It was pretty hot the other day and I was in desperate need of something cold. I drive by Pelican’s all the time and keep telling myself I need to stop there, so I finally did. SO good. Ladies there are super sweet and fun and my Bahama Mama/ Banana with cream was just what the doctor ordered. Their snow is just as soft as Bahama Buck’s but with more fun for the kids. Loved their little yard games next to the store. Be sure to stop by, you won’t regret it.

This place was great. No skimping on the flavor juice. Fast and efficient, I was served my flavored ice in a matter of mere minutes. A true modern marvel of technology. They have a machine that shoots snow right out of the wall and into your cup.

Perfect on a hot day. There's enough shade around the building that it was comfortable enough to hang out even in the middle of a scorching July day. Tons of flavor options. My kids loved their sno cones and the games to play around the picnic tables. Staff was nice and very patient (because ordering with indecisive kids is tedious and painful). We'll be back!

Wow! I didn't know that snowcones could be this light and flavorful! The ice doesn't need any chewing at all. 100 flavors to choose from. Cost is a bit more, but you get what you pay for.

My family and I love this place reminds us of home! They are amazing. When we went my nephew dropped him shark attack on the ground while trying to get in the car and hadn't had any of it yet and they completely replaced it at no cost. We'll be going back for sure!

Went there the other day for a tiger’s blood snocone and it was like when I was ordering they were reading my mind because as soon as I paid, the snocone came out. Not only was it delicious, but it came with great service. The woman who seemed to be in charge of everyone was handling them very well despite the bad place being really busy. Soo good!!! The snocones melt in your mouth. They have lots of flavors to choose from. They also have snocones (peanut butter flavor or vanilla) for dogs and It's cost $1. The workers are friendly and patient. They know their flavors and make great recommendations based off what you like. This will be on my list for the summer.

It was a cute little place. They had outdoor games. But for snow cones it's a little pricey tbh. Not sure what's New Orleans about it?

Good sno cones - but a 15 minute wait for ice and syrup in a cup seems excessive. I’ll go down the street to another stand next time

The young lady with the glasses didn't change her gloves at all she was working on the register and making snow cones. The other young lady didnt change her gloves when she returned from the back. Not sure what was going on but didnt seem clean, germs.

Prices are to high I asked about the challenge and they said it was free then charged me for the challenge then sat down on the bench and it broke dumped out half my snowcome and broke my ankle

Don't know why these just did not hit the spot for us. They were too sweet and left a bad taste in our mouth afterwards. $4 for a peewee size was not worth the drive. And the girls behind the window were too busy on their phones to notice us there, when we finally knocked on the window she came up and rudely took our order, no quick apology or anything.

The owner Ashley was happy to refund us for the snow cone. I was disappointed and very dissatisfied after looking forward to getting a snow cone there. I did NOT APPRECIATE the experience or service. I hope my next experience is something to look forward to. Can't wait to see if they have something better in store....it was definitely sub par....perhaps next time y'all. I did like the polite manners however so I will patron in the future.
