Good food. A lot of options. The kids are tough to feed but with all the options they found something. In a parking lot I visit often so i will likely be back. I have only eaten at a&w a number of times but it has always been enjoyable.

Going through the drive through - food hot and good. Glad the marquee lettering is large enough. Cool had KFC options and got a bit of both!!! Area was clean, well lit, and minimal wait time.

First time at this facility. Friendly and helpful counter personnel. Clean place and comfortable dining area. Would be nice to have some outdoor seating. I would/will return.

Clean location. When we got our order it was wrong. When I took it back to show that I was given to wrong chicken, he told me to keep what I had and gave me the right pieces. We later found out that I wasn't given my cookies. Oh well. But other than that, the meal was hot and had a great time. If I'm in the area and want chicken we will stop but the next time I will get my cookies.

Go Ice cream was good. Didn't order lunch because floor was very dirty and chicken roasters and/or warmers were absolutely filthy. Service was good after waiting for them to stop talking to each other. Obviously the customer doesn't come first.

Did not receive what we ordered. Basically, everything we ordered was underwhelming with the exception of the onion rings. They were real onions (not chopped up), nice and crispy, and flavorful.

The soda out of the machine was flat and warm and the burger barely tasted fresh. I was VERY tempted to demand a refund. Why I didn't, I'll never know. What I do know is I won't return to this location.

Closed at 10:40pm when they said open till midnight. Apparently it's not unusual so the hours should be updated.

The hours are totally incorrect. The lights are on but nobody is home. Seems like there is a disconnect between the actual hours and when they are actually open and it's a common thing on here, listen to the reviews and go to In-N-Out across the street

This is one of those times I wish I could give zero stars!! Went through the drive thru & had the worst customer service. No manners. No customer curtesy, no enthusiasm. Then I handed her my card & it took her 2 minutes to give me my card back. I was notified immediately after I gave it to her that my card was charged, but still it took so long for me to get it back. Hadn’t used that card in over & week & miraculously, my card information has been stolen. I called the store & it was the store manager running the drive thru window during that time. Extremely unprofessional, & scary that it was a manager.

I don’t know what I got served today but it was old chicken that had the consistency of jerky. I had to pull around front and wait only to be served cold fries and old chicken. Nothing was hot, I have no idea why I had to wait. I actually fear the food here now

This location is also a KFC. We ordered a 12 piece to go. We paid extra to have 5 breast and 7 thighs. When we got our order I decided to have a piece before leaving. It's a good thing I did because not only were we short a breast but instead of thighs we got six legs. When the gentleman called our order out he called it out right which means they knew that not only were they shorting us chicken but knew they were giving us the wrong pieces. It took two more trips up to the counter to get the order right and then a third trip to the counter to get our receipt. They had to call the manager out print up the receipt because the cashier didn't know how to do it . We received no apologies for the inconvenience from either employees or manager. So if you go here for a takeout order make sure to check it before leaving the restaurant.
