Stopped for an ice coffee, and staff seemed to handle the drive-thru quite well. Cashier and server very friendly. Server wished me a good day with a genuine smile. Vanilla iced coffee was very good with the right amount of ice.

The service was great and my order was correct. They have an interactive table with a bunch of lights. When you push the lights they change colors. It's perfect for kids and adults like me who like to let their inner kids show.

My favorite McDonalds to get food. They always go out of their way to make sure my family is taken care of there. The drive-thru staff is always friendly and I rarely ever have a bad order. They are also the only McDonalds to still do kid's Mighty Meals! Definitely a recommended place to stop off the thruway.

This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Food is pretty good, some italian classics and some twists, and for their prices it’s 100% worth it. I’d recommend before going looking what items their open though sometimes they lie about when the frozen coffee machine is down so they don’t gotta clean it I am quite fond of a McFlurry late at night but it’s usually broken, they have some good hash browns too, I really enjoy their coke products aswell they make quite the treat on a cool summer day I do recommend this place for dinner lunch but not breakfast tbh.

The Macedon McDonald's is the best McDonald's in the country. I travel all the time and they are always pleasant and the service is great.

I don’t know why they have so many bad reviews but my experience was great. It was a little bit earlier in the morning so maybe it was different. But sweet cashiers and our food was fresh and hot.

Maybe I just hit this place at the perfect time. Regardless, the food was perfectly cooked, prepared, and served. Fresh fries, nuggets, burgers, and the McChicken was perfection. The place is pretty awesome, I mean the location is pretty awesome and silent, we were coming from already a very long trip to Niagara Falls, It was evening and the climate was also very decent. As I am a Vegetarian so I didn't took anything to eat but yeah my friends got something's that were pretty cool.

Fast friendly service with yummy fresh made crisp fries and the milkshake machine wasn’t broken so we enjoyed our shamrock shakes so much! (We seem to have that problem with many Mcds) They did forget my daughters sauce for her nuggets and no napkins. Should have checked out bags before leaving but overall a good visit!!

Far improved over it's previous self. When it opened and for several years it was bad and did not meet the image I know the company to want. I grew up friends of family that owned 3 franchise. Not sure if ownership or management change but my recent visits have been much better. Both food and service.

They were not busy and still waited 20 minutes for our food. We were dinning in, and they said they woukd bring everything out to us. After 20 minutes I had to go ask for our food. Turns out they bagged it for a to go order (that doesnt bother me), but what does bother me is that they let it sit for 20 mins and our food was cold and nasty by the time we got to eat it. Also the straws were not stocked, and no ketchup without asking for packets. What gets me the most is that there were people just standing around too. Usually when we go there its during the day, and everything is perfect. But I am not sure what was going on there tonight. I think it will be a while before we go back to that McDonald's.

It's okay, I have only been there once. I don't like so much the look of it, just the building looks like it needs and update. I prefer to eat McDonald's at the Williamson one instead. It just looks much more up to date.

Hand dryer was so loud I suspect it's actually dangerous. Service was unreasonably slow. I asked manager for help and she said she was too busy. Noise level in dining area was also very high. Coffee was fine, which is why I stopped there. Maybe it's time to short McDonald's stock. Providing customers such an unpleasant experience is the path to oblivion.

They did a remodel less seating and can't see into front end to interact with employee and there is times there only one person cooking and bunch people they lock the door from in the back so customers can't come in. People waited including us for 30 mins cause serving the drive-thru.

The floor was very sticky that evening. Self kiosk ordered but then told they didn't have item after waiting and was quickly changed to another item at counter.

We stopped at this McDonald's and tried to go in to get our food. But there was an employ sitting in-front of the door, just sitting there on the ground vaping and talking on the phone! I opened the door it hit him and it pissed him off! Why would they let anyone sit in-front of a door, let alone smoking, let alone an employ?

