I will not recommend this place. And to top it all off, the food had no flavor. The bread on my hamburger broke off. I had I had to eat my hamburger with the fork as the bread crumbling the meat of my hamburger had no flavor. It didn’t even taste like meat. My fries had no flavor also no salt no seasoning nothing no wonder it’s going out of business if your service continues like that you guys won’t need to make it past this Year rather spend my money in Chili’s, good food, and good service
