I really like this grill place, it's spacious, has a good atmosphere for families, they usually show movies, it's the only one I know that serves San Francisco tea (I really like that they offer it) and the service is very good from the employees :) my place to go whenever I can, only the parking is very limited.

The chicken is good, but the service is zero, the waitress who served me on two occasions seemed to have an abysmal temper... It doesn't surprise me since all customer service in Campeche is bad.

Well, I think it was my turn to get bad service. Yes, it's well known among the people of Campeche that every Tuesday and Wednesday there's a promotion where you buy one chicken and get half a chicken free. But today I had to wait in a line of about 10 people to pay, and then another line of about 20 people to get my order. The chicken was cold, and some pieces were half-cooked. So, if they don't pay more attention to the quality of service, the business will start to decline. And honestly, it's a good business, good food, good service, but today wasn't like that.

I used to eat a lot at this place, the flavor was unbeatable, I mean they've lowered the quality, the marinade doesn't feel the same anymore, I got a very dry chicken that seemed like it was 1 day old, the chickens are smaller and they raised the price, I feel sad since it was one of the things I love the most, roast chicken, I'll have to look for another griller

The price is affordable, although the service was a bit slow at the checkout and billing, parking was limited, there were no COVID-19 safety measures in place, there was no water to wash your hands, the chicken was raw and they did nothing about it, just commented that's how it is. I don't recommend it.

Very good chicken and everything, but the only problem is that they suspended my home delivery because it was supposedly the third time they couldn't get it, when I've always ordered chicken. I had a relative visiting who ordered it and it took more than 2 hours to arrive, so they had to cancel it. I think it's unfair; they only lose customers this way.
