I really appreciate Carmen she always makes my coffee perfectly and consistently maintains a positive personality.

Great staff. Always helpful. Large enough inside to enjoy sitting down to relax. My little son loves coming here. One of the baristas looks exactly like the actress Jessica Chastain.

I go to this starbucks all the time. Within my first three visits the staff had my name and order memorized. Extremely quick with order completion. I've been to a lot of starbucks. If you live in this area, make this one your "home base" you wont regret it.

Most times quick in and out to pick up a mobile order - sometimes under staffed so takes a little longer some times but love this place and there great staff that shows up to make them yummy drinks!

Nice one to stop at on your way to Lake Tahoe or somewhere east of Sacramanto. It's a plaza with multiple shops so you have several options to eat. We stopped for a classic hot chocolate and bio break. Quick service and polite staff. They had their masks on so no need to worry.

Okay so this location is very convenient in that it is a drive-through, but it's a little far from the freeway. But... it's the most accessible Sbux if you're en route on adventure! I haven't had any quality issues and they're typically pretty personable at the window or inside. This is an upgrade from when it was closer to Nugget.

This is a nice medium sized Starbucks. Clean, customer service is great, they always get my order right. Not great for big groups because they don't have any large tables, and also no drive through.

I usually visit this location only at night, and the staff then is friendly and remembers my order— I swear I don't have a problem. However my experience with the day staff was less than what I have come to recognize as what I'd expect when visiting a Starbucks.

The atmosphere is fresh... with lots of windows for light to come in. One of the few "classy" Starbucks I've been in! Bathrooms are rather small but very clean and nice! Accommodation score: 8/10 -the drive-thru is very wide for big trucks to easily come into, and the line doesn't seem to get held up often. Drive-thru score: 7/10 - the baristas were EXTREMELY nice, I'm impressed! Service score: 9/10 - very good food, was well cooked and warm - (Ordered a couple sandwiches)... the drinks were nice and sweet ANNNNDDD -LOADED- with extra caramel that I did not ask for but omg it's like they know me!! 😂 anyways... Food score: 8/10!

It is unfortunate that this location still does not allow inside customers which is 80% of the experience as a customer I don't recommend this place if you're looking to have a cup of coffee a muffin and relax with your laptop and doing homework or research you will have to stay outside in your car or go through the drive-thru

The staff is friendly, however, they get the order wrong @ 50% of the time and the lines are longer than ever before. The manager needs to do more managing.

Seems typically understaffed, which often leads to errors. The staff are nice, but each is simple trying to do a little more than is ideal to meet expectations. When things are slow, things go great. But when things get just a little busy... #coffee #wifi

staff isn't the best. been here quite a few times & have only had one employee there be super nice & sweet. the rest are rude & catty & talk about work drama when customers are present- so really they're just kinda unprofessional

This starbucks is larger than most, but typical if starbucks they advertize a Christmas blend then tell you you have to take Pike. Why not offer me a pour over or remove the sign so I don't ask for it. I like Starbucks but irritating when you say you are serving a blend and then don't have it

I went to visit the Starbucks around 435 today and I ordered a cinnamon dolce latte and a hot vanilla crème. The vanilla crème was good, but the cinnamon dolce latte was literally the worst latte I have ever had in my life. It tasted like watered down milk with cinnamon. I don’t know if it’s just a one time thing or if they are just really bad at making the cinnamon dolce latte. Overall, I rated a two out of five because the vanilla crème was good but considering it is a coffee spot and the only coffee I ordered was not good, it has been reflected in my rating. Also it was like 5 bucks, and I took two sips and threw it away. :(

Very slow and unorganized. Had a large group of customers and was not asking for names to put on drinks creating chaos when they put a drink up that was finished. Most customers were not comf and were getting the drinks to go as apposed to relaxing and enjoying the ambience.

