Yummy food! My husband had the chicken and waffles. It was so original and delish. We're going back to keep trying the interesting menu. Great service and good coffee ☕.
Delicious home cooked food prepared conveniently to go. Got the chicken and waffles with grilled chicken and it was just the perfect amount of guilty splurge, amazing flavors and fresh ingredients. My boyfriend had the omelet and the portion was perfect. Even our small dog meal looked amazing to my human eyes! We will be back.
First time here and will definitely be back again. Plenty of parking in the parking lot located near trader Joe's. Not a huge place but it does have outdoor seating for those who enjoy eating al fresco. My daughters shared the French toast sticks, I had the breakfast burrito with carne asada and my wife had the tres leches pancakes. Service was really great too. Friendly staff all around.
Very pleasant experience... There's a good balance of things. Workers are friendly without being intrusive, service was quick but not rushed, it wasn't crowded but wasn't empty Food was good - simple with quality ingredients.
Second time here, absolutely delicious. Just had the scorpio bowl (highly recommend) and was allowed to switch the cheese for mushrooms due to my dairy allergy, and they didn't skimp on the substitution. The plateing was beautiful for both dishes we order. My boyfriend got the fried chicken and waffles and not only was the breaded on the chicken light and airy, but the honey drizzle was a welcome change to a classic. 10 out of 10 would go again
Braxton's always delivers with great food and a pleasant atmosphere. Being a popular spot sometimes a line forms, however the staff are not only very friendly, but provide quick and accurate service in the lobby and on the patio. Speaking of the patio, it's dog friendly! Begging is discouraged but every once in a while a particularly nosey pooch may wander to the end of their leash to say hello. I'm not bothered by this in the slightest but those allergic or less pooch friendly may want to opt for the lobby. The classic breakfast is my go to with a coffee, it's a great deal! But I also love their unique take on chicken and waffles, and their club sandwiches are great at lunch time. Ronnie and Jonathan are consistent customer service stand outs at a spot that feels like it belongs on a corner in a hip Los Angeles neighborhood without hip Los Angeles prices.
My boyfriend and I have just fallen in love with this place. We've talked about going here for a while, but always end up going back to our usual breakfast/lunch spots. Decided to go from a recommendation from a friend, ordered to-go in person and it was ready within 15 minutes. Absolutely wonderful and friendly staff as well! I personally love how pet and eco friendly they are. Braxton's is now going to be our go-to morning date spot, and we can't wait to go back to eat in person and make some new pup friends!
One of my favorites. There food is great, I love the scorpion bowl, it's just the right amount of heat to start your day. Their coffee is delicious and great with everything on the menu. Highly recommend going if you're in Camarillo.
I love this restaurant so much! They are always busy for a reason the food service everything is perfect! The entire staff of guys are great but Ronnie & Chris truly go above & beyond they make me feel appreciated and at home! The menu is perfect prices are fair food is great! I’m so thankful I found my favorite restaurant for breakfast in Ventura county! Hands down a excellent experience! Thanks guys for all your hard work! 🤍🤍🤍🤍
Driving home from Santa Barbara and stopped by to have breakfast. Wife had the Avacado toast and I had the Bacon and Eggs with pancakes. Food was delicious and the service was excellent. Highly recommend this place.
Braxton's is the kind of place you go when you want to relax, talk to friends and enjoy good food. The place is friendly and let's us bring our pets. The owner is a leader who is nice and hospitable. This welcoming attitude trickles down to his staff who are helpful, pleasant and remember our names. Highly recommended!
Great place and great food. I had the French toast and coffee. This place isn't trying to be something that it isn't - just a nice place to get breakfast or lunch. I will be back with the family!
Breakfast was delicious. Friendly staff, dogs friendly. Quite and clean.
We just happened to stop in on our way up to Santa Ynez. The food was really good. I had a cobb salad, my daughter had pancakes and my husband had one of their bowls. We didn't have our dogs but they're also dog friendly.
OMG!!! I don’t normally broadcast this but I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease (which means no gluten for me) and hadn’t had waffles in almost 4yrs because of it! This place went above and beyond with their services! These gluten-free waffles were to die for! Kuddos to great customer service as well! #GlutenFree
What a great spot to stop for lunch on the way to Santa Barbara! Friendly service, delicious food, and they serve breakfast and lunch all day. I recommend the California Omelet.
One of the best breakfasts I’ve had in a long time! This was our first time here and I would definitely return when in town. I had the bluebell burger…seriously so good! I got it how it comes with the sausage patties, bacon, hash browns, and fried egg on brioche bun. You won’t regret it!