Usually a good mcDs for quick drive through. Pulled in no one at drive thru. Very few cars (probably an off time). Paid , went to pick up window .watched a male employee run a bag to a car in waiting area. Sat quite awhile. No sign of anyone. Finally gal opens window .do you have a cup?? Wha??? A cup? Yeah. No I've been sitting here 10 , 15 mins . Snotty reply "Well there's only two of us working"!! She hands me my coke 3/4 full ..NO ice at all.OK sorry , I did see three different people , but understand if you're short handed . Perhaps the better statement might have been, sorry to keep you waiting, we are very short staffed , did anyone give you your drink yet? Which is im guessing what she meant by did you get a cup.

The employees lie about their ice cream machine being down or the machine is down. To test the theory 3 days in a row? No restaurant leaves a machine down that long. Any other McDonald's they always have them

It’s a McDonald’s so nothing fancy. Last time I was there soda machine was down and the time before that my fries were stale and burger was cold. Not the best location just from these experiences. Staff is nice and they are fast though

Food was subpar compared to other McDonald's. Also while waiting for my food the woman working the drive thru coughed into her had. She never washed her hands an proceeded to touch a whole sleeve of cups with that hand, a happy meal toy, and what appeared to be good in a small refrigerator under the warmer and food in the warmer plus a bag for the food. Rule #1 in a restaurant is proper hand washing. I was totaling disgusted. I did let another person know who I believed to be a manager.

The womens Bathroom reeked of Urine, and there was no hot water to properly clean my hands after using the faculties, prior to handling my food. I walked out without ordering. If I can't wash my hands properly, than neither can the employees. I'll take THAT food for thought, anyday, before any food they're handling.

Please advise management that walking around the eating area to have sensitive conversations regarding other managers, leadership styles ect is not an appropriate public conversations. Its not appropriate or professional. I feel the woman I saw doing this truly wants to be a good manager, but one important step to doing so, is discretion and setting a good example.

Absolutely filthy!!! Walking up to the door from parking lot, ALL garbage cans completely filled with trash falling out!! Ordered our food from a very nice guy. Went to get our beverage and that was in need of a wipe down in a big way. Ketchup splattered everywhere, just dirty. Been going there for years but through the drive-thru. Makes me wonder how the kitchen looks!!!

The food was fine my problem lies with who I'm guessing was the shift manager in a black shirt. He was super loud and belittling to all the employees around him. If somebody didn't have something he wanted done at that moment he completely talk down to them and loud enough for the whole eating area to hear it. My son who is 5 even said why is that guy yelling always. I would definitely look at hiring better shift managers.

Every single time we go to McDonald's the shake machine is down & it's not like it's just down for 1 day it's down for a week or more. This is the same with the frappee machines, or they have no ice. Hiw do you not have ice, not just for 1 day but almost a month back in August I do believe. They definitely need to het.it.together & maybe Hite people that aren't afraid to work or be friendly. A smile goes a long way in customer service.

Prices are up, wait times are up, frustration is up by having to use their app for deals, and quality is down. Even if you order ahead on that annoying app, you still wait 10-15 minutes. McDonald's, you lost the plot.

Apparently the McDonald’s app doesn’t work after 11pm according to the drive thru worker. Obviously too lazy to type in a code. Typical overpaid fast food workers.

The floors were dirty. The bathrooms needed to be clean. They never gave us our drinks or our sauce for our nuggets. There was dried ketchup on the table.

While grabbing a quick bite to eat with my family we witnessed a plain clothes person was behind the counter telling the employee on how to make his girlfriend/wife (maybe) drink. While listening more it appears that this person works here. However it’s rude and disgusting that someone is in the back making food/drinks while not on duty. Have they washed their hands what else is he touching! We will no longer be going to this location.

I normally do not post reviews, but this place warrants a negative review. Bathrooms were disgusting, floors, unswept, drink station sticky and gross, food order was wrong, and young staff member thinking it was hilarious to belch incredibly loud. I will never return here again!

