I ordered on the goal my order was available when I walked in I sent down, I ordered a new item a Ham and Swiss cheese stuffed croisnt.... It was very good however it could have been just a little warmer. I also had coffee which is your typical Dunkin Donuts coffee that was good also hot like it should be..... The interior of the store was neat and clean note issues at all finding a clean tables to sit in..... Young lady behind the counter was very very friendly..... No food pics this time....

Something about this Dunkin' always makes the drinks so much better than any other location. I am one of those '2 pumps of this, hold that' kind of a drink, and they always manage to get it right, and it tastes so good every time. They keep the line moving, even through COVID and the lines being longer than normal. I usually try to pay for atleast 2 orders behind me, because I know most are off the thruway or heading on, pay it forward! :)

The Canastota location is always on point. NO wrong orders, staff is friendly and the coffee and food always taste great. Most bagels are vegan as well as the hashbrowns. But it would be nice to see a vegan doughnut one day. ;)

This is my favorite DD. They consistently make my order RIGHT. Not that my order is difficult, but us coffee drinkers know how we like our coffee. :) they also take the time to STIR your drinks for you, which alot of other DDs don't. It sounds simple, but it sure is nice to have your coffee made right and stirred and just ready to enjoy!

Drive thru can be very slow in the morning. Order on the go if you're in a rush.

Great coffee but also busy no matter where you stop

When I order from Canastota Dunkin they're always professional and give you what you ask for. I've never gotten a bad coffee there yet.

Normally this place is great, we stop here every trip. But this past time we had items missing and the woman on drive thru seemed annoyed that we had questions.

Food is usually on point here but some times there are issues so be sure to check your order before you leave.

Tired of all these businesses changing to kiosks! Was paying in cash and had to wait in the long drive thru lane, because they didn't have a person at the cash register and only offered the kiosk ( no cash )

*Update, the owner called and told me he was aware of the situation and explained what was happening. They ended up fixing the issue and now it is back to normal. Staff is extremely friendly, but the coffee is terrible at this location. It used to be the best regular hot coffee about 3 months ago. Now EVERY time I go there, I can count on having a bad cup of burnt and acidic coffee. I have had it with this location and after reaching out several times to fix the problem with no solution. Everybody I know who goes to this location says the same and said they already stopped going here.

I think they should hire 1 or 2 more employees for breakfast time.

Stopped here a few times right before hoping on the thruway and they have gotten our orders wrong on numerous occasions. We were on the thruway before we noticed. Be sure to check your order before leaving.

You ain't nothing like a fresh not couple Dunkin donuts coffee in the morning about to get a motivated and ready for work in the donuts are nice and fresh

Ordered on the go. Waited way too long for donut hole they sold out of. I had to ask. Customer service is if a person is waiting at the pickup and there is nothing there, you ask what they are waiting for, not vice-a-versa.

It's becoming harder to enjoy due to the phesbian trapped mindset of continuing to raise prices of their products

I dont understand why a medium coffee is a dollar more than refill. I dont give my cup to refill because they handle so many different ones and all it does is spread germs but it cost me a dollar more. Those cups cant cost a dollar each. The coffee however is the best!

Employees with attitudes they better look at!!! I’ve had my orders messed up more than 2x now in one week! Today 12/4/22 12:15 pm the girl handed me a latte I ordered with the late fluid dripping on side of cup. I asked her to wipe it/ the attitude began! Do your job efficiently and you won’t have problems!!

Not my favorite choice of DD. I prefer 13/31 but it where I was at the time. The girl working the drive thru didn’t tell me the total I owed till I got to the window and wasn’t offered a receipt. I main reason for my “review”/complaint on here is bc the mobile and webpage aren’t working. The Canastota DD has maybe the worst parking lot I’ve ever gone through. As I was leaving the drive thru I about spilt half my coffee on myself!! There are crater size holes through the whole lot but worst through the drive thru. Quite pissed and in a hurry I didn’t bother going in to complain. Luckily I was in my truck bc if I was in a little car I may have broken something.

You need to salt ! So Elder friend of mine who is 80 + fell and you guys just said oh well have no salt . That's terrible

Been here multiple times and the lobby is randomly closed in the morning. The sign on the door this morning said it was due to a staffing issue.. multiple workers inside. Get it together guys!

At any Dunkin (I go to about 3 different ones each week, I work all over cny) they charge $1.08 for “extra” bacon on their black pepper bacon sandwich. I know this because it’s my go-to sandwich, it costs 4.59 before the extra bacon. This location in canastota charged me $4.09 for the extra bacon, when brought to their attention, they said that is the correct charge for extra bacon on the sandwich that costs $4.59. Needless to say, I won’t be back to that place again HIGHWAY ROBBERY!!

Bathroom clean but customer service was horrible. We stood there for 5 minutes and only then diddid server said " I'll be with you in a minute". After that, we and the person behind us, walked out.

It was really dirty when I went in there. The floors were filthy and the bathroom was not clean either

Employees are very rude and disrespectful. I’m a minor and they were still very disrespectful towards me for no reason.

Used to be a good place, but now it's horrible. They mess up all the time and sometimes this is the only place we can go. Today the woman gave me a snarky attitude after they messed up my order. 🙄 I've gotten wrong flavors, completely wrong products, sizes, temperatures (iced/hot), food, and watered down. Ugh.

Girl was so rude! Could not speak more than 1 word to us "window" at drive thru and coffee was burnt, should have been thrown away not served as ice coffee!! I love Dunkin and do not have any "real" Dunkins near us, just gas station run ones where you are your own and it is not the same. I spent $8.XX on coffee we could not even drink! Could not return since we were traveling on turnpike/toll road. Pictures are attached.

Absolutely HORRIBLE service. My husband and I went in to buy 4 large coffees and 2 muffins. Took 20 minutes. Only one person working and she took care of every car that came through the drive thru before even "attempting" to wait on us. I asked if she was working alone and she said for a few minutes as her coworker had left for a break. I was extremely annoyed as there were probably 3 or 4 cars that pulled into the drive thru after we went inside. I "nicely" suggested that if she was going to take care of the drive thru and ignore customers inside then maybe they should lock the doors and tell people to use the drive thru. She said that she couldn't lock the doors!! She didn't even get my point. VERY disappointing service!!! to say the least.