Love the food and service. It's a nice place to eat with friendly staff. The seating is tight seating but the food is worth the crowded seating if you go during a busy time. I wish the bakery items used natural food dyes so I could buy the cookies and treats for my kids and family. The artificial dyes can have bad side effects, especially on kids, some are even banned in other countries because of the know problems they can cause. So untell they change their dyes we won't be able to enjoy any of their treats on the way out. Which is sad, the iced cookies look so delicious.
Never had a bad meal here. My favorites are the chicken and waffles, the breakfast burritos, and the avocado toast. Swing by on the weekends to try their lemon poppyseed pancakes. They provide a well balanced menu with healthy options and comfort food. They also have great coffee. In addition to the food being excellent the staff is also fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. Dog friendly location with menu items for dogs.
My first time going. Had the Scorpion breakfast bowl and a fee mimosas. The good came out fast, staff were very friendly to me and helpful. The prices were not steep and it was all worth it. A spot to enjoy a meal any time of day. I'd definitely return!!
My wife and I just tried Braxton's kitchen for the first time for a late breakfast and it was great. She had the french toast, which was wonderfully eggy and very light. I had the waffles, which were wonderful, with light powdered sugar and plenty of syrup on the side. 5 stars out of 5
Food was great. Different, but really good. The smoothies are the bomb🔥. Some days I stop in just for the smoothies.
Their food is freshly made-to-order the way you like it. Most breakfast entrees comes with sliced seasonal fruits. Their dishes are well-plated, nicely presented, which adds value to the meal and enhances the experience. They have gluten-free and vegan selections. They don't use disposable utensils, except for take-outs, of course and they use environmentally friendly paper straws. They offer fruit-infused drinking water on Mason jars, which is kinda nice. The place is dog-friendly and with water bowls available at the patio area. The place has maximum capacity of 41 people inside the restaurant plus ten 4-seater tables at the patio. And the manager, Ronnie, and the staff is attentive and friendly. The place has a single unisex restroom. Ample free, open-space parking shared with the other tenants of the plaza.
Was in town for a quick work visit and found this gem. What a nice place to stop for lunch. Btw breakfast served all day too. I had the tater tot poutine and it was amazing. Others with me had the chicken sandwich and the club. All to rave reviews. Wait staff was friendly and attentive. All in all a great spot.
Braxton's is the perfect spot for breakfast and lunch! You can definitely tell they use fresh ingredients as everything looked great and tasted even better. The staff was super friendly and the outside area was perfect for our group. The remodel looks amazing and feels super comfortable and clean to eat at. I had the multigrain pancakes and fresh fruit which was perfect. My better half had the breakfast bowl and we will definitely be coming back for more!
What a lovely breakfast/lunch spot. I ordered the vegan soyrizo breakfast burrito and an iced coffee while my companions got the classic breakfast, the power bowl, and the avocado toast. Everything was fantastic and the service was nice. Plenty of vegan/vegetarian options. I shall be back!
I've driven by Braxton's many times. I finally went in today for breakfast actually brunch. I left feeling like I had decided to treat myself. The word treat comes to mind. The presentation of the food was phenomenal. The taste of the food was out of this world. I guess we do things when it's time. It must have been time for me to experience Braxton's because, it was an experience. They've got a lifelong customer that's for sure as long as they're there I'll be coming in. Very very pleased!
This place is very good. I love how it has dog/puppy pictures all over. It's very pretty and amazing. Environmentally friendly. To sum it up, it's perfect. As for the food and drinks, my favorite drink it the squeezed strawberry lemonade. This drink is one of the best drinks I've ever had. The food I got, was the vegan avocado toast. Absolutely unbelievable. It's was the best thing I've ever had. It was PERFECT! I am definitely coming here way more often. I love it!! Best Food In My Life!
Just had lunch here. Surprisingly very good. Nice people and excellent food. Got me the Ribeye sandwich, and i actually got a ribeye sandwich. Not some steak most places use. It was juicy, tender, and very tasty. It was sooo good, i was tempted to lick my plate clean. Definitely recommend if you're looking to have a nice lunch/brunch. They are also one of a few pet friendly place to eat.