Cashier gave us back $3 out of a 20 for 1 double cheeseburger and one order of large fries fine People make mistakes but I had to wait 15 minutes to get my chains because she had to count her drawer you owe me $10 you can't count. Everytime I come here, my foods cold. The toppings I ask for on it are rarely on my cheeseburger. I always ask for extra onion and I feel like when I ask, they try their hardest to not put onion on it. The cheese is never on the patty, and the patty is stiff and super salty. A couple weeks ago when I went I got a large coke and I’m assuming the cup was broken when she handed it to me, she must’ve been covering it up, it didn’t leak in the car. Until I picked it up and sipped it, spilt all over me. Also they started charging more for sauces, when I get nuggets I get buffalo and ranch. Very rare I get both of them, recently I pay for them and never get them.

Very rude associate completely cut us off as we were placing our order and didint let us finish. The fries tasted like they had freezer burn and weren't cooked fully. I love McDonald’s, it’s always been my favorite fast food. I finally live pretty close to this one but every time I go it’s a horrible experience. Not only do you wait in line for a long time, which I would not mind if the food was even slightly decent! The food is usually horrible after the long wait. I used to drive home to eat but I have had to drive all the way back to return it because on numerous occasions the food ends up being inedible. So now I ask for fresh food every time and I also check before I leave. We rarley go now because it’s always such a disappointment!

The fries were cold and burgers weren't dressed right. They didn't have anybody on the register inside until they had a long line. The customer service wasn't even there. They had the cups on the back and had to wait another 5 minutes for someone to come up front to ask for my cup. This place is always horrible during dinner.

Was looking for a burrito for breakfast! In an age where while I'm working I spend too much time in my device, the nice lady at the front counter guided me to the kiosk and offered to help me input on their life size device. I was not interested and wondered if she knew her owners were trying to replace her. I went up the street and had a nice breakfast and didn't have to use a device to order... go figure!

Stopped here on our way home to buffalo. Had burgers here only cheese, ketchup, and mustard. The receipts were labeled correctly but the sandwiches where plain, dry, only onion. Not sure but maybe they need to include literacy tests on their applications going forward or put pictures in the back so people don’t get confused. Good luck to you if you choose to take your chances at this location. It wasn’t very clean or nice in there either.

This restaurant was HORRIBLE! Staff was beyond rude. My father and I ordered 2 - 2 for $6 chicken sandwiches deals they came to $18 and the manager refused to adjust the price to the advertisement that was all over the restaurant. Then they asked ys to move forward and took 15 mins to get our food. My father walks inside to see whats going on to see an employee just grabbed our food and handed to him. I ordered the crispy spicy chicken sandwich. It was old, soggy and the meat was grey inside. When I returned it, the agitated manager showed me a whole tray of them and said they were fresh, they looked this way because the grease was old. Hmmmm. Maybe the dumbest explanation yet

I picked up some food for our family of 5 and did not have a great experience when I received the food. I was very disappointed when I was told I ordered too much food and too much sugar for my coffee. I have low blood sugar so I order my coffee with more sugar than normal. I was told it was too much sugar when I agreed to pay the up charge. I don’t appreciate my coffee tasting like crap because it wasn’t made right with the amounts I chose for a reason. Food was good besides fries being cold and no it wasn’t from the ride home as I only live 2 mins away. If I give you my coffee order again I expect to get WHAT I PAID FOR!!! Thanks for the so called “GM” that doesn’t care about customer service! Lily was a good worker though putting all the food together and I appreciate her taking care when packaging it all.

Went through the drive thru and wasn't even greeted by the person over the speaker. Instead had an attitude, rushing us all while she couldn't get our order right. Took 10 times of repeating my order to get it correct on the screen. Once we got to the first window we were never given the chance to get out receipt. Was charged for extra ketchup when I repeated several times that was wrong. Food was sloppily thrown together. Not happy with my experience and will be glad to take a longer drive to a different location from now on. Very unprofessional. I received better service at the N. Clinton location!