I love Starbucks, but in the mornings at the drive thru, they ignore you and talk with each other like your not there...there's one girl that doesn't do that but the rest do...your supposed talk to your customers not close the window and ignore...yes there friendly but that isn't customer service...I never write reviews but this has bothered me for months

Very few of the employees are ever doing their job. It seems the 2 more "experienced" blonde ladies are always chit chatting & distracting the Baristas actually trying to work. Drinks are pretty consistently incorrect.

This store is always freezing cold in both the summer and the winter! It is way colder than other shops. Not a great place to meet up if you want to be comfortable.

This is the absolute worst Starbucks in the area. I've tried using this one numerous times before an early trip and they're either closed while their Google page says they're open, or they don't have correct hours. When they are open their service is slow going and lacks any sort of decent customer service. Today is the third time I've attempted to get coffee from them only for them to be closed once again and their hours are listed incorrectly. I'm only giving them 1 star because it doesn't allow me to give them 0.

Wifi doesn't work. Sign says 2.95 for freshly brewed coffee was charged 3.95 the smallest plain coffee for some reason. Slow as hell.

covid has turned this location into a randomly closed without notice location. its really getting old. tried to go by today, no signs, lights are on, everyone is going through the drivethrough...but nobody is home. at least a sign please.

I asked for a caramel slice beverage (which is basically apple cider with caramel and whipped cream) and was given a coffee. Lady at the drive thru was trying to rush me through the line.

Don't go to the restroom here, EVER. My friend went to the restroom and locked the door. Apparently, the door doesn't lock, and a man walked in while she was on the toilet. Totally embarrassed. They do not have his and her bathrooms. I'm disappointed in starbucks.

I did a moblie order for my drink I change the espresso to blonde espresso but they just didn't put any espresso at all. Called store Bailey answered and said she would write my name down so I could have a drink on them. My name is really hard to spell so the writing your name down thing wouldn't work. I will not be going back.

There's a 50% chance you're gonna' get the exact coffee drink that you ordered at this particular location! Guess, I'll be taking my business to Dutch Bros.

I used to be a partner and was one for 3 years. I loved the atmosphere of this Starbucks and have continued to come back. However, today was a different experience. I went to order my usual and the cashier named Doni or Dana, (She was an older lady) accidentally messed up while typing in the order. No big deal, I get it. It happens. She went to re-enter it all, asking me questions to make sure she got it all. She started to get a little sassy with the way I was ordering. Thought it was strange. After the last drink was typed in, She has the audacity to tell me that I ordered everything wrong and told me I should order it a different way next time, because it was messing her up. I wasn’t the one who messed up the order in the first place. She threw me off having to reorder it. If she had used a different tone and attitude, I would have understood but she had quite the adverse response. Before I left, I had to get a new lid cause it was cracked. She saw me waiting and gave me a nasty side glance. I am very disappointed in how she treated me. I know what it is like to be a partner and I understand how some days can be rough. You never take it out on a customer. That is not the Starbucks model what so ever.

Recently (7/16), I picked up my mobile order, Venti Jade Citrus Tea and a Grande Pikes. The order was completed promptly. The coffee was as expected. When I sipped my tea on the road, it tasted HORRIBLE!. I could not drink it. When I finally got to my destination, I had the opportunity to examine the tea. There were two tea bags. One was Jade Citrus Mint and the other was Peach Tranquility!!!!! This was a bad combination. Pay attention to detail, please. There were lots of opportunities to get my tea order correct.

After I finished, I remained seated and was clearly on my phone. Jen approached me with a broom and told me I “couldn’t sleep in the lobby,” even though I was visibly awake and using my phone. The comment felt unnecessary and dismissive. Today, the experience was even worse. I walked up to the counter and was met with no greeting, no acknowledgment — just a stare. I asked for a venti iced water, and she didn’t respond or repeat my order. I had to ask if she heard me at all. She finally said someone else was getting it, followed by another hostile look. For someone in a shift leader position, this level of attitude and lack of professionalism is surprising. Customer service should make guests feel welcome, not uncomfortable or unwelcome. I truly hope management addresses this, because this location has the potential to be much better.