A nice little spot to enjoy a meal with my furry friend. The menu is diverse and has something for vegans and omnivores, savory ir sweet. Price range is great especially for the amount of food you get. Love that they support rescue animals and make their dog guests feel at home with treats while they wait. I had a soyrizo burrito and was more than pleased. Their fresh oj is delicious as well. He had the bluebell burger I believe and enjoyed every last bit. A wonderful experience.
super cute!! in town for a wedding and we found this cute little spot for brunch & mimosas. food is yummy and staff is great! 10/10 recommend
How did I not catch this joint the entire time being in the same locale for more than a year? This place rocks. Pictured here is a Bluebell's Breakfast Burger - half pound ground beef option topped with fried egg, hash browns, wood smoked bacon, cheese, alioli, and mixed greens on the side. And get this... Totally canine friendly with a special menu item jist for them. Sold. Will be back. ♥️
This spot is a great place for food and vibes. Love the chilaquiles and steak sandwich!
The honey drizzle was a pleasant surprise in BK's Roxy's Chicken & Waffles that frankly works great as I could savor all the flavors from first to last bite because they don't go the traditional route of drowning the ingredients in maple syrup. My first visit and will definitely return!
Excellent chicken pesto sandwich, chicken club sandwich, Cobb salad & Belgian waffle. All delicious. Not fancy. Clean. Good service with a friendly smile. Definitely recommend!
Eat here! I've only been here for breakfast twice but love this new addition to Camarillo. Great coffee and great bacon (the two things I always check at a breakfast place because they're the difference makers). The service is friendly and thoughtful. The food is excellent and also presented very well. Definitely a step above your ordinary breakfast joint. Highly recommended!
Morning wrap was scrumptious; full of eggs, chicken sausages, spinach, tomato, feta cheese, and possibly other ingredients I''m forgeting to mention. The best part is they are dog friendly! So not only did we enjoy delicious food, we also enjoyed brunch with Lola our Pom. Friendly cashier too.
Great food, servers were very friendly and on top of things, good quality food and fresh ingredients.
Atmosphere/Service: The atmosphere and setting was very homey. It was my first time going there, and it felt like everyone knew one another. The waitress and waiter had a very positive attitude towards the customers. They were friendly and had conversations with everyone who walked through their doors. They had both indoor and outdoor seating. It is a dog-friendly restaurant. They even have a dog menu. I personally haven’t seen that at a restaurant. Food: The food was absolutely delicious. They had plenty to choose from. I got the “Roxy’s” Chicken & Waffles: it came with fried chicken tenderloins, served on top of a buttermilk waffle, with honey, bacon, and one sunny side egg. The chicken was so flavorful. It was well season and cooked right. It was crunchy and flaky. It wasn't oily either. That was a huge plus. I also had a bite of the Huevos Rancheros: it came with two fried eggs, two corn tortillas, mashed black beans, pepper jack cheese, grill jalapeño and your choice of salsa served with breakfast potatoes and we added the Carne Asada for five dollars. I also tasted the Avocado Toast: it was serve with guacamole spread sprinkled with red flakes, extra olive oil, cherry tomatoes, arcadian mix, and balsamic glazed drizzle. It was so delicious 🤤. We got a side of onion rings they were so good and crispy. Also the pancakes it was thin it looked like a crepe. It was cute came with a paw print. The cappuccino was tasty. The organic strawberries lemonade was delicious and refreshing. The latte was also delicious. Overall: I’d go back if I was in the area again. I recommend it if you are a dog lover and want to find a place to eat with your furry friend. Also they do close early Monday - Friday they are open from 8am till 2:30pm. And Saturday and Sunday from 8am till 3:00pm
Where my dawgs at? Definitely at Braxtons, which is the perfect spot in my home town to enjoy a lunch with my friend 🦮🫶 This restaurant is so dawg friendly it has a menu for the dawgs. The servers were excellent and had fun with the dawgs as well, especially when bringing out the split small dawg menu entrée for the best girls in the world. The service was a highlight of the meal and the outdoor patio traffic was understanding and welcoming towards the dawgs. The menu had the classics and the chicken pesto sandwich was amazing. The guava mimosa was refreshing, and my friend’s matcha tea was good too. I would definitely be back with my dawgs 🐾
Wonderful lunch date with my wife. Onion rings were absolute perfection. Chicken salad on sour dough was very solid as well. Service and atmosphere was excellent.
If you like having breakfast or lunch with your best paw-friend, this is your spot. Very pet friendly, huge patio seating area. Must try Chicken & Waffles!! I love Katherine's energy and positive vibes. Thank you Braxton's Kitchen Team!!!