After a late night at the Church, myself and some of the other members decided to stop by Mcdonald's to grab a quick snack. We didn't realize the foyer was closed so we went through the drive-through. After receiving our food, we decided to go park and eat our food together in our cars. The staff kept coming to the window and watching us and BEGAN TAKING PICTURES AND VIDEOS of us and our cars!! If there was an issue with where we were parked, they should've come out and told us. I am NOT OKAY with this. Absolutely appalled, and they should be ashamed of themselves!

They started taking videos and photos of my car! I got my food and they started taking videos and photos of my car while I was parked. The staff said nothing to me. If they would have told me to leave I would have!

I stopped at this location due to easy off / on access to route 90. Unfortunately, the 1/4 Lb burger I ordered was so dry it broke in half before I opened the box. To make matters worse the server delivered our order to the wrong table, before he recollected it and brought it to us. We didn't have time to request a do over.

absolutely awful. they’re all incompetent and they love to ignore their customers (obviously, read other reviews) we had an order that contained more than 20 nuggets with sauces..from the initial interaction we knew to check the bag. no sauces were in the bag (okay no big deal let’s just ask for them)…they gave us 2 and said they couldn’t give anymore ????? so we went inside and was ignored and rudely talked about in front of (k guess it’s a big deal..to them) don’t go here, literally trying to save you from a headache. bad service. very disrespectful. lacks common knowledge. much respect for those in the service industry but those who worked during my visit have no respect for their customers, their establishment and themselves. thanks for listening.

Brought our team here after a meet (as we have done countless times over the last 24 years)and was greeted with an angry employee yelling at our student athletes from the back of the kitchen. We were refused service at the register (kiosk only). Most of our kids had only brought cash. We asked to speak to the manager, but she never came out...only peeking out at us from behind the drink carriers. There was garbage all over the floor in the kitchen area and the tables were filthy.

We entered with a group of 13 high school athletes, 3 coaches, and 1 bus driver. We have visited and purchased from this McDonalds with athletics teams over the past 20 years of coaching and have stopped by this location numerous times. We have never encountered an issue or unprofessionalism with the staff before until tonight. When entering, the manager yelled from the back, "No one called ahead about a bus! We aren't staffed for a bus!" The manager then yelled at our group that we could only order from kiosks and they would not be opening a register. All athletes ordered from the kiosks. Since all of the students are in high school, very few had cards on them and chose on the kiosk to pay with cash. After placing their orders, the students waited in line to pay with cash at the register. After 10 minutes, no employee came to work at the register. When asked about the athletes paying in cash, the employee stated that they were unable to open a register. From the back, the manager yelled that we would have to leave if we couldn't pay. All students had enough money to pay with, but the manager would not allow the employee to open a register to accept the cash. Throughout the visit, the manager was yelling at both us and the employees very rudely. The manager instructed the employees to not open a register or accept cash. The manager was also yelling at us that we were too big of a group and made multiple comments about us needing to leave. The students who purchased with cards got their food, but there were many mistakes. The students who had already ordered and were waiting to pay in cash decided to leave. The students had been running all afternoon at a track meet and were now unable to eat dinner because of the unprofessional behavior from the management. We have visited this store many times over the past 20 years. We have never once encountered an issue with having a large group of students with me.

Really McD's!!! Way to fill the containers....14-15 an hour for this...it has happened multiple times over the last few weeks with us and our move. Each time gotten worse and worse. No straws, wrong sauces, wrong drinks. If you need to skimp on fries for lack of supply sell only one size fries. I get that it's fast food not fine dining, but with everything streamlined and a limited menu you would think that every order would be dead on. On the plus side every time we've ordered its been hot and tasty. I think we're done with McD's for a while.
