I’m the mother of a bride that used you on 8/3/25. The food and service were amazing. The steak was tender and delicious. The chicken was creamy and I loved it. That pasta? - oh my goodness! My daughter married a man from Mexico and I saw his family go for seconds. Thank you for such kind servers and reliable service. We planned the whole wedding from out of town and you and Cracker Factory did NOT disappoint!

We came for an early dinner and were seated quickly at a cute and cozy table. This place is a little off the Main Street so it wasn’t super busy which was a plus. We ordered 2 margaritas, barbacoa tostadas and flautas de pollo. The food was seasoned and cooked well, lots of fresh ingredients and tasted authentic. I was happy to enjoy tostadas because they are not always offered in other restaurants. Service was good.

We had Rio cater our wedding in Naples and they went above and beyond all we had hoped for. Molly and her crew amazed all of us with their professionalism, ability to adapt, warmth, and organization. Molly was absolutely amazing to work with - she made sure we were taken care of completely from the first tasting, the last hour of our wedding. She had an amazing attitude and served us well. And this is all alongside AMAZING food. Our guests loved it, and so did we. We will suggest Rio to EVERYONE. Thank you everyone, we were so blessed by everything you did. Went with my family, including a toddler on a busy Saturday. Food was amazing, their guacamole was probably the best I have ever had. I still dream of the shrimp burrita that was melt in your mouth delicious. Carne asada tacos were also on point and amazing. Maybe it was because we were seated far in the back, or our server had a lot of tables spread apart but it took a while for check backs or to get refill at times-- the runners and bussers we great though when we asked for other items or to to get our server. We would definitely come back if we're back in the area just for the amazing food alone.

Updating my review since my Maps app accidentally submitted a low review on my app. I traveled 55 mins to try this place out at a friend's suggestion. My server was amazing and had FANTASTIC recommendations. Beer batter shrimp taco on a blue corn tortilla was 🔥! The atmosphere is airy and authentic. I'll definitely make a stop whenever I'm in the area again to try more things on the menu

Liz behind the bar is an angel. Everyone here was so welcoming and accommodating, there's a hospitable feel in the air that I can only liken to going to a dinner party at a close friends house. The aesthetic of the restaurant is artistic and chic and the food is SO GOOD!!!

We had so much fun! Took awhile to get the table but we didn’t have reservations so I understand. Didn’t matter because we had so much fun trying a variety of mezcals and delicious cocktail. The bartender was very personable and made it a fun atmosphere. The food was amazing. Sat outside on the patio and it was very relaxing. We will be back!

Truly amazing place. The best pacific food (mexican) I have ever had in New York. I used to live in southern California and this is just as good as anything out there. The flan was a great finish. The service was friendly and fast. Oh and the tequila bar was awesome. Came back for lunch today and it was just as good. Smaller menu but same great food and drinks. Oh and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Beer battered tilapia tacos were amazing BUT she upsold me $7 for rice and beans without clear warning which does annoy me so I’ll just leave that here. Food also could have done with some more heat, it was very mild.

Our server was nice and apologetic but brought us a dish we did not order and forgot a drink. Food took too long to come out but was incredibly good, except the beans were soupy. It shouldn't take an hour to make some tacos and a vegetable platter. Highly recommend the food, drinks, and atmosphere.

The service was excellent however the margaritas were subpar and leaving something to desire very bland and tequila heavy. Not too memorable. Food was average quality but the guacamole was stellar. Decor tried to portray a Mexican atmosphere but had a way to go.

Do not go if you have allergies. They do not have dairy or allergens marked on any meals. Their guacamole has cheese in it that is not listed anywhere.