We really enjoyed the food, and everyone went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. A cute concept with a friendly approach to both dogs and customers. You can clearly see the personal touch and the effort toward innovation and modern cuisine, which we really liked. We had the California omelette and a customized veggie burrito. We finished with some great frozen smoothie. Everything was fresh and made with care. Thank you!
We enjoy eating here every time. Everyone on the staff is so friendly and accommodating. We've tried several things on the menu, all were excellent. My go to is the breakfast club sandwich! Love that they are kid friendly, dog friendly, and have lots of outdoor seating. My husband just tried the new breakfast burger on their menu and says that is probably one of the most unhealthy but best things he's ever eaten. He also says the fries are some of the best he's ever eaten.
Absolutely amazing breakfast place! I had the scorpion breakfast bowl and also tried the chicken breakfast biscuit! Holy cow! This place is a must try. I’ve been going back regularly since my first visit. They have a keto bowl that was delicious as well. You can bring your dog and they even have a meal for dogs too! Do not miss out. Great service, everyone is super friendly and lots of outdoor seating!
This place is top notch! I had the Chicken & Waffles last week and the Chilaquiles today. Absolutely fantastic. I've eaten around a lot of the local spots in Camarillo and the food here might be some of the best for breakfast in town. The service is excellent and our waiter took care of us. I will definitely be dropping by again next week.
Delightful little restaurant with lots of breakfast and lunch choices. Patio was clean and pet friendly with a dog water bowl. I was really happy with the taste of my cubano as well as the chicken and waffles. In my opinion, the prices are a tad higher than I'd expect being it's counter service but the quality of food was definitely there.
Braxton's is a great place to try something new, and delicious. My family and I enjoyed their rendition of chicken and waffles. You can also bring your dog to enjoy a delicious meal as well. The atmosphere is family and friend oriented and the service is top notch. I will definitely be visiting again to try a different menu option.
Great breakfast spot! Good food and good portion for the price! Per friendly mom and pop style cafe with friendly staff!
Got some lunch and it was great. The soy chorizo tastes nearly identical to real chorizo. Tuna melt had a great seasoning flavor to it and was complimented by tomatoes. The salad that came with both dishes had a wonderful dressing with it. Service was great and was very nice.
Great food, it’s clean, in other words they use quality ingredients. I’d recommend it.
First time trying this place and I have to say the food was delicious. The Classic breakfast with pancakes, eggs, and bacon tasted fantastic!! The Cobb salad was very good. Service was excellent & friendly. Despite Covid we were able to eat outside. My family of six ate well, prices were reasonable, and portions were just right.

The breakfast burrito here is huge (I took half home) and the ingredients are carefully layered to give you some of each in every bite (I should have taken a picture). Request some of their jalapeno crema, so tasty. My girl friend loved her Camarillo omelette. Service, even on the patio, couldn't be better.
Five stars for Braxton's Kitchen! The food is absolutely delicious and the service is top-notch. The staff is so welcoming and friendly—they really make you feel at home. Overall, these guys are just awesome. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great vibe and amazing food!

I had the pancakes with bananas and blueberries. They were okay. Nothing special. There were only 4 slices of banana, so they were more decorative than anything. More would've improved the flavor of the dish. The service was fast and friendly, though. Cute place. I'd try it again.
So glad I was washing my vehicle across the street and found this great little diner. Everyone was friendly & accommodating. I tried the breakfast burrito and I am stuffed. Not many vegetarian items but there are a few. Definitely going to come back to try something else. Thanks guys!
I'll admit, I was a little surprised that they no longer serve mimosas but it's no one's fault but my own for not checking before I got there. Other than that, our server and food were great!
Delicious food and big portions for the price. I love how dog friendly it is too. I ate here in July 2022 and unfortunately don't remember a lot of specifics. I remember the brunch food was pricey but very good, I think I ate something with pork belly in it, the patio was nice, the beverage options were good, and the restaurant had a menu for dogs!
new management & now it’s okay. it used to be one of my faves for breakfast. now the food is okay. staff is nice.
We went here with our elderly folks Easter Sunday. Busy, understandable but the host told us twenty to twenty five, was more like thirty five to forty. Nevertheless, I enjoyed my Seasoned Spicy Chicken Sandwich (I'd like to try something else next time), my SO considered his Peach Pancake to be a bit more like a pie than a pancake. Both my granparents liked their food. My SO loved his Cold Brew.

Quaint atmosphere. Not the perfect chef on eggs. Or doneness of pancake. Flavor nice tho. Service perfect. Very cute dog themed soundings. Even has a section for ordering for your dog on the menu.

I went to Braxton's for fried chicken and waffles which turned out to be fried chicken strips and mini waffles. Not even close to the real chicken and waffles. The coffee is so strong it could walk to you. The only positive was that the person who waited on me was really pleasant.
I really wanted to love this place, but I will probably have to give it another shot. Love dogs and love what they’re trying to do here. Nothing disastrous happened - maybe I just happened to come on a training day or something - but… here’s my experience: We waited well over 30 minutes to be seated (party of 2, no location preference, first available). That would ordinarily be fine by me, but 15 of those minutes were spent standing in the parking lot looking at at least half a dozen open tables - some inside and some outside. No other large parties were waiting with us. Fewer parties than the amount of tables/seats open were waiting. In other words, 4 parties waiting. 6 or so tables open. All other tables had been served as far as I could tell so I don’t think the kitchen was catching up. All I know is we were waiting… I just don’t know why. We were then asked to confirm our party’s name (thinking we would be seated) and then we waited another 5-10 minutes looking at the open tables. *potential idea: Waypoint Cafe hands out little cups of coffee for everyone waiting in their VERY long breakfast lines to help ease their guests through the wait. It keeps people very happy. Maybe implement this customer service tactic here?* Once we were seated, our waitress was peppy, friendly, and informative. This place seems to be doing a good job of giving young locals the opportunity to gain experience and income. Awesome. She let us know a few things were not available on the menu. Again - usually fine by me - but the thing we tried to order (Carne Asada Tots) also ended up not being available after we ordered. No big deal. We revised our order, but my concern is that this happened 3-ish hours before close. I think the kitchen needs to be better-stocked. Overall, platings were very pretty, food was pretty good, nobody was rude, things were clean. There’s just some logistical stuff that needs improvement.
My wife and I visit braxtons every other weekend or so for breakfast. My review is based on those experiences. Customer service is good, of course, There are some employees who have better customer service than others. The only "opportunity " i see with braxton is their food. In my opinion it is very bland, no flavor. Almost as if they are playing safe, I've had multiple dishes of theirs from their breakfast burritos to their chicken and waffles and they are all just missing flavor. Which is huge for a breakfast place. Their potatoes were the biggest let down, I love breakfast potatoes, and there is absolutely no flavor in theirs.
Was there a few days ago for the 1st time. Had 2 eggs, 2 sausage, 2 pancakes and coffee. The place was busy. The service was fine. Right there in the Carmen plaza. Small inside I thought I heard him say, only 25. Outside seating but it was very cold, no heater. I thought it was pricey at $16.00. I'd rather go to Dennys or Dorothy's
I had Braxton's this morning and it was very different than what I've eaten. Before they closed and reopened, their food was so delicious! Now, they don't have certain items on their menu and the food is made differently. I ordered their chicken and waffles (that I would always ordered before) and today it was served on one whole entire waffle, one large chicken patty, egg, and bacon? It used to have 2 small individual waffles topped with 2 crispy chicken breasts, an over easy egg, and came with gravy/maple syrup. It wasn't the same .. or what I expected. Did they change ownership?? This is not the same Braxton's as before.
The food was good although their menu is limited... It was all good until we were done... After I bearly finished, someone came for the plates, even my mom was taking the last bite... A couple seconds later, the server came asking "would you like your check?"... I was like "sure" but It felt like "are you done? Well it's time to go" I hope that behavior wasn't because I'm latino and I talked with accent since nobody would like to experience that type of behavior in any restaurant...
Food is ok, drinks were warm and not hot even when asked for extra hot in cold weather and service felt rushed. Would not recommend if you don't like your breakfast/ brunch rushed. Expensive for such an experience
Breakfast spot. Ordered huevos rancheros. Not a fan of the side arugula salad dressing- a bit too strong on the citrus on top of the natural The sauce is yummy and so are the beans. Nothing too special about the flavor or presentation of the dish other than it’s Huevos how it supposed to look. Service was good. This is a spot where you can bring your dog. Many breakfast choices

I hate leaving bad reviews and am hoping we hit this place on an off day for them. We visited Aug 21 and waited half an hour for our food. Half of our order sat on the counter for 10 minutes so was cold when it did get to the table. The waiter was busy chatting with other tables and didn't take notice until we flagged him down to complain. On top of the wait for the food, and half of the orders being stone cold, the hygiene of the place was not ok during this time of covid. Non of the staff were wearing masks, the food was arriving from the kitchen on a counter that was face level with the servers who were standing there talking over the food (without a mask o-: ), tables were not wiped with disinfectant between customers (just a wet bar rag), the condiments (ketchup etc.) on the tables had not been wiped (yuck), and the wait staff were bussing tables by holding glasses with their fingers inside the glasses, in contact with the edges people had been drinking from, and then taking food from the counter directly to peoples tables holding the edges of the plates in contact with eating surfaces and lastly, there was not a bottle of hand sanitizer anywhere. Am hoping our experience was not the norm, but if anyone else has had similar take note and find a new haunt.
I ordered the chicken and waffles and a decaf coffee. The breading on the chicken was burnt and the chicken itself was very dry. Over fried & over cooked. The creamer for the coffee was expired. I took one sip and told the server who said “oh okay thank you for letting me know”. I was still charged the $4 for the coffee. Overpriced for poor quality food.
DO NOT BELIEVE THE REVIEWS!! Read this first! My wife and I thought we would try the "new" place so we went to Braxton's for breakfast. As we walked in, no one greeted us, no one at the register, so we went to sit at the counter where there were four available seats. A lady said, "you need to order BEFORE you sit at a table." She was NOT welcoming at all! She could have said, "Welcome! (with a smile) Is this your first time here? We'll take your order, and then have you take a seat when a table becomes available." After placing our order the lady didn't say anything... she flipped the iPad over, asked me to sign and walked away. She didn't say "Thank You!"... It took 20-25 minutes for the food to arrive. The eggs were under cooked on both orders. While we were eating, another couple got frustrated and walked out. Would not recommend.
Food was better a few years ago. Food isn't the same, quality isn't the same. Pretty disappointed.
The fried chicken was very dry and flavorless. I got it with the spicy chicken sandwich and the chicken and waffles. It tasted burnt and did not have much seasoning. I will not get food from here again. I would not recommended this place to anyone who likes fried chicken.
Called in to see what gluten free options they had and the person who answered said there was nothing that was gluten free. I asked her to double check if bowls were gluten free and she double checked then came back and said yes the bowls are gluten free. I thanked her for checking then she hung up on me before I could order or anything? Super confused. She was very short with me on the phone and seemed frustrated that I asked her to double check so I will not be eating there or spending my money there if they are giving me that much of a hard time to figure out what I can eat. Very disappointed.
If they had less than 1 star for Braxton’s Kitchen I would have rated them lower, The restaurant was cold, the waitress acted like she didn’t want to be there! We were there for breakfast & this was the worst breakfast we have ever had in our 64 year’s of being married! The coffee was cold, the pancakes were cold, the sausage was not fully cooked & had an awful taste, the biscuit, which didn’t look like a biscuit was more like a hamburger bun than a biscuit, the gravy tasted so bad that I couldn’t eat it, the bacon wasn’t fully cooked (which I ordered well done) our granddaughter had the breakfast burrito & she said it was just OK. Very poor service (even tho I have to admit there was only One waitress working!) We paid $69.84 for 3 terrible breakfasts!!!! What a waste of money. Our Granddaughter looked Braxton’s Kitchen up on line & read about the company & was happy that a portion of their profits goes to animal rescue, but it doesn’t make up for poor service & inferior food! They will have no repeat business, especially from us!!
Extremely mediocre. I'm pretty sure most of the food comes from a can or frozen from Costco. Gave this place 2 chances, disappointed both times. The IHOP is has better waffles, Popeyes &KFC has better chicken, and the Mexican place behind CVS has better huevos rancheros and breakfast items overall.
So we are camarillo locals and love the food at braxtons. When family visit we bring them here. We haven't had any problems when we eat at braxtons, it's when we order for delivery items are constantly missing. It's 3 times now I've ordered the large dog food and I am charged but it is not included in my order. That's $30 worth of dog food now we never received. I've called they say they will put it back on my card I just have to wait a few days and it never happens. I would not reccomend ordering fir delivery. They just do not follow through and it's beyond frustrating. I'm pregnant and I'll and I do not have the time to be driving over to pick things up when I have paid for delivery.
Braxtons recently reopened and I am unsure if it is under new ownership, but prices are up and service is down. Ordered food in a half full restaurant. After 30 minutes, 2 items came out that were sitting under a heatlamp and 1 hour in we canceled the remaining 2 orders. Food was meh. There was no apology, but the restaurant did take the remaining items off the check, and handed us one item that came out after cancelling. Overall won’t be back. I’ll miss what braxtons use to be. It is way too expensive and the food (that we got) was mediocre and there was no meaningful explanation or apology given for the delay.
